It was really great. Friendly condition and staff. The food came to the table pretty quickly. The portions were very generous and really tasty. Can I recommend: 64. Crispy baked duck with shiitake mushrooms, bamboo and bean sprouts

We enjoyed a lovely dinner at this Chinese restaurant. The portions are very big, maybe too big, but the conditions were overwhelming when the restaurant is full.

The service staff was very quick and friendly. The food was delicious and was served quickly.

Anyone who wants to eat very well with Chinese/Thai cuisine is very well advised here. Everything freshly cooked, staff very friendly. The only disadvantage: good food takes a little longer to wait. It can take 25-30 minutes.

Went with a friend last night because I love eating here every now and then. The food is delicious and I like the atmosphere. I don't like these neon-styled restaurants with the atmosphere of a train station. Everything here is reminiscent of the good old Chinese restaurants ❤️ I can't say anything against the service either. A young woman and a young man who were there yesterday were both super friendly, the older one Lady, I think that's the young woman's mother. Sometimes she makes a bit of a myrical impression, but she's not like that at all. It's just that her nature shouldn't be viewed so closely. The restaurant definitely gets 5 stars from me and I would love to come back 👍💕⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We have often ordered takeaway food and have always been satisfied. Today the carrots in my meal were spoiled (they were mushy and not fresh and definitely had a bite). We drove back specifically to complain about this. However, the people of Betzitz had no insight. They insisted that the carrots were freshly cooked. They wanted to give me the food back. Of course I gave up on that. It's a shame you lose long-standing customers!! But that probably doesn't matter Definitely won't be ordering anything there again

Very tasty food and I think it's great that it's really spicy too. Because it often annoys me that it says sharp but it isn't sharp. So please keep the sharpness. Atmosphere and service. This can still be optimized. But we would like to come back because it was very tasty.

The food is simply delicious! The cooking here is really delicious. Regardless of whether it's beef, chicken, fish or pork, I've rarely visited a restaurant where the food has remained first-class over the years. I've been ordering regularly for years now and I'm still thrilled. The ambience is second to none, a huge aquarium in the entrance and beautifully designed niches also invite larger families to eat.

We were there today for a family meal, the waitresses, except for one, were super unfriendly, we were shouted at and had to wait forever until we could order and we also had to wait almost an hour for the food. When we wanted to pay, a total bill came and the woman added it up in her head. After everyone had paid, the unfriendly woman shouted that there was still 45 euros left, the total bill was 190 euros and by then we had already paid the entire amount. In total we paid over 200 euros and were treated unkindly. We'll never go there again!

Had dinner with 9 people today. The (I assume) daughter provided a great service, really top. Rarely have I been served so kindly 😉 As always, the food was great and rich. One dish was very spicy even though it wasn't specifically ordered spicy, but that can happen but it shouldn't. Prices are reasonable. It would be nice to work on the ambience. Some things are getting quite old and the outside area could be a bit better maintained. With a little effort you could definitely improve a lot. Update March 10, 2024 We were there at 6 p.m. with 6 people. We ordered food and drinks around 6:10 p.m. We then waited until almost 7:30 p.m. for our food. Customers who came after us got their food well before us. In between, several people came to pick me up. Our order just kept getting pushed back... The presumably senior boss is listless and there was no service. To order more drinks we had to leave the table and go to the counter... As always, the food was good and plentiful. Service and waiting time very bad this time... A pity!

Today I was there for lunch for the second time in a few weeks. Unfortunately, this time we almost only got crispy breading instead of the duck. In addition, the food was lukewarm, so the sauce had gelled. The soup as a starter (three spoons) was also almost cold. But the taste was significantly better than the main course. With 3 times of duck today, 2 portions were almost just breading. The response to our complaint was very slow and we still charged the full price. Conclusion: the quality has deteriorated significantly in recent years and another visit is out of the question.

So if you really want to eat really good and freshly prepared food, this is the place for you. Price performance is just as good as the service, only we had to wait a little longer for our food but I don't have a problem with that because I'm not on the run. So, highly recommended 😋👍

Short version: Food is good, portions are plentiful. The service is totally unmotivated and unfriendly, menus are thrown at you, you don't get a friendly smile and only the bare minimum is spoken. Ambiance OK. A more detailed description follows... I've been there several times for years, either to eat there or to take food to take home. I now prefer the latter because the food (I almost always order Thai dishes) is good, but I don't feel comfortable in the restaurant. The owner and the waitress seem totally indifferent and very unmotivated, I've almost never seen them smile. I have the feeling that being a guest there is perceived as more of a chore than a welcome guest. I even find the staff to be unfriendly. Friendly, warm hospitality is something completely different. In almost every German restaurant you will receive friendlier and more attentive service. And there is absolutely no comparison to the very nice and warm service in Southeast Asia, which I have already experienced several times. And I have experienced the service at Hoang Tien like this every time (!) for many years, these are no exceptions, no “bad days”. However, the Thai dishes that I almost always order there are pretty good. I don't actually know of any other restaurant in the area that serves anything remotely authentic. Of course, the taste here is also adapted to the European palate (not so intensely seasoned and not so extremely spicy), but it's some of the best Thai food I've eaten in the area so far. That's why I treat myself to take it with me every now and then. In terms of food, I can recommend Hoang Tien. The atmosphere is Asian. It's okay, but nothing more. It's old-fashioned and outdated and some things are a bit carelessly stubbled together, there are kitschy, colorful plastic flowers on the tables. Asian style after all. It works to some extent, but there are no laurels for it. The facility has been like this for many years and it shows. You don't think about whether you could make it a little more appealing, or whether you could adapt the ambience a little more to today's taste. Times and tastes change. A little more love would also be good for the furnishings and would be better received by the guests.

We ate duck (not spicy). That was really good. What more do you want. Come here more often from now on.

Gut, aber typisch und durchschnittlich asiatisch. Große Portionen, gute Auswahl: chin., thai., vietn. Sauber, Preise fair. Personal versteht/spricht teilweise sehr schlecht deutsch.

Gute Auswahl, gut im Geschmack, freundlicher Service, faire Preise Nachtrag: Das Restaurant wurde inzwischen unter neuem Namen neu eröffnet. Ich war noch nicht da.

Waren heute Mittag zum essen dort, sind trotz nur günstigerem Mittagsmenü freundlich und zuvorkommend Bedient worden! Das Essen war lecker, reichlich und die Wartezeit mit ca. 15 min für die Mittagszeit (Restaurant gut besucht) vollkommen in Ordnung! Wir kommen wieder!

Große Auswahl an asiatischen Speisen mit zügiger Bedienung. Qualität des Essens durchweg gut, eignet sich nach Vorbestellung auch zum Mitnehmen der Gerichte. Gut gelegen in Betzingen, Parkplatz direkt vor dem Restaurant. Update Oktober 2023: leider zum wiederholten Mal lange Wartezeiten bei Vorbestellung (35 Minuten vor Ort gewartet trotz Vorbestellung eine Stunde vorher mit Bestätigung)

Als Thailänder kann ich sagen: es ist keine Traditionelle Thaiküche. Es stehen zwar die richtigen Namen dran aber im tatsächlichen Gericht sind dann allerdings Sachen drin die nicht dazugehören und es dadurch komplett anderst schmeckt als es sollte.

Der Service war freundlich und schnell. Das bestellte Essen war leider lieblos abgeschmeckt, das Fleisch trocken. Schade. Zu teuer für die Qualität.

Essen an sich lecker, aber total unflexibel, und lange Wartezeit

Waren zu siebt am Freitag Abend zum Essen da. Der Service war fix und sehr freundlich, alle hatten schnell das Essen auf dem Tisch. Das Essen sehr gut und reichlich, die Soßen unterschiedlich im Geschmack, stets lecker und wo gewünscht schon scharf. Gelungener Abend!

Wollte meinen Geburtstag dort feiern. Hatte das Essen Im Reich der acht Göttinnen bestellt; darauf lagen zwei Garnelen die schon völlig hinüber waren, habe es gesagt aber die Dame wusste nicht was sie sagen soll. Über mir waren riesige Spinnweben die schon etwas älter waren. Ich gehe nicht mehr dorthin .

Essen sehr lecker und reichlich! Wir essen immer zu zweit eine Vorspeise und ein Hauptgericht zusammen 😃
