The quality of the food is manageable, the ambience in the restaurant is terrible because it is so loud that you can hardly understand your own words. Service is so-so, we're at least 1 m away from friendliness here, and the worst thing is this terribly dirty robot that comes to the table, which you can only get rid of if you touch an extremely dirty display.

So far we've always really liked it. This time we were unlucky with one dish where the fish was spoiled. The service employee was embarrassed and took the fish away, but there was no apology or any kind of compensation. Other dishes were also not of the same quality as the last few times, e.g Completely cooked tuna pieces. Therefore this time I deducted a star. We'll try our luck again in a few months.

Unfortunately, our visit to this Asian restaurant was not as expected. We had to wait a long time for our food and even getting in took significantly longer than usual. The staff seemed stressed and was generally quite rude, which unfortunately greatly affected the overall impression. It's a shame because we were looking forward to a pleasant evening. Very tasty and varied “all you can eat” offer. The sushi and everything else is very tasty. You pay the amount for the AYCE offer once, then get a tablet and sit down. Orders are placed via the tablet and how exactly this works are explained. Drinks cost extra and some special things too, but they are very little, most of it is included. Depending on whether you come at lunchtime or in the evening, you decide what kind of offer there is. In the evening you have a complete selection, at lunchtime the offer is a little smaller, but you only pay half the price (drinks and extras not included). Can definitely be recommended to everyone.

You should have the opportunity to eat as much as you want within a two-hour window. However, having to wait 30 minutes for the first round only to receive something you didn't order is extremely disappointing. The highlight of the unpleasant experience was that towards the end of the two hours you were literally pressured to leave the restaurant. Relaxed eating was not possible under these circumstances. The next reserved guests were already waiting outside, while the boss was constantly watching you eat the dessert. The waitress's request to pay immediately rounded off the negative impression.

I really like you great experience in Osnabrück. A wide selection of food at an admittedly very high price of over €30 per person for the buffet plus drinks. The food is very, very tasty and there is something for everyone. The service is surprisingly fast, even though a lot of tables order at the same time. Orders are completely digital via an iPad.

We were there in a group, during the week with all-you-can-eat, cost: €33. Drinks cost around four euros for 0.4l. The food was on the table extremely quickly; we had practically just put the tablet aside. The cleaning was done diligently and in a friendly manner, and those were the positive aspects. The sushi was bland, boring and not even tightly rolled. The selection is generally very small and not comparable to other restaurants with similar offerings, neither in quality nor quantity. The mango and pistachio ice cream were praised at the table, otherwise we would be very disappointed with the food. The ambience as a concept is not consistent, the seat height of the chairs does not match the round tables and unfortunately it is also very uncomfortable. The little robot that partially supports the service staff is actually pretty cool, but it has a dirty paper sign stuck on it. Please print it and laminate the sign so it is wipeable and much more professional.

It was my first time there and I was very disappointed. I expected more from the Ischiban house. Had the all u can eat, menu, ... Very little choice, I would also have liked to have had more choice for dessert and unfortunately nothing special in terms of taste. But you can argue about taste ;) I've eaten far better Asian food. There is only one iPad per table, so if you are sitting there with several people, it will be a long story. Super annoying!! Unfortunately the service was also bad. Some very inexperienced employees. The atmosphere was much too open for me personally, and was more like a canteen than a restaurant. Very uncomfortable. Conclusion: Price-performance ratio is unfortunately very low (for my needs). Won't go there again.

Once upon a time! The quality has decreased a lot and after an hour you have to realize: the passion fruit spritzer was the best. There was no eating at all. The quality of the products is poor. If even the raw salmon doesn't taste good, you should buy the products elsewhere. Sushi wasn't fresh and miso soup was also borderline bad. No idea what happened. Incredibly beautiful restaurant! You order via tablet and the food is then brought to the table very quickly. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. There is a large selection of food and drinks and it is simply incredibly tasty! The prices are also okay. Addendum August 2024: Unfortunately, the last visit wasn't as good as the previous ones. I found a long piece of plastic in a sushi roll, I almost ate it (there is no compensation) and the female waiter was extremely unfriendly and harsh. The rating has been adjusted.

The sushi feels like it has been “prepared” and the fried prawns are dripping with fat. For 33€ all you can eat you'll be full, but it's not a great taste. I would prefer not to even give one star, the restaurant absolutely doesn't deserve it. We had on May 25th. a table reserved for 8 people. We arrived on time and were taken to our reserved table. The restaurant was well attended. So we waited for the order to be taken. Nothing happened after 5 minutes, not even after 10 minutes. Some tables that came after us already had their iPads. When asked, we were told that someone would come to us soon. Another good 5 minutes later someone finally came to take the order. 7 people wanted to eat all you can eat, except for my daughter who is in a wheelchair and cannot eat sushi due to intolerances. She wanted a portion of fried noodles. We were told that it wouldn't work either everyone eats all you can eat or everyone orders something from the menu. When we were told that 7 people wanted to eat all you can eat, except for the child who was sitting in a wheelchair, because of intolerances we were told that we could order all you can eat, only the child didn't need to eat anything, she could watch. Despite explanations from us and the fact that the child has special needs, there was absolutely no relent and we were asked to leave. I have never experienced such behavior before, discrimination and exclusion at its best. How can you encourage a child with special needs to watch others eat? How can you ask a child like that? When asked if the boss could be spoken to, it was said that the boss did not want to speak to his guests. When we went out the boss was standing behind the counter and when we asked for clarification the boss said he couldn't help us. Absolute misconduct that has nothing to do with inclusion or anything else. So inhumane.

The statement that a severely disabled child is not allowed to eat sushi due to health restrictions was completely ignored. We were then asked to leave the restaurant several times, which was repeated several times despite comments about being rude. On May 25th, 2024 we visited the Ichiban restaurant in Osnabrück and experienced very unpleasant and discriminatory treatment. We were in the restaurant with our child, who is in a wheelchair, and wanted to order from the menu for her (for health reasons), while the rest (7 people) of our group wanted to eat from the buffet. To our amazement and horror, we were told that either everyone had to eat at the buffet or everyone had to order from the menu or that the group (7 people) could eat from the buffet but my child shouldn't get anything and she would watch us while we ate. Despite our explanations and requests that our child has special needs, we were asked to leave the restaurant. We find this behavior extremely discriminatory and unfair. Forcing a child in a wheelchair to either eat at the buffet or refuse to eat as a group is not only incomprehensible, but also violates the principles of equality and inclusion. It is disappointing to see a restaurant unable or unwilling to offer appropriate flexibility for people with special needs. We expect an official apology for the discriminatory treatment and an explanation of how we will ensure that such situations do not happen again in the future. A copy of this review will be sent to the Equal Rights Officer sent.

I've been there several times over the last few years and unfortunately found that the shop has gone down significantly. The last time I was there was on May 2nd, 2024 and will now avoid the store. Typically all you can eat is ordered and then a bowl of edamame is ordered in one round. These tasted somehow “tilted” from the start. When I picked up the next edamame, I knew why. There was a cooked maggot on it. Pretty disgusting and shouldn't happen. I then called service, whereupon the boss came to the table and I described the incident accordingly. The only answer I heard was “it’s an onion”. No, it's definitely not that. The dish never has onions in it. He then took off into the kitchen with the bowl. No apology, no compensation, just nothing. It's the last time I entered this store. Not like that!

Very tasty, but if you come with 6 people and order something, you get the order one by one. This means that someone is always unlucky and has to wait for their order while the others in your group have already received their food and are eating while it is warm. From order to order there is a time interval of 7 minutes. Your delayed order will arrive after 2 to 3 time intervals later, which means your friends have already eaten 2 to 3 orders and only then will you receive your order. You just watch how everyone else eats the whole time. Something still needs to be done. If she wants to order the same dish 5 times for the group, bad luck, that's not possible. Google shows the restaurant is open on Sundays from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. We arrived at 11:30am but the restaurant was closed. On the glass door it says that the restaurant is open every day from 12:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. So we waited for a while. But the restaurant was still closed and the lights were turned off at 12:30 and there was no staff inside. We were very disappointed. An hour's wait was free. If you can't open at 12pm every day, change it accordingly! Specifying incorrect opening times makes no sense and is very annoying. Regardless of the quality of the food, we became skeptical of the service.

The food is really good. When you arrive and want the buffet, you are given a tablet to order straight away. In total, each customer gets 5 points per round, each selected dish costs one point, which means you can choose up to 5 dishes per round. A new round can be ordered every 8 minutes and the whole thing lasts up to 2 hours. I think the concept is great because it avoids wasting food, but I would have liked to have iced it at the beginning. The empty plates are regularly removed from the tables and the food is always brought quickly by service or robot. I couldn't find the prices for the buffet anywhere.

We ordered 2 different sushi plates. As soon as I put it on the table it smelled strongly fishy. The reason was a nigiri sushi with squid on it. The maki rolls with salmon were ok on one plate, but clearly old on the other. The sashimi tuna was still ok, but not appetizingly fresh (sticky consistency) We told the waiter that the leftover portions were of poor quality. He just said he would pass it on... Conclusion: never again

We wanted to spend a nice evening there today, but unfortunately nothing happened. The food was consistently cold, and when spoken to, the boss claimed that he had fried our food himself and that it had been served hot. What a shame... after all, we "only" had to pay half of the bill.

I was here for the first time today. The store looked cozy at first glance. But I didn't feel comfortable. Restlessness caused by constantly changing bowls. The table was greasy. The price doesn't match either. Very expensive for ready meals.

I used to enjoy coming here. But now you can completely forget about the store. Table reserved at 5:30 p.m., but you can't park there until around 6 p.m. We were then allowed to look for a parking space in the parking garage, then we were seated at a rickety table in the last corner. (The whole wall next to the table is already completely black and spoiled by the table) That's it probably been in this state for months. The food itself was okay but not worth the price. That was definitely my last visit.

Went here often because everything was always right, the food was tasty and we felt comfortable. Last Saturday (January 27th) we were there for lunch. The service was very friendly from the start. Some of the waitresses seemed very listless and even annoyed and “fired” orders onto the table without comment. We had a complaint because there was a small pest in some sushi (with raw vegetables). Shouldn't happen, but it can happen. However, you should be particularly careful when it comes to sushi. The plate and the current platter of sushi were exchanged without comment. There was NO apology or regret from the staff. When we asked at the end/when paying how this problem should be dealt with, the only response was "I can't do anything, the boss is only here this evening". No goodwill, no accommodation. The call in the evening was not answered.

The service is extremely bad. People rarely ask how it tasted or whether everything was good. Everything like on a treadmill. I think the concept should be changed a bit and the atmosphere should be made a little better. Unfortunately, we were put under a lot of pressure to leave by 8 p.m. The “boss” or whoever it was kept looking at the clock and coming over to us. We were told several times that we were only allowed to order once. At 7:45 p.m. the waitress came to check out without asking, not even asking if everything was OK. That's just a quick meal until you can't go anymore and a quick getaway by 8 p.m. Some of the waitresses are simply very unsympathetic. Unfortunately not recommended there.

Food was ok, 80% of the warm food from the buffet arrived cold. Staff very unfriendly especially the 2 ladies who wait there. They give the impression that they don't want their job. When the waitress spoke to her, she simply ignored her and continued walking. Never again

Gestern am 30.4.2023besucht und ich bin so enttäuscht, ich habe 28,90€ bezahlt für einmal All you can eat, große Cola und Kiba. 8€ zuviel bezahlt. Kind meiner Freundin auf meiner Rechnung mitgerechnet und somit doppelt bezahlt. Eure Toiletten das letzte, es riecht einfach unangenehm, da kommt mir das Essen wieder hoch. Jetzt kostet das All you can eat 32€ am Wochenende. Wofür? Für altes Sushi? Für stinkende Toiletten? Lohnt nicht, da schmeckt das Sushi im Marktkauf besser.

Eine sehr gute Adresse in Osnabrück für alle Liebhaber der japanischen Küche. Definitiv zu empfehlen ist das All you can eat Buffet. Dabei bestellt man über die iPads in verschiedenen Runden seine Speisen und wird definitiv mehr als satt. Bisher nur gute Erfahrungen hier gemacht, allerdings sollte man insbesondere an den Wochenenden abends möglichst einen Tisch reservieren

Essen lecker, Sitzplätze gut, Service extrem mies. So das Fazit eines gebrauchten Abends. Das Konzept „All you can eat“, also fünf Runden in zwei Stunden wird bei Ichiban leider sehr zugunsten des Betreibers ausgelegt. Soll heißen; bis zur „Lieferung“ der ersten Runde haben wir ca. 30 Minuten gewartet, Runde zwei und drei brauchten dann weitere 50 Minuten und kamen nahezu gleichzeitig. Also Stopfen um satt zu werden. Zwischendurch Diskussionen mit dem Personal mit der klaren Ansage an uns, dass um 20Uhr der Tisch geräumt wird, egal wie. Für weitere Runden war dann auch gar keine Zeit mehr. Von Verständnis bzw. Preisnachlass keine Rede, von einem zweiten Besuch unsererseits selbstverständlich auch nicht…

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, ich bedauere zutiefst, eine äußerst frustrierende und enttäuschende Erfahrung in Ihrem Restaurant am 6. Januar 2024 gemacht zu haben. Es ist bedauerlich, dass ich zu solchen Maßnahmen greifen muss, aber die jüngsten Ereignisse während meines Besuchs haben mich dazu veranlasst, meine Empörung und Enttäuschung über die angebotenen Dienstleistungen und die gebotene Gastfreundschaft auszudrücken. Wir entschieden uns für das "All You Can Eat" -Angebot und wurden mit einem Desaster konfrontiert, das jede Vorstellungskraft übertraf. Von den vier bestellten Runden erreichte nur die Hälfte der bestellten Speisen unseren Tisch. Noch dazu waren etwa 80% der gelieferten Speisen bereits kalt und ungenießbar. Dieses Missverhältnis hätte durch den Service ausgeglichen werden sollen. Leider erreichten unsere Hilferufe über das iPad niemanden, und wir mussten persönlich Servicekräfte aufsuchen. Ironischerweise erklärte man uns lapidar, dass das Fehlen der Speisen auf Systemfehler zurückzuführen sei, was die Frustration noch verstärkte. Es war nicht nur unser Tisch, der unter diesen unerträglichen Umständen litt, sondern auch andere Gäste bestätigten ähnliche Probleme. Trotzdem konnten Sie es nicht schaffen, nach über anderthalb Stunden auch nur annähernd 70% der bestellten Speisen zu liefern. Stattdessen wurden wir unfreundlich und ungehalten darauf hingewiesen, dass unsere Zeit abgelaufen sei und die nächsten Kunden Platz nehmen müssten. Zu unserer Bestürzung wurden uns sogar ungeorderte Speisen aufgedrängt, die wir nicht bestellt hatten. Die Reaktion des Personals war alles andere als hilfreich oder entgegenkommend. Als wir uns schließlich zur Bezahlung begaben, wurden wir erneut von der selben unfreundlichen Mitarbeiterin bedient, die auf unsere Bitte um Kompensation nicht reagierte und unser Wechselgeld auf den Tisch warf, als ob es Abfall wäre. Selbst bei dem Versuch, eine leitende Person zu sprechen, wurden wir mit fadenscheinigen Ausreden und ungenügender Entschuldigung abgewiesen. Kein Rabatt, keine Gutschrift, keine Geste der Entschuldigung wurde uns angeboten. Diese Erfahrung war zutiefst enttäuschend und für ein Restaurant von Ihrem Kaliber inakzeptabel. Ich kann diese Art von Service und Gastfreundschaft nicht weiterempfehlen. Es ist bedauerlich, dass trotz einer vorab getätigten Reservierung keine angemessene Behandlung oder Entschädigung erfolgte. Als zahlender Kunde erwarte ich eine Mindestmaß an Respekt und Service, die leider in Ihrem Restaurant gänzlich fehlten. Hochachtungsvoll, Nick Wingis

Sehr leckeres Essen und bis auf eine Kellnerin eigentlich sehr sehr freundliche Mitarbeitende, schöne Einführung in das Bestellsystem und Essen kam sehr schnell zum Tisch. Außerdem sehr schönes Ambiente, allerdings ein wenig zu laut gewesen.

Es ist sehr schön dort, das Personal ist auch sehr nett, und das Essen was auch sehr sehr gut. Es gab eine große vielfältige Auswahl egal ob Suppen frittiertes oder süßes essen. Es war einfach nur toll und der Preis ist für den Umfang völlig in Ordnung und apsulut fair. Ich kann es nur weiter empfehlen.

Wir gehen normalerweise immer zum Miso in Belm , wir wollten diesmal was andreres ausprobieren und wurden leider mehr als nur enttäuscht hier . Das Essen war kalt , dazu nicht mal frischgemacht, man schmeckte das es älter war . Das einzige was heiß war waren die Süßkartoffelpommes. Sushi war nicht frisch gemacht ,Hähnchen war trocken die Ente war trocken und kalt ... einfach katastrophe . Wir saßen da 30 min und sind mit Hunger raus. Das einzigst Positive war , dass das Essen sehr schnell am Tisch war. Meine Familie und Freunde bleiben daher lieber beim Miso in Belm . Da wird wenigstens alles frisch gemacht <3 Ps.: wenn ihr dem Kellner bei der Ichiban kein Trinkgeld gebt wird er sehr unfreundlich ...

Der Preis für die Qualität der Speisen ist leider zuteuer. Dazu war alles lauwarm oder kalt. Die Ente war furz trocken. Das Sushi ist auch nicht der burner. Nächstes mal gehen wir wieder zu Miso 100% besser

Gutes Sushi, schnelle Bestellung an den Tisch mit Tablet & Roboter aber unfreundlicher, unterkühlter Service und vom Ambiente und Charakter her eher Massenabfertigung im Schichtsystem. Preise sind in Ordnung (Buffet + Getränke ca. 40€ pP im Durschnitt). War eine eine Erfahrung wert. Ich müsste allerdings nicht noch einmal hin.

A nice traditional restaurant that immediately makes you feel at home. A bit old but that's exactly what we (my wife and I) like. The food was very tasty and sufficient, the staff was very friendly and competent. We had a very nice evening and will definitely come back. We are happy to recommend this restaurant. I ordered today at 5:50pm and the order arrived at 7:45pm. We waited 2 hours and then got cold burgers and fries. To top it off, the order wasn't quite right either. Thanks for nothing.

I ordered a takeaway pizza from L’Osteria today, but unfortunately the experience was disappointing. While the price of 14.95 euros suggests a “Tonno” pizza, the actual size was surprisingly small. The quality and taste of the pizza were solid, but in my opinion the price-performance ratio is not justified. I would definitely have expected more for the price, especially considering the restaurant's usual large pizzas for L'Osteria. It's a shame - unfortunately you feel a little deceived at the price.
