Hotel Schwarzbeerschänke in Marienberg

Stayed in your beautiful hotel from November 8th to November 10th, 2024 with 16 adults and 4 children for our son's 40th birthday and were very satisfied. The rooms were all clean and nice. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and always had reserved places for breakfast and dinner. The indoor pool was also very nice but the water should be warmer which is a shame but that is the case with most hotels and should perhaps be changed. We can and will recommend it

Very nice hotel. Rooms very clean, well-kept grounds, delicious food and very nice staff. Ideal starting point for hikes. And don't forget: the great pool. We would like to thank the entire staff for the great short vacation. We would definitely like to come back.

It was a lovely 2 days here. I can't complain about anything. Room sufficient for me, food very good. Massage top 👍 Pool in the evening for myself... It was nice to hike. Was completely satisfied...no one could do anything about the weather...

We celebrated our wedding in the Schwarzbeerschänke including a free wedding ceremony in a pagoda that was built especially for us on the meadow. We had excellent guidance and support from planning to change requests through to implementation. Everything worked out 100%. The decoration for the wedding ceremony outdoors (or in the pagoda) and in the restaurant in the fireplace room was beautiful with great attention to detail. The food was delicious - all of our guests were thrilled - the staff were always friendly, accommodating and happy to help. Our room as well as the entire hotel and the wellness area were very clean and well maintained, the breakfast was very extensive and tasty. For us it was the best decision to spend this special day in our lives in the Schwarzbeerschänke.

We felt very comfortable here for a week and will definitely come back again... the weather was good, you could go on nice hikes from the front door... and then enjoy the great pool in the basement... breakfast It was very tasty and rich, only the cake could have had a little more variety... 7 x breakfast and 6 x chocolate cake, although it was very tasty... The only point of criticism: the sound on the television was terrible...so it just stopped! The hotel is very remote, so there is complete peace and quiet here...we really liked it... What we also noticed: the people of the Erzgebirge are very friendly and communicative, you get into a conversation very quickly... All in all, a great week!

Wonderfully quiet hotel in a beautiful area for hiking. Price/performance is okay overall, but that's about it. We enjoyed the breakfast and the pool in the basement is excellent. Otherwise, unfortunately, overall rather sobering. The staff is mixed. Some people obviously don't want their job. Some, on the other hand, are very likeable. The rooms are okay, great view from the balcony. Unfortunately everything is very old, there are stained floor coverings everywhere. This runs through the entire house. Unfortunately, the bathroom is also quite old. But cleanliness was OK. The in-house restaurant... Well, mixed. The prices are low, but so is the quality. You can eat it but it's not great. Many finished products are used. Overall, a hotel in a beautiful location with room for improvement. Human and culinary. A renovation would do the house some good, even if it's certainly not that easy after the financial disaster called Corona...

The hotel is beautifully located and scores with plenty of seats in the garden, a small playground and very friendly, hard-working staff in the kitchen and service. Our room was clean and obviously newly renovated, everything in the bathroom was new and not quite finished (the hanger for the toilet paper holder and soap dispenser was missing), and the bottle of water was a welcome touch in the mid-summer temperatures. Our celebration took place on the terrace, in the shade with the evening sun, and later the waitress even brought blankets without being asked. The grilled food and side dishes were delicious, as were the cocktails, although the first drink was significantly better than the ones that followed. Our waitress went to great lengths and was there for us from 3 p.m. until after 11 p.m. When drinking coffee, perhaps it would have been better to avoid using the porcelain pot when serving, because by the time everyone had their first cup of coffee, the cake had long been eaten. Even if the plastic thermoses on the breakfast table don't look so elegant, the waitress and us would have benefited from their use. That's just a hint ;-) What, in our opinion, is not appropriate at all is the brisk tone of the lady who is part of the hotel management and, among other things, sat at the reception when checking in. On the one hand, the latter took forever (which could be covered up with charm) and on the other hand, none of us felt warmly welcome due to the harsh manner. We all have enough humor to tick this point off. What was important was that the celebration was a success, and that was definitely the case.

If you're looking for peace and quiet, you'll find it here. Rooms are clean, food is good home cooking, service is top. For us it was a relaxing stay.

We've eaten here three times now because friends often stay at the Schwarzbeerschänke and we meet there. Unfortunately, we may have to meet somewhere else in the future because the food is on the menu differently than what you get. Or it is simply described incorrectly. I am an allergy sufferer and if e.g. Tagliatelle with chicken breast and zucchini vegetables is there, but I'm not happy if the pasta is swimming in a cream sauce with a few pieces of meat and zucchini. For me that's sliced ​​meat with zucchini and tagliatelle. And sliced ​​meat - I know that - is often made with cream sauce...

Extremely friendly service. I felt really comfortable. Ll be back soon.

Beautiful, idyllic and very well-visited hotel, suitable for families, barrier-free, food is good to very good. Small menu, but something for everyone. Playground for smaller kids available. Room with balcony. everything was clean and very friendly staff

We went for dinner with a large group over the Easter weekend. The reservation worked great. We even asked again about the organization. Our numerous little fellow hikers were also taken into consideration and the children's menu was appropriate. The food was tasty and the price was right. Thank you again team.

The 3 funny 4 of us would like to thank you again for the great time here. It is always a celebration for us to come here! The staff is so kind and always cares about the guests! Management should keep an eye on this added value and continue to do so with the permanent staff! The family-friendly atmosphere in an affordable setting is an insider tip in the Erzgebirge!

Great house, totally friendly and courteous staff. Very remote but exactly what we wanted. Wellness area with pool, sauna, heat cabin and the restaurant round off the positive experience of a really successful short vacation in Saxony. A super great place to relax. Smaller activities can be easily reached outside by car. The wellness area in the hotel itself is just right for a wellness weekend.

We went hiking on the Katzenstein today on a Sunday and decided to go to the Schwarzbeerschänke with the family after asking on the phone. Very tasty food, fast and attentive service and an attractive atmosphere. Very nice staff. TOP room. Very good pool with sauna and relaxation area. Clean and well-maintained hotel. Ideal for athletes, retirees and hikers when seeing the area. In my opinion the only drawback is not enough choice at the breakfast buffet. Gladly again in the summer.

The hotel impresses above all with its idyllic location in the middle of the Schwarzwassertal and the traditional Erzgebirge ambience. If you want to enjoy peace and relaxation in untouched nature, this is the right place for you. Hiking enthusiasts will also get their money's worth. From the hotel there are numerous options for smaller and larger hiking tours. A visit to the in-house sauna with swimming pool rounds off the day's experience. The rooms are well maintained and comfortably furnished. In addition to the good food, we particularly liked the warm, courteous and friendly nature of the staff. Thank you for three very nice days. We wish the Schwarzbeerschänke team all the best, continued success and satisfied guests. A clear recommendation – we would be happy to be guests in this beautiful hotel again at the next opportunity.

We passed by on our hike from Katzenstein and wanted to eat something. Unfortunately the restaurant wasn't open until 5 p.m. that day. Nevertheless, we received a delicious solyanka, beer and mulled wine. Just great. And thank you very much

Ein schöner Ort um sich zu entspannen gutes Essen und Bedienung

Wir haben hier ein paar schöne Tage verbracht,das Zimmer sehr schön groß und geräumig, Frühstück sehr variabel und lecker,das Schwimmbad empfehlenswert, ein Missverständnis wurde professionell von der Rezeption und den Servicemitarbeitern zu unserer Zufriedenheit geklärt,wir haben uns in Ihrem Hotel sehr wohlgefühlt

Ein sehr schön gelegenes altes Haus. Toll hergerichtet und sehr schön dekoriert. Das Ambiente ist sehr schön und angenehm. Waren heute zum Mittagessen dort. Das Essen war sehr lecker und gab keine große Wartezeit. Das Personal war auf Zack und sehr freundlich. Sonderwünsche wurden schnell erfüllt. Was man vielleicht anmerken kann ist das bei Speisen mit Soßen es sich empfehlen würde den Salat getrennt zu servieren damit er nicht in der Bratensoße liegt. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Personal war nett, hat stets nachgefragt und Wünsche erfüllt. Es wurde ein wirklich schöner Tisch auf vorheriger Anfrage zum Hochzeitstag angerichtet. Rosen hielten fast 2 Wochen! Danke dafür! Frühstück war frisch und kam nicht "aus der Tüte". Es war für jeden etwas dabei. Wünsche wurden immer erfüllt. Schwimmbad war sehr angenehm, auch wenn das Wasser doch recht kalt war. Das entschädigte dann die Sauna. Essen im Restaurant war hervorragend. Sehr saubere Zimmer und wirklich nette Reinigungskräfte! Die Gegend ist absolut herrlich, lädt zum Wandern ein. Die zur Zeit vorhandene Baustelle kann das Hotel nicht beeinflussen!! Wer das Zimmer nach vorne raus hat, muss allerdings mit Belästigung durch die Terrasse und dem Parkplatz rechnen! Evtl. bei der Buchung ansagen. Für uns war das einzigste Manko die Bettdecken, die etwas klein waren. Dafür gab es aber zusätzliche Kissen und eine extra Decke im Schrank.

Sehr romantisch im Tal! Super Wetter erwischt! Zum erholen nur empfehlen.

Wir waren vor 1Woche für 14 Tage in diesem traumhaften Hotel mit Super Service vom gesamten Personal und ausgezeichneten Gourmet Speisen im Restaurant.Als gebuchte Halbpension unschlagbar: Frisch , lecker , eigene Kreationen der tüchtigen Köche , auch weiblich.Wir wurden verwöhnt und zuvorkommend bedient Wir kommen wieder. Schon im Oktober.Danke an Alle Mitarbeiter des Hauses!

Leckeres Essen, gewöhnliche Gerichte mit raffiniertem Dreh, zuvorkommende Bedienung (Dobry Den, Karel) und gemütliche Stube. Wir kommen immer wieder gern her. Update August 2023: heute hatten wir leckeres Essen, gute Getränke, aber etwas Pech mit dem Service. Aber es kommen auch wieder bessere Tage.

Der Service war super, sehr aufmerksam und nett. Leider gibt es in den Zimmern und im Gastraum keine Klimaanlage. Deshalb war die Luft sehr warm und stickig, draußen waren 33°C. An Schlaf war nicht zu denken. Draußen war es nachts sehr laut (laute Rockmusik) und auf den Balkonen/Zimmern unter uns wurde geraucht, so das der ganze Qualm durch die offenen Fenster zu uns hereinzog. Also zumindest im Sommer werde ich hier nicht nocheinmal übernachten. Das Zimmer selbst war gut eingerichtet, die Minibar war leer!? Die Möbelierung allerdings etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Personal aber war sehr nett und das Frühstück war super.

Ich war zum Mittagessen hier. Sehr nette Mitarbeiter und ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Wer gern wandert,kann sich bestens stärken im Restaurant. Gute Speisekarte, sehr freundliche Bedienung!

Schönes Hotel. Lecker essen und nettes Personal. Guter Ausgangspunkt für diverse Aktivitäten. Wir waren zum Motorradfahren dort.

Gut eingerichtet Zimmer. Absolut ruhig gelegenes Hotel. Freundliches Personal. Essen gute leckere Hausmannskost. Küchenschluss ist um 2000 Uhr. Das letzte Bier gibt es gegen 2200 Uhr.. :-) (Vielleicht etwas mehr frisches Gemüse mit auf die Karte) In manchen Zimmern war der Wasserdruck in der Dusche etwas schwach.

Das Hotel war für uns nicht nur ein Ort zum Übernachten, sondern ein gemütliches und stilvolles Zuhause während unseres Urlaubs. Dank der zentralen Lage konnten wir schnell und bequem die Umgebung erkunden und die Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Nähe besuchen. Ein weiteres Highlight unseres Aufenthalts war die schöne Landschaft, die wir bei unseren Wanderungen und Aktivitäten in der Natur genießen konnten. Die frische Luft und der Anblick von Flüssen, Wiesen und Bergen waren einfach atemberaubend. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das fantastische Personal im Hotel, das immer freundlich und hilfsbereit war, um unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Auch die Sauberkeit und die Ausstattung des Hotels waren top. Alles in allem waren wir rundum zufrieden mit unserem Urlaub und können das Hotel jedem empfehlen, der nach einem komfortablen und zentral gelegenen Zuhause für seine Reise sucht und auch die Natur und Aktivitäten in der Umgebung genießen möchte. Wir bedanken uns bei dem gesamten Team für ihre tolle Arbeit

Ein sehr schönes familienfreundliches ruhig gelegenes Hotel. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und das Personal stets bemüht und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche unerfüllt, sehr frisch und lecker zubereitet. Das Pool und die Sauna laden zum Entspannen ein. In der Nähe gibt es viele Wanderrouten, um sich vom alltäglichen Berufsleben zu erholen. Wir waren bereits das zweite Mal hier und kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Hotelpersonal!

Wir sind das erstemal hier und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Zimmer ist sehr schön, Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und das Essen einfach super. Wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder.
