Hotel Restaurant Hackmann-Atter in Osnabrück

Ich habe auf meiner Reise von Deutschland in die Niederlande eine Nacht im Einzelzimmer Nr. 1 verbracht. Die Zimmergröße war für meine Zwecke ausreichend, aber es war eine warme Periode und die Sonne brannte morgens so stark, dass es im Zimmer unerträglich heiß war. Ich konnte keine Klimaanlage feststellen und bin kurz nach dem Frühstück abgereist. Dies sollte man unbedingt berücksichtigen. Die Aufteilung, die Lage und die Einrichtung des Hotels sind gut. Das Frühstück ist von hoher Qualität.

Im Haupthaus sind die Zimmer zu klein frühstücken da auch mehr Auswahl sein.

Wir waren mittags zum Essen hier. Das Essen war in Ordnung, die Bedienung war jedoch total lustlos und demotiviert. Das hat einem die Erfahrung ziemlich vermiest.

Zimmer/Suite weitgehend okay. Wahrscheinlich aus Personalmangel, ist der Empfang nicht besetzt (Zimmerkarten liegen aus,nach telefonischer Rücksprache wird der Verzicht auf Zimmerreinigung nicht beachtet). Frühstücksangebot und Service sind für das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht gerechtfertigt.

Citytrip, schöne Lage, geräumige Zimmer, guter Service und sauber. Ein Wasserkocher im Zimmer wäre schön.

Alles ist in Ordnung und man bekommt viel für sein Geld.

Gut bürgerliches Restaurant mit gutem Service.

Hier ist alles mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und der Service ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ich war hier gestrandet und konnte meine Tage entsprechend der Notwendigkeit mehrfach verlängern. Das Frühstück in Buffetform ist gut, ebenso der Kaffee. Für Hotelgäste hat das Restaurant selbst an den Ruhetagen geöffnet und bietet auch da eine hervorragende Küche. Das einzige Manko für mich persönlich war, dass täglich die Handtücher getauscht worden sind. Das geht im Sinne der Nachhaltigkeit heutzutage eigentlich nicht mehr. Trotz mehrfacher Ansprache, dass das überhaupt nicht notwendig ist, bekam ich erst am vorletzten Tag ein "Bitte nicht stören" Schild, so dass ich es somit selbst steuern konnte. Ansonsten ist es rund um top. Vielen Dank für die angenehme Zeit.

4 Sterne ist absolut Mega,man soll sich ja noch auf mehr freuen. Auch einen Stern weniger,da bei den Matjes meiner Meinung zu wenig war. Doch sonst einfach nur Perfekt. Danke

Wer auf der Suche nach ehrlicher, exzellenter regionaler Küche ist, kommt an der Gaststätte Hackmann-Atter nicht vorbei. Besonders die Schnitzelgerichte sind ein absolutes Highlight – hier schmeckt man die Qualität und das Handwerk bei jedem Bissen. Das Motto „Das Auge isst mit“ wird hier großgeschrieben, die Teller sind stets ansprechend und mit Liebe angerichtet. Die Chefin steht hier noch selbst am Herd! Das schmeckt man einfach – es ist authentisch und auf den Punkt. Das Ambiente ist herrlich gemütlich und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Ein echtes Juwel ist der kleine Thekenbereich. Es ist so schön, dass es so etwas hier in der Gegend noch gibt, da diese klassische Tresen-Kultur leider immer seltener wird. Das Personal ist durchweg freundlich, aufmerksam und sorgt dafür, dass man sich sofort willkommen fühlt. Wir vermitteln auch regelmäßig Gesellschaften dorthin, weil wir uns felsenfest darauf verlassen können, dass alles zu 100 % passt. Von der Planung bis zum Service. Es ist immer Verlass auf das Team Hackmann.

Eigentlich ein schönes Hotel. Die Zimmer sind sauber und groß, wunderschön eingerichtet. Aber es waren viele Kleinigkeiten, die mir nicht gefallen haben: - Schlüsselkarten lagen einfach offen mit Klarnamen an der Rezeption. Datenschutz nicht gewährt. - im Zimmer muss jedes Licht manuell ein- und ausgeschalten werden. Es gibt kein Karten-Stecker. Gerade bei Stehlampe und Tischlampe unbequem. - es fehlt in der Dusche eine Ablage - Shampoo, Duschgel usw. Muss auf dem Boden stehen. Unmöglich! - es fehlt eine Mini-Bar/Kühlschrank - es fehlen viele Kleinigkeiten im Zimmer, wie Schuhlöffel, Leselampe, Taschentücher usw. - bei einem Doppelzimmer zwei Betten zusammen zu schieben ist für mich ein no-Go. Die Betten haben sich ständig voneinander vertuscht. Extrem blöd, wenn man gerne kuschelt. - Badezimmertür ist nur eine Schiebetür, die „nichts bringt“ - keine Rollos, um alles komplett abzudunkeln - die Vorhänge sind gut, aber nur zu 90% - Frühstück fehlt an vegetarischen Optionen - viel Wurst und Fleisch, das aber qualitativ sehr gut sei - an ersten Tag wurden wir 3x nach der Zimmernummer gefragt, das hat etwas genervt - Aufbackbrötchen, nicht vom Bäcker. Hätte ruhig mehr Auswahl sein können: Laugen, Brezeln usw. - für eine süße Frühstückerin wie mich war die Auswahl zu klein, es gab auch nur Mini-Croissants, keine weiteren Backwaren - frische Gemüseauswahl etwas wenig - es gab Paprika, keine Gurken oder Tomaten (ohne Balsamico), kaum Obst als Auswahl (ich habe nur Trauben gesehen) - man muss 30 m außen ins Restaurant gehen - bei Regen wäre eine Überdachung gut oder mindestens ein voll ausgebauter Gehweg - W-LAN hat bei uns nicht bis ins Zimmer gereicht, sowas geht einfach nicht! Und ich bin ständig rausgeflogen. - 4 Bügel im Schrank etwas wenig für 2 Personen - keine Handtuchaufhänger für Duschhandtücher, dafür war auch die Heizung zu klein - keine Haken o.ä. um die Kosmetiktasche aufzuhängen - es gab zwar Ablagefläche, aber da war auch genug Deko usw. drauf (außerdem aufhängen bequemer) - (natürlich) keine Klimaanlage vorhanden - be gekippten Fenstern hört man aber jedes Auto, das quasi direkt neben einem vorbeifährt - wenn man es perfekt machen wollte: kleine Kaffeemaschine oder Wasserkocher vorhanden Top: - großer, moderner Fernseher - mehrere Kissen, so dass man es sich bequem machen kann - Rewe fußläufig, schnell auf der Bundesstraße - man hört nichts bei geschlossenen Fenstern Im Prinzip hat es sich für mich so angefühlt, dass viel Wert auf ein schickes Erscheinungsbild gelegt wurde, aber wenige Gedanken in die Kleinigkeiten geflossen sind bzw. an vielen Ecken für den Gast gespart wurde, nicht aber an der Deko. „Außen hui, innen pfui“ wäre zu hart - aber ein „Geschmäckle“ davon hatte es.

Fantastisch! Ein sauberes, schönes Zimmer mit einem Schlafsofa für die Kinder, frisch und modern! Der einzige Nachteil war das Kissen. Ich konnte nicht gut schlafen, weil es so formlos war und keinerlei Stützkraft bot.

Wir waren jetzt schon öfters hier in diesem Hotel zum übernachten beziehungsweise zum Essen. Tolles Hotel, tolles Essen im Restaurant und vernünftige Zimmer. Besonderes Highlight, ist das Personal! Immer freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Mach weiter so.

Super Ambiente, sehr nettes Personal, eine sehr leckere Küche, danke an das Team, und die Zimmer sind perfekt.

Waren zum Essen hierher eingeladen. Das war sehr gut. Über Preis Leistung kann ich deswegen aber nichts sagen. Aber ich käme wieder.

Lage im Gewerbegebiet, keine Infrastruktur drum herum. Das Zimmer ist okay und sauber, mehr aber auch nicht. Die Angestellten sind freundlich, allerdings klopfte der Zimmerservice am Abreisetag ab 7 Uhr mehrfach an die Zimmertür. Checkout ist bis 10 Uhr, das war absolut daneben. Der größte Downer ist die Tatsache, dass es keine Rezeption gibt, die Zimmerkarten mit Klarnamen in einem Korb im Eingangsbereich offen rumliegen. Wie sich der Datenschutz dazu verhält, will ich nicht wissen, aber das hat mit Service oder Willkommenskultur in einem 4* Hotel absolut garnichts zu tun. Wer eine funktionale Unterkunft im Gewerbegebiet sucht, kann das in Kauf nehmen. Wer 4* bezahlt und erwartet, wird sicher enttäuscht.

An sich total schön, nur etwas angeschmudelt. Spinnenweben, kaputte Lampen, fehlende duschdichtungen. Es wäre ein leichtes hier einmal nachzubessern und eine top Adresse für Preis Leistung in Osnabrück zu haben!

Wir waren mit der Firma zur Weihnachtsfeier hier zum Brunch. Es war hübsch eingedeckt. Kaffee stand auf den Tischen und wurde nachgefüllt, Tee gab es nur als Beutel auf Bestellung. Zum Buffet: kleine Kuchenteller standen bereit. Leider gab es Aufbackbrötchen (Ein absolutes NoGo für ein solches Hotel am Samstagmorgen). Dazu Brot. Es fehlten Zangen zum herausnehmen, diese wurden nach einem Hinweis angelegt. Die Platten mit Käse und Wurst hielten nichts besonderes bereit. Es gab allerdings Lachs. Mehr Fisch oder Salate waren nicht zu finden. Marmelade stand auch zur Verfügung. Das war es auch schon als Belag für die Aufbackbrötchen oder das Brot. Zwei Schüsselchen mit gemischtem Antipastisalat standen bereit, hier fehlte ein Löffel. In Schüsseln gereichtes kaltes Rührei stand bereit, ohne Warmhaltefunktion. Ebenso gekochte Eier. Um es als Brunch bezeichnen zu können kamen noch Platten mit Hackfleischbällchen und kalten Blätterteigteilchen mit Tomaten und Gemüse. Spargelröllchen mit, ich glaube Frischkäse, sahen eher wässrig aus. Sekt stand bereit. Hier hätte ich eine alkoholfreie Variante begrüßt. Als Nachtisch gab es gemischte Beerenfrüchte und Joghurt. Leider fehlte vegane Kost oder als diese gekennzeichnete Salate etc. Hier könnte man z.B den Feta in den Antipasti als extra dazustellen anstatt ihn unterzuheben. Die Bedienung schaute immer nach dem Kaffee, bestellter Tee wurde wortlos abgestellt. Alles in allem war es ein Brunch, zu dem ich nicht noch einmal gehen würde, weil es mir persönlich zu schlicht, einfach und lieblos war. Aber vielleicht bin ich auch zu wählerisch.

Mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtete Zimmer.

Für eine Nacht empfehlenswert. Fahrstuhl nur im angrenzenden Gästehaus vorhanden. Im Stammhaus nur Stufen..nicht barrierefrei.

Wir haben zu viert köstlich im Restaurant gegessen, egal ob Fisch oder Fleisch, egal ob Pasta oder dicke Bohnen, alles sehr gut und optisch köstlich angerichtet.

Zu den Zimmern kann ich nichts sagen, weil ich sie nicht genutzt habe

Ein schöner Aufenthalt in diesem familiengeführten Hotel. Die Schlüsselkarte liegt für den Self-Check-in bereit. Das Restaurant war zwar voll, aber das Personal konnte schnell etwas Leckeres organisieren. Der Service war hervorragend. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig. Frische Brötchen und Beläge. Der Service war aufmerksam. Ein toller Aufenthalt!

Sehr schönes familiäres Hotel. Fahrstuhl und Treppen vorhanden. Team sehr zuvorkommend, zuverlässig und super Küche. Parkplätze vor dem Hotel oder gegenüber. Gegend lädt zum Spaziergang am Rubbenbruchsee ein. Obwohl das Hotel direkt am Kreisel sich befindet sind Zimmer sehr ruhig. Wir können es weiterempfehlen. Waren Oktober 2025 da.

Wir waren hier übers Wochenende und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt! Ausgesprochen sauberes und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Hotel mit leckerem Frühstücksangebot! Wir werden nächstes Jahr wiederkommen!

Wir haben auf unserer Reise von Dänemark über Deutschland zur Fähre in Holland im Theron übernachtet. Es war wunderschön, vor allem das Bett – einfach traumhaft! Ich habe wie ein Stein geschlafen. Das Badezimmer war toll, die Dusche herrlich. Einziger Minuspunkt: Es gab keine Möglichkeit, Tee oder Kaffee zuzubereiten. Der Fernseher war nicht nutzbar, da alles auf Deutsch eingestellt war und es keine Anleitung zum Umschalten gab. Das Frühstück war wie erwartet ausreichend (kontinental), aber der Service war wirklich hervorragend.

Die Zimmer verfügen über eine tolle Küchenzeile, die Klimaanlage funktioniert, das Frühstück ist hervorragend und bietet eine interessante Auswahl. Ich kann es wärmstens empfehlen.

We were here for dinner, so I can't comment on the hotel rooms. The food was delicious and freshly prepared. Friendly, very attentive staff. Fair prices. All in all, completely satisfied.

We ate here. It was a very nice evening. The service was very friendly and attentive. The food was amazing. The Wiener Schnitzel with fried potatoes is highly recommended. The side salad was very good and tastefully presented. The "Kleiner Strolch" vegetable schnitzel was also very tasty.

Stayed one night. The room was modern, clean, and stylishly furnished. The downside: it's a bit noisy.

We celebrated an 88th birthday there with a large group. Everyone was thrilled with the food, the ambiance, and the service. We were served a generous spread: whether fish, pork, chicken, or side dishes – everything was truly exceptionally delicious. And dessert 🤤. I haven't eaten as much or as well as I did here in a long time. Parking is also more than adequate.

I had a nice room with air conditioning (in the new building). Modern furnishings, a comfortable bed. The hotel is very clean, and Wi-Fi is included. Breakfast is served buffet-style, with a good selection. Parking is free on site.

We were here for dinner as wedding guests, so we can't rate the rooms. The service was friendly and attentive. The food, which included soup served at your table and the rest served buffet-style, was always hot and plentiful. Everything on the buffet was delicious and tasted great. 👍

We spent a lovely day there at the end of May with 25 guests. Lunch with appetizer and dessert, coffee and cake, and a light dinner. A successful day from the start, thanks to the excellent team of Hackmann employees. We'd go back anytime.

Nice hotel with comfortable beds. Can feel cramped in the bathroom. The bathroom has a weird odor from perhaps the plumbing. Keep the door closed and flush often, even if not used.

This is a one-night stay place next to the highway, a hotel (claimed as a 4-star property via booking platforms :0) isn't the main business; therefore, despite the immediate prepayment charged, they may not pay attention to the timely bookings administration that makes self-check-in confusing (... I though it's me only, but not the first review on the matter over the years...). It's all fine if it's resolved quickly, politely, and mutually agreeable, keeping the customer experience in mind. Except then you told your experience doesn't matter right in your face and are "welcomed" by the most inadequate customer attitude for the hotel or hospitality industry when the angriest and impolite administrator in her late 20s yells at you (but she is also her own "manager" and "the daughter-in-law of the owner", so no authority to complain to, doesn't seams like anyone would care a bit if you do)

Very friendly staff, flexible and accommodating. The facilities are simple, but the food is great.

Food and service top. Breakfast buffet sufficient, something for everyone. Freshly brewed coffee, as much as you want. Dinner at half board ala carte. Food was super tasty and the portion was more than enough. We were very satisfied. Room was clean and modernly furnished. We had a room in the main building, which could only be reached via stairs, which is a bit difficult with a large suitcase. Reception was not staffed upon arrival, but check-in went smoothly WiFi worked. There are plenty of free parking spaces available. .

Cleanliness, friendliness, great breakfast!

This was our fourth time in this beautiful hotel, which was recently renovated. The renovation has given the hotel a modern and fresh look, but we miss a little of the old charm that made it so special. The reception is nicely decorated and inviting, but unfortunately no contact person was available at the reception during reception hours. In this price category, we would have liked more staff to be available to create a more personal atmosphere and answer questions. The hotel's app is a great idea, but WiFi was often weak or non-existent throughout the property, making it very difficult to use. Our room was tastefully decorated, the beds were comfortable and the linens were pleasantly soft. What we particularly noticed was that the TV was nice and big, something you rarely see in hotel rooms. However, there were some deficiencies in hygiene: the toilet was not cleaned and unfortunately hygiene products were missing or not refilled. In addition, the garbage from the previous guest had not been disposed of. A seal on the toilet door would also have been nice to provide more privacy. There was a lack of storage or hanging options for towels in the bathroom. In addition, the ventilation in the toilet was defective, which is of course not ideal in a bathroom without a window. I reported the defects via the app and the next day the manager contacted us personally with an apology and we were invited for drinks in the restaurant. We really liked the rain shower in the bathroom. The small kitchenette was great with a small child, but the equipment left a lot to be desired. There was a lack of cutlery and there were only small plates for three people, which were also oily and dirty. As wine lovers, we would have been happy about wine glasses and, since tea is offered, also a kettle. The coffee milk had been expired for 3 months. The breakfast was very good and healthy. We didn't miss anything. Dinner in the restaurant was very pleasant. The staff was friendly and we enjoyed the food. Unfortunately, the attentiveness of the service was not optimal - after the meal, no one came to ask for drinks or other requests. We would have liked another glass of wine with the meal. Despite these points, overall we had a pleasant stay. It's a pity that after this experience we may not come back. We very much hope that the points mentioned will be improved in the future.

We were there with 13 people and made reservations in advance. We had to wait 1.5 hours for the food. Despite pre-ordering, this waiting time is unreasonable. Not recommended

Five of us ate at the restaurant. We didn't have to wait long for our food and drinks. The food and drinks were very good and tasty. The portions were reasonable for the price. The hotel restaurant was recently renovated and has a very stylish interior. Plenty of parking is available.

Very good, slightly more expensive food

I can't say anything about the hotel, but my husband and I ate in the restaurant there again with friends. It was fantastic as always. Great service, great ambience, great quality of the food, the taste was once again a delight. This time we had the plaice fillets and the hake. If I were a restaurant critic I would give it a Michelin star.

A very well-kept hotel, tastefully decorated and clean. Since we were traveling on business and arrived at night, I can't say anything about the service.

We were guests in this hotel for the second time on the first weekend in December, as we were very impressed by the ambience and service on our first visit. Unfortunately we arrived later. The bathroom had significant hygiene deficiencies (see pictures). Clumps of hair and beard stubble scattered throughout the bathroom: on the baseboards, handle hole, shelf, in the sink... by the way, this seems to be blocked by hair, as the water doesn't drain and new hairs find their way up... 🤮🤮🤮 I then cleaned the surfaces myself so that I could at least put my toiletry bag down. Plus, I didn't want to ruin our anniversary night. To date, I have not received any response to my 3 complaint emails, both via the booking portal and direct emails. Too bad... Because with hotels in this price segment, 1. something like this shouldn't happen and 2. sitting out complaints is simply cheeky.

We ate there: the kale was excellent and served with wonderful side dishes. Super fast and very friendly service! We'll definitely be back.

Very nice and newly renovated hotel, the rooms are nice and modern. But the restaurant is now really a must, although Monday and Tuesday are closed except for hotel guests, which is very commendable. The breakfast is also good. All in all, definitely worth a visit.

We celebrated our wedding in the restaurant in October. It was a very great evening, from the champagne reception to the food and the great service. Our wishes were taken into account in advance without exception and were also adhered to in the evening. The food tasted very tasty from the starter to the dessert. Our guests were also very satisfied with the service and the cuisine.

The hotel shows a lot of potential: the staff was friendly and the festive Christmas decorations were designed with great attention to detail. The atmosphere was welcoming, although there were some challenges that detracted from the experience. When checking in, it was noticed that there were room cards in the entrance area that showed the first and last names and room numbers of other guests. This could be improved from a data protection perspective to better protect the privacy of all guests. Data protection should be taken seriously. It was difficult to get peace at night as there was a dehumidification system in operation on the ground floor (after water damage according to staff) which was producing loud noises. Even on a higher floor above, the noise was still clearly noticeable and I could hardly sleep. In the bathroom there was only hand soap in the shower. Complementary toiletries such as shampoo and shower gel, which are standard in many hotels, were not provided. The hotel has a charming foundation and a lot of potential, however there is room for improvement in some basic areas. With appropriate adjustments, the guest experience could be significantly improved. I currently rate the stay with 2 stars.

We have stayed in that hotel several times on our way from Travemünde to Belgium. The light truck and trailer have always been parked well, flexible arrival, cheerful staff, and good breakfast and super clean newly renovated rooms

The hotel consists of several houses. The old part has been renovated in a modern way, but the rooms are quite small. In my (single room) the floor was quite sandy. Unfortunately the bed wasn't made in the morning either. The online check in and check out works well. I didn't have breakfast there but it looked nice. Location is OK if you want to go to Eversburg or Atter.

It was my first time being invited to a memorial service in this hotel, so no feedback about the rooms, the rest was very good!

I was able to spend the night in the new extension. Luxury 4-person suite with cooking facilities. Everything is really there to stay in peace and quiet. It's a pity that we were not welcomed personally, the room keys were in a basket in the annex building by name. The only staff there upon arrival is from the adjacent restaurant. Parking can also become a problem. There are 2 (1 in front of the restaurant, the other on the other side of the road but poorly signposted). With many guests in the restaurant, both are full. Arriving guests are not taken into account if there is a parking space for them. Unfortunately, not everyone parks neatly, which means that 2-3 spots are unusable. Maybe management can pay more attention to this.

We stayed at this hotel for a conference. The staff is super friendly, open and helpful, you can tell that they put their hearts into it. The food was really delicious and absolutely upscale cuisine. Here too you can tell that the food is cooked with love. The breakfast was very rich, there was enough choice for everyone. There, too, the quality and quantity were far above average. We can only recommend this hotel and its restaurant. I was even able to go everywhere in a wheelchair, and I was helped immediately when I encountered small hurdles, which is not something that can be taken for granted. If you weren't so far away from us, we would definitely see each other more often. Thank you very much for the great stay and all the best for the future

We were here for the wedding. Overall a nice party. Per: - Great food - fast service - friendly staff Cons: There is still a lot that can be optimized in the hotel rooms. There is no make-up/cosmetic mirror, no paper tissues in the bathroom or room, a large smart TV without Netflix, RTL Plus and Co and no HD channels. You can definitely solve this better with a smart TV, other cheaper hotels show how you can do it. I wanted to log in with my private Netflix account, but I can't get that far because all the smart functions cannot be set up. Unfortunately, there is also a safe missing. The beds are OK, but I personally find foam filled pillows just terrible, but that's more of a personal opinion.

The hotel is very modern and clean, we really liked it. The staff is friendly and helpful. I had breakfast there and really enjoyed it. This is a place that everyone reading this review should definitely choose.

Apparently there are some Values ​​Union types running around or having a regulars' table there who had to annoy me in the toilet with their fantasies of being invaded by foreigners. I'm not in the mood for their brown soup when I just want to drink a beer - addendum: no, they weren't conservative, but definitely right-wing extremist

Rooms are super nice, everything is brand new and the breakfast is great 👌
