Hotel Bussi Baby in Bad Wiessee

I have rarely been so hyped about a hotel and what can I say? The Bussi Baby completely delivered. The location on Lake Tegernsee is fantastic, you can park (and charge) your car right outside the door. The room is fully furnished with attention to detail. The rooftop pool is super relaxing with a fantastic view and direct connection to the bar. The staff are very accommodating and fulfill your every wish. The food in the restaurant tastes really good. There is also mega Bussi Baby merch!!! All in all, the Bussi Baby is a mega hotel and a clear recommendation. We will definitely be back!

Super hotel, super nice hotel :)

I came with my partner for the wellness weekend, including a late lunch and a 3-course menu in the evening. Short: Spa: 2/5, Food: 2/5, Location: 3/5, Staff: 4/5 If you come here to stay overnight and maybe jump into the pool for a moment, you're in great hands, but if you specifically want to do some wellness, you'll probably be disappointed. Positive: The welcome was friendly and the location right on Lake Tegernsee was very nice, even though the hotel is right on a busy road. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was the highlight, really very good, large selection and also a few fancy options like fruit bowls. Negative: The wellness area is quite small. The outdoor pool is not well heated. The biggest minus why relaxation is quite difficult is the “lounge”. A large room in which a few beanbags are far too close together, including a bar at the back. In addition, all guests who want to go to the pool have to walk through this room. This (and the bar operation) creates a noise level that is super annoying and anything but relaxing. The late lunch wasn't worthy of the name because everything was constantly empty and you ended up with a small bowl of rice with a little soy sauce. The taste of dinner was okay, but we waited a total of 2.5 hours for a starter, main course and dessert. During the entire time, no one asked if we wanted something more to drink. The staff was apparently understaffed due to illness, which is completely understandable, but then they have to communicate with the guests and offer alternatives (we weren't the only ones who complained). My impression is that significantly more is promised than is ultimately delivered.

The relaxed atmosphere was great, we felt very comfortable and would like to go back next year. Everything was very uncomplicated, very nice staff who made everything possible and helped me a lot when my husband got a high fever on the first day. Great food and drinks. The “Bussy Baby” hotel on Lake Tegernsee offers a pleasant stay overall, although it has both strengths and weaknesses in some areas. The wellness area is particularly noteworthy, with a beautiful sauna and an outdoor pool that offers wonderful views. The breakfast is rich and very good, with a varied buffet and egg dishes à la carte. The rooms are extremely clean, but there is no functional wardrobe, which makes the stay a little less comfortable. However, the price-performance ratio is rather mediocre. The drinks at the bar in particular are overpriced, and the restaurant prices don't seem justified. The free parking option is positive. Overall, a hotel that definitely has potential, but still has room for improvement in terms of pricing and comfort.

Unfortunately, the price-performance ratio in this hotel is not right at all. The hotel has parking, but not enough when it is fully booked. Next door is a parking lot where you leave tons of money. The selection at the breakfast buffet is completely sufficient. But the tables were placed far too close together and in the middle of the room. The pool was not heated enough and was therefore rather cold than warm. The relaxation room was much too narrow, you really had to concentrate not to step somewhere you had to in order to get to your place. There is a bar in the relaxation room where glasses are washed during the meal. So it has nothing to do with rest. The car, which can be rented free of charge, can be rented for a maximum of 1-1.5 hours. Serves more as a data query from BMW.

Unfortunately, the price/performance ratio at this hotel is not right at all. The junior suit was a large room, the interior was a bit old. The spa relaxation room was completely overcrowded, the cushions were spread far too closely throughout the room. The sauna is really nice: big, with a very nice view. Everything else is really too small for the number of guests. At dinner, the food came one after the other. There were two of us, the second meal came 10 minutes after the first. In a beef potato curry there were exactly 2 strips of beef. The service at reception was positive. All in all… for an overnight stay >300€/night I have completely different expectations. I cannot recommend the hotel.

Disaster!!! Attention, long-term reservations will be canceled at short notice! Unfortunately, you cannot rely on bookings. Booked a weekend for December in May and the hotel canceled the booking a week before due to overbooking (by a large group). Of course, what counts here...not the individual holidaymaker!! A rebooking to the Bachmair Weissach was offered, but the rooftop pool and restaurant in the Bussi Baby were crucial for us. The table in the restaurant was also canceled at short notice...it was just our wedding anniversary. Luckily we stayed at “Das Tegernsee” with great service, friendly team, nice wellness area and good food. Kisses baby...never again!!!

Great hotel with a nice SPA. Very friendly staff. Enjoy your meal. Beautiful view. Very clean. Only the zebra crossing in front of the hotel was very dangerous. Drivers often don't stop or drive past you when you're already on the road.

The room was fine. We had a carpet, but it wasn't a problem. The wellness area was nice. A relaxation area, a steam room and a sauna overlooking the lake. In my opinion it's not enough for a wellness holiday. But sufficient for a city trip. If you book with Jochen Schweizer or Maydays, the food portions are a little smaller. For example, you get one less spring roll or the mango and crumble are missing from the dessert. But it was also okay. What is not possible, however, is that there was the same menu both days. Although there was an alternative dish, if you didn't like it, you had the same main dish on two days. With a Jochen Schweizer voucher you couldn't make any changes to the restaurant. Even if the dishes tasted good, I don't want to eat the same thing twice. Overall, the stay was okay, but it doesn't warrant repeating. In my opinion, the price-performance ratio wasn't right either. For the price I usually get something different.

We stayed here for 2 nights including breakfast in a standard room over the weekend. What we really liked: The breakfast buffet and dinner (Asian) are excellent! Breakfast is even served until 12 noon on the weekend, and almost everything was still available at 11:30 a.m. and there is something for every taste. The service staff, whether in the restaurant or reception, are all incredibly friendly and accommodating. There is plenty to drink in the sauna area, including a bar. Also different types of tea, which we thought was great! What could have been better: The relaxation lounge in the sauna area is simply too full. (typical towel reservers) Even if people don't lie here for a long time, only the things stay there. We thought it was a shame. The fact that there is also access to the outside terrace was new at first. But didn't have the impression that it bothers it. Outdoor pool could have been a little warmer. :) Overall, we liked it and would travel again, price-performance ratio, I am still unsure.

The hotel itself is nice, but not as it is advertised on the internet. The price-performance ratio is not right at all! It is advertised as a super modern hotel, however the rooms are not super modern. The spots in the bathroom are directly above you when you are standing directly at the sink, which is totally disadvantageous. The spa area is nice, but far too small. The loungers in the relaxation room were all occupied and people were lying almost on top of each other. Lunch in the Boom-Boom Bar is included, but the price of €3 for still water is far too expensive. The staff was friendly and the breakfast buffet was also good.

A really great and extraordinary hotel with beautiful rooms including Nespresso (depending on the room category), extremely tasty and sumptuous food (both breakfast and Asian late lunch and 3-course dinner, which was included in the price of our Jochen Schweizer booking) , a pleasantly heated pool on the roof with a fantastic view of Lake Tegernsee and the mountains, a small (but nice) spa area with a 90 degree sauna and steam bath as well as a fitness room and the opportunity to drive electric MINIs for free. There are also plenty of (chargeable) charging stations for electric cars. In addition, the staff is very nice and accommodating and there are a number of included services such as water on departure and a packed lunch that you can put together yourself at breakfast. Overall, highly recommended and we would go back in a heartbeat :) The price is a bit high, but given our total relaxation it was worth every cent!

Price performance is not right here at all. A spa without a relaxation room but a crowded “lounge” that is a connecting room to the pool and at the same time a bar? Zero recovery. The rooms are poorly furnished and extremely small, everything looks more like a hostel. The loud music from the bar doesn't let you fall asleep at night. Breakfast was good, but all in all the hotel is not worth the price and the whole thing had little to do with relaxation for us.

We had to redeem our myDays vouchers from Corona times and spontaneously decided on BussyBaby. The hotel is almost a boutique hotel, but the charm of the 70s still shines through. The staff is exceptionally friendly, the dinner and breakfast are top notch. We had a large and quiet room at the back of the hotel, comfortable beds and a nice bathroom. As always, there are unfortunately no USB sockets in the room 😉 The SPA area is very modern with a great view from the pool into the mountains and from the sauna. We were completely satisfied. Great trendy hotel with a rooftop, pool and a cool bar that offers variety from Thursday to Saturday. This is where lifestyle meets country house chic! Service excellent!!!!!

Very nice hotel on Lake Tegernsee. We had an offer for the hotel through mydays. This was of course a little cheaper than the standard offers. Otherwise the hotel would have been a bit too expensive for us. We were very satisfied with the 3-course menu in the evening, but we found drinks a little too expensive (€15 for an alcoholic cocktail and €7.50 for 0.1 l of wine) However, the Asian late lunch didn't convince us. It was more reminiscent of cafeteria food. The breakfast buffet left nothing to be desired. What was particularly nice was that there were also purely plant-based options, such as: B. Oat milk or chia pudding. The wellness area is small, but that didn't bother us as we were almost the only users. The panoramic sauna offers a good view of Lake Tegernsee. We also liked that you could rent bikes for free.

I can recommend this hotel 100%. We had a room on the third floor with a fantastic view. The rooms are spacious and modernly furnished. The food was very good and the dishes could be put together individually. The wellness area is not particularly large, but it is extremely lovingly designed. The panoramic view from the sauna and pool was sensational. However, the greatest praise goes to the entire staff. Friendly, helpful and very flexible, nothing was left to be desired.

Staff friendly, food also quite good. But the charm of the 70s, which is supposed to be the concept, is actually a house that is getting old and in urgent need of renovation, which is also right on the street. Therefore price/performance below average.

Really great staff. Wonderful breakfast. Big, clean, stylish rooms and a chic bathroom. A really fun pool and an amazing sauna. With the right person by your side here, you are really going to have fun and go home happy.

Unfortunately the price-performance ratio is not right at all. The four of us booked a “suite”. Unfortunately, this consists of a normal double room and a pull-out couch. We paid a total of 600 euros for a double room, which would probably have cost half as much for two people... without dinner included, of course. The rooms have been renovated, but not as modern as they look in the pictures online. You can't sleep with the window open because the street next door is incredibly loud. At dinner, two of the four main courses were already sold out. The hotel is praised on social media as a party and wellness hotel. Neither party (it ended at 12:30 p.m.) nor wellness (there is only one sauna) are really represented… Most of the staff are very nice, although there were a few employees who rolled their eyes and were incomprehensible. Overall, we were unfortunately very disappointed and would not recommend the hotel. There are much nicer and better equipped hotels for less money.

The hotel is located on a busy street, so be careful when choosing a room. There is a very nice wellness area in the hotel: sauna with a great view of Lake Tegernsee through the panoramic window, a nice relaxation area and a great pool with a beautiful roof terrace including a great view. The breakfast buffet is rather modest, but includes everything you need. Extra requests, such as B. Fried eggs or crepes are happy to be fulfilled. In the afternoon an Asian dish is offered, the side dish changes. In short: your physical well-being is adequately taken care of and tastes very tasty. The staff is particularly worth mentioning. The hotel is run by a young team and I have rarely experienced such great and attentive staff. Always a greeting, a smile, a question about how you are, whether you have another wish, etc. on your lips. Friendliness is very important, many thanks to the team and a big kiss...

Yes, the hotel is right on a street, but you know in advance thanks to Google. But what really defines a hotel is not the location or the facilities, but the people who fill it with life, who always have an open ear and ask you to open the bike room even the tenth time, still smiling and saying "yes with pleasure". Wish you a good tour and give you a few tips along the way. A relaxed first name created an immediate feel-good atmosphere. Korbinian Kohler has put together a great team here. Thanks to everyone for the short but very nice time with you.

The hotel is very nice and the service in the hotel is really top 👍🏻 The only thing that has already been mentioned several times is that the rooms mostly face the street, and on warm days (no air conditioning in the rooms) it is hardly possible to sleep well with the window open But otherwise we were very satisfied 😃

Actually a nice spa hotel for 1-max.2 nights (in transit) with very attentive and nice staff. Simple rooms, although very clean and with great views from the spa roof terrace with the cozy pool. Breakfast was ok, but nothing special. Unfortunately, the busy street in front of the hotel is an absolute killer! Especially in summer, when you have to ventilate (due to the LACK of air conditioning?!?) it is far too loud. The hotel parking spaces are very tight and highly sought after. We had to park overnight on the meadow opposite, where in the morning an excavator suddenly dug up the meadow next to our car. Conclusion: Depending on the room deal, it's ok for transit or spontaneously over the weekend, but unfortunately not recommended for longer stays. We (2 people) paid €270 per night for a suite. In the end, clearly too expensive.

First of all: we got the overnight stay for free, so we can't comment on the price, even though the night on our dates would have been >250€. Service: The service was lovely across the board, every person was genuinely 10/10 friendly and pleasant and helpful. That was the biggest plus. Interior: Another plus was the loving furnishings on the ground floor. Both the reception and the “dining rooms” were very well furnished. Room: The room was a good size and had a spacious balcony, although it was really noisy. I had previously read the reviews about the volume and was convinced that we wouldn't notice it, but it was really too loud. Coupled with the fact that we didn't have air conditioning in the room, this meant that we had mopeds, tractors and sports cars every minute - even at night! - had to listen. Spa: To relax you can go to the really beautiful panoramic sauna. We liked this one a lot. The SPA area is nicely decorated and clean. It was a shame that there was no relaxation area. Although there are bean bags, everyone who enters the terrace has to go through this area and it was just very loud outside. Because there is no smoking ban upstairs, we were surrounded by cigarette smoke the whole time. The pool is nice, but really small. Culinary: Our stay included a late lunch, which was a complete disgrace. There were no signs as to what would be included in the food. But we quickly found out that there was old glass noodle salad (noodles were already dried out) with centimeter-thick pieces of onion and really the worst curry you can imagine. Overcooked rice with tasteless sauce and overcooked cauliflower and eggplant. Luckily, there are also the most reasonable restaurants around Lake Tegernsee at lunchtime. Our stay also included dinner, which we dreaded. We already had a reservation elsewhere as a back-up for the evening, but wanted to give the Boom Boom Restaurant a second chance. We had a menu that we could freely put together from the daily specials. I had a mango salad that was OK but could have used a little more spice; my partner had dumplins, which were ok, but there was no dip or anything like that, so they were a bit dry. For the main course I had rice, broccoli and steamed salmon in a completely salty tamarind sauce. My partner ordered the red curry with turkey (after checking with the service, who also found the lunch really bad, that it was better in the evening). The turkey was tasty, the rice was okay and the curry was better but not good. Unfortunately, regional Bavarian ingredients and authentic Asian cuisine contradict each other. Authenticity is not a priority here anyway. Anyone who has ever been to an average Asian in the big city, let alone traveled through Asia, will be disappointed here. The only things that were really tasty were the desserts and the expensive drinks. We didn't need our back-up reservation, but we wouldn't go there again. The breakfast was delicious, no one from the service pointed out the a la cart options to us, it was only the people sitting next to us who told us this as an “insider tip”. Long Story Short: The omelet from the menu was delicious, the poached egg was overcooked, the crepe was average. The rest of the buffet was good, healthy and sufficient. Summary: A stay with ups and many downs. For the full price (which someone still paid for us) we would have been completely disappointed, so it's just a hotel we'll never return to. The unpleasant clientele was not taken into account in the rating; the hotel cannot do anything about that.

The hotel is really expensive! And when I look at the rooms and the direct location on the street (which is also very loud) the price-performance ratio definitely doesn't fit. BUT ! The service from the staff, the breakfast, the 3 course menu, the view and the spa made it work for us!!! Due to the high price we will not come back, we paid as much for 2 nights as for a week of all-inclusive in a 5 star hotel. Nevertheless, we had a nice stay, thanks to the great staff!

Unfortunately we had a room right on the main street! No air conditioning in the rooms and Breakfast could have had a little more choice, but was otherwise very good. Staff and service were great!

Great hotel, great service, the employees here do an incredible job, they had a quick solution to any questions or problems and the breakfast is really modern and top notch. There are 2 negative points: - no air conditioning is incomprehensible at such a level - the Asian late lunch, you actually expect more from it than rice with a different sauce

The hotel is super stylish. The mix of old and new is excellent. The breakfast was varied and very loving. However, we wouldn't come again. Unfortunately the rooms do not have air conditioning. It's not possible to open the windows on a hot night because the street is very busy. A hell of a noise day and night. Unfortunately there is no lake and alpine feeling.

It's best to book somewhere else. Really: The Kiss Baby has unfortunately degenerated into a youth hostel for 270€/night. Always a problem: Very loud rooms on the busy street. There is nothing about “sleeping with the window open at night in the summer”. Small rooms - even our “junior suite” only had enough space. Inadequate service with a sometimes strange attitude (restaurant). Most of the service employees were very friendly, and so were the stars. Mediocre Asian cuisine - which would be just okay ordering food in a city - at unreasonably hefty prices. Even after complaining, no response. There are not enough parking spaces for hotel guests, so according to the staff you should look for parking spaces in a town that is quite far away. Always loud parties for non-hotel guests in the bar and outside on the terrace until late into the night. There is clearly a lack of hotel management that feels responsible for all of this. Everything would be fun for reasonable prices (as it once was), but not for over €250/night. We definitely won't be coming back.

This hotel does not have an appropriate price-performance ratio. A bottle of water for €6.50 or a MaiTai for €20 are not justifiable. The breakfast was average, but not at the level that they seem to like the hotel to be. The same applies to the dinner in the associated Boom Boom - soaked in sauce, very unique seasoning, unattractively presented. A very small selection, especially for vegetarians. The late lunch a la Asia was laughable, a vat of rice and one of curry with vegetables, we expected something different based on the description. The rooftop pool is nice and pleasant, but overall the spa area is small and privacy is at a premium. In addition, the spa area and sauna close far too early. A sauna session later in the evening after dinner would be much more pleasant and appropriate than during the day, especially in the hot summer months. What a shame! The staff was very nice and tried hard - but the service, especially in the spa area, could be improved. The rooms are not lovingly or tastefully furnished and do not invite you to linger. Cheap sofa, a picture on the wall, all quite dark - a suite didn't look like a suite at all. The hotel seems to follow the motto “the main thing is different” without striving for a clear guideline regarding style and performance/level. We were very disappointed, had expected much more for the money and unfortunately do not recommend a stay at all.

More appearance than reality, that's really true. The spa closes at 8:00 p.m. The rooftop bar, which is actually just a spa bar (or saver?), is the same! I ordered a Thai Colada from the bar downstairs, which was 90% ice. At a price that would be considered rather high even for Munich, €15.50. By the way, it was explained to me why it consists of 90% ice. That's the concept of the drink! And during the explanation you get a half hug from the friendly staff. An arm was placed on my shoulder. Sorry, I already have a girlfriend! I don't need another waiter as a friend!!!! Room as before the renovation: plain. Coffee machine was not filled with water and took about 10 attempts to dispense a coffee. A call to the reception that the coffee machine wasn't working was not processed... Information from the friendly waiter with his arm around my shoulder: They don't have a professionally qualified person for this, they won't come until the next morning! This is clearly the standard of a 2-star hotel for the price of a four-star hotel! The room, a junior suite! It was a normal room with a renovated bathroom. The terrace already showed bare concrete with stains from the painters. The room is a bit shapeless and completely unadorned against the white wall: nothing! You could have hung a nice picture from the area. Instead, checkered carpet, a pine wall lined with knotholes and a baroque-style wardrobe with a flower motif. For dessert, a three-legged stool, even one on each side! But clearly, the electrical system has been renewed here: there are now black switches and sockets and still the same lamp on the ceiling: it is a light bulb that shines its relatively cold light upwards, because it is darkened downwards . Conclusion: nothing fits together here. The view of the street: blocked with wooden panels! Sure, I exaggerated a bit, but you can see it that way. I stuck to the facts. All this for the price of €334 per night! The friendly gentlemen at the counter who treat you as casually as if you were 20 and who wear dirty white T-shirts are free. By the way, that was January 1st impression, I hope I can edit my text tomorrow after we've tried to enjoy breakfast! And yes, the hotel is very conveniently located on a main road! Luckily I have a very sound sleeper, so I can endure the noise even with the window open.

I wanted to experience something special for my birthday and I immediately noticed the Kiss Baby on the internet. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the hotel on site. Our room was at the back of the hotel overlooking a grassy hill (no advertised lake or mountain view). It was super warm and the minibar was so loud that we had to unplug it. The spa area seemed a bit unkempt to me (e.g. paving in the pool). What saved the whole thing was the extremely friendly staff. 1 star for the staff, 1 star for the delicious food and an extra star for Vincent, who gave me a nice birthday evening.

A wonderful hotel for young and old. The room and the terrace on the roof were simply great with a fantastic panoramic view! We really liked the staff, the food and the spa area, everything was very clean and very well furnished. This hotel is highly recommended! We'd love to come back.

Unfortunately I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. Reality in no way corresponds to advertising practice - it is clearly more appearance than reality. The rooms are far too small and the facilities leave a lot to be desired. A coffee machine, which is standard in most hotels these days, is completely missing. The prices are set for a 4-star hotel, but you only get the quality of a 2-star hotel. A big negative point is the noise of the road. Since there is no air conditioning, you would like to leave the window open, but unfortunately this is not possible given the street noise. The breakfast is extremely minimal and offers little choice. A bright spot was the pool and sauna, which are really great. Unfortunately, there is no relaxation room for the sauna, which greatly reduces the relaxation factor. Overall, I unfortunately cannot recommend this hotel because the price-performance ratio is simply not right.

It was an all-round carefree stay. A great team takes care of and responds to the guests' wishes, the rooms are tastefully furnished, the food is delicious and the bar is rich and creative. And the spa area is very special. Thank you for a great vacation. 😍

Rooms & service fantastic, unfortunately we had bad weather. However, the drinks and the pool made up for it

The hotelier's son (Bachmair Weissach) knocks on our room door at 12 at night under the pretext "We had ordered 5 clothes hangers at the reception". We, three young women, were totally surprised and frightened. We said no, but he didn't want to go. He then made an unpleasant comment on my girlfriend's short nightdress before we closed the door in shock. We met him briefly in the lobby when we came back from the restaurant, he seemed to be drunk, then there was this nighttime "attack". Very cross-border and very uncomfortable for us as women. After a short while, the employee at the reception grabbed my friend's shoulder when she arrived and suggested that she give her a massage.

Nice hotel with a great view of Tegernsee. Parking available on site. The room was very comfortable and spacious. The view from the balcony was great. The view from the roof is very beautiful. I enjoyed the stay there. The staff is very friendly and nice.

The three of us stayed here at the end of June 2024. Basically, you have to say that the hotel is not bad, the big problem here, in my opinion, is the price-performance ratio. The three of us (the third person was even free because we booked a deal) paid €405 per night from Sunday to Monday with one deal. Two days before arrival we were informed by email that the spa would be closed from 6 p.m. due to an event. For us, one of the main reasons for booking was this. When we asked, we were kindly offered the opportunity to use the spa at the sister hotel. This was also great, but of course not normally included in the booking price. The room was nothing special and average. The furnishings are certainly a matter of taste but not our cup of tea. When we wanted to eat something in the evening, we were told that the restaurant was closed on Sundays. We could order a pizza, but not many or good pizzerias deliver to the hotel. We were not offered any snacks or small simple meals such as sandwiches or soup. We were also lucky that our room faced the back and wasn't on the street. This is well traveled and so loud that we could still hear it. All in all, it was simply far too little for the price. I can only recommend going to a guesthouse and investing the money in a good dinner.

Very friendly staff, a hip location with an exceptional spa. Beautiful rooms with great facilities, a harmonious concept, there is even a yoga mat in the room! However, it is a bit noisy because the hotel is right on the street, but it is very centrally located.

We stayed here for one night in June (no weekend, low occupancy). The staff was always friendly. However, the price-performance ratio here unfortunately didn't match at all. Predominantly old building, which has the look and smell of an outdated hotel in the entrance area (with fresh paint and poorly done retro style). The included late lunch wasn't a culinary highlight, but it was ok. However, it was not desirable to get a second time, otherwise there would obviously not have been enough for all guests. Constructive suggestion: a plate prepared with love and served straight away. This would save the guest from having to look at the buffet, which was only half and very poorly filled. A welcome drink would also have been nice. The spa area is solid (sauna, steam room, pool). However, the rooftop area and the interior area are very small. I honestly can't imagine how this works in bad weather and higher capacity utilization. Bar in the wellness area was never occupied. Unfortunately, there is no relaxation here due to the street noise, both in the room and on the rooftop terrace. Breakfast was rich and good, but coffee is only available from the machine, although there is a portafilter machine and good coffee for the price would definitely be part of a good breakfast. Room facilities mediocre. Spartan bathroom interior with stains on the walls. Unfortunately, the balcony cannot really be used due to the noise from the street (we are aware that the hotel cannot do anything about this, but it still needs to be mentioned urgently). The only positive aspects here are the pleasant smell of pine wood and the view. Overall, unfortunately a disappointment and not recommended.

We spent 3 days at the Hotel Bussi Baby and found the stay very nice. The hotel is perfectly located for excursions, but you can also walk directly to the lake and free parking spaces are available around the hotel. Our junior suite was large and spacious. What I always think is a shame when there are no options for storing suitcases - there is definitely enough space and there are no shelves in the bathroom either. Otherwise it is a nice mix of modern and traditional. Maybe a little warm and not quite as quiet when you open the door to the street at night. The breakfast is a highlight, a large selection that is constantly being supplemented. You can also still order something a la carte. Unfortunately, ordering a poached egg without avocado (due to allergy) didn't work twice. Always served with avocado. I preferred to stay at the buffet. The wellness area is very nice, very clean and really fun. The service here is quick and the cocktails are delicious. The sauna with a view of Lake Tegernsee and the pool are particularly great. Dinner at the BOOM BOOM restaurant was excellent. Unfortunately, I received a completely different dish than I ordered. Octopus instead of Thai asparagus. I found it a bit strange that this happened to me in the hotel for the whole 4 days 😅 I ate the octopus anyway because I didn't want to cause any trouble. I found it a bit of a shame that the more expensive dish was still charged. I might have wished that my dish that I actually ordered would still be billed. As a small gesture of goodwill because it wasn't my fault. Just as a suggestion. The octopus was still excellent! The lunch option in the afternoon is great! One curry was excellent with vegetables and just great if you don't want to go out for dinner every evening. I found the stay very nice and would definitely recommend the hotel.

Location: Right on the main road, Tegernsee less than a kilometer away and easy to reach on foot, parking spaces on the property Hotel: Entrance and reception rather dark, mix of different styles (wooden elements like country house style, pictures of kings made in a “modern” way like “Baroque meets influencer”, bar stools with horns in “Vikings style”, Asian cuisine, otherwise no decoration in this style, room with “peep show” at the push of a button to watch through the peephole -> record is played -> style?) Overall, no uniform style can be described. Free bike and e-mini rental. Spa: Steam bath, large sauna with panoramic window overlooking the lake, beautiful relaxation room (unfortunately somewhat disturbed by the "through traffic" to the pool) with loungers and bean bags with a view of the greenery including a bar, roof terrace for sunbathing with a side view of the lake and the other side the mountains including a small heated infinity pool. Room: Beautiful wooden elements, carpeted floor, couch, box spring bed, TV, walk-in shower, no additional shelf in the bathroom, small work table, hairdryer, coffee machine, refrigerator, safe, free WiFi, bag for the spa area (bathrobes, shoes, towels), yoga mat, balcony with a view of the greenery and seating, overall clean standard room (personal recommendation: do not book a room facing the street) Accessibility: Not available everywhere -> be sure to clarify what is possible beforehand (example: roof terrace and pool can only be reached via steps). Eat: Afternoon snack: Dumplings and Asian tofu dish with rice / Dinner: Asian 3-course menu, price/performance not entirely understandable here, little confusion when ordering and paying, but could be sorted out straight away / Breakfast: Top, absolute recommendation / Drinks: very expensive (e.g.: a Maitai costs almost €20.00) Staff: Almost only young staff, very committed, friendly, accommodating Conclusion: Since we had a Jochen Schweizer voucher, the expenses were limited (voucher value: €250.00 for one night, afternoon snack, 3-course meal in the evening excluding drinks, breakfast and use of the spa) . Dinner outside is recommended. Pack an oropax as the music from the bar can be heard in the room at night. For a short trip with a hike followed by a small wellness session, it's fine if you're willing to spend a little more money.

In the evening, Marius provided unforgettable moments with his extraordinary cocktails. His creations are prepared with love and passion and reflect his fine sense of detail. Seeing him at the bar was an absolute highlight of my stay! Conclusion: The Hotel Bussi Baby at Tegernsee is the perfect choice for anyone who wants to spend a relaxed and relaxing holiday in beautiful surroundings. The hotel was very noisy, even at night. Located right on the street. In addition, on the one hand, the bar's DJ plays until night, which can be heard in the rooms, and on the other hand, the guests also bring up the volume. You can be prepared to encounter bachelor parties and drunken partygoers. The rooms are very warm. No air conditioning. What should be highlighted, however, is that the sauna was quite nice and the staff was quite friendly.

I was looking forward to an evening at the hotel's much-advertised rooftop bar, but the reality didn't live up to expectations. To my regret the rooftop bar was closed, The prices of the drinks were exorbitantly high, even for simple cocktails. The glasses are shockingly small for 15.90 or 19.90. The service also left a lot to be desired; the staff seemed overwhelmed and not particularly concerned with providing a hospitable experience. For visitors looking for a place with good value for money and reliable service, there are definitely better addresses in the area. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this bar as it disappointed in several important aspects.

We were there after Christmas and thought it was lovely. The pool could have been warmer and the “relaxation room” was a bit narrow, so you had to cuddle up with the others - you have to like that... Still, it was great. The saunas are also great. The breakfast was also very good. I especially remember the chia pudding, which I can never do so well myself 😍 We had dinner there once. It was good but nothing special. Really too expensive for that... We wouldn't do it anymore. The afternoon snack was good though. I'll be back soon with a friend.

I can only agree with the other low reviews. Maybe if you want to party it's a good hotel, but it's too loud on the street, too hot in the room (April), loud music is playing everywhere (including on the rooftop and in the spa lounge), at night you can hear the music coming from the room Bar. There is no relaxation room, no minibar, no room service. The food is ok, but not for the price. I can positively rate the friendliness of the staff, the breakfast and the spa, but not a good price-performance ratio.

I left early. The traffic noise in the room continued until 1am and started again at 5am. So I didn't have any other alternatives at the LEG summit. After night 1, I was completely exhausted from the bad night, so I quickly forgot the next night in the morning and booked another hotel (Caro and Selig - even only for 220 euros) I won't go to Bussy Baby anymore. Everything is too cool for me, the disco music until midnight is a joke. I have rarely felt as uncomfortable in a hotel as I did in the Bussi Baby.

Went there at the beginning of April and booked a double room with full board and really got a lot for our money. You will be warmly welcomed at reception and you will feel like you are in good hands. Thank you very much for that. The food was very good, the restaurant and bar offer a wide variety of drinks and dishes and the service is very committed. The spa area is beautifully laid out with a sauna and steam bath and the infinity pool with a very nice view was a pleasure despite the rain;) Will definitely be happy to come back.

Beautiful, new (completely renovated) hotel. Location on the street could be noisy for rooms at the front. We had a room with a mountain view. That was very quiet. The service was top. The staff very friendly and accommodating. We found the restaurants and bars to be too expensive. Breakfast was very good. It could have been a little more varied if we stayed for several days.

I particularly liked the nice welcome (first a glass of champagne). All the staff were very friendly and helpful. There is a “you” culture in the hotel, which loosens up the whole atmosphere a bit. I was particularly excited about the great fruit juices at breakfast from ELKA Frische (I had the name given to me specifically) as well as the great rolls. Individually prepared egg dishes (at no extra charge) such as Strammer Max or Omlette rounded off the good offer. Last but not least: I found the very holiday-friendly breakfast times (8 a.m. to 11 a.m. and on weekends even 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.) very practical. Then you didn't need lunch and in the afternoon there was a free Asian snack between 3 and 4 p.m....

We stayed in the hotel for three days. At first we particularly liked the friendly hotel staff. You don't feel distant from the staff, but rather on a calm and relaxed level (you level), so that you can start a conversation from time to time. From our point of view, there is a big plus point for this, as this ratio is only found in a few accommodations. Otherwise the hotel is nicely decorated with modern elements. The rooms are equipped with wooden elements and a small but nice bathroom. The superior room also has a huge balcony and a breathtaking view over Lake Tegernsee. The spa area includes a steam room and a larger sauna with panoramic views. The spa area is small, but during the week it was never crowded and there was always enough space. The restaurant and bar are very extravagant and uniquely decorated, which we really liked. The breakfast offering is wide-ranging and very good. The Asian dinner is high quality, but a little overpriced and limited on offer. Plus, it's only Asian. Conclusion: Fantastic hotel that fulfills all wishes. The only small drawback is the dinner, otherwise everything is perfect and therefore an absolute recommendation!

Prices for accommodation and food are absolutely overpriced compared to other better hotels on the lake! No courteous service!!!

The Bussi Baby Hotel is simply recommended. Great rooms, great beds, a fantastic wellness area with everything your heart desires including a large bathing bag with towels, flip-flops and a bathrobe. Everything is rounded off with one of the best breakfast buffets in Upper Bavaria and the icing on the cake are Lukas and Marius. The two are more than friendly, solution-oriented and funny. They are the heart of the house. Just go there and see for yourself. Have fun!

I found the wellness area to be small but sufficient and very tasteful. Thanks to the good weather, there were few visitors during the day on my spa day. I was pleased with the extremely friendly and attentive staff. Although I wasn't an overnight guest, but was visiting friends who had a room there for a day spa, I was warmly welcomed on site after a nice phone call and the day was made extremely pleasant for me (and the other girls) with little touches. Thanks to the attentive staff and the good service :)

A charmingly designed lifestyle hotel with a noticeable nonchalance from the staff. The sauna with a view of Lake Tegernsee or the pool with a view of the Wallberg as well as the relaxation room with a view of the church are feel-good places that we really enjoyed. The scent of the pine wood in the rooms made us feel as if we were in nature. The mattresses were comfortable and the breakfast buffet surprised us with a large selection of fresh delicacies. We made use of the free 2-hour E-Mini and went cross-country skiing with it. We felt very comfortable and have special memories of our stay. See you next time!

The hotel is right on the main street. Unfortunately, there is traffic here that some highways cannot reach... The noise level is correspondingly high when the windows are open. My room was tastefully and functionally decorated but nothing special, the staff was very friendly. Free parking spaces are available subject to availability - I didn't get any on the second night. There's a really fun rooftop infinity pool, funky restaurant interiors and a DJ on some days... for those who want a bit of chichi. The spa area is otherwise rather unspectacular. In my opinion, the hotel is for people in their mid-twenties who want to have fun. The concept will work! :)
