Very nice place in Moers to eat good German cuisine. Unfortunately we sat in the large hall and there was a buzz of voices and a high volume. The operation and service were very good. What I didn't like was the lukewarm food.. I for my part like to eat hot and when the fried potatoes are already luke cold you think of pre-produced and not freshly fried.. Schnitzel were two schnitzels.. well... at that price I expected more...

Can I recommend this place? But so much! We were there with work colleagues. I had a goose leg with red cabbage and dumplings. It was very tasty and I would order it again in a heartbeat. But the colleagues' dishes (salad with strips of turkey breast, tavern pan, knuckle) also looked very good and the colleagues were all satisfied. Only 4* for the food because I felt the unique selling point was missing on the menu. Everything was good and tasty, but nothing that I would say makes the restaurant stand out. The waiter was a bombshell, always had a cheeky saying, that's what I wish for. The ambience is nothing special, just tavern style. All in all, I would still like to give this place a 5* overall, especially because of the waiter

Very nice atmosphere and friendly staff. The quality of the food and drinks is very good. You can also sit outside in front of the inn with a view of the fort square.

Gutes Essen, leckeres Bier und freundliche Bedienung. Auch das Ambiente hat uns gut gefallen. Wir hatten die Haxe und Currywurst. Wer hier hungrig rausgeht ist entweder selber schuld oder hat eine überambitionierte Schilddrüse 😊

We were in the pub for the first time last Saturday. The decor is appropriately Bavarian. Unfortunately, it is very loud in the restaurant and it is difficult to have a conversation. We waited almost an hour for the food. The prices are already hefty. A not-too-large baked potato €13.90 and a salad with goat cheese (2 small thalers, otherwise just very simple leaf salads) €17.90...heavy. The service was friendly, there's nothing to complain about

Nice inn with good and creative food. However, the price is far too expensive because, for example, a pretzel cost €5.20. Even the cappuccino at over €4 is not justified for the size, compared to other breakfast restaurants in Düsseldorf. All in all, recommended!

We ate there with 6 people. You can sit outside protected from wind and rain. The food was brought out quite quickly and unfortunately it was just so-so. The chanpion cream schnitzels were brought to me with fresh champions on one side and sauce on the other. Unfortunately the schnitzels were nothing special! It's a shame, we expected a little more for this price.

We were there with a large group, 24 people, the food was delicious and everyone arrived almost at the same time. This is by no means a given. The service was absolutely great, always nice and friendly, with a joke on his lips. This is also something special today. At no time was anyone left high and dry. We have experienced this completely differently elsewhere.

The ambience and location are really great, and for that reason alone the restaurant actually deserves 5 stars. The waiters are also super friendly and accommodating. The only thing that I find really annoying is that the positions are unfortunately very small for the rather high prices.

Price performance ratio is not right at all. A beer costs over €6, schnitzel for €20.90 is just 2mm thick. This is simply outrageous.

Preis Leistungs Verhältnis stimmt überhaupt nicht. Ein Bier kostet über 6 €, Schnitzel für 20,90 € sind gerade mal 2mm dick. Das ist einfach unverschämt.

By far the worst cheese spaetzle I have ever eaten. It was also more of a cream spaetzle casserole. Plus a cheese that doesn't deserve the name mountain cheese. We also mentioned it, but there was no offer of compensation. My husband's Fanta was also without fizz and his schnitzel was too small for the price. Unbearably loud inside. To make matters worse, the waiter made a mistake when settling the bill and thus received more tip than we wanted. Unfortunately we only noticed this in the car.

Nice service staff 👍 Eating not the normal stuff, but very good👍 I can only recommend this site👍 So if you want to eat something in peace, you're totally out of place here. I know it's not the restaurant's fault, but the noise is like a busy train station, at the same time as a visit to the local daycare center. And when did it actually stop that you wear something “good” when you go out to eat on Sunday? I don't think sweatpants are one of them. Even loud smartphone listening to TikTok etc. is not so great in a restaurant 🙀 Write to me if you know a really good AND quiet restaurant in Moers. Thank you 👍 🙂

Very nice restaurant, rustic but modern at the same time, varied food and drink menu, very friendly service. There is something for everyone and everyone is welcome (children, dogs, vegetarians). The whole concept is consistent (offer, furnishings, staff clothing) like in Bavaria/at the Oktoberfest and everything seems well thought out.

Overall satisfied with the service - everyone without exception is very attentive and nice. The ambience is great inside and out! Delicious (thank God, vegan for a while now) food & drinks. The vegan alternatives are really well chosen!

Overall great ambience and also a great atmosphere. The quality of the food is balanced, there are even some vegan dishes on the menu. The small Kaiserschmarn for €8.50 was filling. The staff was quite ok. A waiter with "verbal incontinence" raised the level significantly, the other waiter was probably a little more stubborn, but it was probably his x. first day of work. Overall, we can only recommend the house.

A fortnight ago we had lunch at the pub with a group of senior citizens. We were given our own room, which was a huge advantage. A) because of the 9 walkers and B) because of the better opportunity to have a conversation. The staff was very friendly. The food was excellent. All in all 5 stars. The seniors were so excited that they still talk about it today. Thank you.

Sehr gemütliches Restaurant mit bürgerlicher Küche und Jägerambiente im Inneren. Das Essen war prima und die Bedienung zuvorkommend. So stelle ich mir ein richtiges Wirtshaus vor. Mein Bruder hat seinen Geburtstag dort ausklingen lassen. Ein sehr schöner Abend.

Really nice here. Particularly suitable for warm summer days. It is located right in the beautiful city center of Moers. Service good, fast, customer oriented.

Super tasty pork knuckle, really crispy from the grill. Switching from mashed potatoes to fries was easy. The service was extremely nice and accommodating.

Very friendly staff, also funny. There was a rubber band of parsley in my food, which I don't think is a bad thing since you know it was fresh. Said to the waitress that she found her hair tie. Habe eine Große Portion Leberkäse bestellt. Was dann geliefert wurde,war eine Frechheit. Bratkartoffeln, die man zählen konnte,mit Senfsoße ertränkt. 2 Dünne Scheiben Leberkäse,von Aldi ist 2 Klassen besser Nein,so kann die Gastronomie nicht überleben Nix am Teller und Mega Kohle dafür nehmen. Mit uns nicht mehr,uns ist der Appetit auf solch eine Gastronomie, vergangen! Ps:die Kleine Portion Himmel&Ed, von meiner Frau ,war Größer . Wir essen jetzt erstmal Abendbrot,sonst müssen wir hungrig ins Bett

The service was good, the ambience was nice, but the food was not good at all. Schnitzel with egg and fried potatoes as well as pub goulash were very poorly seasoned and therefore tasteless. There was also a suspicion that the schnitzel was not freshly fried, but rather heated in the deep fryer. Too bad

Food-wise it was really good. The service was very accommodating. I really liked the ambience, you don't notice at all that there is a large parking lot right next to it.

Definitely a good location. The tables outside are quite narrow but it's nice to sit there. We had the burger and the weird cheese sausage. The burger patty was made of very coarse mince or just a lot of cartilage parts, it was definitely not tasty because the great beef was of no use. The coleslaw was definitely not homemade and was still on the burger, so you couldn't taste anything else. Absolutely overpriced for that price. Fries were ok. The strange cheese sausage just didn't taste good, the rest was ok, but not good enough and too little for the price. You can sit there for a drink, but I can't recommend it for eating.

It was the first time for dinner with the family. Very good first impression. There's something for every taste. Portions are really sufficient and super tasty. I especially couldn't find any words for the Kaiserschmarrn. I've never eaten such delicious Schmarrn before. Very happy and definitely again. A little tip: it's better to make a reservation, it's very busy. 👍

Wow! The menu has something completely different for everyone. What can I say when everything is perfect? The waiters were super friendly, the food arrived extremely quickly and was super tasty. Prices are okay for what you get. I will definitely visit it more often now

Friends of ours invited us to this restaurant for our birthday. We were here on a Friday evening when the weather was nice. It was packed outside and everyone was sitting pretty close together. We were allocated a table inside and the acoustics were reasonably acceptable. There was a lot of activity and crowds the entire time. Nevertheless, the service staff were really nice and friendly. As far as the food was concerned, there was really nothing to complain about. It was all very tasty. The tarte flambée with goat cheese, nuts and honey that I ate was amazing. I can really recommend it. Our friends and my wife were also totally thrilled with their dishes (salmon or game goulash with spinach dumplings). Important note...no table reservations will be accepted for Saturdays. So you have to be lucky to get there. (That would be too sensitive for me personally). So for me personally it's not a location that I would visit again because it's too busy there for me.

The restaurant is very nice and clean, and the atmosphere invites you to linger. You sit comfortably and can enjoy the pleasant surroundings. The service staff is friendly and attentive, which has an additional positive impact on the stay. Particularly noteworthy are the beer prices, which are completely reasonable and okay. The restaurant offers a good selection of Bavarian beers, as befits a Bavarian tavern. Unfortunately, there is one point of criticism that clouds my otherwise positive impression. I didn't find the price performance for the hunter mess to be appropriate. Although the fried potatoes and mushroom vegetables were freshly prepared, I was served two frozen schnitzels. For a Bavarian pub I expect the schnitzels to be fresh and homemade. With my eleven years of experience in the restaurant industry, I can judge what product was put in front of me and it was clearly not homemade. If desired, I could even name the manufacturer's brand. Despite this disappointment, the visit was overall pleasant and the restaurant impressed in other areas. If the kitchen focuses on fresh and homemade products in the future, I would like to come back.

Impressive gastronomy. A highlight for Moers. The Bavarian drinks and dishes are real delights.

We always like to come here, so far mainly for the breakfast. No matter whether it's the table buffet or from the menu, everything is fresh, delicious and the homemade bread is really great. The portion sizes are also really not measured sparingly, there is no “snack” here, everything is neat on the plate. The staff is friendly, helpful and, despite many tables, always there quickly to fulfill the guests' wishes. 5 stars from me and we'll definitely come back for lunch 🤣👍🏼

There was nothing to complain about on my part. The food and the ambience were delicious, classic and traditional. The staff relaxed and very personable. The fried potatoes were spicy and very tasty. The Kaiserschmarrn portion was also great and tasty. According to the staff, the vanilla ice cream is homemade - very tasty if you're a vanilla connoisseur. The restaurant is a total recommendation for alpine lovers. See you next time!

Leuk om op het terras een glas bier te drinken, keuze uit verschillende soorten. Menukaart echte (simpele) Bayerisches gerechten. Kwaliteit eten niet echt goed. Aardappeltjes zo zwart gebakken, alles zonder liefde bereid.

The ambience was very nice. The service was super friendly, always asking if everything was OK and if we needed anything else. We had the breakfast buffet at the table. That was super tasty 😋. Large selection of sausages, cheese, dips, there was jam and muesli and butter. In the bread basket was a roll, two slices of potato bread and a croissant. We also had scrambled eggs and freshly squeezed orange juice. The only negative thing was that the dishes weren't that clean and the music was too loud for me. Otherwise everything was great, your visit is worth it👍.

After several satisfactory visits to the Grafschafter Wirtshaus in the evening and at lunchtime, I was bitterly disappointed this afternoon. Around 12:40 p.m. I ordered water and the lunch dish of redfish with fried potato salad on the terrace. I had a good 50 minutes for my lunch break. While the water was delivered quickly, I had already been waiting 25 minutes for my lunch menu when I noticed that 2 tables that were occupied after I ordered had already received their food. When I asked, the waitress in the kitchen wanted to ask and I pointed out that I was slowly running out of time. After a few minutes I was told that my food would be coming soon. I received this at around 1:15 p.m. Unfortunately, when I took my first bite I realized that the frozen redfish was not fully cooked and was still cold in the middle. I told the waitress that the food wasn't edible and that I would let it go back and only pay for the water because it was too late. This was conceded without a word of apology, regret or even an offer of compensation. It's a shame if you ruin a customer's lunch break like that! I don't understand how a kitchen can serve half-frozen fish, which I also find hygienically questionable!
