Two of us spontaneously stopped by for dinner one evening and got a seat. Although we were told it might take a while, we didn't have to wait long at all. We had two healthy bowls that were delicious! Great service and delicious food. We'd be happy to go back.

Wow! What a beautifully decorated breakfast spot. It's cozy, and the dishes are varied and balanced, with something for every taste. The prices, service, and quality are top-notch. We'll definitely be back. Reservations are recommended.

Typical Glockenbach atmosphere, and unfortunately, prices are correspondingly high. The service was simple but friendly.

We wanted to order a takeaway pizza and were told there would be a wait of about 20 minutes. After waiting 45 minutes and asking politely twice, the order still wasn't ready. Only after the third, much more forceful inquiry did it become clear that our order had apparently not been taken correctly. We therefore decided not to order the pizza – after such a long wait and without clear communication, we had lost our appetite for the food, especially since the prices aren't exactly cheap. At least we got our money back and were offered a free drink. However, since we were already running late, we declined. Overall, a very disappointing experience where we felt like we weren't being taken seriously as guests. A shame.

We easily found a table on a Saturday afternoon, with no wait. The food was delicious, the staff was incredibly friendly, and the restaurant was beautifully decorated. All in all, highly recommended!

I've been here several times, both for breakfast and dinner. The food is really delicious and the atmosphere is comfortable. However, I find the prices very high. For example, over €15 for a vegetarian bowl and almost €5 extra for a bit of goat cheese is really excessive. It wasn't a large portion either.

I had brunch here, both Healthy Hipster sandwiches (salmon and turkey) and they were super good. They even have a ginger shot on the menu, which I thought was great.👍🏻

The pasta with salmon is not to my taste at all: there's not much cream sauce, and the spaghetti at the top of the portion is just spaghetti with a spaghetti flavor. The fresh, coarsely chopped onions were also an unpleasant surprise. A very strange combination for me. Lemonade was okay.

Very nice location in the heart of Munich's city center, directly accessible by subway; very friendly staff and attentive service (I had indicated online that it was my mother's birthday (and she has celiac disease), and she received a super-sweet gluten-free pancake with a sparkler). We highly recommend the gluten-free and "regular" bagel, the banana bowl with gluten-free crumble, as well as the gluten-free pancakes and cappuccino. :)

The atmosphere was very pleasant. Located near the Reichenbach Bridge, the restaurant is very lively and has very friendly, competent staff. Very helpful service and great food.

The food was an absolute disgrace. The worst pizza of the year; you'll want to give up after the first bite. Stale garlic oil didn't even need to save it. The "homemade lemonade" was a joke, water with syrup, completely artificial. The Bolognese consisted of a few noodles with a seemingly enormous pile of cafeteria sauce. Breakfast may be great here, but dinner will never be again...

There are many different dishes here, and a variety of tastes will be catered to. The pizza was very good. However, it gets really crowded during peak meal times.

We went out for brunch today to celebrate my friend's 17th birthday. She had laboriously financed the day herself and just wanted to spend a nice moment with us. The food came on time, but the service was cold and inattentive - we had to wait forever to answer questions. When she couldn't leave a tip at the end, the waiter only made a disparaging comment: “Next time maybe bring a little more money.” We were all shocked. This is not how you treat guests - especially not on a day that is supposed to be special.

Today was my birthday. I was really looking forward to going out for brunch with my friends - nothing big, just a nice moment that I wanted to treat myself to. We met at 12 p.m., I had reserved a table and everything was supposed to be perfect. However, what I had to experience today affected me deeply. The food came at the right time - that wasn't the problem. But from the moment we sat down, we felt like we were just…not really there. Hardly anyone paid any attention to us. If we wanted to say or ask something, we had to wait forever. There was no smile, no kind word - just a clearly noticeable feeling that we were disturbing. And yet we tried to enjoy the moment, laugh, celebrate the occasion. In the end, the thing that still sticks with me: I couldn't leave a tip. Not because I didn't want to - but because I just couldn't. I paid for this brunch myself and I had to work for almost a month to get it. I'm a student, I have a small additional income, and it was important to me to manage that myself today. A little birthday present to myself. When I pay and thank you, the waiter only makes this incredibly condescending comment: “Maybe give a little more (tip) next time.” I was so shocked that I couldn't say anything at first. How can you speak so disrespectfully to someone who is trying to spend their birthday with dignity and joy with what little they have? I'm disappointed. Not just about how things are treated, but about how quickly people judge without knowing the story behind it. Nobody should have to feel like this on their birthday. Especially not someone who has worked everything out on their own. Thanks for nothing.

The restaurant impresses with delicious, authentic pizza from the stone oven and fresh ingredients. The prices are absolutely reasonable, the atmosphere is cozy and the service is attentive. Perfect for a relaxed evening with friends or family.

Since I wanted to start my sister's bachelorette party with an extensive brunch, I was looking for a restaurant that wouldn't throw us out after 1 1/2 hours. Unfortunately, this didn't seem possible in most locations. However, when I asked at the Hungry Heart, I was told that, since it was a Friday, they would be happy to make the table available to us beyond that. My request as to whether it would be possible to arrive earlier and decorate the tables myself was no problem at all. When I got there we had a long table in the corner of the restaurant, just as I imagined. The waiter was very friendly and offered me something to drink while I was preparing. We had the same waiter later on, who was attentive and quick. The selection of food and drinks was very large and everything we ordered was delicious. We didn't have to wait long. I have nothing to complain about our visit and am grateful that everything went smoothly and we were treated to a lovely morning.

I've been to the restaurant several times now, so I can assess how it affects me. It seems to be a pretty trendy restaurant these days. The clientele is mostly in their mid-20s. The food is perfectly fine, but not impressively good. Solid standard. What I personally find disappointing is the abysmal service. When you arrive at the restaurant, you're usually not greeted or only greeted very late, even though the staff is standing in front of you. Recently, I had a reservation. My companion was already there under my reservation, which I didn't know. However, the waiter still seated me at a different table. After five minutes, I realized that my companion was already seated further back. Very well done. Once you've finished eating or drinking, the tables are usually cleared very late or not at all. I've always had to put my empty glass or empty plates on the next table. Even if you sit there for 60 minutes, the waiter never once asks if you'd like another drink. Even after the waiter had cleared the table, there was no question. Finally, there's no goodbye when you leave the restaurant, even though there are always staff at the bar right by the entrance. The ambiance is okay, and as a Munich resident, you're used to poor or no service. That's why I'll keep coming back.

You really have to say: DESPITE the good location, it's really excellent! Unfortunately, this is not a given in M. Super attentive service, as a guest with a dog I got a quiet table and water was brought for the dog. The price of the food was very fair for Munich and the quality was top! Price-performance ratio is right, the atmosphere is chic and chilled - a real recommendation! 🙂

You can have a delicious breakfast or a very good dinner, the pizzas and drinks are really recommended. The staff is super nice and the atmosphere is very nice. You feel really comfortable and we always enjoy going there.
