Huzur Helal Grillhaus in Wiesbaden

This was one of the best kebab shops in the entire area, both for kebabs and grilled meats. But since the old owner gave up, things have only gone downhill. The new owners have driven the place into the ground; the taste is a disaster. I miss the time with the old owner.

The food was really delicious, I ate a doner kebab with fries and not pide, which was quite tasty 😋

My review of Huzur Kebab Haus A truly solid kebab shop! 🍖🥙 The meat is always fresh and juicy, the portions are just right, and you'll be truly filling. The bread is top-notch, crispy yet fluffy. The sauces are also flavorful and not just standard fare. You can tell the love goes into making this place. In my opinion, it's one of the best kebabs in the area – I highly recommend it!

Bad quality, bad kebab, dry bread, bad service

I had a doner kebab with rice, which I threw away after just a few bites. The meat wasn't straight from the skewer, but had apparently been heated in the microwave, as it was completely dried out. Whether it was the rice or the salad, it was simply inedible. Since the change of ownership, things have gone downhill rapidly.

We ordered five kebabs today. The bread was old and definitely not fresh, and the garlic sauce wasn't fresh either. That was a shame, the last time we were there. There's not even a contact person for a phone complaint.

We got food poisoning from this store! A complete disaster.

We order there often, but unfortunately, the food, usually always delicious – doner kebabs and doner kebab plates – arrived really cold today for the first time. I hope it'll be back to normal next time we order – it was a shame today.

One star because it's sobering to see what my favorite kebab shop has become. The meat is just a bone-dry rotisserie, devoid of any juice or soul. The bread is like my old one—flat, dry, and disappointing. And the sauce is probably worth its weight in gold, given how stingy they are with it. It's a real shame; I'll have to find a new place.

Doner kebab - the coleslaw in the doner kebab was completely oversalted, and some of the meat was old (dried-out pieces) - never again! Disgusting 🤢.

Worst food ever! This whole thing deserves zero stars, unfortunately, you have to give it at least one! Stay well away from this place! The food is unloving and tastes poor! Drinks are served without glasses; you have to drink straight from the bottle. The service is in dirty clothes. Nothing particularly appetizing. Never again, shouldn't the owner change!

I really only ordered a doner kebab and a fries. The fries were really a child's portion. Standard taste but an outrageous amount. And the doner kebab was really disgusting. I only had the bread from the doner kebab because it tasted so separatist.

The quality has improved significantly. I now enjoy going there again. Keep it up. 😍

It was one of the best kebabs in Kostheim. We were looking forward to going there again for the first time in a long time and just picked up food to go. The food was hot. The portions were okay. The "regular" kebab plate was exactly the same size as the more expensive "large XXL" plate. It was very poorly presented. Just like the waitress. I think I'll just cross the bridge and eat kebabs from now on. 😔😌

Unfortunately, it's getting worse every time! We're going somewhere else now.

Everything is great, tastes wonderful, portions are really generous, especially the kebab plate is great. I always order via Lieferando and have never had anything to complain about :)

We ordered two doner kebabs with yogurt sauce, without red or white cabbage, via Uber Eats today. Both doner kebabs arrived after about 35 minutes, unfortunately completely cold, and there was no yogurt sauce, but instead red and white cabbage. Sorry, I don't understand that. It was inedible. I'm very disappointed. It's gone down a lot since my last visit. I won't be ordering again!

Beautifully presented food and a wide selection, tastes absolutely delicious. The interior also offers a lovely atmosphere with particularly friendly staff. We'd happily return!

Very poor quality, “grill plate for 2” is one portion, plus a small plate with salad. Paid €50 for a bunch of nothing. Unfortunately very disappointing.

Never experienced a restaurant like this!!! I ordered a mixed grill platter for two and the quantity was only enough for one person. The quality of the food is borderline!!! After eating, I immediately felt nauseated. Each type of meat felt like it had a light to medium fish note. About the service: We were the only ones in the restaurant and yet it was difficult for the staff to remember our order, even though the orders were written down. The food also made us wait for some time. Billing for the meal: The staff doesn't know your own card!! Prices had to be read off the card and in the end a few euros more were added to the card payment, which is not justified. Staff apparently can't put 1 and 1 together.

Grill plate was bomb delicious. + Everything helal couldn't be better.

A little insider tip in Mainz-Kostheim. The kebabs are simply delicious. The chicken kebab in particular was 5-star delicious.

Unfortunately it has worn off a lot. We have ordered there quite often, often in larger groups. The employees are really nice, but the quality of the food has deteriorated a lot. The lahmacun was completely soggy and it didn't taste like it used to, I can't even describe the taste. The other food wasn't as tasty as usual either, there was also no bread, the rice was unseasoned and there was no sauce. Too bad :( The ambience inside is not that nice, more rustic and functional, you can smell what was on your plate afterwards, but we always picked up or sat outside anyway.

I noticed that there was a change of ownership recently, so I gave the store another chance... I have to say that they have achieved an excellent turnaround. The grill plate was outstanding. I'll try other things next time. Keep it up.

For 7.50€ it is definitely a bomb, the kebab is so full of meat, salad etc that you think you have two kebabs, the meat tastes very good and the bread is crispy and fluffy for the price you can't say anything and there are very nice people kebab of Germany

I recently visited Huzur Helal Grillhaus and it was a great experience! From the first second I felt warmly welcome. The ambience is authentic and cozy, and the decoration exudes real Turkish charm. The menu offers a great selection of traditional dishes prepared with great attention to detail. The spices were perfectly balanced and the ingredients were fresh and high quality. The service was also first class - the staff were attentive, friendly and always had a smile on their faces. I can recommend Huzur to anyone looking for authentic Turkish cuisine and a warm atmosphere. I'll definitely be back!

We have been guests here for years, the food and service have always been top. Unfortunately, this seems to have been resolved with a change of ownership. All 3 dishes (doner kebab, dürüm, kebab plate) were cold and the taste did not compare to the usual quality. We won't be eating here again in the future.

We have been eating kebab here in large groups for many years because it has always been very tasty. Unfortunately, nothing was as it used to be on the last visit. The quality of the meat was not good, the salad was bland and no longer fresh either. The service forgot many things. The prices are still very fair and portions are large. But with the taste, I won't come again.

Nice staff, the food is tasty and since the owner changed, you can also get more meat in the kebab 😊

I was at the reopening of the grill house and was absolutely thrilled. The kebab plate with fries and chicken was a real highlight. The meat was incredibly tender and the fries were crispy. The service was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere in the restaurant is very welcoming. You can tell that people put their heart and soul into the work here. Absolutely recommended – I’ll definitely be back!

Well, Dürüm and kebab plates were cold even though they were only a short distance away. Fries were mushy. Never eaten such a bad kebab plate. Too expensive for that too. I don't have to go there anymore.

I recommend to people. Not having it delivered and ordering it on site. Ordered 2 x 2 lamachun with extra meat and it arrived in 2nd delivery without meat. Are you running out of kebab skewers or what? I wasn't conceived in the bushes so that I could eat vegan at your juice shop. Paid twice and disappointed twice. This makes me very angry. Never order from there again. Nevertheless, I can recommend the lamachun to anyone who was conceived in the bushes.

Wow. I've never eaten a kebab like this before. It was hard and tasted like cardboard. I made a video so you can hear it and unfortunately you can't upload videos to Google. The contents were fine except that it smelled very sour?! I assume the bread was very old. How can you go so wrong with kebab?

Has been slowing down a lot lately. The food was tasteless and seemed cheap. It was much better with the other owner. I can't understand how anyone could think of running their business like that. Word of the poor quality will certainly spread very quickly and the oven will be out. Too bad.

We always enjoyed ordering and picking up often. The portion is fair for the price. Today we ordered 2 dürüm specials with cheese and double meat (and another PomDöner for the child). Apart from the 1 hour delivery time, the 2 dürüm were a joke. Very little meat, not really well stuffed. Really small even for a normal portion, it also contained cheese, so I don't assume it was an oversight. The Dürüm and the bread were also hard and not as tasty as usual. It's a shame, we're still a little hungry for almost €30 and are really disappointed.

We ordered Adana grill plates in this restaurant, which according to the menu should cost €15. Instead of the usual two Adana skewers, we wanted one Adana skewer and a lamb skewer. We were charged an extra €10 for this, so we ended up paying €25 per person. When we asked, we were told that this surcharge was normal. However, according to the menu, the grill plate with all types of meat only costs €22, which makes the pricing in this restaurant questionable. It seems that the prices are not calculated according to the menu, but rather arbitrarily or based on daily sales. I strongly recommend clarifying the price beforehand when ordering by telephone. In addition, the food was unfortunately cold, which further worsened the overall impression.

The lahmacun fell apart when I opened the aluminum foil. 5% meat and 95% salad. I'm not vegan! Still nice staff.

We ordered two kebabs and a salad, but we were barely understood on the phone. When our food arrived, the salad sauce was missing. We ordered it over the phone, but it didn't arrive until 10 p.m. In addition, my kebab, which we had specially ordered with "not" shank, was more likely to have extra shank. This is very disappointing, especially since we actually enjoyed ordering there. It's a real shame that this impression remains.

We placed a large order as a family and were very disappointed with what was delivered. All the dürüm's were soggy and cold, the fries were like cardboard, no taste and the pizzas smelled funny. Shortly afterwards we felt really bad...

Hello, I ordered a doner kebab and a pizza today and I have to say that it was the worst kebab I've ever eaten, it was just bad, the meat was cold and the pizza dough had no salt and I'll never eat anything from it again so save it eat

Geschmacklich immer gleich und sehr gut. Bei Lieferung lange Wartezeit(Wochentag unabhängig). Ansonsten geschmacklich das beste in der Region. Immer wieder gerne.

Der beste lahmacun meines Lebens ehrlich ich und meine Frau habe gestern Abend bestellt und ich bin ein döner Fan vom feinsten aber so ein Fleisch so ne gute Pizza und Burger habe ich noch nie aus einem Laden bekommen also die Qualität, Zuverlässigkeit und Freundlichkeit war eine 10 von 10 und das krasse an der Geschichte alles helal also ich bin ab sofort stamm Kunde

Waren dort zum 1. mal. Aber sicherlich nicht das letzte Mal 😉 herrlich frisches Essen, alles schmeckte uns sehr gut !!! Auf der Terrasse angenehm zu sitzen auch wenn eine Hauptstraße entlang führt. Preis und Leistungen stehen hier in guter Relation 👍🏻

Das erste mal zu fünft dagewesen und leider sehr enttäuscht. Das Brot, was am Anfang mit 3 Dips gereicht wird, war nicht frisch und wurde getoastet gebracht. Die Frikadellen und das Brot dazu (islama köfte) waren größtenteils verbrannt; unglaublich, dass sowas überhaupt serviert wurde! Die Pommesbeilagen waren bei beiden (2 Bestellungen) nicht frisch! Lahmacun waren unterschiedlich von von Hackfleischauflage her (2 Bestellungen), waren kaum bis nicht gewürzt und haben nicht geschmeckt.

Yer olarak iyi.personelde güler yüzlü.sectigimiz menü yazilanla pek alakasi yoktu.

Falafel Dürüm war sehr lecker, auch nett ist das Fladenbrot als Vorspeise mit leckeren Dips
