HOLZOFENPIZZERIA TRATTORIA DA-PEPE in Nürnberg

Tonight I ordered two pizzas, but unfortunately the experience was disappointing. Initially the delivery took about an hour, which was quite long. When the delivery man finally came and handed me the pizza, I asked him to come closer to give him a tip. To my surprise, however, he reacted angrily and seemed to feel misunderstood. His reaction was unprofessional and the situation unfortunately escalated into an unpleasant direction. After this incident, I contacted customer service directly to point out the quality of the order: the pizzas were not only cold and partly burnt, but also not cut, which gave the impression that little attention was paid to care. Unfortunately, the employee's reaction on the phone was also unhelpful and seemed rather dismissive. I would like to see more attention paid to respectful treatment and better quality of food in the future, especially if you want to live up to expectations of reliable service.

Celebrated a birthday nearby and ordered 2 party pizzas. Were very good.

Actually just a pizzeria pick up or delivery. But we were able to stay seated to eat.

You were looking forward to a delicious pizza, ordered online and received an order confirmation, but no pizza was delivered and no one answered the phone. Very disappointed. According to the website it was also open.

Ordered 3 pizzas via Lieferando today. Super tasty and delivered very warm. Will definitely order here again.

Italian? Pizza half burned, extra toppings barely available, delivery driver rude, unwanted criticism is immediately classified as slander and deleted. Not recommendable.

I ordered a carbonara and ate it there. The food was okay, but the chair was uncomfortable.

Food extremely bad, sauce like water. Ready-made cones even taste better.

Had ordered a pizza. After more than two hours the pizza arrived. When I called there they said that I would get a drink as “compensation”, but I didn’t get that either. The pizza didn't taste particularly good either.

the pizza was hot, crispy and perfectly topped (fresh ingredients) and the pita was crispy the meat was crispy and tender...the supplier welcomed us with a smile and wished us a bon appetite...this will be our regular supplier from now on thank you for the great food

I was looking for a mini-job as a pizza delivery person and I called them. The man on the phone was very unfriendly and disrespectful, didn't even let me finish and hung up immediately.

Top quality, both pizza and delivery! Try Da Pepe if you don't know them, they deserve it. I often drive by and the pizza tastes best there right next to the oven, today from home for home: Astrein, thank you very much!

This should actually be a 0 star review. I recently ordered from Pizzeria Trattoria da Pepe and my experience was nothing short of disastrous. After ordering a pizza that never arrived, we were not only disappointed but also upset with the lack of customer service. The delivery person was outside our house but called and said he was too lazy to get out of the car because it was raining. After a discussion, a friend decided to pick up the pizza himself. But instead of solving the problem, the situation worsened when the delivery person insulted us and promptly took the pizza away. The shop owner then cheekily claimed that the pizza had been delivered and simply hung up. It's frustrating and incomprehensible how a pizzeria can act so incompetently. The lack of professionalism and customer focus is unacceptable. Nobody should have to endure such a bad experience. I advise everyone not to order from Pizzeria Trattoria da Pepe - there are certainly better options with reliable service.

Hier hat sich leider einiges verändert. Vor 1-2 Jahren haben wir gerne bestellt und es war wirklich lecker. Anscheinend steht jetzt jemand in der Kücher der sein Handwerk nicht versteht. Der Boden trocken, sehr wenig Soße, wenig Belag und zur Krönung den Analogkäse oben drauf. Wer macht sowas? Bis geliefert wurde ist der Käse natürlich steinhart und die Pizza ungenießbar. Leider eine der schlechtesten Pizzen, die ich je geliefert bekommen habe.

Habe um 13:30 3 Pizzen bestellt. Habe auch sofort einen Bestellbestätigung bekommen. Nach 20 Minuten wurde die Bestellung einfach storniert. Ich kann es ja verstehen wenn man Mittagspause machen möchte. Aber wenn man die Bestellung schon bestätigt hat muss man diese auch abschließen. Werde hier nie wieder bestellen.

am 21.12.23 um 11:05 Uhr wurde meine Bestellung (6x Pizza + 1x Bruschetta = 75,-/80,- €) telefonisch aufgenommen, auf Nachfrage selbst abholen oder liefern, verblieben wir mit "Lieferung" bzw. bringen lassen, da wir uns genau gegenüber befinden. Der Mann hat sich alles notiert, samt meiner Handynummer. Die Lieferung sollte um 12.00 Uhr erfolgen. Bis dahin, alles gut.. auf meine Nachfrage um 12:20 Uhr, wann die Lieferung erfolgen wird, wurde ich von einem Mann angeschrienen und beleidigt als "faule S@u". Ich wollte noch die ganze Situation retten und fragte, ob die Pizzas fertig sind, ich könnte diese ja selbst schnell abholen... Der Mann fiel mir dauernd ins Wort, beleidigte mich weiterhin als faulen Menschen und sagte: nein, ich hab die Bestellung weggeworfen, für solch faule Leute, wie Sie, werde ich kein Essen machen.

Kann mich meinen Vorredner nur anschließen , unfreundlicher Service essen mittelmäßig …. Der Lieferant war sehr genervt das er mir das Essen am Sonntag ausliefern musste , laut seine Aussage , würd normalerweise sonntags kein Essen ausgeliefert . Außerdem liefern sie nur bis zu Haustüre ich sollte runter kommen . Da ich ein klein Kind habe hatte er es mir doch hoch gebracht , diskutierte er mit mir und erklärte mir das er im 7. Stock in Zukunft mir mein Essen nicht mehr bringt . ( trotz Aufzug HA HA Fazit : werde da nie Wieder bestellen und kann es nicht weiterempfehlen ..

I placed my pizza order online on the site they have and then ordered pizza from two of them. Ordering online is really simple and easy to carry out. You choose which pizza you want, then enter your details and then choose whether you want delivery or pickup. So I decided to collect it myself when ordering and was really satisfied. You enter your data and your telephone number and confirm the order. You will then receive confirmation that the order has been placed. And the nice thing is I got a call after 20 minutes that the pizza was ready. And that is a really nice service that you provide. Then I picked up the pizza and I have to say I was really satisfied. Then I went home with the pizzas and was really amazed at how good the pizzas looked. I once ordered the Pizza Della Nonna and a Pizza Parma Rucola. And I was really impressed by the look, the smell and how well the pizzas were topped. And the taste of the two pizzas was just awesome. You really noticed how fresh everything is and that the ingredients are good. I was just so thrilled that the pizzas were awesome. Really very tasty. So I can say ordering was easy, quick and uncomplicated and the pizzas were simply awesome. So I can only recommend WOOD OVEN PIZZERIA TRATTORIA DA-PEPE for people who want to enjoy a delicious pizza. Also order a delicious pizza and enjoy it. You don't often find something this good in Nuremberg.

Immer sehr lecker, schnell geliefert und große Pizzen. Ich bestelle seit bestimmt zwei oder drei Jahren regelmäßig bei Da Pepe und kann die schlechten Rezensionen hier wirklich nicht nachvollziehen. Ich wurde in all der Zeit bis jetzt noch nie enttäuscht. Die Pizzen sind groß, aus einem richtigen Ofen, handgemacht und sehr lecker. Keine Blechpizza aus irgendeinem Elektrokasten. Bitte weiter so! ☺️

Habe das erste Mal hier über Lieferando bestellt, Lieferung war eine halbe Stunde schneller als angegeben. Carbonara waren lecker, für meinen Geschmack dürfte aber etwas mehr Salz und Pfeffer benutzt werden. Ansonsten alles gut. :-)

Wir haben gestern zwei Pizzen zur Abholung bestellt und kurz gewartet. Die Pizzen in der Größe "Normal" waren gut mit frischem Gemüse belegt. Der Teig war schön dünn und knusprig. In der Pizzeria waren zwei/drei Tische vorhanden, die Deko war völlig okay für eine schnelle Pizza vor Ort. Der Service war auch freundlich und schnell.

Wir haben heute Abend (Sonntag) 2 Pizzen abgeholt und waren sehr zufrieden! Die Holzofenpizza war wirklich super lecker und die Abholung hat keine 15 min gedauert. Man bekommt für den Preis eine super Qualität und auch wirklich sehr viel. Immer wieder gerne :)

Hab ne Pizza Funghi bestellt und war sehr zufrieden, frische Pilze, genug Käse, knuspriger Boden. Der Lieferbote war schnell da und nett. Kann die schlechten Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen, werde nochmal bestellen. Preis-Leistung passt 👍

A totally delicious and crispy pizza served to me by a very friendly team. It is mainly for takeout but has 4 tables to eat in. Only soft drinks are served here. I will be back for ny takeaway so I can enjoy a glass of red wine with this superb 🍕

Gestern Mittag Rucola Pizza gehabt. War eigentlich ganz gut, aber der Rucola sollte vor Gebrauch gewaschen werden, sehr schade...

Die Pizza ist einwandfrei und ich habe auch gerne dort bestellt. Personal ist nicht unhöflich, aber ist nicht nur mir öfters negativer aufgefallen.

Ich kann diverse negative Erfahrungen die ich hier lese nicht nachvollziehen- ich bin vor kurzem hergezogen und muss sagen: Dies ist die BESTE Pizza, die meinen Gaumen je berührte! ✨🤌 Beim Umzug gab es für die Helfer zur Belohnung eine Pizza, diese war direkt in der Nähe und wir waren Schockverliebt! Der Boden- die frischen Zutaten... sie ist Perfekt! Nun haben wir ein Problem WEIL diese Pizzaria hier direkt um die Ecke ist 😂🥳! Long Story Short: Unbedingt Probieren! 😋

Geschmack war okay, aber sehr teuer. Habe eine Margarita mit frischen Tomaten bestellt, habe dann ein paar lieblos drauf geklatschte geschnittene Tomaten bekommen und dafür 9,50€ finde ich schon nicht wenig. Der Mann im Laden (Inhaber?) war leider auch nicht besonders freundlich.

Wir haben die Pizza abgeholt, sie war super lecker und frisch zubereitet und zwar in einem riesigen Steinofen. Wir können hier die Pizza absolut empfehlen!
