Schön eingerichtetes, gemütliches Lokal in toller Lage. Service sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Essen hervorragend. Hatten vegetarische Ofenkartoffel mit Grillgemüse und Salat, sowie Parmesan- Tagliatelle mit Hähnchenstreifen. Essen gibt es in allen Preislagen und auch eine gute Auswahl mit auseichend vegetarischen Varianten. Einziger Punktabzug: wir mussten etwas länger warten, bis das Essen kam. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Spannendes Esserlebnis An diesem Tage, dem 02. April 2026, wollten meine beste Freundin und ich einen sehr schönen Abend miteinander verbringen. Allerdings wurde uns in sämtlichen Restaurants ein Tisch zum Dennieren verweigert. -Nicht gut. Einzigst und allein war das Restaurant Zimmer Nr.4 gastfreundlich zu uns. Wir wurden auf eine lässige Art und Weise zu unserem Platz geführt und unsere Umgebung mit einer romantischen, roten Kerze angepasst. In einem zügigen Tempo wurden uns die Kellner vorgestellt, die uns zeitgleich die integrativen Menükarten vorgelegt haben. -sehr nett. Unser Mann Damian (der der aussieht wie ein Timo) kam uns besonders sympathisch rüber. -Gehaltserhöhung? Wir haben uns den Crispy Vegan Burger mit den Hausfritten, Tagliatelle mit einer Tomaten-Parmesan-Soße (OHNE Hähnchen) sowie zwei mal die Homemade Trauben-Holunderblüten-Zitronenlimo bestellt. -Alles BEINAHE perfekt. Der Burger war gar nicht zu bemängeln. Die Hausfritten wurden von Gott gesandt. Die Tagliatelle hatten eine ideale Balance zwischen cremigem Parmesan und fruchtiger Tomate, wobei der frische Rukola dem Nudelgericht das gewisse Etwas verlieh. Nur leider war die Portionsgröße ein wenig zu klein. -Enttäuschend. Kleine Anmerkung: Mehr vegane & vegetarische Optionen würden dem Restaurant gut tun. Unser Favorit: die Trauben-Holunderblüten-Zitronenlimo. Es hat wie ein Lebenselexier gewirkt. Einzigartig. Individuell. EXQUSITE. -einfach lecker. Wir würden uns nur wünschen, dass man wie auch in den Jahren zuvor, halbierte Traubenstücke wiederfinden darf. -aber sonst ganz schmackhaft! Zusammengefasst war unser Abendmahl einfach fantastisch. Wir waren vor einigen Wochen an einem Samstag Abend in kleiner Gruppe hier. Bis auf das Essen konnte man uns jedoch nicht überzeugen! Wir wurden in dem hinteren Raum des Lokals platziert. Über den gesamten Abend war es dort kalt und zugig, sodass einige Gäste in Jacken saßen. Zudem hallt es unangenehm. Mit der Aufnahme der Getränke wurde erst nach einer halben Stunde begonnen. Die Getränke kamen dann recht zügig. Die Weingläser jedoch mit großen Wasserflecken, der Weisswein ohne Weinkühler. Auf Nachfrage wurde dies korrigiert. Andere Tische bekamen weiterhin Gläser mit Wasserflecken vorgesetzt. Das Essen bekamen wir erst nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen und Vertrösten über zwei Stunden nach unserer Ankunft im Restaurant. In der Zwischenzeit musste der Service immer aktiv von uns angesprochen werden. Ob wir noch weitere Getränke bräuchten oder ob uns das Essen geschmeckt hatte, wurde nicht gefragt. Service wie er in einem Restaurant dieser Kategorie nicht sein sollte. Die Qualität des Essens überzeugte als einzige an dem Abend. Wir sind sofort nach dem Essen gegangen, nach längerem Verweilen war uns nicht. Bei diesem Service komme ich nicht wieder.

Wir haben im Zimmer Nr. 4 unseren Sektempfang/Hochzeitsbrunch veranstaltet. Das Büffet war hervorragend, es wurde extra eine Servicekraft für uns abgestellt, und der Kontakt mit dem Eigentümer lief einwandfrei.

Im Zimmer Nr.4 haben wir heute mit ca. 40 Personen wunderbar Brunchen können. Das Essen war äußerst lecker und vielseitig. Unser Dank gilt der tollen Küche. So war auch das Personal wunderbar aufmerksam, umsichtig, fürsorglich und sehr freundlich. Es war ein rundum wunderschönes Fest und alle haben sich wohlgefühlt. Meinen allerherzlichsten Dank dafür! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Schönes Café/Restaurant, welches mit seinem Ambiente mir persönlich ein "wohlfühl" vermittelt. Das Personal ist toll, hat viel Empathie, sind zuvorkommend und unterstützend. Auch mit einem Rollstuhl findet man hier einen passenden Platz. Komme gerne wieder.

It was great, actually. But… Next to us was a table with a really big dog lying on the floor in front of it. Sorry, but dogs really don't belong in a restaurant! It also made the smell quite unpleasant. We then moved to another table. But even there, a wave of that typical dog smell kept wafting over. The food, however, was excellent, and the service was very friendly.

I have rarely experienced such excellent and friendly service in my life. We were served by Stefan – we are now regular customers! 🫶🫶🫶

We were a large group (over 20 people) and had booked for breakfast several months in advance. On the positive side: a good selection of cold cuts, fish, cheese, homemade salads, desserts, scrambled eggs, and sausage/bacon (when replenished). Unfortunately, the service was really poor. The waiter only came once at the beginning, told us the price per person, and that orange juice and sparkling wine were included in the breakfast. He brought us the juice and sparkling wine, a few pots of coffee, and that was it. If we wanted more coffee, we had to go to the counter, just like with any other order. The orange juice was served in small 0.2-liter glasses. With such a large group and over €400 in spending, they could have easily put 3-4 bottles of juice on the table. The milk for the coffee was served in a glass, which left us wondering how we were supposed to pour the milk from the glass into our cups. We ended up eating with a spoon… The plates weren't cleared even once. They ran out of dark rolls after the first round. Refilling the scrambled eggs and salmon also took a very long time. All in all, a disappointing breakfast experience.

I celebrated my birthday here in the back room, and it was a complete success: The food was perfect, the service very attentive, and, given the size of the room and the number of guests, the acoustics were excellent, making us feel comfortable and well looked after, away from the hustle and bustle. We'd love to go back!

At lunchtime, you can get a burger of your choice plus fries and mayo/ketchup for €9.90, a fair price. The service was extremely friendly, and the food arrived quickly. I'd gladly come again!

Room No. 4 Osnabrück – my culinary insider tip 🍽️✨ Today I was in Room No. 4 in Osnabrück – and I'm thrilled! 🤩 On the recommendation of the friendly waitress, I ordered the Canarian potatoes 🥔 – crispy on the outside, wonderfully tender on the inside, with a creamy sour cream that went perfectly with it. A true treat, just like in the Canary Islands. To finish off, I had a perfect espresso ☕ – aromatic, strong, and simply delicious. 💛 Service & atmosphere: warm, attentive, and professional. The decor is cozy and stylish – perfect for a date, a meeting with friends, or simply a moment of enjoyment in Osnabrück. 🔍 My conclusion: If you're looking for tapas in Osnabrück, Mediterranean cuisine, special potato specialties with sour cream, or the best restaurant in Osnabrück, you should definitely try Room No. 4. 5 stars for me – I'll definitely be back! 🙌

Highly recommended! Especially the friendly, relaxed, and attentive staff. They're also very dog-friendly, and water was offered. We had a delicious cake and hot drinks combo outside.

The food was okay but the price/performance ratio is really bad. I had a burger with fries for 20€, an extremely small portion. My 7 year old son would have just about filled up from it. It was outrageous.

Nice restaurant, service is nice but rather inattentive, some of the food was served cold, the vegetable curry was just oily vegetables with soy sauce. Been there before and the kitchen was definitely better.

Friendly staff who are willing to accommodate special requests. Baked potato was unfortunately not fully baked. It was still hard and cold. Apart from it, everything was satisfactory.

I was there for breakfast with my family. The selection is very diverse, including many vegan and vegetarian components! The service staff are very, very friendly and approachable! I find it appealing to linger inside and outside. The price is absolutely justified and includes coffee, water, juices. Specialty coffees are charged extra, which I agree with. find. The only good thing was the waiter, who was really friendly and on the ball. The food was quite a disappointment for the price. The burger Okay but not anymore, but for the price of just under 11 euros it's almost an impertinence. Plus steak fries, which were unfortunately very soggy from the start, and a mini portion of mayo. Also a baked potato with sour cream. The cream tasted good, the potato didn't taste good at all, you wonder if someone eats what they buy. If the potato is already the main component of a meal, you shouldn't skimp on quality. There was also a mixed salad which was the only thing that was really tasty and stood out very positively. Plus a still water and a beer and then 30 euros for everything. That doesn't work at all. For that money you could have had a good meal in a real restaurant.

Pleasant restaurant with nice guests and nice or seemingly nice employees. You can spend a lovely evening here, but it's better not to eat here! Whoever is responsible for preparing the food here either has no idea how to cook, doesn't feel like it at all, or hates their job. It's actually a shame because our evening won't be remembered fondly and we have to look for an alternative.

Coffee very tasty. I can't judge food. Totally dissatisfied with the waiter in the evening. He just came to the table and accused us of smoking weed (it was a passer-by who was passing by). I asked the waiter that you shouldn't just blame people like that and was met with a total lack of understanding. I then heard that his boss didn't want that. I understand it too, I think it's good too, but you can't accuse people of smoking weed and then react in an unfriendly way. The nice thing is that you are ignored the whole evening. Great service

Very centrally located restaurant in Osnabrück's old town. We ate very tasty burgers and grilled dishes there. The salad had dates and nuts, which is something new compared to the "standard" salads. The prices were also okay, although it should be noted that the side dishes (e.g. fries) have to be ordered separately for the burgers. Despite the full restaurant, the service was relatively quick and friendly. The toilets were also clean. Overall, definitely worth a visit if you are traveling in Osnabrück.

I saw room number 4 by chance. A somewhat unusual name for a café. The service was there quickly and brought our order quickly. Another visit when I'm in Osnabrück is not out of the question. And it’s definitely worth recommending.

A very nice, well-located restaurant in Osna with excellent service. Delicious salad eaten with sheep's cheese. Drink delicious Sauvignon Blanc with it.

The waitresses were very friendly and helpful. There is a gluten free vegetable curry available which was also delicious. I don't know if there are any other gluten-free options. Unfortunately there is no information about allergens on the menu.

Calculating is different and everyone should be able to cut tomatoes, but the bread was great.

The food and drinks were ok. Unfortunately, in the end I felt bitterly disappointed and betrayed. I wanted to use my NeoTaste voucher for 30% off salads (that was the reason we came here!). I was then told that I should have said that from the start and I wouldn't get the discount I booked. The reason: canceling the order in the system once and creating a new one with the discount is too much effort for her. The waitress then said she would get in trouble from the boss if orders were canceled. Why is this my problem? Why is that more important than serving us as customers in line with expectations and collecting money? The problem is your inflexible checkout system, laziness when operating the checkout or your boss. Then there was also the rather outrageous hint that it was in the terms and conditions... well, who else reads restaurant terms and conditions before they go out to eat? I did my part, came to eat, ordered, booked the voucher in NeoTaste and even had money with me to pay. Anyone who complicates things is shirking their responsibility, and that's exactly why it feels like cheating. The last impression counts as much as the first.

We were there on Sunday for the breakfast buffet. The buffet is rich and everything is fresh and attractively prepared. The plus is the coffee, which is already included in the price. The staff is very friendly.

We were here for the first time yesterday. We ordered an antipasti plate and a pasta dish. We could hardly eat any of the antipasti plate because the grilled vegetables were too cold to eat (probably from the fridge). Luckily we were able to satisfy our hunger with the pasta dish. To top it off, we were told we couldn't pay by card, which meant I had to walk 20 minutes to find cash (we weren't the only ones who had to do that). Nowadays you have to say before ordering if card payment is not possible. Otherwise the service was good and friendly.

In principle, I don't think much of hip, trendy places - I don't need hipsters, snobs and that kind of crowd, artificially exaggerated prices for grossly overrated in-food are unacceptable. Now imagine my surprise when I was shown to room number 4 and... it was exactly NOT like that! From the service to the food and the pricing to the audience, everything was consistent and wonderfully pleasant! Well, sometimes it's helpful to check your preconceptions. Room No. 4 - I always eat here! (I'm giving this free slogan to the restaurant team 😉)

Had a great dinner here. Ordered the daurade and it was amazing, really well seasoned and cooked perfectly. Also had the beef teriyaki as an appetizer and it was really good, a little bit spicy. The atmosphere was really nice. The drinks were a bit small but they were well prepared.

I would like to inform you that I had breakfast in room No. 4 this morning and the value for money was not satisfactory. The selection of food wasn't very extensive and some of it wasn't refilled. The service staff seemed listless and inattentive and sometimes forgot the orders.

Today we spontaneously stayed in room number 4 with 3 people. Although the restaurant at the front and back was well occupied, the food came relatively quickly. We ordered the lunch special for 9.90 with a burger side dish and drink. We were all super happy, it was super delicious!! . We will definitely come again and recommend it to others 👍🏽

Very nice team and attentive service

We were only there for a coffee specialty. The store isn't particularly big, but it's very cozy. In summer you can sit outside well. The personnel is very friendly and courteous. We'd love to come back.

The breakfast buffet has a small selection, but you can tell that everything is fresh and of good quality. It's not a mass transaction like the usual other restaurants in the city center. Absolutely to suggest!

The best restaurant so far for me as a newcomer to this city. Super tasty and sometimes quite unusual dishes. I like the Määh burger incredibly well and the sweet potato fries are also super good. The prices are of course a little higher, but the taste, ingredients, ambience and service are absolutely right, which definitely justifies the price! I will eat/order here regularly.

A good place to share, I recommend it, good service

I've been here quite often for a coffee or with friends/family in the afternoon/evening. Very cozy atmosphere and we were always served quickly and friendly. The food was always to our satisfaction. There are also changing weekly/daily specials. Nice and correct service.👌 PS: The other review(s) here are strange. How the employees are dressed or made up is completely irrelevant. Unfriendliness is usually reflected back (not just in restaurants).

We would give even more stars, especially for the service. We were able to enjoy our wedding celebration there with a great breakfast. The breakfast buffet was very rich and very, very appealing. FYI: Christmas party table buffet The food was very tasty, well seasoned, freshly prepared, vegetables and side dishes etc. served separately from meat (very good for vegetarians), the parfait for dessert is highly recommended, as are the homemade lemonades (but they cost accordingly). only drawbacks: - overall very small portions - The soup was served in small(!) glasses with large soup spoons and was a bit small - The amount of meat and shrimp served with the main course was very, very limited (despite some vegetarians who skipped the side dish of meat/seafood, it was far too little) - The Kaiserschmarrn was a free interpretation of a Kaiserschmarrn and was somehow reminiscent of fried white bread or something similar, but still tasted good - It was very tight and incredibly loud But: The drinks were fresh and always at the table quickly The service was calm, friendly and sufficiently present. All in all a good celebration

Gingen hier zitten voor een warme chocomelk. Zelden zo'n koude en smakeloze chocomelk gehad. Ook het personeel is meer met zichzelf bezig dan met de klanten. Zonde van het geld.

Chocolademelk gehad wat totaal niet smaakt naar chocola, maar naar speculaas en dat vind ik echt vies 🤢
