Hotel Excellent in Lübeck

Nice little hotel right on the lake. Friendly staff, beautiful rooms with a mix of old and new, plus a great restaurant with a great outdoor area. It's in a great central location, but still quiet at night. I felt very comfortable.

Pretty run down. Reception situation unusual because in a restaurant entrance. Almost everything in the bathroom was defective (hair dryer hanging on a screw, shower holder broken, toilet lid loose, towel holder loose, sink ceramic with crack). Beds were clean. No carpet or wall in the bathroom. Quite loud ventilation from the restaurant below. Location close to old town. Parking situation rather difficult. But public parking nearby is affordable.

Very well located hotel in Lubeck with a magnificent view of the lake. Everything on foot easily. Clean but shabby family room (rustic furniture, lighting, bedding, electrical outlets…details of broken or worn objects) It was very hot even though the temperatures outside were not high. Reception: strict minimum, correct. We did not have breakfast, dark room with sticky floor which did not tempt us.

Absolutely great! Food delicious, service great, atmosphere very appealing. Fits perfectly to Lübeck, which is also a great city.

well, that's difficult because everyone is very friendly and well dressed. The dinner was also very tasty. unlike breakfast. That was very simple and unsuitable for people who eat more consciously. Despite the wonderful weather, there was nothing prepared for breakfast outside; No employee found for 10 minutes. So the wish for a really real coffee remained unfulfilled. the condition of the house is questionable; the street is busy. The terrace room has fairly new furniture and the carpet is OK. The doors scrape on the creaking floor. There is hardly any light in the bathroom. You shouldn't look into the corners. see pictures. The shower head itself is an important indicator. it was new 🤗. The weeds in front of the lake terrace fit into the picture. It is not clear to us what goals we have there. a real shame!

Nice hotel in the old city guard! We were satisfied!

The girl who served us was very nice, she speaks English, the food was spectacular.

We were there for a weekend and the hotel is really close to the city center, which was really convenient. Street parking is very popular here, so you have to be lucky to get one (charges are €1.20 - €2.00 per hour). However, the hotel offers underground parking spaces worth €15 per night. The staff is super friendly and helpful and is open to any concerns. The breakfast was super tasty and sufficient! Our room was quite okay. The warm water in the shower took a long time and was rather lukewarm in the end. For a weekend, the price-performance ratio was completely fine and recommended.

Borderline fraudulent. Bought through Expedia, the hotel also charged upon check in, despite proof of payment with Expedia. Expedia refused reimbursement as it was not a cancellation. Upon months of dispute the hotel admitted to the double charge and did nothing about it. Fraud in plain sight.

Stayed here for a single night. Amazing experience. We were greeted with a smile and an offer to carry our bag up to our room. The room was pretty, one double bed, and in a seperate room; a couch turned into a pretty big bed. The TV had hundreds of channels, and worked amazingly. The room and toilet was clean and spotless, nothing seemed worn down, in fact, it all seemed new. The breakfast was great, nothing of bad quality. The eggs tasted good and high quality, the bread amazingly baked. The morning buffet had a large amount of variety, all of which seemed fresh and good. If you purchase parking, you will get a spot in a nearby garage, that is only a minutes walking distance. The hospitality is amazing, the staff was easy to speak with, and even allowed our car to stay in the garage a few hours after checkout, as we walked through the town. Overall amazing hotel, with great prices, good rooms, amazing staff, great food.
