It used to be a good, reliable kebab shop. I was a loyal customer. Unfortunately, the staff is becoming more and more unfriendly and the quality is getting worse. Recently, prices have also risen to absolute extortion. Sad. I probably won't come here anymore

It's not entirely clear to me why you're asked if you're Jewish when you order a kebab and how people think about Jews like that.

It's just not possible to be super unfriendly. I won't go anywhere to buy food where I'll be treated like that! It wasn't tasty either, the fries were soggy and not seasoned, well what a shame! :D

We found a cockroach in the toilet and immediately passed this information on to an employee. The employee wasn't interested at all, so we left without eating there. Apparently hygiene is written down...🙈

The service is outrageous, especially the gentleman at the checkout. You are treated really badly and complained about. The people were very nice but I have sore muscles in my jaw because the flesh is like leather. Edit: after pulling hair out of my mouth three times now and really not being able to open the thing despite being very hungry (I would classify it as beef jerky), I have to deduct one more star. That was honestly the worst kebab I've ever eaten; Next time I'd rather have BK, MD or nothing at all.

Very unhygienic store. The employee's nose is running and he directly touches your kebab without washing his hands. I ordered kebab with beef for €8, but I only got sliced ​​meat kebab. Sehr unfreundliche Personal lange warte zeit ,personal arbeitet ohne Handschuhe ,hygiene 0000 nicht empfehlenswert.

Das Brot vom Döner fand ich sehr lecker. Das Fleisch (Rind) hingegen nicht so sehr.. es schmeckte alt, trocken, da waren Knochenstücke und harte Krusten drin und insgesamt wirklich mau für 8,00€. Der Salat war ein bisschen bitter und die Kräutersauce hat nach fast nichts geschmeckt. Für 8,00€ in meinen Augen zu schlechte Qualität. Besonders beim Fleisch erwarte ich etwas anderes

well the doner is fine. however they clearly knew I wasn't a native speaker and charged me 8.50 Euro for a chicken doner when its only 8 Euro.

Hab einen Döner gegessen sehr lecker Salat alles frisch und die hausgemachten Soßen waren sehr gut der Döner kostet 8€ aber dem Preis ist es wert für gute Qualität zahle ich auch diesen Preis komme sehr gerne wieder nettes Personal viel Auswahl ich habe nix zu bemängeln 😊

Ich wollte dem Mitarbeiter einen Flyer für einen Artikel aus der Nachbarschaftspresse geben. Er war extrem unfreundlich und aggressiv. Ich fragte warum und er meinte “weil bitteschön”...??? Wahrscheinlich nicht der intelligenteste Mensch. Hier kauf ich mir nichts mehr zu essen. Dieser Laden ist Nachbarschafts-FEINDLICH und zieht nur mehr asoziales Gesindel an, die die Nachbarschaft verpesten. Werd bitte erwachsen, Kleiner❣️

Fleisch ist lecker, Brot ist frisch. Mein Favorit ist der Rinder Scheiben Spieß.

Echt nettes Personal und sehr zuvorkommend mit Wünschen, jedoch hat meine Bestellung (Yufka) leider fast gar nicht geschmeckt. Das Fleisch war sehr trocken, sehr zäh und Yufka hat gebröselt weil es einfach zu sehr gebacken wurde und nicht mehr frisch war. Meine Bestellung war um 00:30 nachts, daher möchte ich kein endgültiges Urteil geben.

Essen hat mich nie wirklich überzeugt. Und wenn ich wie heute im Arrigato für €3,40 nenfrisch gezapftes 0,5 bekomme und dort für €4,00 nen Stuttgarter Hofbräu aus der Flasche als Wegbier... dann ist das für mich noch ein Grund mehr den Laden zukünftig zu meiden

Das Lokal ist sehr sauber auch bei viel Kundschaft. Personal ist freundlich. Leider ist es irreführend einen "vegetarischen Döner" ohne Fleischersatzprodukte anzubieten. Der vegetarische Döner ist dort bloß ein Sandwich mit Salat der für fast 8€ angeboten wird. Als Vegetarierin verstehe ich unter vegetarischem Döner einen "echten" Döner mit wie gesagt Fleischersatzprodukt. Dies ist leider keine Alternative

Es ist ein sauberer toller Laden für Kebap. Es gibt mehrere Sorten an Fleisch zur Auswahl. Das Gemüse sowie alle anderen Gerichte sind immer frisch. Ich war nun schon oft dort und werde auch definitiv wieder kommen. Das Ambiente ist ok, nichts besonderes aber die Sauberkeit zählt und das Personal ist sehr freundlich.

Leider keine Alternative zum deutlich verschlechterten Dilan. Die Musik ist furchtbar laut, die Linsensuppe sehr fad und nach der Mirkrowelle kaum zu essen. Offensichtlich nur für junges Publikum deren Ohren von den Bässen der Clubs im Umkreis ohnehin nachhaltig geschädigt sind. Und € 7,- für eine miserable Suppe sind eine Frechheit.

Bonjour, très bon kebab mais le caissier n'est pas accueillant et pas du tout patient avec les étrangers. Si vous avez des difficultés à vous faire comprendre il vous met sur le côté et passe au client suivant.

Die Pizza war sehr lecker. Die Angestellten teilweise sehr freundlich. Das Ambiente war kahl und eher lieblos. Bei einem einfachen Kebabladen erwartet man das auch nicht unbedingt aber dafür waren die Preise dann doch ein bisschen hoch. Nicht nachvollziehbar ist für mich, warum man hier (im Jahr 2022; in einer Großstadt, ja sogar der Landeshauptstadt) nicht mit Karte bezahlen kann (nicht einmal mit deutschen Karten wie EC oder Geldkarte).

Das Essen schmeckt sehr gut. Die Sauberkeit und der Ton sollte noch geübt werden.

Der Döner war reichlich belegt und schmackhaft. Das Personal freundlich, aber zu sehr auf deren Stationen fixiert - etwas mehr Flexibilität würde den Betriebsablauf beschleunigen.
