On-time delivery, very tasty food... great homemade spring rolls

We ordered from HotWok 88 for the first time, but unfortunately we were immediately disappointed. The order arrived on time as we pre-ordered. Unfortunately, at Lieferando it is not clear that the fried noodles with beef are without sauce. You cannot add this separately to your shopping cart. However, there was one in my Fried Noodles with Baked Chicken. So we were initially surprised to pay an additional €1.50, even though we had already paid over €31 for fried noodles with beef, fried noodles with baked chicken and sweet and sour sauce and baked wontons. You can expect that other pasta also comes with a sauce! By the way, both dishes were ok, but they could be much better! The meat of both dishes was not convincing. It was ok to fill you up, but nothing more. Unfortunately, the wontons felt like they had been in the oil for too long and were therefore too dark and no longer edible. The tastiest thing about the order was the fried noodles, even though they arrived in a "chip bowl". Sad, but an experience worth not ordering from here again!!!!!

Snack bar "umme" corner For a quick Asian experience, the Hot-Wok88 is highly recommended. Typical dishes are prepared very quickly and well packaged for transport home, as you can see with soups, for example. The spring roll starter gets a 10 out of 10 from me. I have no idea what the hot wok does differently than others, but the taste of the thing is great. Everything is within reasonable price too. A little smaller and cheaper as a lunch portion. When I'm around and the little one When hunger strikes, this is my first port of call. It's just fun to have someone on the phone when ordering. Light and shadow, but still really recommended.

It's a shame, the Malaysia duck wasn't spicy and with the curry sauce a little tip, half a teaspoon of curry paste would improve the curry sauce a lot. There was no sharpness at all.

We have at Ü Uber eats ordered two fried noodles with duck. It arrives, we eat and immediately notice that something is strange and not even 20 minutes later we were vomiting and having diarrhea. I'll never get anything here again!

Food has remained consistently good quality for years. Delivery is always quick and on time, even for pre-orders. A delivery service couldn't be better.

Ordered at 7:18 p.m., called at 9:18 p.m. asking where the food was. It said: “it’s here immediately”. Called again at 9:45 p.m. only to be told that the house number had apparently been written down incorrectly. The neighbor accepted the food anyway. Which is very unbelievable because the delivery person calls when the last name is not on the doorbell. That was my last order from the restaurant. Now I can demand my money back from Lieferando because the food never came.

My friend and I ordered food at 7:15 p.m., after two hours we called and asked where the delivery was. We were told on the phone that our colleague was almost there. Another hour and a call later I was just speechless. Bad excuses and even worse answers to our questions. Inexplicably, the house number was written down incorrectly (which is not true, we checked it several times), and a neighbor who happened to be ordering food at exactly the same moment accepted the delivery. The gentleman couldn't tell us why people ring the doorbell at another house where our name is nowhere to be seen and why they don't call us if they can't find the address. Instead, he blamed the alleged neighbor who simply took the order. We still don't know where he rang the bell and who has our food. At the end of the conversation, the employee became even more abusive. My last order there.

Good food, fair prices! Gladly again

We always enjoy ordering here. The service only recently convinced us of what was new: we both got home from work very late and wanted to order food here. Unfortunately, we didn't realize that our order had arrived a few moments before the store closed. They called us and still prepared the order; with other delivery services you would simply have been unlucky and no longer received any food. Khoi was very friendly and accommodating and we were very happy about the delicious food that he delivered to us, thank you very much for that and see you soon

Service and food is incredibly good with large portions for very good prices. I was there during their break without looking at the clock, but they still opened the door for me and prepared my order even though I wanted to come back after the break.

Our order was received 1 minute before closing time. Nevertheless, our food was brought to us, which I thought was a great move! Food arrived hot and tasted very good.

Hot-Wok 88 is a real insider tip! I have been a loyal customer for years and have never been disappointed. The dishes are delicious and authentically prepared. The staff is very friendly. A great option for a quick and tasty meal. Highly recommended!

We had the food delivered. After almost 1 1/2 hours and a telephone inquiry, the food arrived. The driver was very nice, the food was hot but the quality was poor. The spring rolls were soft, floppy and way too greasy. Plus, I've never eaten such bad duck. An awful lot of fat and partly dry. Never again!

Absolutely disappointing today, ordered instead of breaded, only baked, and you can taste it when the fat in the meat is older, the baked banana and the baked pineapple were also way too crispy and greasy, really disappointing this time, a shame... It was my first time to get food here, but it was actually quite okay and tasty, but I was surprised... The baked chicken was somehow more reminiscent of a breaded chicken breast, not the way you usually know it, but I have to say it was very, very tasty, and would definitely come back.... All in all very satisfied, of course not nice to eat there no question but definitely recommended for pick up or delivery service...

Wir bestellen seit vielen Jahren und mögen die Gerichte sehr. Am besten abholen oder bei Lieferung rechtzeitig bestellen. Aber wenn man das kennt kann man mit leben. Geschmack ist top, Fleischqualität sehr anständig und schön große Portionen.

Bestelle hier seit über 20 Jahren regelmäßig in Abständen Speisen. Es schmeckt lecker und der Service ist gut.

Ich bin sehr zufrieden. Meine Bestellung wurde so zubereitet, wie ich es mir gewünscht hatte. Schnelle Lieferung. Das Essen war genau so heiss, wie wenn ich im Laden essen würde.freundlich und kundenorientiert. Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen.

Bei meinen ersten Besuchen war ich nicht so begeistert. Aber dann hat sich die Qualität des Essens geändert. Es ist wirklich super lecker, die Leute vor Ort immer absolut freundlich und der Herr vom Lieferservice ist immer nett, aufmerksam und für ein kurzes Gespräch offen. Von dem kühlen Charme der Inneneinrichtung darf man sich nicht abschrecken lassen. Mittlerweile bestellen wir jede Woche mindestens einmal dort. Top!

Es gibt viele schlechte Rezessionen über dieses Lokal. Wer hier HERKOMMT und etwas bestellt, bekommt gutes, leckes und auch das richtig ausgewählte Essen, alles heiß und unversifft. Die gebratenen Nudeln waren nach typischer Asia-Imbiss Art gut und köstlich zubereitet, meine Wan Tangs schön knusprig. Also das, was ich erwartet habe. Ich habe 15 Minuten auf mein Essen gewartet. Wer zu faul ist und lieber (angeblich) bis zu zwei Stunden zuhause auf die Lieferung warten will, ist selber schuld. Dann sollte man es halt lieber lassen, wenn das in diesem Lokal ein ständiges Problem ist.

Wir haben uns sehr auf das Essen gefreut.Leider kam es schon ausgelaufen an.Die Soße war in der Tüte komplett ausgelaufen und verteilte sich über die anderen Gerichte .Nicht gerade appetitlich! Geschmack war ok

Habe seit langem mal wieder dort bestellt leider musste ich nach über einer Std anrufen wo mein Essen bleibt Leider kam es dann nach über anderthalb Std kein Nachlass keine Einsicht sorry nicht zu empfehlen

The amount of food is really good. The taste of the food is ok, but it could be better. The ambience is not charming at all, so its not a recommendable place to dine-in.

Essen in Ordnung, manchmal längere Lieferzeiten

Das Essen war absolut in Ordnung. Ich hatte die Frühlingsrolle und die Reisnudeln. Es hätte jedoch etwas mehr Fleisch und Krabben in den Reisnudeln sein können. Die Portionen waren sehr groß.

Grundsätzlich lecker. Aber im gemischten Gemüse mit Currysauce 2Sücke Pilze,3 Streifen Paprika,aber jede Menge Möhren-Scheiben für 9.50.€ finde ich schon heftig.

Super lecker und frisch und gleich um die Ecke. Auch die Kinder lieben es. Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen
