I booked two nights at the hotel and could barely get any rest because the bass from the party in the dining room was blaring both nights. I also don't recommend room 10 because you can hear the extractor fan there until 10:30 p.m. Never again! I can't comment on the food because I didn't eat in the restaurant.

We've been coming here for years. The food today was, as always, very good. The food was 5 stars. Service has always been good, too. But today the waiter was abysmal. When we said we wanted to check our drinks first, he ran away and took another order instead of bringing us the drinks menu (it's a separate menu). We got it 10 minutes later, after asking again. He could barely open his mouth when ordering. He kept mumbling something very quietly, and instead of changing the side dishes, he just brought the standard ones. When clearing the table, he didn't ask for drinks. Not until 15 minutes later. When we asked for the bill, he looked annoyed, mumbled something, and ran away. When I then wanted to pay by card, he ran away again. He seemed to find communication annoying. There was no proper goodbye, either. All in all, it seemed as if guests were generally annoying to him. In the past, there was a free schnapps after dinner. Whether that was cut back or the waiter's fault, I'll find out on my next visit. As I mentioned at the beginning, the place is always great, and I'll definitely be back. But I think if I see the waiter there again, I'll leave.

We went there for coffee in remembrance. There were rubbery half rolls and frozen cakes. Coffee wasn't refilled, and the agreed-upon water wasn't available. The rather grumpy waitress came once to take drinks. In the run-up to Christmas, the food was served so quickly that it couldn't have been freshly prepared. It was also lukewarm. The friendliness there, too, left a lot to be desired. We ordered takeout once, and everything was fine. Overall, I think the restaurant is completely overrated.

You can still get proper schnitzel here :) We were recommended the hotel restaurant, and we were immediately impressed. We only visited the restaurant, though. We sat in the beer garden with a great atmosphere. Great Balkan cuisine: schnitzel, liver, grilled meats, in all varieties. The quality and portion size were very good. The desserts are also delicious; the only thing they could improve is the cream. That was the only criticism, but it's still worth all 5 stars, as the price-quality ratio is top-notch.

The food was okay. It wasn't a real eye-opener, but it was average. Unfortunately, the service fell short of expectations, inattentive, and not particularly friendly. It felt a bit forced, and we didn't feel particularly welcome. However, the restaurant was busy and apparently lacking staff; the second waiter who was initially there suddenly disappeared. Despite all that, a guest shouldn't feel like a nuisance. Our third visit was probably the last (it wasn't like that on the other visits, by the way), because we live a few kilometers away and average food is closer.

I was only there for a family celebration, but I have a good impression of the place.

The fish platter was a delight! The selection was outstanding – from tender salmon to juicy shrimp to pike-perch. Every fish was fresh, aromatically seasoned, and cooked to perfection. The crisp salad and golden-brown fried potatoes were particularly noteworthy. The platter was also beautifully presented. The service was attentive and friendly.

The price/performance ratio is simply excellent! I've rarely eaten such a good schnitzel. The staff was also very friendly and accommodating. The terrace is a great place to relax and eat.

We went there for lunch with four adults and two children. The service was very friendly and pleasant. The drinks and food were served quickly. The food was delicious and the portions were generous. The kids even got a free ice cream. The ambiance is well-kept and cozy. You can tell that they put a lot of effort into this, and that it's a family-run hotel/restaurant with many years of experience. There are plenty of parking spaces directly in front of the restaurant/hotel. All in all, highly recommended!

A very large selection of dishes, everyone will find the right dish. The drink prices are also much better than many other restaurants. A 0.3l Kölsch draft costs €3.50 and a glass of house red wine costs €5.50. The staff is very friendly and attentive. We go there regularly and are always thrilled! It was our first time to eat there, the atmosphere was very nice. Friendly service and delicious food.

We were there today for after coffee after the funeral. There were frozen cakes that hadn't thawed completely and rolls that tasted old. €6.50 for a 0.75l water bottle says it all about the prices here. Overall very expensive and poorly organized. On the bread roll plate there were four cheese rolls (probably because it is the cheapest) and only one roll each with ham and cooked ham. I wouldn't go here again - it has deteriorated significantly compared to before.

We were there following a funeral, so with a party of about 25 people. Despite ordering a la carte, the food arrived very quickly. Everything was absolutely delicious (and I'm a very picky eater) and perfectly seasoned. In addition, there is extremely friendly staff who were great with the children and a really nice facility. The only tip from me: Bring the children's food first, then the adults, not the other way around ;) otherwise please continue in the same way, we'll definitely come back.

A very nice restaurant, we sat upstairs, every table was occupied, so the background noise was very, very loud, it was difficult to have a conversation, the food was great and plentiful, the prices for the food and drinks were good, we had invited friends and hadn't paid €100 yet. The family-run restaurant always impresses us with its high-quality and extremely tasty food, huge portions, the extremely great service from the waiters and the rooms furnished with attention to detail. Why the Bürgerstuben even deserve more than 5 stars is the feeling you get there, because the boss is hospitality personified. You feel comfortable and welcome at all times. I'm already looking forward to the next visit!

We've been eating here for decades, including this time on Christmas Day. Unfortunately, the quality left a lot to be desired. Two of my family members got the wrong dish, most of the meat was over-dead and the taste had probably been discarded that day . Vegetarians were limited to salad and vegetables. Everyone only got one drink, no chance to reorder. Even taking into account the prices getting higher everywhere and the fact that a Christmas offer might cost more, that was clearly too much for this service. I very much hope that this remains an exception and at the next cozy meal Something edible again and the ordered dish is served to everyone. *A query to the waitress didn't result in any solution. It's a real shame

Unfortunately the rating needs to be changed. Were on September 4th. Eat in the evening. The steaks in two dishes were spoiled. We told the waiter this and the kitchen had the nerve to fry the spoiled meat again. Of course it was still spoiled. We left the food and at the end we told the waiter again. Still we had to pay the full price of 88 euros for 2 people. For us it was the last time. The health department should take a look here.

Long story short. It was ok but nothing more. My partner's pork medallions were fart dry. Overall, my fish platter tasted good. However, you should be surprised that the fish platter was on the table for less than 15 minutes, when you only had half of the starter salad in front of you. When I told the waiter that the medallions were completely dry, he squeezed the remaining fries. Furthermore, the boss and employee should be clear that not only Yugoslavians can speak the language and that internal company things belong somewhere else

We often go there with the bowling team and eat afterwards. The staff is friendly and the food is always delicious. We feel very, very comfortable there. We don't know the rooms.

Those days were there. Food is good, but the service feels like a youth hostel. You feel compelled to convince yourself that there is certainly a reason why drinks aren't being served, the billing is incorrect and you can't communicate properly because the German language is only sparse. Overall, a good meal, but the service was poor. Apparently it's not just us, other guests also talked about it that evening and here too I read about the negative experiences with the service.

Tonight was an absolute disaster! We reserved a table for 5 people by phone. We had to wait about 10 minutes and were sent from table to table. Until a table was prepared for us. We ordered 2x tzatziki, 3 different grilled dishes, a Wiener schnitzel with fries and a Wiener schnitzel with fried potatoes and egg and Spezi, wheat and malt beer. The first thing that came was a stroppy "We can't make fried potatoes with fried eggs with the Wiener Schnitzel, that would be too time-consuming!" You can also have a lumberjack schnitzel!” Then the waiter left the table and brought us salads a short time later. After another 3 minutes the dishes arrived. The Wiener Schnitzel were both with egg and both with fries. We then noticed that the order had been wrong and there was another tiny, stroppy “Yes, I said it was too time-consuming!” Then my plate was torn out of my hand and the egg was taken off the plate and I got my plate back . You probably couldn't get the fried potatoes then. Then we ate even if it wasn't what it was supposed to be. After dinner we wanted to have a cappuccino. We ordered 3 cappuccinos and a coffee. And we got 1 espresso and 2 cappuccinos. So with all due respect, that's not possible!!! I'm in the service sector myself and that's absolutely not possible. I also hope that this post will be read! Also from the waiters and the boss. We were absolutely not satisfied and will not be coming back.

As regular guests with the entire family for decades (former and in earlier times also very satisfied) we unfortunately had to realize that the restaurant - especially in the last 10 years - has continuously deteriorated, both in terms of the quality of the food and in terms of quality Service. Unfortunately, on our last visit the food was just short of "unreasonable", and since then we have refrained from further visits. Other former regular guests described similar experiences to us. What is much more important, however, is the human interaction with guests, including regular guests! In this house you should think CAREFULLY about the extent to which you respond to the often offered private conversations and corresponding contact with the owner and his family. It turned out (and our experiences unfortunately coincide with those of other former regular guests!) that people here don't shy away from "biting at" (former and active) guests and bringing them into disrepute... apparently also about their shortcomings of the house in the dirt that is spread over guests. Anyone who wants to eat well and who, above all, values ​​their good reputation and name should avoid this restaurant as much as possible! Overall, this place isn't actually worth a star!

Rooms clean and tidy. The location was perfect for us as the processing was right next door. The employees were nice, but sometimes it wasn't a good fit. Occasionally we talked past each other, then there was supposed to be a baby bed on site, but it couldn't be found.
