The food tasted good, but it was completely impudent because; 1. Because of the delivery time (2H (with a journey of less than 20 minutes) 2. Because food ordered twice was not delivered 3. Because of the call to transfer the forgotten food (they were simply pushed away twice) 4. Because on the third call they simply gave incorrect contact details to transfer the money (from the restaurant back to us) (this means that we still don't have the money back...) & because 5. The staff was rude and totally overwhelmed.

We had to wait 2 hours for our food, one hour was stated, 2 dishes were missing and money was not refunded/dishes were not delivered When we asked about the missing 2 dishes, we were simply hung up on twice

We were in the restaurant for the second time today and found the price-performance ratio to be very good. The food tasted very good and was mostly very fresh. We were the last guests, the crabs were all out, at our request they were immediately refilled. Can't understand the negative recessions. In terms of the ambience, it sometimes seems untidy; a second buffet stands completely unused in the room. This could be used as a dessert buffet, because the desserts are a big drawback... that's why unfortunately only four stars.

The only edible things on the buffet were the baked bananas and the ice cream. Everything else, from the meat to the sauces and also the side dishes, were saltier than the North Sea. Sushi was only available upon request: exclusively fried sushi with strange salmon in it. The crowning glory: you MUST add drinks, otherwise you pay a surcharge of €2 per person. Absolutely abysmal! Never again!

The food was much better and my wine glass was completely dirty inside. This is ABSOLUTELY NOT possible!!!! It would also be an advantage if the actual operator didn't make private calls forever. While the "representation" does not respond to orders from women. My husband had to order again, otherwise we wouldn't have had anything to drink, not even an apple spritzer!!!!

For the 3rd time in a row we are standing in front of the buffet and it is almost empty 2 hours beforehand and then we still charge the full price. This restaurant is just bad. The last time we ate there we were shouted at why we chose ourselves If you want to sit at the table where we actually always sit, I think it's sad enough that there's hardly any food there and you have to listen to something like that!

We can't rate the buffet because we didn't eat any of it. Instead we ordered from the menu and were very disappointed. Not only were the dishes overpriced, but they also didn't taste good at all. The ingredients were of poor quality, not fresh and without any taste. Everything was bland and poorly cooked. The chicken in my glass noodles was not fully cooked. After forcing myself to eat some pasta, I stopped because I was worried about getting food poisoning. The beer also tasted strange. The service also left something to be desired and overall the experience was very poor. We're definitely not coming back.

Hello. We were guests here yesterday. I'm still horrified today. We were greeted with the words come in, there is enough space. OK. I thought. Then sit down here, it's clean here. Ok take a seat. Hand landed in something sticky. Waitress came. We shared that we were eating from the buffet. Should order drinks. I wanted a water, my husband wanted a cyclist. They didn't know, so Fanta. At the buffet I thought what is this. 65% empty. OK. Then first think about what was still there. So we had a little on our plate. I paid attention to when it might be refilled. Well, something happened, but that's what the other guests thought too. I'm there. The amount refilled was equivalent to one dinner plate. Oh well. The staff was simply not enough. Eating out, a la carte and buffet. Doesn't work with 4 employees. The taste was mostly deep fryer. Waiter had huge holes in his socks. My husband stopped eating. We then went to pay and were very disappointed. Not recommended. Maybe at a different time, but 7:30 p.m. is actually already late and not a rush hour. Toilets are also...

We ordered there for our cousin meeting and had it delivered. There were 12 dishes, some of them starters. Everything fresh, warm and good quality! We all enjoyed it. There was no judgment that fell away. Fast delivery, employee was nice!

You can't expect much at that price. Duck and chicken swim away in the fat. Service rather intrusive, with rather rude 'jokes'. It was ok for a quick meal.

Ordered pasta from Card, it was okay. What doesn't work is the type of service!

It has now subsided a lot. We ordered the “Family Happiness for 2” via Lieferando. There were two full “sweet and sour pots” and a few fried shrimps mixed with shrimp chips. There is so much sauce that you can't even finish it. There was also an assiette full of vegetables and sauce for the crispy duck with the crispy duck. The problem here is that two containers of rice are delivered so full that it cannot be said to be balanced. There will be something left over and unfortunately that is out of proportion. If you're not extremely keen on eating tons of sweet and sour with a spoon and getting tons of dry rice for €42, you're definitely in the wrong place here. It was tasty, but the distribution was out of proportion. I'll be ordering the same thing again soon without delivery. Would be the last chance. Especially since you are allowed to go downstairs if you are seriously injured, as unfortunately no one is willing to walk to the 3rd floor anymore.

Open until 3pm, although google maps says until 10:30pm. You come akso and hear “we are closed”.

The food itself was okay. Price performance is also ok. What doesn't work at all is one of the waitresses. I have never experienced anything so unfriendly and rude. But what I have to say is that it wasn't any of the Asian employees, because they were all quite nice. Unfortunately for me it's definitely the last time I'll be there, at least as long as this person is there.

Food was put in front of the door, no one was home, didn't call, unfortunately they gave the wrong address but weren't contacted, no one opened the door, they called to please deliver it somewhere else, it wasn't done, very rude & cheeky.

Apart from the unfriendly service and the subterranean atmosphere, the hygiene conditions in the kitchen, which you can clearly see when paying, are disgusting. Everything just tastes greasy and in some places the buffet looks more like a warehouse than a dining room. Last but not least, I got terrible stomach problems from the food. I can definitely not recommend the store

Food ok. Unfortunately not quick enough to refill the empty dishes. What was there was good but nothing special. But the rest is a mess. Glue chairs. The high chairs are totally disgusting, I wouldn't put my little child on them. Tables not clean as well as the dishes. Service not available. Hints are simply ignored or you get a saying. Cleanliness is non-existent here. Never again

I ordered some food and a coke. The cola didn't taste like anything. I had never really experienced anything like that. Can't tell if it was Coca or Pepsi. Likewise the food. Soggy and disgusting. The dishes were chipped as were the flower pots. The food served was dirty and the table was cleaned with a disgusting rag 🤡 You can look into the kitchen, but you don't want to. End of song 30 burned and extreme stomach pain with subsequent liquefaction of the food with extreme flatulence and pain.

It's a shame that the buffet almost only had dough stuff. Calamarie dry and hard as well as the shrimp… Vegetables were very few but fresh. Sushi tasted worse than the finished product. Fanta was non-bubbly and warm. In terms of taste it was a 4/10. It was very slippery at the buffet. The ambience was okay. The furniture is past its prime. The areas are unclean. Toilet was fine.

Today, at the beginning of February 2024, we were at the Mongolian for the second time in about 3 years. The second impression shocked me a bit. Overall, the service has deteriorated significantly. It was slippery on the floor. We ordered 4x All you can eat, for 10.90 euros each. My family ordered 3 drinks. I didn't want a drink. However, the service staff pointed out at the table that the price without a drink would increase by 2 euros at the end... So I ordered a water. However, I was a bit pissed off after hearing this. There is no indication of this on the map or anywhere else. If you communicated something like this beforehand, it wouldn't leave a negative impression. For me this is a scam and a way to catch customers. The quality of the food was good. And yet it was the last time I was there...

Sehr schlechte Erfahrung. Nichts wert hin zu gehen.

Wir wollten an einem Samstag- Mittag Essen zum Mitnehmen kaufen. Katastrophe! Noch bei offener Tür wurden wir vom Personal bereits aufgefordert, zu bestellen. Sofort folgte die sehr hektische und unfreundliche Aufforderung, doch nicht im Weg zu stehen, an die Seite zu gehen, die Kunden vom Buffet nicht zu stören. Eine ruhige Auswahl des Essens war nicht möglich. Die Familie suchte sich noch Essen aus, mir verging es und ich bestellte nichts. Es folgten weitere penetrante Aufforderungen, nicht im Weg zu stehen. Ich werde hier wohl leider nicht nochmal Essen kaufen.

Kommen schon jahrelang sehr oft zum Speisen hier her. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, ABER eine Sache ist zu bemängeln. Die erste Runde Getränke lief perfekt, danach saß man auf dem trockenen oder musste Richtung Kasse gehen, um das Personal darauf hinweisen, dass unsere Gruppe von 13 Personen Durst hat ( total unverständlich dass es beim Service in dieser Hinsicht so sehr schleift, da der Betreiber nur allein über die Getränke seinen Gewinn erwirtschaftet). Essen war ok. Gut das Sushi würd ich beim Buffet nicht anrühren. Das liegt mir teilweise schon zu lang im Buffet ( Kind hatte letzte Mal probiert und kam vom Klo nicht runter). An und für sich für 10.90€ kann man definitiv nicht meckern, sollte man aber auch seine Ansprüche in Grenzen halten! Deswegen versteh ich so manche Kritik absolut nicht. Kommen gern wieder! Bis dahin lieber Betreiber, nimm dein Personal noch mal i s Gespräch und erkläre das mir den leeren Gläsern nochmal! Dein Umsatz wirds dir danken!

Keine große Auswahl und nichts Exotisches wie Strauss oder Kängeruh wie man es bei einen Mongolischen Restaurant eigentlich kennt

Sensationelles Preis Leistungsverhältnis. All inclusive Buffet für 10,90 Euro. Super freundliches Personal. Auf Nachfrage haben wir unser Lieblingsessen (Sushi) nochmal neu gemacht und Bescheid gesagt bekommen. Vom Hühnchencurry über alles frittierte bis zur gebackenen Banane mit Honig ist alles zu finden. Die Qualität bekommt 3 Sterne aber mit dem Preis zusammen eine klare 4. Wir waren zum zweiten Mal dort, das Restaurant ist immer gut besucht.

War etwas Spät zum Essen. Gerichte etwas lasch und nicht sehr warm.

Freundliche Bedienung tolles Essen!!! Nur an der Sauberkeit könnte man noch etwas tun.

An-und für sich gut. Besonders lecker schmeckt die Peking-Suppe. Enttäuscht war ich von der Verkostung eines Salates. Ich nahm ein kleines Schälchen vom Buffet und das schmeckte mir nicht. Kannte ich auch nicht, also spukte ich wieder in's Schälchen zurück. Bekam vom chef einen Anschnauzer, warum ich mir das erst nehme wenn ich es eh nicht esse.Er wusste nicht das ich das bereits gekostet und ausgespuckt hatte. Der chef hat das Schälchen abgräumt und später, als ich mir Nachschlag vom buffet holen wollte, sah ich mein Schälchen, mit samt dem ausgespuckten Brocken wieder im buffet stehen. ,oi, oi, oi das ist nicht gut....gar nicht gut. Schaut euch lieber dort die speisen genau an.

Für ein Mittagessen zum Mitnehmen ist es absolut okay.

Große Auswahl an Speisen. Leider gibt es das große Buffet nicht mehr. Für den Preis genial. Die Einrichtung ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, fast wie Im Aldi. Ein Vorhang unter dem Buffet würde helfen. Am Wochenende ist die beste Zeit da viele Besucher dort sind und die Schalen des Essens öfter nachgefüllt werden. Preis top

Das Essen ist super, aber die Bedienung männlich ist sowas von frech zu den Gästen, und nimmt sich Sachen raus die überhaupt nicht tragbar sind! Er nimmt sich auch raus Kinder an zu schreien wenn sie sich beim all can You eat den Teller voll machen. Absolute Frechheit, nicht zu empfehlen.....

Lecker essen. Manchmal dauert das nachfüllen vom Buffet etwas länger. Aber ansonsten spitze

Essen war sehr gut alles war lecker und eine schöne Atmosphäre mit netter Bedienung alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen.

Mittagsbuffet mit Sushi zum per Aufsteller ausgewiesenen "Sonderpreis" von 10,90 (Normalpreis 10,90). Auswahl ordentlich, Geschmack Standard. Leider war zwei Stunden vor Ende des Buffets kein Sushi da. Schüchtern nachgefragt empfahl man mir, es von der Karte zu bestellen, natürlich als Extra zum bezahlten Buffet ohne Sushi. Einrichtung des Ladens ist ok, Atmo versaut allein die Präsenz des unangenehm dreisten Chefs (?).

Essen war gut und nicht überteuert. Es wurde aufgefüllt wenn es notwendig war. Und der „böse schwarzhaarige Kellner“ ist vollkommen harmlos und angemessen freundlich. Fazit: wie immer war alles gut 👍👍

Ein echt entspanntes Restaurant und zuvorkommende Angestellte. Man kann supi entspannen und sein Essen genießen.

Für zwischendurch Buffet ganz ok. Die Bedienung war leicht forsch und teilweise distanzlos gegenüber der Kinder, auf zusätzliche Kosten wenn etwas auf dem Teller verbleibt wurde netterweise vor dem essen hingewiesen. Es wurde laufend nachgefüllt, obwohl wir 1 Stunde vor Mittagspause aufschlugen, das erwähne ich lobenswerterweise. Das sushi ist eben chinesisches buffetniveau, wenn man echtes japanisches frisches sushi kennt und liebt, lässt man das am Buffet lieber liegen. Das chinesische Buffet war lecker und auch heiß, vor allem das Hühnchen in Kokosmilch war äußerst lecker. Mit schnippdistligen Kindern empfehle ich ne tüte krabbenchips zu kaufen statt für Buffet zu bezahlen, denn 8€ müssen nun mal berappt werden, egal ob sie 5 pommes essen oder nicht. Im gesamtfazit völlig in Ordnung.

Ich weiß nicht warum manche Leute überall was zu meckern haben wir waren heute in dem Lokal es hat uns super geschmeckt, es war überall bei den Speisen aufgefüllt, es war sauber und ordentlich, unsere Getränke haben wir innerhalb von fünf Minuten freundlich serviert bekommen, und der hier von einigen angeblich so unfreundliche viel gescholtene schwarzhaarige Herr war sehr lustig und sehr freundlich zu uns, wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und wem es nicht passt der soll doch wegbleiben und hier nicht solche Unwahrheiten von sich geben wir können das Lokal nur mit ruhigem Gewissen weiterempfehlen und werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen 👍👍👍☺️☺️
