Good restaurant if you need something quicker, there is also Pide and Lahmacun. We had soup, kebab plate and pide with spinach. Soup and ayran were very good, kebab plate was okay, pide was also okay. All in all it was worth it.

Top ingredients, everything fresh, very attentive staff.

Very nice atmosphere, Very nice employees who take very good care of you Perfect meal with great sauce, nice size and perfect heat. Thanks to the stone oven, the food was ready very quickly. I'd love to come back.

Portion of kebab meat (8 euros) + portion of fries (5 euros). Large portions. You get full. The quality was great. The service and preparation were personable and friendly. And really fast! There are around 30 seats outside and inside, so you can find a seat. I thought the visit was great. PS: The pizza and yufka at the next table looked extremely tasty. This will be my next visit!

Very nice staff with a very clean demeanor. The restaurant has more upscale furnishings. Even the meat tastes very good. I had an XXL Yufka without any special requests and was disappointed at how little meat there was in the meal. It was more of a mixed salad in a batter coat with the note "may contain traces of rotisserie". The meat is the most expensive and this is where you save the most despite the very high price of €10. My colleague felt the same way: he had a kebab plate for €13.50 which consisted of a mountain of fries, occasionally decorated with rotisserie fragments all over the place, but only so that no fries were visible.

I ordered rotating strings + handmade buttermilk (16.5€) Normally, the amount of plate orders is very high, but here they try to show off a lot because they put it on potatoes, but the amount of meat is low, I also went to pay the bill and I was talking on the phone while the waiter was taking my bill. Since I did not talk to the owner, he was harsh with me, saying that you should deal with us instead of talking on the phone... Do I have to take care of you and talk to you? If you want to talk to me, you can talk at any convenient time.. We are being disgraced with our money.. The doner kebab is mixed, not pure beef. It has a nice garden and a nice atmosphere. But I don't recommend it.

Unfortunately I had to revise my rating, unfortunately something changed in the meat. Doesn't taste as good as it used to. I go there regularly but the last two times weren't good at all. And I was an absolute Mevlana fan. For me it has always been the best kebab in the city. Maybe you'll get a third chance

There were 15 people there on the terrace and we were warmly welcomed. The food was wonderful, fresh and flavorful. The preparation went quickly and special requests were gladly accommodated. The kebab meat is fabulous. Happy to recommend. I recommend the Chef Spezial see photo! See you soon!

Always delicious and nice! Yesterday spontaneously - while driving past - I decided to pick up something from Mevlana. A delicious salad bowl and falafel. Not to forget the nice conversation with the boss and the rest of the very nice staff. It's just fun to enjoy very good food prepared by positive people. We keep coming back!

Worst Dürüm far and wide. I was there today and my colleague ordered a Dürüm. Apart from the fact that it was mostly filled with vegetables instead of meat, he felt sick a little later because of it, followed by stomach pain and diarrhea. Possibly due to expired ingredients or bad bread. Additionally, the bill was charged for two other drinks instead of the drinks we actually had.

Best kebab in the southwest city

Schlechter Döner mit sehr wenig Inhalt. Das Fleisch ist fettig Gyros, die Soße ist lediglich billige Salatsoße, Inhalt besteht lediglich aus Fleisch/Eisbergsalat/Tomate/roter Zwiebel, der Rest fehlt komplett. Kein Weißkraut, kein Rotkraut etc. Und das alles für ganze 8 (acht!) Euro... Die Pizza ist okay. Terrible Kebab with not nearly enough content. The meat is fatty Gyros, the sauce is cheap salat sauce, content merely consists of meat/lettuce/tomato/red onions, and nothing else. No white or red cabbage etc. And all of that for the unreasonable price of 8 (eight!) Euros... The pizza is okay.

Food was good, but nothing special. For the prices there could have been a little more meat. The cabbage dominated a bit. The yoghurt sauce has peppermint, which is really refreshing and tasty, although a bit unusual. The staff were very friendly and fulfilled all your wishes (it wasn't busy either). Card payment is no problem, as it should be.

Anyone looking for Anatolian specialties should stop by here at least once in Karlsruhe. I can only confirm. Simply good, nice, clean, tasty and completely carefree. Must try: homemade ayran

I've been here a lot over the last few years because the store is on my way. Unfortunately, it often happened that the meat in the yufka was largely raw, which immediately spoiled my appetite. Since I have experienced this several times and read some reviews here that report similar things, I am now writing the review. That's not possible, especially since the prices are comparatively high.

I have been visiting Mevlana for 18 years. The friendliness, the cleanliness and the quality of the food...remains good. The prices have also risen enormously here, but the price/performance ratio is right here. The only point of criticism: the portions are sometimes too big 😆.

I order a kebab with a little spicy sauce and get a kebab with everything swimming in yogurt sauce. The meat is good, the rest is average, so customer requests are ignored. The religious posters in the restaurant also annoy me; I just want to enjoy good kebab without Muslim propaganda. Once and never again !

I came here for the first time on the recommendation of a friend and left very satisfied. – The food was very tasty and the ingredients were all fresh – The place was clean – The employees are all very friendly I ordered a kebab plate and looked around a bit while I was there. The restaurant was very clean and tidy. The display behind the glass was very clean and the ingredients in it all seemed very fresh. The kebab meat tasted really good and was deliciously seasoned. I will gladly come again!

Top! We really love the freshly baked kebab bread from the stone oven. Everyone is always super nice. Prices are absolutely fair and the hot sauce is a clear recommendation!

I went to get a yufka at lunchtime. Unfortunately the meat was very hard and dry, as if it had been from the day before. A pity.

…nach einem Kundenbesuch auf die Schnelle etwas leckeres essen? Da ist Döner immer eine gute Wahl. Bin aufgrund der sehr guten Bewertungen hier her und wurde nicht enttäuscht. Der Dönerteller mit Pommes war sehr lecker und ich würde jederzeit wieder herkommen.

Eine kleine Flasche Wasser für 3 euro... WAW. Im Flughafen kostet die kleine Flasche 2.50 ( Flughafen!!!!)

Bin auf Besuch in meiner Heimat. Auf der Suche nach Tipp haben wir durch SallysWelt von diesem Restaurant erfahren. Unser Hotel lag zum Glück in der Nähe. Wir würden definitiv nicht enttäuscht. Das Fleisch war von sehr guter Qualität, alles war frisch und hat sehr gut zusammengepasst geschmacklich. Wir hatten beide jeweils einen Dönerteller und können mit guten Recht sagen es waren die besten seit langem. Wer mal in der Nähe ist unbedingt hingehen!

Seid wirklich langer Zeit endlich mal ein guter Döner!! Fladenbrot wird frisch aufgebacken. Ein Döner der die allgemeinen Preiserhöhungen auch mal rechtfertigt!

Generally above the regular price for a kebab store. Used to be well worth it because the dishes were exceptional, but significantly dropped in quality over the last few years. The staff is mostly professional, but kind of supercilious and treat people differently.

Sehr freundlicher Chef, freundliche Bedienung. Essen ( Dönerteller und Yufka ) geschmacklich eher Durchschnitt, teilweise zähe trockene Fleischstücke, Würzung bescheiden. Schade, die Qualität der Speisen war war in früheren Jahren deutlich besser. Preis / Leistungsverhältnis unstimmig.

Wir waren zum Hook Up Festival in Karlsruhe und haben zum stärken eine Dönerladen gesucht und sind auf diesen hier gestoßen. Der Ladeninhaber war super nett und sehr sympathisch. Und das Essen war ebenfalls echt lecker, kleinerer Kritik Punkt, bisschen mehr Soße in den Döner und bisschen mehr Salat, sonst war perfekt und wir waren sehr zufrieden. Vielen Dank dafür :) Viele Grüße von den 4 überragend gut aussehenden Jungs PS: Baklava war auch echt gut😉
