Hungriges Herz in München

Wir waren zum ersten Mal da und uns hats super gefallen. Tolles Essen, super schöne Location und freundlicher Service. Leider ist es bei vollem Haus echt grenzwertig. Vielleicht könnte man da mit Schallkonzept es etwas angenehmer gestalten. Wir werden eher in Nebenzeiten hingehen.

Alles sehr sehr lecker und die Leute können nicht mehr nett sein. Alles wunderbar ☺️

Stilvolles Ambiente, super Essen und Getränke. Freundliche Bedienung. Die Speisekarte hat für jede Tageszeit das Richtige für jedermanns Wünsche zu bieten. Die Portionen sind groß und die Preise wirklich völlig in Ordnung. Es kann etwas lauter und lebhafter zugehen :)

I come here for almost every birthday of mine or my friends! Totally sweet atmosphere and incredibly nice employees. Food tastes delicious every time. I'll be back!

Essen ist maga lecker! Wir hatten Burger und sie waren perfekt. Der Kaffee ist nicht so gut aber dafür die eigenen Schorlen!

We were here for breakfast. Food was excellent, service was very quick, attentive and friendly. We made a reservation the day before and were only seated at the entrance, which was a bit uneasy. When we asked, we were immediately given another table. We'd love to come back!

The shop is very nicely decorated. You immediately feel very comfortable. Service is just as good I just think the prices are a bit exaggerated... But that's probably a matter of opinion.

You won’t be placed a Sunday morning if you don’t have a reservation, even if a table is free. The staff didn’t give any alternative recommandation or didn’t try to find a solution, even though we were okay with waiting a bit until a table cleared. Glad to know they have enough success to refuse customers, says a lot about the experience and food we would have had, will not come back and will not recommend. Many better places in Munich to eat.

Great value for money, unfortunately our entire table was full of empty glasses that were not cleared away. Service but very attentive and friendly 💜

The location is centrally located in the immediate vicinity of a tram station and is therefore very easy to reach. We spontaneously walked by and were immediately approached by the pizza slices to take away. These are fairly priced, relatively large and taste good - although they were a little underheated for my taste. The location itself is attractively designed and the staff is extremely friendly.

Four of us were there for brunch on Sunday and had a great time. The staff is very accommodating and friendly, the food was very good. We felt completely comfortable. We would love to come back. Many thanks to Madi, Thorsten and the team, you're doing a great job.

Had a lovely brunch here. Servers were very nice (we had Laura), food was delicious and came fairly quickly and had very cosy vibes. Played Christmas music which was an added bonus 🎄 would definitely recommend 😊

Wow. Our first breakfast place since landing in Munich and it’s a smash hit! The server is soooo kind! She’s running the whole floor by herself and is being so generous to us English speakers. Now the food is on another level. Beyond delicious. Everything taste homemade. All portions are huge and I’ve never had such perfectly crispy bacon before. And I’m from New Orleans so that’s saying something. This would be a staple if I lived here! We ate too fast so I forgot to take a picture 😭

We came for breakfast at 9:30 in the morning. We were able to make reservations quickly and easily via OpenTable. They have a large selection of breakfasts and very tasty hot drinks. After a small complaint from “Baby Benedict”, I was immediately offered a new dish, thank you very much! Great service, nice and quick. The breakfast was super delicious, tasted great! If you want to enjoy a relaxed breakfast in a great, modern atmosphere, this is the right place!

A lovely place to spend some time with friends or family. Totally recommended, great atmosphere, friendly staff, also delightful food and drinks. You can feel this vibe just by opening the door. Definitely, i will return soon.

Unbedingt reservieren aber sonst alles super! Deftiges und süßes Essen waren sehr lecker und Limonaden etc. ebenfalls. Die Baristas und Bedienungen waren sehr aufmerksam und freundlich :) Immer einen Besuch wert!

Wir waren heute morgen am Frühstücken da, so ein schönes Ambient, leckeres Essen und super nette Kellnerin, alles war ausgezeichnet. Ich werde auf jeden Fall bei meinem nächsten Besuch zur München, das Hungeiges Herz wieder gerne Besuchen.

Super freundliches Personal, tolle Einrichtung, sehr leckeres Essen. Die Preise sind fair, aber eben keine Schnäppchen. Ohne Reservierung keine Chance.

Tolles Essen, große Portionen. Unbedingt reservieren, der Laden war brechend voll. Der Lärmpegel ist dementsprechend, hat uns nicht gestört. Personal sehr freundlich und schnell.

Der Bacon-Cheese-Burger war sehr lecker, wie gewünscht auf den Punkt medium. Die selbstgemachte Ingwer-Orangen-Limonade sehr erfrischend. Die Bedienung sehr nett, witzig und kompetent. Das Ambiente wirklich schön. Gemütlich, für's Auge und gesellig. Was will man mehr?

Super fast and friendly service. Drinks and food arrived quickly, even though it was full. Delicious. Prices were high, but the portions were also enough to fill you up. A bit noisy, but that's how it is when it's full on the weekend. I thought it was good that you didn't sit so close together like in other cafés, but instead had space.

Very hip, nice interior design. Cake very tasty and very good Prosecco! Unfortunately, the cocoa was a disappointment - it tasted like very sweet water, not chocolatey at all. The service was a bit forgetful and only took care of the bare essentials.

Schon beim Betreten des Lokals spürt man die herzliche Atmosphäre, die von der charmanten und ruhigen Lage unterstrichen wird. Hier kann man dem Trubel der Stadt entfliehen und in entspannter Umgebung eine wunderbare Zeit genießen. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das hervorragende Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Für die Qualität, die hier geboten wird, sind die Preise mehr als fair. Die Speisekarte überzeugt mit einer Auswahl an kreativen und liebevoll zubereiteten Gerichten, bei denen man die Frische der Zutaten förmlich schmeckt. Jeder Bissen zeugt von der Leidenschaft des Küchenteams, das es versteht, die Aromen perfekt aufeinander abzustimmen. Egal ob Vorspeise, Hauptgang oder Dessert – jedes Gericht ist eine kleine kulinarische Reise für sich. Auch der Service lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Bedienung war unglaublich freundlich und aufmerksam, ohne dabei aufdringlich zu wirken. Man spürt, dass das Wohl der Gäste hier an erster Stelle steht. Sonderwünsche wurden mit einem Lächeln erfüllt und die Empfehlungen der Kellnerin waren nicht nur ehrlich, sondern auch genau richtig. Insgesamt kann ich das „Hungrige Herz“ wärmstens empfehlen. Wer exzellentes Essen, einen aufmerksamen Service und eine ruhige, gemütliche Atmosphäre sucht, wird hier auf seine Kosten kommen. Ein Lokal, das man gerne wieder besucht!

Very easy to reach by public. Breakfast was incredibly good - waiters very friendly. Definitely recommended!

I definitely recommend this place. At first we thought it would be the typical crowded Sunday brunch place but we are quite happy with the service, the environment, and the menu, and most importantly the prices! FOOD: brunch was great, they have a full platter with so many items and it was just fresh and tasty, nothing was overwhelming or taking over the other flavors, there was a perfect blend. Together with the pancakes it was a great combination, pancakes were fluffy, thick, rich in flavors, and size was just right. Coffee was aromatic and ginger lemonade was fantastic and rich. SERVICE: people are very relaxed, very friendly, and service is rather quick. We had no reservation and they found us a comfortable cute table with a private feel. ATMOSPHERE: there is music which is very soft and enhances the brunch-energy experience, people are talking and very joyful, it is not overly loud which can be really important. I felt at peace.

5 stars are not enough here - such a great café/restaurant! 😍 I could have ordered the whole menu here, a great selection and everything was incredibly tasty and visually great to look at. The staff was also super friendly. I will definitely come back when I'm in Munich again :)

Es ist unfassbar laut im Restaurantbereich. Man kann sich eigentlich ueberhaupt nicht verstaendigen oder verstehen auf eine Entfernung von 30cm hin. Gespräche mit Begleitung quasi unmöglich und erzeugt auch totalen Stress nach 1h in dem Laden. Essen und Bedienung ist ok. Aber da drin braucht es pflanzen, Dämpfungselemente, Vorhaenge etc.. so ist das leider eine absolute Zumutung!

I was there for breakfast on Saturday shortly after the restaurant opened and got a table. So be sure to reserve on the weekend. Great ambience and friendly and fast service. The bagel was very large but unfortunately not toasted and therefore not 100 percent to my taste. Flat white and freshly squeezed orange juice were great!

I had the pleasure of eating at Hungry Hearts today and it was excellent. The atmosphere was inviting and the dishes were both creative and tasty. Beautiful little local in the heart of munich, just next to the isar. I highly recommend ordering a delicious pizza, or buy just a little slice at the front. Or stay inside and enjoy the pretty interior!

It's always nice to have lunch here: a delicious pizza or a bowl. I always find it beautifully presented and balanced in taste, which is particularly important with the bowls. In my opinion it's a bit too reverberant and loud. That's why I always try to get a table where it's a little quieter. But it's always super tasty and highly recommended.

We had brunch at Hungry Heart on a Saturday. As is (unfortunately) often necessary in Munich, we made a reservation. However, the reservation is time limited. We ate avocado bread and pancakes. The dishes are presented very attractively, but not particularly large (sufficient depending on how hungry you are). We enjoyed it. The staff is extremely friendly to dogs too :).

Wie immer super lecker!! Können es zu 100% weiterempfehlen :)) Das Avocadobrot, die Bowls und auch die Limonaden sind einfach so so gut! Und es ist auch Mega schön draußen an der Straße zu sitzen.

“It has to come from the heart, what should have an effect on the heart”... if you have such a quote from Goethe on your website, you should perhaps also train your staff in customer friendliness and service, so that you as a guest also get the feeling... it comes from the heart. Being insulted by the waiter because you chose a table yourself and then not being served... unfortunately just reflects another piece of service desert. Unfortunately I can't judge the food and drinks... it didn't get that far.

Their french toast is really nice and delicious! Iced coffee was a bit bland for me considering I don’t like bitter coffee. I hope you use better ingredients for some, with the ham or cheese, it had the potential.

Very tasty food, had the French toast filled with strawberry jam :) We didn't have to wait long and the portions are also very large. There are even gluten-free alternatives. Therefore highly recommended

Simply always delicious. You can have a particularly good breakfast here. It's best to reserve a spot, especially on weekends it's always full. I especially love the pancakes :) The prices are a bit high. So if you're looking for a simple, cheap breakfast, you've come to the wrong place. The staff is always very friendly. Unfortunately, the seating is a bit tight, but everything is lovingly and beautifully furnished. Unfortunately, I lack a wardrobe, especially in winter. All in all, I've been enjoying breakfast here for several years and am happy to recommend Hungry Heart to others.

Every time we are in Munich, the Hungry Heart is a must go. The food is super tasty and the service is very, very warm. (There are enough for veggies too😉) Next time we're here, we'll definitely come back!😊

The atmosphere is nice relax, staff is friendly and helpful. We come there to write in group for 2-3 hours twice a week and we are very grateful to them for letting us organize that in their restaurant.
