Hotel Kryom's 108 in Berlin

Not recommended! One point is to be avoided. Barely two weeks before the start of our trip, three of our booked rooms were canceled. The reason – an alleged overbooking. All I can say is, it's outrageous!

A very good little guesthouse with friendly hosts and clean, rustic rooms. The breakfast selection is good and freshly prepared. The location is very close to the S-Bahn, making it convenient. The price-performance ratio is absolutely excellent. Contactless check-in is possible, and the initial contact via email went smoothly. I highly recommend it and will definitely be back.

The hotel is in Berlin. If you have to go to Berlin, you need a hotel in Berlin. The stay was extremely terrible, loud, noisy, unfriendly, strange, uncomfortable, uncomfortable, disgusting, loud, noisy.

Like a normal hotel. There were no foreign smells in the room. The room was spacious, clean and tidy except for the floor. The carpet needs a good dry cleaning). But the last straw was the lack of hot water in the morning on the day of departure.

Solid mid-range city hotel in a quiet location in the Berlin suburb of Lichtenrade. The center of Berlin can be reached in about 30 minutes with the S-Bahn, which is a 4-minute walk away. Bikes could be parked behind the house. Rather small, but completely adequately furnished room. Pleasant, informal atmosphere. Good breakfast, there is a selection of different breakfast plates. Nice and courteous staff. Good value for money. Definitely recommended for a short stay in Berlin if you are willing to take the S-Bahn (runs very often, even late in the evening) Unfortunately not barrier-free.

We booked a double room from May 31st to June 2nd, 2024 - NEVER again!!! The room was filthy, there were cobwebs hanging on the ceiling in the bathroom, which was far too small and built up, the mixer tap was completely smeared and the fan was hanging crooked on the wall without working. The flap of the minibar was broken and there was a careless board on top that was used for the television. There were large stains on the carpet in the anteroom of room 3 and the door frame to the room had simply been torn off, so the first impression was very scary and we felt very uncomfortable! When it came to the curtain rod above the beds, we were afraid that it might fall on our heads at night because it was installed so poorly and, above all, crookedly. In addition, we had actually booked a quiet room, but ours was on a fairly busy street, and we heard long, loud conversations below our room in a language that we couldn't identify. In addition, cigarette smoke wafted into our room, so we had to close the window after a short time (it was 25 degrees that day/evening). An exhaust air was running every 5-6 seconds and things were being moved away loudly, so that we couldn't sleep peacefully at all. When we wanted to speak to an employee about the inadequate conditions before we went to sleep, she let us know that she didn't understand German and couldn't help us. We were therefore unable to communicate the defects to any staff. The bed linen smelled obtrusively strong of detergent, which was therefore not at all suitable for me, as a psoriasis patient. Due to the miserable conditions of this "hotel", we will not book it again, because the double room was originally supposed to cost € 99.00 per person (with separate beds and the aforementioned defects + dirty, obstructed room/bathroom). But since we shortened our stay by 1 night and didn't eat breakfast, we still paid €89.00, which was still far too much for these conditions! You can definitely find much better accommodation!

An insider tip for good cuisine. The rustic liver is awesome. The rest of the food is also great. Breakfast al cart is bomb. Staff nice and friendly. Definitely worth a visit. Quiet area and connection to the train is great. There are many shops and restaurants behind the train station. Gladly again.

The rooms are small and nice. But the parking spaces are rarely available. The service is very good 👍🏼.

We were in the comfortably furnished restaurant on Saturday. We didn't notice anything from the bar in the next room. The hearty Bulgarian food was delicious and the landlady Dori was extremely friendly. Beer on tap. We'll definitely be back.

Small, cozy restaurant with a rich, delicious and varied menu and really friendly service. We were there in a large group with a small baby and everyone was very accommodating. Definitely again!

The staff was friendly. The bathroom was very narrow and unclean. The room was simple and had many deficiencies and the street facing it was very noisy in the morning. Not recommendable.

Wir haben im Restaurant lecker gegessen. Der Service war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit, auch wenn es keine Fachkräfte waren. Das Essen war sehr lecker. Geschlafen im Hotel haben wir aber nicht.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Super Ambiente, tolle Einrichtung (passend zur Jahreszeit, sehr gut). Die Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet und das Essen! Leute, das Essen! Ich esse selten Fleisch. Ich esse überwiegend vegetarisch. Wie auch hier habe ich mit dem Doris Gemüseteller (Bilder anbei) angefangen und war sehr überzeugt. Ich habe mich hinreißen lassen und habe dann den gemischten Grillteller genommen und es hat sich allemal gelohnt! Leckeres Fleisch, leckeres Gemüse, leckere Beilagen. Ideal für Frühstück, Mittag und auch Abendessen!! Ebenso sehr zuvorkommendes und sehr freundliches Personal. Ein wahres , ehrliches Familiengeführtes Haus. Ich habe mich sehr wohl geführt :) Ich kann das Doris108 in all seiner Facette nur empfehlen!

Kleines aber feines Hotel mit eigenem Restaurant mit erstklassiger Balkan bzw bulgarischer Küche. Das Personal ist über alle Massen höflich und zuvorkommend und die Cheffin Dori gibt einem das Gefühl zu Gast bei Freunden zu sein. Wenn es eine 10 dafür gäbe würde ich diese geben.

Sehr nettes und felixbles Personal, selbst bei Sonderwünschen bemüht man sich um eine Lösung. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und die Zimmer sind gepflegt. Preis/Leistung stimmt hier absolut. Gerne wieder und nochmals danke für die schnelle und unkomplizierte Gastfreundschaft! PS: Parkplätze sind in Berlin leider immer ein Problem, hier stehen 2 zur Verfügung, sollte man vor der Buchung evtl. vorher abklären.

Etwas außerhalb von Zentrum gelegen und deshalb sehr ruhig. Gemütliche sehr saubere Zimmer mit Terrasse. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Leckeres Frühstück a la Carte und jeder Extrawunsch wird erfüllt. Essen im dazugehörigem Restaurant sehr lecker und preiswert. Kann nur empfohlen werden!

Tolles Angebot für alle essen ist lecker 😋 und nicht teuer.

Kleines feines Hotel, Frühstück war sehr lecker und das Personal war immer freundlich. Die Lage war in meinen Augen sehr gut, zur nächsten S-Bahn Station waren es 3 Minuten und trotzdem war es nachts selbst mit offenen Fenstern sehr ruhig. Also wer ein kleines feines Hotel sucht, wo man leicht in die Innenstadt kommt und trotzdem in einer ruhigen Lage ist, dann kann ich das Doris nur empfehlen. Eine kleine Empfehlung an das Personal, wäre ein WLAN Verstärker im zweiten Stock, dadurch hätte man auch dort ein starkes Wlan Signal.

Wollte abends einfach nur eine Kleinigkeit essen. Aber die Paprikaschote war halbseitig verkohlt und das Hackfleisch darin suche ich heute noch. Die ganze Angelegenheit war eher etwas für "Zahnlose". Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich.
