I chose this hotel knowing that check-in is until midnight. At 11 p.m., the front door is locked, and you have to call to have someone come check you in. The room on the second floor was clean. I didn't like the lack of a trolley to unload your bags from the car, and the fact that I wasn't helped carry all my bags to the second floor because my wife was pregnant, considering the elevator was broken.

Everything was perfect! We have rarely slept as comfortably as at the eXo Individual Hotel. The beds are heavenly and the bathroom is truly elegant. The location was superb: many sights are easily accessible by car.

Thank you so much for this friendly welcome shortly before the end of the shift and even after the end of the shift, until everything was sorted out. The room choice was perfect for me. The location was such that I could relax when my senior male dog coughed loudly at night. I knew his cough wouldn't bother anyone, and that was the relaxation I so desperately needed after a very tiring car ride. The joy I experienced of being cared for so well was very comforting. The price and room amenities are almost secondary to me. Although both are just as good and friendly as the reception. Mille Grazie!

For almost €85!!!! No shower gel! Mattresses need replacing! The evening staff were very nice, but the man checking us out in the morning was very rude. He didn't have a name tag (the dark-skinned man). He just took my card and said goodbye!!! Not recommended.

Very quiet hotel, located in a residential and industrial area. Parking is available directly at the hotel. There is a restaurant in the hotel, but apart from a sports bar/restaurant and cocktail bar, which are within easy walking distance, there are no other restaurants. However, everything is easily accessible by car within 5 minutes.

The hotel was average, but that's nothing bad. A big bonus was the power outlet at the head of the bed and the comfortable mattresses.

It delivers what it promises. Not luxurious, but perfectly adequate. The receptionist is extremely friendly. There are ample and spacious parking spaces. Recommended for mechanics and business travelers.

The inn is nice and the dinner was very good, the rooms are adequate, but unfortunately a whirring noise (heat pump or air conditioning) is annoying when sleeping.

Hotel: The furnishings and design are very old-fashioned, and I don't find the small shower and spring mattress particularly comfortable either. For the price I think the performance is far too low. I also find breakfast too poor. Restaurant: €13.90 for spaghetti with tomato sauce is absolute extortion. 7.90 € for 0.7 l of water as well.

So for 110 euros I would have expected something better. Beds are very old-fashioned. There was a cockroach for free. The hotel is very noisy. So we didn't want to eat breakfast either. There is a small hotel one town further for 89 euros. The price is too overpriced for Waghäusel

Hotel is well located and everything was clean. I think there's a lot of catching up to do when it comes to the beds, they're really nothing anymore. Stayed in three rooms and the same thing in all three. Otherwise absolutely ok and enough parking spaces

I specifically asked for a room with good Wi-Fi reception so that I could still work in the evening. The only thing that's worse than the WiFi here is the mobile network. You have full LTE reception, but there's no internet connection! Unfortunately, this one request was completely ignored! There are more than enough posts about the condition of the hotel, they are not exaggerated!

We spent three days in Hockenheim and stayed at this hotel The rooms are clean and bright But what really stands out is the gentleman at the reception. I often travel to hotels but I've rarely been treated so kindly. Die Zimmer sind alt und abgenutzt, das WLAN funktioniert nicht richtig, einzig das Personal ist nett und freundlich. Gereinigt wird nur auf ausdrückliches Verlangen, angeblich zum Wohle der Umwelt.. Mülltonnen leeren, Betten machen und Handtücher austauschen sind für mich nun nicht gerade das, was die Umwelt belastet. Hier geht's lediglich darum Geld zu sparen und Gewinne zu maximieren..

Sehr in die Jahre gekommen, Teppich im Zimmer, keine Klimaanlage, kein Kühlschrank. Restaurant ist teuer aber sehr gut.

Ich versteh nicht die vielen positiven Bewertungen. Vielleicht gekauft? Es ist laut durch Zug und Autoverkehr, es gibt keine stabile Internetverbindung. Ihr wollt ausm Hotel raus arbeiten, nen Video call mit euren liebsten führen? Netflix schauen? Vergesst es.

WLAN absolut mies, hier und da paar Reparaturen notwendig, aber im großen und ganzen OK.

Am Hotel ist es verkehrsbedingt sehr laut (Zug und Autoverkehr). Die Betten sind sehr gut allerdings fällt im Zimmer am Fenster der Anstrich von der Wand. An der Sauberkeit gibt es nichts zu bemängeln und das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Essen im Restaurant ist sehr gut. Das Frühstück ist ausreichend und schmackhaft. Im großen und ganzen ein einfaches Duchgangshotel.
