Höfel's MostGarten in Karlsbad

Went there with a larger group on Father's Day in sensational weather. A wonderful property with a super great host and a great service team. Drinking cider for the first time in a long time, which reminded me of my childhood when we made cider ourselves. The small menu is completely sufficient and very tasty, especially the sausage salad. Had a wonderful afternoon and will definitely be back.

Went to the mulled cider on November 25th, 2023. Rüdiger has once again thrown himself into everything. Despite the bad weather, it was a pleasant evening. Anyone who enjoys apple cider will not be disappointed in terms of taste. The showmen present were also able to impress with their handiwork. 👍

We were here last year and this year too. There are even a few more tables and it's really nice there. You can eat delicious food (there isn't much vegetarian food, but you can find one or two things) and the drinks are also good. Personally, I'm a fan of Mosthugo.

Beautifully located beer garden, pardon cider garden. 😊 Beautifully quietly located on the outskirts of Spielberg in an idyllic meadow landscape. This cider garden was designed with great attention to detail and very tastefully. There are many beautiful and cozy options, whether covered, in the shade or in the sun at Höfel. In this rustic environment you quickly get into conversation with other guests and the innkeeper himself also likes to sit at the table with his guests or chat casually with them at the bar or on the way there. At Höfel, self-service is the order of the day, but this is completely unproblematic because of the short distances and the short waiting time. There are tarte flambées and various vesper specialties that are beautifully and lovingly prepared. The liquid specialty that gives it its name is the must, which is available in different versions and is a wonderful thirst quencher. There is hardly anything better, especially on hot days. I can only recommend Höfel’s Mostgarten! We will be there more often.

It's a beautiful place to sit, you can eat delicious food and the staff is super friendly - we'll definitely be back.
