Ibiza del Mar in Hanau

Wir waren in der Vergangenheit schon öfter hier und bisher immer sehr zufrieden. Das Essen war immer lecker und auch das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis hat für uns immer gestimmt. Leider war der gestrige Abend eine große Enttäuschung. Das Restaurant war deutlich voller als sonst, sowohl draußen als auch drinnen waren alle Tische besetzt. Dass es dadurch etwas länger dauern kann, verstehen wir natürlich. Allerdings wurde die Wartezeit im Laufe des Abends einfach unverhältnismäßig lang. Die Getränke kamen noch relativ schnell und auch einige Tapas aus der ersten Runde wurden zügig gebracht. Danach kam der Service jedoch praktisch zum Erliegen. Wir haben teilweise sehr lange auf einzelne Gerichte gewartet und einige bestellte Tapas haben wir überhaupt nicht erhalten. Nach insgesamt etwa vier Stunden haben wir schließlich den Nachtisch bestellt und bezahlt – obwohl wir noch nicht einmal alle bestellten Gerichte bekommen hatten. Besonders enttäuschend war für uns, dass der Chef offenbar deutlich mehr Reservierungen angenommen hatte, als das Restaurant an diesem Abend bewältigen konnte. Das kann natürlich passieren, aber der Umgang damit war aus unserer Sicht leider nicht professionell. Als wir auf die langen Wartezeiten angesprochen haben, wurden eher Ausreden gesucht, anstatt offen zu kommunizieren, dass man sich an diesem Abend schlicht übernommen hatte. Gerade weil ich Geburtstag hatte und wir uns bewusst einen schönen Abend machen wollten, war die Enttäuschung besonders groß. Sehr schade, denn wir waren bisher wirklich gerne hier und haben das Restaurant immer weiterempfohlen. Das Essen ist nach wie vor lecker – aber Organisation und Service waren an diesem Abend leider eine komplette Katastrophe. Wir hoffen, dass es sich um einen einmaligen Ausrutscher gehandelt hat.

Fantastische Tapas! Ich hatte einen wunderschönen Abend mit meinem Arbeitskollegen bei unserem letzten Deutschlandbesuch. Das Essen war einfach himmlisch. Wir haben das All-you-can-eat-Menü probiert. Uns wurde alles genau erklärt, vom Ablauf bis hin zu den Tapas, die dann serviert wurden – und wir wurden nicht enttäuscht. Alles war köstlich. Ich wünschte, ich hätte ein Ibiza del Mar in meiner Nähe. Ich wäre jeden Tag dort. Die Atmosphäre war großartig. Das Team war außerdem sehr freundlich und professionell. Ein wirklich tolles Erlebnis. Absolut empfehlenswert! Wir wollten gar nicht mehr gehen und sind bis zum Schluss geblieben. Einfach fantastisch! PS: Vielen Dank an die Dame, die draußen saß. Sie beobachtete uns beim Blick in die Speisekarte und meinte: „Probiert es, ihr werdet es nicht bereuen!“ Vielen Dank, liebe Dame, für Ihre Hilfe bei unserer Entscheidung!

Sehr freundliche Bedienung. Super Auswahl an leckeren Speisen. Durchfahrt der PKWs nervt etwas.

Essen eine sehr gute Qualität und eine sehr ausgedehnte reichhaltige Auswahl. Die Getränkeauswahl ist sehr gut und fast schon exotisch. Die beiden Bedienungen sind das absolute Highlight in diesem Lokal! Die Speisen kommen in einem sehr guten Abstand und leeres Geschirr wird sofort entfernt. Wachsam, haben ihre Gäste ständig im Blick und lesen die Wünsche von den Augen ab! Schon sehr lange so einen SUPERSERVICE nicht mehr erlebt! Danke!

Nach einer 12-Stunden-Schicht bei dieser Hitze war diese Bestellung genau das, was man sich wünscht. Ich habe zum ersten Mal hier Tapas bestellt und bin wirklich begeistert. Die Qualität war außergewöhnlich gut und wirkte überhaupt nicht wie typische Lieferkost, sondern eher wie frisch und mit viel Sorgfalt selbst zubereitet. Die Pimientos waren perfekt: heiß serviert, gut gesalzen und genau so, wie sie sein sollten. Die Aioli war angenehm kühl, geschmacklich hervorragend und es wurde ausreichend Brot dazu geliefert. Die Hackfleischbällchen in Tomatensauce waren überraschend groß, saftig und sehr aromatisch. Auch der Serrano-Schinken war von sehr guter Qualität. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich, dass alles die richtige Temperatur hatte und geschmacklich hervorragend abgestimmt war. Man merkt, dass hier Wert auf gute Zutaten und eine sorgfältige Zubereitung gelegt wird. Selten hat mich eine Lieferung so positiv überrascht. Nach einem langen Arbeitstag hat mich dieses Essen wirklich glücklich gemacht. Ich werde definitiv wieder bestellen und kann es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Wir waren heute Mittag zum Tapas essen im Ibiza del Mar. Es hat einfach Alles gepasst, die Tapas kamen nacheinander. Wir hatten Tinto de Verano und Sangria dazu bestellt, beide eine echte Empfehlung. Hervorzuheben ist auch die freundliche Bedienung Vielen Dank, wir kommen gerne wieder

All you can eat - Es war ganz toll. Ich konnte trotz Zöliakie fast jedes Gericht essen und das vollkommen unbedenklich. Eine Liste mit der Zusammenstellung der Saucen und Gewürze wurde mir gezeigt und aufgrund des sehr kompetenten Personals war es überhaupt kein Problem ein wunderbares all you can eat Abendessen zu genießen. Das Essen war super lecker und genau, wie es empfohlen wurde.

Wir waren am Donnerstag das erste Mal vor Ort - zufälligerweise zum „all you can eat“. Das Restaurant war bis auf den letzten Platz gefüllt (reservieren lohnt 😉), das Angebot sowie die Qualität an Essen war super, die Preise fair! Und auch wenn das Essen an diesem Abend echt lange gedauert hat, was wir bei diesem Ansturm verstehe können (!) hat der Inhaber mit seinem offenen und ehrlichen Umgang mit der Wartezeit dafür gesorgt, dass das letztendlich überhaupt nicht ins Gewicht gefallen ist (er hat sich gefühlt 18x entschuldigt was gar nicht notwendig gewesen wäre). Also - absolut zu empfehlen!

Wir waren zum ersten Mal in diesem Restaurant und wurden wie gute Freunde aufgenommen. Das Essen war einfach hervorragend, die Bedienung war exzellent, aufmerksam und sehr herzlich. Wir saßen draußen, und obwohl das Ambiente draußen noch etwas ausbaufähig war, war es drinnen wirklich wunderschön. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Sehr aufmerksame und super freundliche Bedienung. Ich hatte das 150g Rinderfilet welches hervorragend geschmeckt hat. Freie Parkplätze gibt es dort in Hanau eher nicht aber das Restaurant liegt nur ca. 5 Gehminuten von Parkhaus Nürnberger Straße entfernt. War sehr nett gerne wieder.

Eine kleine und authentische Tapasbar, die man auch genauso in Spanien antreffen könnte. Frisch und lecker war alles, was uns serviert wurde. Die Bedienung( vermutlich auch die Inhaberin) war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und immer mit einem Lächeln. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in diesem Lokal und würden gerne unseren Besuch wiederholen.

Wir haben schon mehrere Tapa Bars ausprobiert.... Jede Bar ist natürlich auf seine Art schön und Geschmäcker sind verschieden. Aber Ibiza del Mar hat ein schönes Ambiente Mega tolle Tapas😋 und tolle Angebote, der Service ist freundlich und aufmerksam 🤓.

Ein sehr tolles spanisches Restaurant! Wir waren jetzt wieder zum Valentinstag dort. Das Essen und der Service sind einfach fantastisch. Wir waren total begeistert, mit wie viel Liebe alles bearbeitet wurde, und noch ein extra Kompliment an den Service.

Das Essen ist wirklich sehr sehr lecker und der Service ist auch top. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und oft am Tisch zum abräumen der leeren Tapas oder für Nachbestellungen. Der Laden ist etwas kleiner weswegen man unbedingt reservieren sollte. Auch ist es relativ teuer da man für eine Schale zwischen 5€-11€ rechnen muss. Aber wer auf Tapas steht, sollte diesen Laden unbedingt mal ausprobieren.

Die Tapas haben geschmacklich leider kaum Ähnlichkeit, wie wenn man diese bei einem Spanier ist. Die Tomatensoße der Albondigas hat sehr nach Essig und Ketchup geschmeckt. Aioli ist meiner Meinung nach das bekannte aus dem Supermarkt und die Patatas Bravas waren geschmacklich eher wie klein geschnittene Pommes. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und auch die Bestellung und Abholung über Lieferando hat sehr gut funktioniert.

Hier hat der Inhaber und das Serviceteam die authentische spanische TapasBar nach Hanau geholt. Portionen erscheinen preislich gehoben, sind aber qualitativ und quantitativ absolut gerechtfertigt und es gibt eine seeehr reichhaltig differenziertes Angebot. Wir hatten 7 Tapasschalen für 3 Pers. und waren pappsatt und sehr zufrieden.

Wir haben All-you-can-eat Tapas a la Card gegessen und es war sehr lecker. In der Stoßzeit war es ziemlich laut, aber der Raum ist Recht gemütlich. Da es relativ klein ist sollte man ab ca. 18 Uhr reservieren. Das Essen kam aber trotzdem ziemlich schnell und es waren gute Tapas-Portion, sodass wir einiges probiert haben. Die Kellner waren sehr aufmerksam und freundlich zu uns.

10/2025 Unchanged from our last visit – excellent food, exemplary, attentive service, top restaurateur, unreserved recommendation! 08/2025 Spanish retreat in Hanau. We were warmly welcomed shortly after entering. Drinks were served quickly, and the food focuses on tapas – with an all-you-can-eat option (on select days). A wide variety of vegetables, fish, meat, and sweet treats are offered here – each one better than the last. A highlight here were the juicy, very tender chicken skewers. A bit on the pricey side, but worth every cent. All in all, a perfect evening, top service, delicious food – highly recommended. We'll be back.

The most delicious paella in ages! 🤤 Two of us ate at Ibiza del Mar and decided on the paella. It was the perfect size for two, and it was super fresh and delicious. Highly recommended! The service was also really great, and the waitresses were extremely friendly. We'll be back.

Small but perfectly formed. The ambiance is lovely. It's lovingly decorated, and Spanish chants whisper from the speakers. The welcome is warm and friendly. For our wedding anniversary, everyone received a glass of sparkling wine on the house. All the staff are super friendly and attentive! The food is delicious and great value for money! One small criticism: You're asked for extra bread at some point, without mentioning that it costs extra! But we already expected that and factored in the price. We'd love to come back!

Sehr nette, aufmerksame Bedienungen. So lecker alles, dass man bei der Auwahl aufpassen muss, dass der Endreis nicht explodiert, da man sich jedes Gericht einzeln aussuchen kann und dass auch mehrere Male. Heißt mit ankreuzen auf einem Zettel was man essen möchte. Ich war vom Ziegenkäse mit Honig und Granatapfel geflasht. So unglaublich lecker. Alles was wir zu viert bestellt hatten war lecker, ausser die Hähnchenklöschen haben nicht so ganz überzeugt.

Unfortunately, my partner and I had to wait more than an hour for our food, and the location isn't really that big. As an apology there was an aperitif on the house but our mood was really in the basement. The prices for the food are way too exaggerated.

Really nice evening in Ibiza del Mar! We decided on the all you can eat :) We were a larger group (spontaneously even a few more), but the team was still extremely organized. Called the day before and asked if it was okay that there were a few more of us. Team totally friendly and super attentive – really great! Particularly nice: allergies were taken into account very well, totally understanding and uncomplicated. The food was really tasty, authentically Spanish and made with a lot of love. All in all a successful evening – we will definitely be back! :)

Nach mehreren tollen Besuchen im Restaurant wird es einmal Zeit eine positive Bewertung abzugeben. Tolle und aufmerksame Bewirtung bei hervorragendem Essen. Die offenen Hausweise sind ebenfalls prima. Autentica comida espaniol (reales spanisches essen) Jetzt wo man außen sitzen hat man etwas mehr Platz. Macht weiter so und wir kommen wieder!!

Last night me and my partner went there, not expecting much. I am a person who lived almost his entire life in Spain (22 years), in Murcia, Salamanca, Mallorca (Islas Baleares). We sat down and a lovely girl came to explain us how everything works with the Menu and how to order (btw, the font of the ordering paper is just not the right one, you can not read it good). We tried to order a Spanish wine but the service didn't know what Wine they had... later we realized that there is a special card for wines (nobody told us). Then we tried the wine of the house (the cheapest wine, nothing unusual, in Spain they use this wine to make Sangria, tinto de verano, etc.) Then we decided to order Gin and Tonic (Gin Mare). Nobody took care of preparing a good Gin and Tonic. They gave us a good amount of Gin, no lemon but lime (and it was not inside). In this point I should also say that I worked 10 years as a waiter in Spain (most part of the times in "Chiringuitos" beach bars if you don't know what a Chiringuito is). Well, let's say the food in those places are not the best quality... that's why I was not expecting so much of this restaurant. Surprising was the fact that the food was worse actually. The "Chipirones" were slightly burned and not the right way of being prepared. We ate 3-4 of them and returned them (nobody ask anything). We told that to the Boss and he said they "buy them" prepared from Spain (thing I am not questioning), but maybe you can buy a good quality also. The "Pan con Alioli" was good, I mean... it is literally bread with """"homemade""" Alioli (tunning a Chovi alioli is not something you can call homemade). We also ordered "Patatas Bravas", not a nice cut (in Spain it is REALLY important, not just the cut or the salsa, also that you as a Bar or Restaurant, need to have a good quality of Patata Brava, it's a MUST). They were tiny (and tiny is big compared to the ones they gave us), and the salsa was a mix of "Salsa brava" that they bought mixed with a little bit of Tabasco and (?)Ketchup(?). I am not sure 100% but what I know is that the consistency was bad, really liquid and it will not stay on the supertiny potatos. They had also things written in Spanish on the menu like "Caminante que camina.." "Calma, todo llega a su tiempo" etc. The thing here is that they are letter that are missing, the written accent "tú", "Quién", etc. The whole Drink Menu, from a Spanish point of perspective, needs to be updated. They are drinks like "Sol y Sombra" that in Spain you can't find almost anywhere, just in a small villages maybe. Just really old people drink that. The Food Menu as I said at the beginning, it's almos impossible to read. With 1000 of different disches (thing that is not good. Everytime you see a menu with a lot of different dishes, run. This is a red flag 100%). I wanted to say this thing as a critique, for improvement. Something I thought that a German person will understang, and accept or at least will care about it. We wanted to pay and the Boss came (he was just taking the money and maybe serving 2-3 drinks, but not caring about the service. Thing really common in Spain, also talks really a lot about how good or bad Boss you are, in this case, not nice). He came and ask: "So.. how was, everything good?" And my partner answered with "It was not our taste" and he proceeded to ask why... she explained the whole thing with the Chipirones, well, or tried... because he didn't even let her talk, being rude and saying that he is ordering everything prepared. He didn't ask us to remove something from the amount of money we had to pay "41-42 euros" and said he didn't know we returned the Chipirones. Thing that was imposiible because there were 3 tables. Seeing the other comments and how he answered... we all know what king of a person he is and how he "never makes" mistakes. The worst experience and food I ever had in my life. Pd: Also, this whole thing is not just their fault, also Spain's fault, selling cheap food in Chiringuitos. It's a "never go" and it should be the same for everybody.

It's a real shame, we wanted to have a little something to go with our gin and tonic and unfortunately it was disappointing. The chipirones were very greasy, thickly breaded and probably in the deep fryer for too long. I let half go back and already told the waitress they weren't good. When I paid I had to justify myself further. We lived in Spain for years and were told that this is how they eat in Spain. Apart from the fact that it is simply bought ready-made with breading... We then paid for everything, and I didn't bother with the patatas bravas either because the criticism wasn't accepted anyway. The sauce was at least very runny and tasteless. Wir sind absolut begeistert vom Ibiza del Mar in Hanau! Das Essen war fantastisch, frisch und mit viel Liebe zubereitet. Besonders die Tapas und Cocktails haben uns überzeugt. Das Ambiente ist wunderschön – man fühlt sich wie im Urlaub! Dazu kommt ein super freundliches und aufmerksames Team, das den Abend perfekt macht. Wir kommen immer wieder gerne hierher und können es jedem nur empfehlen. Ein echtes Highlight in Hanau! Vielen Dank an das ganze Team – bis zum nächsten Mal!

The atmosphere here is also great and the staff are friendly, and the establishment itself is in the heart of Hanau. I highly recommend coming in. As fish connoisseurs, we really like it here😋

Super nice restaurant with nice staff...great reception and explanation...dogs and people welcome, now I know why you have to make a reservation...the tapas are amazing, we're already looking forward to the next time...it's there Something for everyone...Unfortunately you can only give 5 stars...we'll be back for paella and dessert...and other tapas....

Ich war jetzt schon öfters im Ibiza und es war jedes Mal der Hammer! Mein absoluter Lieblingsspanier! Beste Tapas weit und breit! Leute ihr müsst es unbedingt probieren! Am besten aber vorher reservieren!

Today I tried the all-you-can-eat offer at Ibiza del Mar in Hanau and I am absolutely thrilled! The food was not only extremely tasty, but also varied and freshly prepared. The atmosphere in this small, cozy restaurant is simply inviting and perfect for a relaxed evening. The service was also outstanding - the staff were friendly, attentive and always tried to make our stay a pleasant one. You can tell that value is placed on quality and customer satisfaction here. I can only warmly recommend Ibiza del Mar and am already looking forward to my next visit! A real highlight in Hanau!
