Hiroshi Sushi & Ramen in Dresden

Amazing place for Sushi and Ramen. Vwry very good Sushi. The presentation of all the foods were absolutely amazing. And the taste was very very good. We took the spicy chicken ramen and the Stir-fry Ramen bowl and both were delicious. The people were very nice and friendly with a pretty nice atmosphere.

We both had incredibly delicious ramen soup. The price-performance ratio was also very good.

As a lover of Japanese cuisine, I was completely satisfied, just as I expected. The food was absolutely delicious. We arrived just before the kitchen closed, weren't expecting anything, and received an appetizer, a main course, and sushi. No stress at all! Thank you so much again for that. Despite having made a reservation by phone and arriving on time, there was no table available for us. Very annoying on a Saturday evening!!! Unfortunately, the staff's apology was rather limited.

Our favorite restaurant in Dresden; we keep coming back from Chemnitz. The sushi is incredibly delicious; we've only had anything comparable in Japan. The pho soup is, in my opinion, the best ever :) Great lunch specials. The team around the head chef is super friendly, professional, and attentive. We highly recommend Hiroshi!

The food is very good. Not "real" classic sushi, but absolutely delicious. The ramen is top-notch. I tried several appetizers, all very good. I'm in Dresden regularly and always there; reservations are necessary.

We waited 30 minutes and were ignored. Unfortunately, we couldn't try anything. It's sad, but yes. There's nothing we can do.

We snagged a spot for two at short notice. After checking, they also let us bring our little dog :) The food was spot on, spicy is European hot but very tasty, and the teas are highly recommended!

Ordered sushi for pickup today at lunch. This time, the food was rather sloppily prepared, and an additional order was forgotten. The apology was lame.

I'd happily recommend this restaurant. However, you should reserve a table in advance, as it's quite busy. A large selection of dishes, including vegan/vegetarian and meat options, is available. We love going here.

The food was really good overall, and the ambiance was very nice and pleasant. The service was a bit reserved, but otherwise everything was fine. We went with the Schlemmerblock (4:2) – it worked without a hitch, and they even gave us a Schlemmerblock Award. Overall, a successful visit; we would come back.

This was our first visit to this restaurant and we were recommended it. We were pleasantly surprised. The service was very friendly and attentive. The food was beautifully presented. 5 out of 5 stars are well deserved in terms of taste.

I’d recommend booking the table upfront as this place seems to be always packed, probably thanks to their ratings. The waitress are friendly, service is ok, food can take a while to come, last time we ordered 2 ramen and 1 tempura roll dish and they seemed to forger our rolls, came only after we reminded them. However, the salmon skin tempura was really tasty. The ramens are praised but as we have tried many ramen places elsewhere, they were enough but not so wow for us by their taste.

I eat a fried sushi roll here every now and then, and for €8, you can't help but be satisfied. I hope it stays this way for a long time.

Just as average as most other "Asian" restaurants in the area, except the wait time is above average. And classic dishes are even more distorted (e.g., Vietnamese noodle salad with udon instead of rice noodles, or ramen without soup!)

It was absolutely exquisite. Mediterranean decor made for a pleasant stay. The staff was also very polite and attentive. I'd love to come back! :P

The service was also outstanding: friendly, attentive, and professional. This was definitely not my last visit. A clear recommendation for anyone who wants to enjoy authentic Asian food in Dresden!

My wife and I were absolutely thrilled with the food and the very friendly staff on our first visit. The ambiance is still a bit short of a 5-star rating, but if the last pictures are hanging instead of standing on the floor, then that's fine. So, it should be easy. The food was magnificent! From the three starters to the two main courses and the three desserts, everything was seamlessly presented in top quality and aesthetically pleasing! One thing's for sure... we'll definitely be back!

We were very satisfied; the food was delicious and the sushi was excellent. You can put together your own platter from a large selection of sushi. The fish was amazing. My platter cost 21 euros, so I'm very happy with that.

I went for the lunch special, a delicious chicken soup. It was deliciously hot, just as I wanted. I personally like cilantro, and it had a good amount of it. The service was friendly, polite, and quick. At times, it was really busy; hardly a table was free. The sushi at the next table also looked very appetizing.

Our absolute favorite place here in Dresden. If you're looking for delicious, authentic food in a friendly atmosphere at a great price, this is the place for you! We've been coming back here regularly for two years now, and we've never been disappointed!

We discovered this restaurant a while ago and have enjoyed eating there ever since. The ambiance is very nice (our daughter loves the aquarium), the staff is always friendly and accommodating. And the food is fantastic. In addition to its delicious taste, the sushi is always beautifully presented. It's usually quite busy (though that might also be due to the times we visit). During peak times, it's definitely better to reserve a table.

The mangoshake is the best part of the meal by far. The wait takes forever. The food isn’t great. There’s a depressing fish tank in the back. If fish could scream they’d be begging for a better life.

We ordered frames. The mushrooms tasted heavily fermented, the duck meat was very dry, and the broth had an indefinable flavor.

The ramen was okay, but unfortunately, it was drenched in oil. Besides that, the flavor was a bit bland for ramen. The sushi, on the other hand, was very good. The gyoza were also very good.

There were seven of us, and everyone loved it! The pictures say it all – it was delicious.

Ordered the gyoza expecting the usual soft and juicy bite—and surprise! It came out fried and crispy like it just got out of a hot tub. Not what I was expecting, but hey, still tasty in its own crunchy way. The ramen was solid—rich and flavorful, though a little heavy on the salt (my taste buds needed a water break). Loved the vibe of the place—cozy, chill, and just the right spot to accidentally crunch into a surprise gyoza.

The food was delicious and very attractively presented. The service seemed to have room for improvement, although the staff was friendly. Unfortunately, the air was very thin. It wasn't clear whether there were any ventilation options.

I often get sushi rolls to go, and I really enjoy them. I like the place, and the staff is very friendly. When I went there with a friend, we didn't know they were taking a break and closing. So we sat there for about an hour or more during their break. It was a pleasant experience for us.

We spontaneously wanted to eat sushi in the evening and were immediately assigned a table. The restaurant was already full. But the following groups could always be placed directly and no one had to wait or even leave. The selection is varied so that everyone can find their own taste. We had 2 starters to share and a mix of 4 different sushis. The table was well filled due to its size, as we also had two drinks each. We each ordered ramen as our main course after the table had been cleared. All in all it was very tasty, the staff was very friendly but not intrusive. The atmosphere was great and modern, not overloaded. There is an aquarium where the children can blow their noses. The toilets were clean.

Went here for a romantic lunch for Valentine's Day. The location is very invitingly decorated and also very cozy. The service was always friendly and professional. The food tasted good and was also beautifully presented. The wines were also completely fine, especially white wine. Quite ok in terms of price. Highly recommended
