Hopfenzupfer in Neu-Ulm

I was alone at the restaurant in the evening. The owner was incredibly friendly and we had a really nice chat. The pizza was fantastic! I could taste the love that went into everything. The dough was wonderfully fluffy inside and crispy on the outside. The sauce was incredibly delicious! Highly recommended!

The food was a disaster. I ordered a cordon bleu with fries. It came with a lemon, which was unfortunately moldy. The meat tasted old, and the waitress couldn't speak German.

I visited it a few months ago. It's located in an almost Virgilian setting, in the middle of a garden. The spinach and gorgonzola pizza would have been decent, if it hadn't been too salty. The beer was room temperature, not cold!! The menu included the offensive "pizza mafia," a clear sign of mediocre culture and a lack of civic duty.
