The food is delicious and reasonably priced, the restaurant is nicely modern, and there's the option to sit both inside and outside. Many people complain that the staff is unfriendly, but I find that when you compare the Asian staff directly with German staff, they are still more polite and usually friendlier, and definitely more relaxed. Overall, I think this restaurant is perfectly fine and I would eat here regularly.

I was a regular here for many years, but unfortunately, my opinion has changed. In my personal experience, the quality has noticeably declined in recent years. The dishes often seem to use cheaper ingredients, and on my last visits, the noodles were very dry on several occasions, as apparently, little sauce was used. In my to-go boxes, some of the chicken wasn't fully cooked. The portions also seem to have gotten smaller compared to before. Other guests I've spoken to have reported similar experiences, so I have the impression that these aren't isolated incidents. Another negative thing I noticed: I repeatedly saw vermin outside, and other reviews mention similar things about the inside. The restrooms didn't seem well-maintained during my visits. The staff often seemed unfriendly or unmotivated on my last visits, which further dampens the overall impression. Since there are alternatives nearby, such as the "Food Lounge," I'll prefer to go there in the future.

The place itself is nice, with a very central location and spatious seating area. However the food options were limited to either rice or noodles with one choice of topping and another of sauce. The quality left much to wish for such a big establishment.

I ordered 8b with chicken. The meat was undercooked. The service was extremely poor. When I first ordered, I mistakenly said 18b instead of 8b, and the lady packing the food rolled her eyes. When I was paying at the cash register, the man didn't say anything the entire time, not even the cost or how much I was getting back. I thought he couldn't talk, so I looked at him. Garbage food, attention from the older man, totally out of place. Food without hygiene, rice, recycled pasta, please do not go to eat at this place!! The man yelled at my friends when I asked him to please change my plate since it was dirty and had stiff, dry rice.

Horrible service and not better food, they served me a spoiled rice, cooked days ago, and when we reached to the guy to tell him we had a problem with the food was totally rude and yelled at us. Don’t come to this place, I hope not getting food poisoned.

The older gentleman serving is rude, customer service is terrible. The rice was damaged; it was obvious that it had been there for several days. When we filed the complaint, the man started shouting at us and silencing us. I will never come back. My family and I had a pretty uncomfortable and bad meal.

My pasta box was far too small for the price. In Singen (Hohentwiel) you can get a larger box for the same price, simply unbelievable. This mars the experience a bit, but the excellent food and the fast, friendly service from the other staff make up for it. Yesterday (9/20/24) I was allowed to fish a fly out of my food. I almost threw up after I noticed this. I went to the cashier and reported this to him and asked for my money back. He said that his colleague could make a new one, to which I said no and he gave me the money back without an apology or anything else. On the contrary, they both laughed out loud. The health department should stop by here.

Food is ok, the employee insulted us in Asian because he himself mixed up the order and I just told him to put the spring rolls in the other noodle box then it would be sorted out but instead I was insulted in Asian or at least the guy did cursed in Asian, very unprofessional.

In times of increasingly serious environmental problems, not offering plated meals is a "no-go" - even plastic cutlery!!! In my opinion, the cardboard containers are too small for a “reasonable” portion! Staff seems dissatisfied and unfriendly... The Asian dog is going crazy in the pan!!!!!! There are better family-run small Asian snack bars with heart, taste and plates- ;) within walking distance or, for example, in Bad Cannstatt

As far as card payments of €10 or more are concerned: if you're too stupid to have some cash with you, you should stay at home. The food is reasonably priced. There is little scope for an innkeeper to pay the card provider's fees.

Don’t buy spring rolls. They charge 4 to 5,5 euros and it only has flour inside! Almost no vegetables. The box with fish has only three pieces of fish. The bubble tee, and duck box were good.

We visited this place on a hurry and we just wanted to grab some food on our way. We took duck with noodles, rice with chicken and some basic lemonade to go with. The taste of the food was not nice and heavily pre-prepared. Wouldn't like to go back again.

Durchschnitt aber nicht schlecht. Jedoch EC Zahlung erst ab 10 Euro (heutzutage kann ich auch eine Brezel mit Karte bezahlen), den Hinweis bekommt man an der Kasse, wenn man das bestellte Essen schon hat. Sehr ärgerlich, auch kein entgegenkommen bei 7 Euro Einkauf.
