Today was the first, but hopefully not the last, finissage. The current menu was served in several courses, including 3 starters, 2 main courses and 2 desserts. And it was sooo delicious. There were also non-alcoholic drinks for the driver and wine for the accompaniment. Price/performance was great and - I think I've already mentioned it - it was so delicious. There were: mushroom consommé with tortellino, chorizo ​​pieces and foam, celery ice cream, grill torch, Leipziger Allerlei, granite with thyme and rosemary and the mojito. What a hammer.

Great 4-course experience for vegans, or anyone who wants to try out a strong plant-based restaurant. There are also individual dishes, so you don't have to choose a 3 or 4 course menu. We were served by a super friendly, professional and pleasant lady. Cozy atmosphere and great quality of food. According to the map, people even shop at the organic wholesale market! We'll be back after your vacation!

I came across the Hummelbude via Google Maps and the good reviews. The website then did the rest because I really liked the philosophy shown there. Anyway, we reserved a table and went there. We were warmly welcomed and served on site. The menu and dishes were explained to us in a way that was easy to understand and what we got on the table was simply TOP! Excellent craftsmanship, very tasty and large enough portions so that you didn't have to stuff yourself but rather enjoy. The restaurant itself is modern, cozy and very clean! The people who work there are attentive, unobtrusive and polite. The prices may not seem very low, but in my opinion they are reasonable. Everything fits somehow, we'll be back, no question!

Yesterday I was a guest at the Hummelbude for the first time and took advantage of the lunch offer with a friend. Not only was the food delicious, we also thought it was really cheap. The service was friendly and competent and we decided we would definitely have to return soon :)

If it seems strange that there are only a few main courses on the menu - don't be surprised - you concentrate on the essentials!! The good taste!! Not just when it comes to the food itself (drinks too!). The atmosphere makes you feel comfortable, the service is friendly and does a good job and it is very clean even down to the toilet. Finally a vegan/vegetarian restaurant with fine dining in Essen. The very friendly service staff recommended a cous-cous vegetable/falafel bowl. Great quality! Inquiries to the kitchen were also responded to in a friendly and prompt manner. The coffee is definitely recommended! All in all, a well-rounded experience that will undoubtedly make us want to visit again, thank you!

This was the best food I have ever tasted!!!! We were there with several people (+dog) and it was very comfortably furnished. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Absolute recommendation even for non-vegans. For me one of the best restaurants in the Ruhr area. I still knew it as a charming café and bistro and miss the fact that there is no longer breakfast on weekend mornings. It is now a beautifully furnished, upscale restaurant with lunch and fine dining in the evening. Professional staff, nice atmosphere and, above all, great food. Reservations recommended.

Went to the Hummelbude for the first time at the weekend and were very impressed with everything! Everything in the small outdoor area is beautifully planted and we actually had lots of bumblebees visiting :) The sandwich and our cakes were delicious and the coffee was just right. We were also given a very warm welcome and really well served. We will definitely come back and are VERY happy that the Hummelbude is in our future neighborhood!

The three of us were here on Saturday evening. The ambience and furnishings are very atmospheric. Upscale, but by no means aloof. The service was very competent, friendly and pleasantly unobtrusive. Now to the menu: I had the eggplant myself and although I was a bit skeptical beforehand as to whether it would be boring or unexciting given the "vegetables on vegetables on vegetables", I was more than surprised. The various components were excellently coordinated with one another and the different flavors came into their own even more in combination than individually. My companions had the new potato and the oyster schnitzel with asparagus. Here too I received only positive feedback. The desserts were exceptional and also really tasty. Simply WOW! It was our first time here and we will definitely come back. Since the menu changes approximately every two weeks, we are very excited about the new menu! The dishes were very imaginative and creative, wonderfully tasty and completely vegan! Even our two meat eaters were thrilled. Star suspicious! In addition, the service was extremely friendly and relaxed, making you feel very comfortable here. The chef also explained each dish at the table, including where the individual components come from and what makes them special. The atmosphere is very pleasant, beautifully bright and modernly furnished. Great concept and great people running it. A must for all friends of good and modern cuisine!

I always feel so welcome and pampered with you. For me, one of the most comfortable places to take a break, breathe deeply and enjoy. The prices are absolutely fair for the quality offered, there are two all gender toilets and as a queer AuDHD I always feel safe (because understood and accepted) with you. For the 2nd time in the booth, for the 1st time after the expansion. We were here for breakfast back then, but this time we opted for "fine dining" including drinks to accompany the 4 courses served. I took a cooking class with my son! It was a lovely afternoon and we had a lot of fun. The cooking class was very interesting with a few tricks from the professionals. We enjoyed the food and would take a cooking class again! The atmosphere is nice and cozy, the employees are all very nice and friendly. I can really recommend the restaurant!

This was one of the best restaurants I have ever eaten at. This vegan-vegetarian restaurant is incredibly cozy and the staff is very nice. The composition of the dishes was perfectly prepared both in terms of taste and visually. Everything was right and I can only recommend it. There were very interesting and also modern combinations.

In the Hummelbude you get a wonderful selection of different “flavor harmonies” at the Fine Diner. We were there for the first time and tried a few things, there wasn't anything we didn't like. Special features of the guests (gluten intolerance) are taken into account and even dishes are adapted accordingly. We received a very friendly welcome and service and would love to come back.

We went for fine dining at the Hummelbude (vegans + non-vegans) and everyone loved the food. All courses - from starters to desert - were really tasty, you can taste the quality of the ingredients and we were all full. The reduced menu makes the choice easy and at the same time something special. The service was great, very uncomplicated, attentive and with a smile. We'd love to come back.

We had dinner here a few weeks ago. I liked the following things: +Nice, bright, modern atmosphere. +Everything is vegan + except for the welcome, friendly staff / Neutral things: • The taste of the food was ok, but nothing more / Negative things: -The restaurant was quite empty. But we were seated at a table that was right next to a table that was already occupied. - I found the prices a bit exaggerated. For some Brussels sprouts €20. The dish wasn't even particularly creative/unusual. Conclusion: we will not come back.

I've been a regular at the Hummelbude for over two years now, and for good reason. Here we cook and serve with passion and idealism to make the (gastro) world a little better. I come by at least once a week for lunch and a caffeinated hot drink and occasionally for fine dining (with a reservation of course). The seasonal dishes, whose ingredients are sourced as ecologically and locally as possible, are always prepared fresh and simply delicious. At the lunch table I appreciate the home cooking like at Ommern, but with a twist, in a relaxed atmosphere and at fine dining the aroma explosion in a feel-good atmosphere. My personal favorites include the signature dishes Okonomiyaki & Cauliflower Hotwings, the creamy ice cream creations, the oat flat white and everything called vrikadelle or meatloaf. Particularly noteworthy are the portion sizes, which, contrary to what you might expect from a fine dining restaurant, can be so generous for the main courses that even a meat eater like me has rolled out of the restaurant a few times. So it's no wonder that everyone I've taken to the booth so far has also been thrilled. The service is no exception when it comes to quality. The service staff are always attentive, warm and present the courses with enthusiasm for the matter. This is probably also because at the Hummelbude not only the guests but also the team are treated fairly and humanely. I only miss the legendary cream cakes, which were taken out of the range for ecologically understandable reasons. But I don't give up hope. I hope that the Hummelbude will remain a culinary and atmospheric happy place for me and the Fronx for a long time to come!

We were here with a large group. The food and drinks leave nothing to be desired. We only got our coffee and tea after we had already eaten our cake. You can definitely still work on it here. But the service is very friendly.

My partner and I ate at Hummelbude on Valentine's Day. The evening began with the door of the restaurant jamming badly and not opening at all. The waitress who was standing in the restaurant, just a meter behind the door, told us that we had to press harder. Yes, good. I think we can all agree that with good service you naturally open the door for your guests when it's already stuck and you're standing directly behind the door. But it's okay to move on. That day there was only the Valentine's Day menu, which was also communicated to us on the phone. By the way, the menu consisted exclusively of celery. Before we received our menu, we were greeted by the kitchen, which was also delicious. What I just found funny was that when the waitress brought the greeting, she said: “Don’t worry, the other dishes will be bigger.” Spoiler: That wasn’t the case! Then came the starter, which was soup. The taste wasn't ours, but the soup was almost cold and inedible. The waitress then asked us if we liked it and we gave her our honest opinion. She then reacted very coolly and just asked why it didn't taste good so that she could pass on feedback to the kitchen. Then the main course came and I just thought there must be a hidden camera in here somewhere (see photo). I think everyone can agree that this really can't be a main course. At most, what we got as a main course could be served as a starter... Even though the dessert wasn't there yet, we decided to go and eat somewhere else. So after 3 minutes of not touching our food, another (!) waitress came to us and asked what the problem was. My partner then just said that we would like to pay now. The waitress then started a discussion with us and asked why we didn't like it, why we wanted to pay now and what the general problem was. My partner said again that he didn't want to argue, he was just happy to pay. But that didn't work because the woman didn't stop the discussion and just bothered us with it. At some point I said that I just thought it was cheeky to serve something like that as a main course (even as a Valentine's Day menu) and hoped that she would be satisfied with it and just leave. She then said that everything was communicated with us over the phone. Yes, it was, but you can embellish your menu with any number of beautiful words and end up making the food look completely different than what you described on the phone. You really imagined something completely different. The discussion continued on their part and just didn't end until my partner said for the fourth or fifth time that we just wanted to pay and leave. Since the waitress was unfortunately not satisfied with that, I told her that she probably couldn't handle criticism since she was still standing here and continuing to argue with us. I just wanted her to get off the hook and stop crossing our border, even though we just said from the start that we were happy to pay. Just unbelievable. Then we were finally allowed to pay and left. In the end, we had a really fun evening afterwards because we just couldn't understand what a failure it had actually been, even though we were so impressed by the pictures on Instagram. I'm sure the restaurant otherwise offers really delicious food, otherwise we wouldn't have been inspired by the pictures - but the Valentine's Day menu was really pretty bold. It felt like on Valentine's Day you wanted to get rid of everything that was still in the kitchen and somehow wasn't being sold. The wine was delicious, and the vegan kebab we ate afterwards was even more so.

The express invitation to point out intolerances and allergies and the flexibility of the kitchen to accommodate these are also to be praised. The food itself is very original, offers new taste experiences; yummy!

We had made a reservation in advance at the Hummelbude after our vacation at the centerpark. We also found the restaurant very cozy, nicely furnished with a lot of love and nice little things. The food was just great, right quantity and beautifully presented. Plus a drink that is not available everywhere. Simply something special and tasty. The coffee afterwards was, what can I say, just good. So definitely worth a visit. But please order in advance, you never know how full it will be.

This is truly a great vegan restaurant. As a sceptical meat eating father with a vegan daughter I thought we would offer her a nice meal out. I can truly say I loved the experience. You can feel the love and motivation of the staff as they explain about each dish. I can highly recommend the sweet potato risotto. The atmosphere is also very charming.

We had a lot to celebrate and wanted to go out for a really fancy vegan meal. After all, you don't get the opportunity to do this that often and I found the Hummelbude via Instagram. I had high expectations of the food and was not disappointed in terms of taste! The dishes are really cleverly made. They are interesting new flavors from actually well-known vegetables. It was really fun and I finally had the feeling in a restaurant that a meatless dish was being cooked with love! However, we found the portions significantly too small. We both ate 3 dishes (~45€ per person including drinks). I think that's a price you have to pay! And although it was really good food and I think it's great that the food is seasonal and regional, the preparation and development of the dishes is certainly very time-consuming and the rent, staff, etc. also have a certain price, we just found it very expensive. We knew in advance that we would have to expect at least €40, but given the size of the portions, we don't think the price is appropriate.

Obwohl ich vorher noch nie in der Hummelbude war, bestellte ich fürs Weihnachtsessen Soja-Rouladen und Soße. Als ich die Hummelbude betrat, war ich gleich verliebt in die Atmosphäre, Stimmigkeit und Gerüche (Hunger bekam ich auch). Ich durfte ein tolles und lustiges Team erleben und musste, während der kurzen Wartezeit, mehr als einmal grinsen 😀 Ich fand die Preise mehr als angemessen. Und das Wichtigste: Es war sehr lecker, dankeschön 😋 Ganz sicher war ich nicht zum letzten mal bei euch! Schöne Restweihnachten, guten Rutsch und einen erholsamen Urlaub an das komplette Team.

Leckeres, frisch zubereitetes Essen, Änderungswünsche werden gut umgesetzt. Der Kaffee, in welcher Variante auch immer, schmeckt ebenfalls und ist gut verträglich.

Meine Erfahrung in derHummelbude war einfach außergewöhnlich! Von dem Moment an, als ich das einladende Restaurant betrat, fühlte ich mich sehr wohl.Die Atmosphäre war herzlich und einladend so das ich mich sofort wohl fühlte. Das Highlight des Abends war zweifellos die Wirsingroulade. Ich bin kein Veganer, aber dieses Gericht hat mich absolut überzeugt. Die perfekte Kombination von Aromen, die Zartheit des Wirsingblattes und die Fülle der würzigen, köstlichen Zutaten machten jeden Bissen zu einem Genuss. Es war ein wahrer Gaumenschmaus, der meine Erwartungen übertroffen hat. Und dann kam der Germknödel als Nachtisch - einfach himmlisch! Die süße, warme Füllung in der perfekt zubereiteten Teighülle war ein Geschmackserlebnis, das mich begeisterte. Der Kontrast zwischen der Süße des Nachtischs und der herzhaften Hauptspeise war einfach perfekt. Dieses Restaurant ist ein Juwel für die vegane Küche. Es zeigt auf beeindruckende Weise, dass veganes Essen nicht nur gesund, sondern auch unglaublich lecker und kreativ sein kann. Ich kann die Hummelbude nur wärmstens empfehlen - fünf Sterne für eine unvergessliche kulinarische Reise, die ich jedem empfehlen würde.🐝🐝🐝🐝🐝

Freundlicher, aufmerksamer, entspannter Service, leckeres, kreativ zusammengestelltes Essen, schöne Atmosphäre, leider muss die Hummelbude abends schon um 22:00 Uhr schließen, aber man kann ja rechtzeitig anfangen.

Wundervoller Laden mit leckerem Essen. Fantastisch abgestimmte Gerichte aus qualitativ hochwertigen Zutaten und toller Service. Die Atmosphäre nach dem Umbau lädt wirklich zum Verweilen ein. Wir sind jedes Mal mehr als zufrieden. :-)

Sehr schade, dass eine Reservierung für 19:30 Uhr einfach eine Stunde vorher storniert wird, weil aus euren Onlineauftritten angeblich erkennbar wäre, dass man um 18 Uhr hätte da sein müssen (wozu bietet man dann andere Zeiten in der Reservierung an?). Ich kann das weder aus diesem noch aus einem anderen „Social Media Kanal“ erkennen und bin von der extrem schlechten Kommunikation mehr als irritiert, das hätte ich von einem solchen Unternehmen anders erwartet. Nun denn, dann verbringen wir das anlässlich eines Geburtstages geplante Abendessen wohl in einem anderen Restaurant, welches Wert auf gute Kommunikation und Service legt. ***** Antwort zu eurer Rückmeldung: Erstmal vielen Dank für eure ausführliche Reaktion. Dazu ein paar letzte ergänzende Bemerkungen: - die genannte Mail vom 26.11.23 kam bei uns nicht an, dafür am 2.12.23 eine Erinnerung an die Reservierung für 19:30 Uhr. - die Posts auf Social Media weisen auf ein (einstündiges?) Event hin, aber geben in keiner Form einen Hinweis darauf, dass andere Reservierungen damit nichtig sind. - der Umgangston am Telefon war nicht wirklich freundlich oder entgegenkommend, obwohl es in keiner Form unser Fehler war. Inwiefern ihr das im Vorfeld hättet anders organisieren können, kann ich vielleicht nicht abschließend beurteilen, sehe aber auf unserer Seite keine Verpflichtung, bei einer Reservierung vorher nochmal Social Media zu durchforsten, ob eventuell etwas schiefgehen könnte. Da ich selbst nicht aus eurer Gegend komme, sondern extra für den Abend aus Köln angereist war, werde ich eher nicht erneut den Weg auf mich nehmen. Dennoch noch einmal Danke für die ausführliche Erklärung und alles Gute.

Gerade Grünkohleintopf und Gnocchiablauf abgeholt in eigener Tupperdose aus dem Mittagsstischangebot. Das war mal richtig, richtig, richtig lecker. Wow. Absolute Weiterempfehlung. Wir werden jetzt öfters hier was abholen oder auch mal abends essen ausprobieren. Mein Mann isst auch gerne Fleisch aber beim Grünkohleintopf fehlte es geschmacklich an nichts. Vielen lieben Dank!

Wir waren am Freitagmittag zum ersten Mal in der Hummelbude. Wir hatten vorbestellt, aber die meisten Tische waren noch frei. Der Gastraum ist gemütlich und großzügig. Von der Straßenbahn und dem starken Verkehr war drinnen nichts zu hören. Das Essen war grundsolide und lecker: Das Kürbiscurry mit einer feinen Schärfe, die Soße zum Sauerbraten mit Rosinen und, für mich genau richtig, nicht zu sauer. Für fünf Sterne beim Essen fehlte uns aber noch das „gewisse etwas“, das Besondere oder Überraschende am Geschmack. Vielleicht könnte die Hummelbude hier etwas mutiger beim Würzen sein und auch etwas kreativer beim Kombinieren der Aromen. Der Schokokuchen zum Nachtisch war lecker und auch der Espresso sehr gut. Die Preise fanden wir fair und der Service war humorvoll und sehr freundlich. Da es soviel Abwechslung in der Karte gibt, möchten wir auf jeden Fall noch mal wiederkommen.

Kulinarisch sehr empfehlenswert,es ist ratsam einen Tisch vorzubestellen . Wir sind heute ganz spontan ins Restaurant -wir bekamen noch einen Tisch -zwar für eine begrenzte Zeit -es war zum Essen aber völlig ausreichend -wir waren ja dankbar ohne Vorbestellung noch einen Platz zu bekommen . Der Service ist sehr aufmerksam und super freundlich und erläutert die Speisen mit sehr viel Freude -Sodas man Lust aufs Essen bekommt . Wir werden immer wieder mal zum Essen kommen .👌🫶🤗

Mein erster Besuch in der Hummelbude übertraf meine Vorstellung. Selten so einen aufmerksamen und freundlichen Service erlebt und so lecker, frisch und überzeugende vegane Speisen zu mir genommen. Das Ambiente ist zudem warm und gemütlich. Dass mein Dackeltier Willkommen ist, ist quasi die Kirsche auf der Sojasahne. Wir haben direkt Essen für Weihnachten vorbestellt und kommen gerne wieder.

Endlich hat Essen wieder ein veganes Fine Dining Restaurant! Wir waren am Sonntag zum ersten Mal da und von der ersten Minute an begeistert: das Ambiente hell, freundlich und einladend und der Service sehr sympathisch. Die Karte ist klein und übersichtlich, so daß wir uns zu dritt einmal durch das ganze Menu essen konnten (nur die Keeseplatte hat keiner mehr geschafft...). Alles war saisonal, regional und vor allem: lecker! Auch die empfohlene Getränkeauswahl war teils überraschend, aber absolut stimmig. Für das was geboten wird, sind die Preise auch sehr moderat. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall bald wieder!

Sehr leckeres vegane Gerichte und ein schönes Ambiente beim Essen. Man merkt vom Betreten des Ladens an wieviel Arbeit bis ins Detail gesetzt wurde und fühlt sich gut aufgehoben. Gerne wieder!

Super schön und stilvoll eingerichtet. Sehr nettes Personal und das Menü sowie die Getränkeauswahl war wirklich eine außergewöhnliche, tolle Abwechslung zu sonstigen Restaurants. Wir kommen gerne wieder :-)

Der aufmerksame und herzliche Service hat meinen traurigen Blick auf meinen Teller bemerkt und einen Löffel gebracht, mit dem ich die letzten Reste des Zwiebelsuds schnabulieren konnte - das ganze Menü war sooooooo lecker, großes Kompliment auch für die begleitenden Getränke! Besonders die alkoholfreien Drinks haben mich überrascht, keine Ahnung, wie man das hinbekommt. Hut ab! Das Essen, die Getränke, der Service, Einrichtung, Atmosphäre bis hin zum schönen Geschirr und allem voran das tolle Konzept zugunsten der Mitwelt. Und nie muss ich fragen, ob das auch vegan ist. Ein Träumchen 😍

Hundefreundliches und gutes veganes Café. Der Cappuccino schmeckt lecker und wird mit einer Siebträger zubereitet. Es gibt wechselnde Kuchen und sogar ein Wassernapf wurde uns zum Tisch gebracht. Den Käsekuchen kann ich sehr empfehlen. Die Kaffeebohnen sind von der Rösterei Arcangelo. Habe vor einer Weile auch das vegane Ramen von der Mittagskarte probiert und fand es super!

Nicht ganz günstig, dafür aber wirklich besondere vegetarische Küche und sehr, sehr lecker! Toller Laden, mit sehr netten Leuten und einem erstklassigen Service!

Das Restaurant ist sehr schön geworden und strahlt eine tolle Atmosphäre aus. Wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Es ist echt was besonderes hier essen zu gehen. Die Speisen sind schön angerichtet auf tollem Geschirr und schmecken richtig gut. Die Lebensmittel sind hochwertig und es ist alles selbst produziert. Der hausgemachte alkoholfreie limoncello als Aperitif ist sooooooo gut!!!! Das ganze Team hat gute Laune und ist sehr freundlich.Ich könnte hier jeden Tag essen gehen als nicht veganerin und würde nichts vermissen. Danke, ihr macht das wirklich toll!

Sehr leckeres und schön angerichtetes Essen und tolle Getränke, lieber Service, jedoch haben wir etwas lange auf die Bedienung gewartet. Ambiente ist gemütlich und absolut harmonisch! Definitiv zu empfehlen!

Der Gastraum ist großzügig, modern, hell und freundlich, so dass man das gute Essen wirklich genießen kann. Die veganen Speisen sind abwechslungsreich und gut zubereitet. Dazu gibt es einen guten Wein, wenn man möchte, eine ausgefallene Limo oder ein Bier aus einer kleinen Brauerei. Wir haben den Abend sehr genossen und wurden von der Bedienung fachkundig beraten. Wer einmal wirklich gut und genussvoll essen möchte, ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Ich wünsche dem netten Team einen guten Erfolg für das Restaurant, das in dem Stadtteil Essen-Frohnhausen ein echter Lichtblick ist.

Wir waren zum ersten Mal bei Euch und bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal. Tolles Ambiente, hervorragendes Essen und super Service. Wir (Frau, Tochter, und ich) haben uns alles sehr wohl bei Euch gefühlt. Ein Dank an das ganze Team.

Erstmal, sehr nettes Personal! Und natürlich Vegan außerdem, total schön eingerichtet! Doch bei den Gerichten gibt es ein paar negative Punkte. Es gibt keine normalen Kindergerichte die den Kindern entsprechen. Es sollte einfacherer Gerichte für die kleinen geben. Ansonsten ist das Preis „Ess“ Verhältnis ebenfalls nicht so gut. Es sind zu kleine Portionen für zu hohe Preise. Aber trotzdem ist ein Besuch empfehlenswert!

Super leckere Kuchen und sehr netter Service!

Habe mir Freitag Nachmittag ein Stück Kuchen zum Mitnehmen gekauft und mir den Magen verdorben. Das Stück Kuchen hatte einen bitteren Nachgeschmack. Nun lag ich 3 Tage mit Magen Darm Problemen flach. Man sollte das Gesundheitsamt vorbeischicken

Erstes Eintreffen,tolle Begrüßung,Innenausstattung Top und einfach einladend,man fúhlt sich gleich wohl!!! Bestellung wurde sehr zúgig aufgenommen und das Angebot auf der Karte ist toll!Das Essen ist mit Sorgfalt und Liebe zum Detail angerichtet worden.#vegan Preislich kann man überhaupt nicht meckern,im Gegenteil. Alles in Allem "Ich komme gerne wieder".

Mit Grünzeug essen komm ich noch klar. Bei meine Omma hieß das früher Gemüse. Aber bei Durchsicht der Homepage fiel schnell auf, dass hier die "Haltung" des Inhabers und des Teams wichtiger ist als Kochkunst. Sind dann doch lieber vorbei gegangen. Wenn ich politische Statement will guck ich Tagesschau. Das brauch ich nicht von meinem Koch.

Ein Restaurant, daß rein pflanzlich auf hohem Niveau kocht. Der Name klingt zwar ein bisschen alternativ :-) aber Ausstattung, Service und Speisekarte passen perfekt familiären FineDinig Konzept! Besonders hervorzuheben sind auch die Quellen, wie das Geschirr von der Keramikerin umme Ecke und das Gemüse von der Solawi in Heidhausen. Echt gut, sauber und fair! 💚

Sorry, durften den Innenraum nicht betreten, da draußen Bänke in der prallen Sonne standen Gehbehinderte passen wohl nicht zum Klientel....

Ongezellige tent met vreemde keuzes, ook het ijs bleek op te zijn, echt een tegenvaller. Wilde in het ‘proefgerecht’ voor 3 personen hetzelfde geven in de gang erna?? Wanneer 3 personen iets gaan proberen is het wenselijk dst er ook 3 stukjes aanwezig zijn en geen 2. Wij waren hier niet blij

I love drinking coffee in this place. There is a large selection of delicious desserts. You can also rent a coffee cup and not pollute the environment with disposable dishes. The main dishes will also please your taste buds.

Leider nur ein kleines Angebot, ansonsten sehr gut.

Es war ein wirklich schöner Abend in einer tollen Atmosphäre mit sehr leckerem Essen…der Service ist sehr sympathisch und mit viel Enthusiasmus dabei, wir wurden von Beginn bis Ende sehr freundlich bedient. Die Getränkebegleitung war klasse und das Essen war ein Geschmackserlebnis! Absolute Empfehlung! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder.

Die Hummelbude ist schon von außen total einladend und empfängt mit einem klaren, aber kuscheligem Ambiente. Der Service ist supernett und flott. Wir hatten Ofengemüse bzw. Bananen-Kirschpfannkuchen als Mittagsgericht und alles war richtig lecker, frisch, fein abgestimmt und toll angerichtet! Und weil die Atmosphäre so nett ist, sind wir noch etwas geblieben und haben noch Kaffee und Kuchen genossen. Das war ganz sicher nicht unser letzter Besuch dort, das abendliche Fine Dining lockt uns auch mal...

Ein ganz tolles Lokal mit einer kleinen, komplett veganen Karte. Ein Paradies für Veganer. Sehr lecker ubereitet und absolut freundlich serviert. Hier werden wir öfter essen. Nur zu empfehlen!

Het ‘eten’ was voor ons een grote teleurstelling, hapje koude aardappelprak en een paar slablaadjes. Bier was we lekker en dat voor bijna €50

Kann die Guten Bewertungen leider nicht nachvollziehen. Team ist nett, Konzept toll, aber das Essen ist einfach langweilig und viel zu teuer. Wer gerne kocht und mit mehr als Salz und Pfeffer würzt, wird hier nicht glücklich. Die Speisen sind "ok", aber einfach nichts besonderes , und ich finde es schade, dass hier eigentlich das Vorurteil, dass vegan langweilig ist, bedient wird. Man könnte mehr rausholen - auch bei klassischen Gerichten.

Die "neue" Hummelbude hat räumlich ein richtig schönes Update bekommen. Das Ambiente ist stimmig und gibt das gelebte Konzept "Natur, Nachhaltigkeit und veganes Essen" perfekt wieder. Wir haben richtig lecker gegessen und durch die kleine Auswahl wechselnder Gerichte, probiert man dementsprechend stets neue Sachen. Absolute Empfehlung!

Die Hummelbude hat vor wenigen Monaten vergrößert und rundrum erneuert wiedereröffnet und ist seitdem noch besser geworden! Hier schmeckt es weiterhin einfach immer! Sowohl die Inhaber, als auch das Personal sind so nett und aufgeschlossen, dass man sich bei jedem Besuch wie bei Freunden fühlt. Die angebotenen Speisen sind zu 100% vegan und laut Angaben der Inhaber mit Zutaten aus regionalen Gärten, aus dem örtlichen Bioladen und vom örtlichen Wochenmarkt zubereitet. Der Kaffee wird von der im Stadtteil befindlichen Kaffeerösterei Arcangelo bezogen, dessen Inhaber ebenfalls sehr viel Wert auf höchste Qualität legt. Ein kleiner Hinweis: Die Karte ist überschaubar. Es gibt mittags ein Tages- und ein Wochengericht, sowie eine Frühstücksoption. Ab dem späten Nachmittag gibt es dann das Fine Dining mit mehreren Optionen. Zusätzlich gibt es ganztägig Kuchen und häufig auch Sorbet. Enttäuscht wurde ich hier noch nie.

Ich war sehr positiv überrascht. Das Ambiente ist toll geworden. Der Service sehr aufmerksam und nett. Mein Hauptgericht (Mittagstisch) war lecker. Der Käsekuchen hätte für mich einen ticken süßer schmecken können. Aber alles in allem total empfehlenswert und ich komme bestimmt noch einmal wieder!

Perfektes Fine Vegan Dining! Bin begeistert über die Qualität und den Geschmack der Gerichte. Kam absichtlich abends, um das 4-Gänge Menü auszuprobieren. Sehr freundlicher und aufmerksamer Service. Das alles vegan und der Schwerpunkt auf Bio & Regionalität gelegt wird, ist sehr lobenswert. Dankeschön, ich werde gerne wiederkommen.
