Sehr gutes japanisches Restaurant. Ich komme gerne wieder.

Wir waren vor ca. 2 Wochen zum Mittagessen hier, und angenehm überrascht, dass wir auch ohne Reservierung ohne Probleme einen schönen Platz am Fenster erhalten haben. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, die Räumlichkeiten sehr gepflegt und sauber. Als Vorspeise hatten wir Tsuki, als Hauptgericht die Lunch Bento. Zum Trinken bestellten wir den Berry Lover (antialkoholischer Cocktail). Sowohl die Vorspeise als auch das Hauptgericht waren geschmacklich hervorragend, und von der Portionsgröße so, dass wir satt wurden. Bei der Lunch Bento waren wir neben dem hervorragenden Lachs besonders auch vom frischen Brokkoli und dem Sushi angetan. Der Cocktail war ebenfalls richtig gut, hier orderten wir sogar noch einen zweiten. In Summe waren wir mit dem Essen und dem Service sehr zufrieden. Die Mittagsangebote sind preislich zudem sehr attraktiv, und ideal für einen Abstecher ins Hiro in der Mittagspause.

Essen war kalt und nicht wirklich gut. Wir mussten auch eine Stunde auf unser essen warten

Wir hatten gerade den Bangkok Baby Salat und haben daheim dann ein desinfektionstuch in unserem Salat gefunden. Blöd nur das wir dachten es ist ein Stück Ingwer und wir haben draufgebissen. Absolut wiederlich, wie kommt das da rein?

Im Hiro sind wir regelmäßig und immer gerne mit Kollegen und Kunden. Das Essen hat durchgehend herausragende Qualität, die Sushi gehen nicht viel besser. Die Vorspeisenauswahl ist perfekt zum Teilen und bei den Desserts ist der Black Rice alleine sein Geld wert. Ich wüsste nicht, wo man in Franken besseres japanisches Essen bekommen kann.

Waren schon öfters da und das Essen und der Service sind immer sehr gut gewesen. Bisher immer unter der Woche, am Samstag war es dagegen so voll und der Service komplett überlastet, wir haben fast 2 Stunden auf das Essen gewartet, das muss nicht nochmal sein. Werden nur unter der Woche kommen.

Sehr schönes Lokal mit freundlichem Service. Wir mussten etwas länger auf unser Essen warten, da es sehr voll war, aber das war es wert! Am besten reservieren, das Restaurant ist beliebt.

30 Minuten warten bis zur Getränkebestellung, 90 Minuten bis das letzte Essen kam. Geschmacklich eher neutral. Preise nicht angemessen.

Vor kurzem das erste Mal als Familie im Hiro und jeder war überaus zufrieden mit seinem Gericht. Viele Gerichte und Sushi Kombos zur Auswahl. Es sah alles sehr lecker aus, schön angerichtet und schmeckte super! Service funktionierte auch gut, wir werden definitiv wieder kommen 👍

Ich war Beruflich 2 Tage in Schwabach und mein Hotel war neben dem Restaurant, weshalb ich 2 Tage in folge hier essen war. Das Essen war lecker und Frisch, also kann ich das Restaurant nur empfehlen. Die Bedienung war sehr nett und Aufmerksam.

Das war nun der dritte Versuch. Ich habe dem Restaurant nach zwei sehr schlechten Erfahrungen nach einem Jahr eine 'neue Chance' gegeben. Obwohl das Restaurant höchsten zu 2/3 besetzt war haben wir am Tisch auf die Bedienung warten müssen. Zuerst gab es die Getränkebestellung - die haben gut 10 Minuten zur Lieferung an den Tisch gebraucht - allerdings wurde trotz richtiger Bestellung ein falsches Getränk gebracht. Die Bedienung hat sich natürlich entschuldigt. Nach der Essensbestellung kamen die Vorspeisen - allerdings war eine Vorspeise vergessen worden - die wurde erst nach Erinnerung nach weiteren 10 Minuten nachgeliefert. Das eigentliche Essen kam zusammen und war auch gut. Das Ambiente erinnert etwas an eine Werkskantine. Es roch stark nach Fisch(bereits beim Betreten). Insgesamt keine gute Erfahrung.

Ich war zum zweiten Mal hier. Das Essen war köstlich, aber der Service furchtbar. Das Restaurant war nicht einmal halb voll, und ich musste 20 Minuten warten, bis meine Bestellung aufgenommen wurde, weitere 20 Minuten auf das Getränk und das Hauptgericht kam erst 45 Minuten später. Es gab zu wenig Personal, und Bestellungen zum Mitnehmen wurden in der Küche offenbar bevorzugt behandelt. Das Essen ist zwar lecker, aber ich bin mir nicht sicher, ob sich das Warten gelohnt hat.

Das Essen ist gut, aber die warme Vorspeisen hätte ich auch warm lieber bekommen und nicht kalt. Sonst gut. Aber wenn man sich satt essen will, dann soll man auch mehr ausgeben. Ja und das Bier ist nur aus der Flasche.

Das Essen kam zügig und ist reichlich. Der Service freundlichen und schnell. Das Ambiente könnte mal überholt werden, es wirkt nicht optimal. Eher wie ein Schnellrestaurant am Bahnhof, für ein Japanisches Restaurant müsste es etwas gemütlicher werden.

Essen zum abholen bestellt....da wir zum Nachtdienst mussten...gesagt...es möchte wirklich bitte 19.30 Uhr fertig sein...was war....es war noch nicht fertiggestellt..andere standen seit 19 Uhr...KATASTROPHE....Für was bitte bestell ich auf eine Uhrzeit wenn ich dann eine Std warten muss...das jetzt das 3 mal...NO GOOOOOO

Best sushi alive. Yes, it's a bit pricey – but honestly: my bank account is crying, my heart is happy. Every bite feels like a little revelation. Super fresh, perfectly prepared, simply next level. I would come back, I would pay again, I would pretend I didn't see it on the bill. Absolutely recommended 🍣✨

We go to Hiro's quite often, but lately we've been waiting over an hour for our food. It's really annoying. We had a table at 5:30 pm, ordered, and still hadn't received our food at 6:45 pm. The service is also incredibly slow... The food itself is excellent and delicious! We've never been disappointed with that. But because of these enormous wait times, we're seriously considering eating somewhere else. We even had to wait another 40 minutes for dessert!!! In total, we were there for almost 3 hours. We also had to wait another 20 minutes before the server came to pay. The one older woman simply isn't enough to handle these crowds! We won't be back. What a shame.

We're regulars at Hiro's and the quality is consistently very good. Due to personal reasons, we opted for takeout today and were quite disappointed. The quantity and ingredients differed significantly between takeout and dining in. The octopus salad was particularly disappointing. It was missing avocados, and the usual amount of salad was simply meager. The same applied to the udon noodles. When ordering takeout, I expect consistent quality (which we did receive), but also the same ingredients and quantities. For four people, €116 was not entirely justified. I cannot recommend takeout! Our next visit will definitely be to the restaurant.

The service was terrible this time...unfriendly and practically non-existent...they forgot dessert...it was lunchtime this time, not very busy, so no stress...very disappointing.

We always enjoy coming here to enjoy sushi. Today, the quality of the food was excellent, and our selection was delicious. The only downsides were the wait time of over an hour and the feeling of coldness in the dining room. Nevertheless, we'll gladly return, as the food is always outstanding!

We ate at Hiro's and it was really good. The service was super friendly, the atmosphere was lovely, and the food was delicious. The lunch menu also has a great selection. We'll definitely be back!

The food isn't really my thing. Service is very good, as is the ambiance. My duck breast was tough. I tried to explain that, but unfortunately, they didn't respond. They just asked if I should pack the food. I declined, thankfully.

Even if you don't like sushi, you'll find a wide selection of dishes.

It took forever to get tickets and order. After that, we waited a really long time for our drinks and food. The food, however, was delicious.

Sorry, but it's a complete disaster... if you don't want to wait at least 45 minutes for your starter in a pretty empty restaurant, you shouldn't come here. We had our drinks after about 25 minutes. The main course never arrived... the table next door had the same problem. This was my second time here and I have to say the service was terrible the first time, but today it was even better.

Very nice restaurant, but a bit difficult to have a conversation with a full house as it is louder than in other restaurants. Basically very good food. In my case the waiting time was a bit more pronounced as I had to wait 1 hour for my food. But this could also be due to the restaurant being fuller today. Price-performance ratio is good.

Currently, I can only recommend paying in cash! My money was debited twice at the beginning of July, because apparently! the first attempt didn't work! I paid again! I'm currently fighting to get my money back. Even after personally consulting the manager, who assured me that it was only charged once, but my account was obviously debited twice, I'm wondering where the money ended up?! And the manager reported that this has apparently happened a few times with other customers (when paying with a card or watch)! But then I also wonder why the payment provider isn't changed immediately! That's a great way to scare away customers. It's a real shame, because the restaurant is actually good, and we've been there many times. As soon as I get my money back, I'll update this review.

The desserts are creative and delicious! I can recommend the jasmine crème brûlée and the coconut pudding; both are refreshing and not too sweet. We received our food in under 15 minutes, and the staff member was friendly.

We really enjoy the food there every time. It's always absolutely delicious and fresh. It's all the more unfortunate that we've had incredibly long waits the last two times we've been there. Last week and about three months ago, we got our starters after about an hour, and our main courses over an hour and a half after ordering. It was quite some time before we could order our food and drinks. The restaurant was full, but there were only three people serving. They tried their best and were friendly, but they simply couldn't keep up and were sometimes rushing around. I don't imagine going out for a relaxed, good meal spontaneously after work is a different experience!

Good food, friendly service, but hopelessly overwhelmed, no matter how busy the restaurant is. Today, despite asking three times, we had to wait 45 minutes for the bill, and even then, we were only able to pay by standing next to the cash register. We really enjoy coming here, but you have to give yourself plenty of time. Waiting times of 30-60 minutes to place an order or get the bill are unfortunately the norm here.

There are always two or four or five of us. The food is very good, the service is always friendly, and the restaurant is always very clean. We'll be back.

There were seven of us at Hiro in Schwabach and, among other things, we ordered the large sushi set for four people. The food tasted excellent – ​​fresh, lovingly prepared and of very good quality. In this respect, absolutely recommended. However, the service significantly spoiled the overall impression. Despite only about ten other guests in the restaurant, we waited over 1.5 hours for our food - a waiting time that is difficult to understand, especially given the staffing. The service was friendly, but organizationally there seems to be a clear need for improvement. Paying was also difficult: after no one showed up for a long time, we went to the front ourselves. Although there were two service staff there, we still had to wait again until we were finally cashed in - which was particularly annoying given that there was a school-age child in the group. Conclusion: If you have a lot of time and focus on good food, you will definitely be satisfied here. However, for a completely successful restaurant visit, better time and service management is urgently needed.

Very high quality sushi, lots of vegan options and friendly staff. Reservations are highly recommended, especially on weekends. The service may take a little longer.

We tried a lot and everything was very, very tasty 😋 Never had such delicious and traditional Japanese food before 🍣 The atmosphere is also super relaxed, pretty and the service is incredibly good and authentic 👍🏻 Not to be ignored are the very clean toilets 😂😊

UNFORTUNATELY lunch bento (with duck) is no longer what it used to be🙄 Very poor quality! We have regularly ordered lunch bento to pick up since the opening, at the beginning we found the dish very tasty and the price/performance ratio was also right. In the meantime we have noticed that the duck is very dry, not fresh (possibly from the day before or even leftovers) and simply fried to death, the salad is watery and lifeless (it used to have delicious sauce with it, but not anymore)... Well, lunch bento generally turned out pretty bad, which is a shame🤷🏼‍♀️

We had reserved a table for February 14th. On the phone we were asked either at 5 p.m. or 7 p.m. We reserved the table for 7 p.m. After we, like many others who had made reservations, waited outside for over 20 minutes and even tried to call by phone to ask what was going on, since we didn't even come in and no one answered the phone, we drove back pissed off, this was not how we had imagined a romantic Valentine's dinner. Food is good, service is sometimes a bit unstructured but mostly very nice, the price is on the upper limit - but you don't overeat on the portions... we easily eat the sushi plate for 6 people (see photo) for 5 people at lunchtime, without anyone being on the verge of bursting afterwards...

Hiro - authentic Japanese sushi! If you are looking for a sushi restaurant that offers delicious sushi and drinks, then Hiro is the right place for you 🍱 The service was very attentive, asked after each course whether it was tasty and good and wished us a good appetite. 10/10! The ambience is relatively ok, but could still be improved. We sat relatively at the front and along the aisle, which wasn't so nice, so I would recommend the tables at the back by the window. It feels very empty, so a candle or some table decorations would lighten things up a bit. We ordered edamame and chicken gyzo to start. The chicken gyzo was very juicy and crispy on the outside. The edamame were good, a little more sea salt would have been better. We chose two homemade drinks to drink. I love Calpico, but I didn't taste much of it in the drink, it was more like water with lime and raspberry syrup, which was a bit of a shame. The main course was sushi. We had asparagus hosomaki, which were delicious. The baked sushi with avocado and some with salmon were also very good. The uramaki with tempura eggplant was our highlight. The sauce that was on top made it unique. This time we had coconut pudding and Japanese pancakes for dessert. I have to say they made our insight a little worse. It was generally way too sweet. The strawberry sauce that came with the coconut pudding completely spoiled the taste of coconut, so fruit on top would have been better. The Japanese pancakes weren't a hit either, they tasted very boring and just sweet. Have ordered different sushi and I think each one is very good. However, the dessert couldn't keep up and didn't match the quality of the sushi. Service good, ambience: overall I find the restaurant inviting. Personally, I think there are nice and less nice corners in the restaurant to sit in. Would come back for sushi at any time

Unfortunately, the dish was disappointing - it consisted of a large pile of undressed lettuce and a few pieces of eggplant. I had imagined it differently. Above all, the salad was not declared in the menu.

Given the high prices, I would have expected something better. The dishes we had were all fried and too fatty. The service was already overwhelmed with only 5 tables. At these prices, it's better to go to a better restaurant.

Ordered food and had my son pick it up by bike. At home we noticed the tempura shrimp were missing. Sohnemann cycles to Hiro again, complains about the missing goods, but has to pay again, even though everything had already been collected beforehand. Pretty unprofessional.

We've had lunch here a few times and the food has been delicious every time. For the lunch menu you can choose whether you would like to have a miso soup beforehand or an espresso afterwards (remind the service staff at the end). The food itself is always beautifully prepared and special signature drinks also look great. You should also treat yourself to a dessert at the end, for example Jasmin Creme Brulee or the daily special, which can be found on the board at the bar. Everything here is always excellent in terms of taste. The waiting times to order or for the food to arrive sometimes take a little longer but are still completely ok. During our last visit, however, there were some leftover food under the table, but when we put it on the window sill we assume it was a one-off problem. The sanitary facilities were always very clean. The restaurant itself is quite large and there are parking spaces right next door.

The food was, as always, very good. Since I have recently heard from others that you sometimes have to wait a long time for service, we were lucky and the order and the food came very quickly, although we were one of the first in the restaurant. Unfortunately, after we were provided with everything, no one was interested in us anymore and it was really difficult to tell anyone that we wanted to pay. Actually, we would have liked to have something to drink, but as I said, we were ignored. A couple at the next table left because no one came for what felt like 20 minutes to at least take the drink order. And I'm not talking about rush hour here. That's too bad. Now we already have such great quality gastronomy in SC and in the early days everything was really great, but unfortunately there has been a serious decline. The staff is relatively neutral, not unfriendly, but not particularly warm either. Really a shame all in all. Addendum: The smell in front of the restaurant when we arrived was also very unpleasant, but it went away later.

Service has become very bad. Cocktails sat on the counter for over ten minutes until they were served. After I asked for payment at the end, the lady didn't come until more than 15 minutes later. At 30 percent capacity of the restaurant.

As a crunchy roll connoisseur, I lean far and wide the window and claim that these were the tastiest rolls I have ever eaten in a restaurant. The ambience is great and the waitresses are very accommodating. Any time!

The Hiro in Schwabach really impressed me! The service was excellent - incredibly friendly and lightning fast. The portions are large, so you'll definitely go home full and happy. Yes, the prices are a bit higher, but you really get something in return: the food was delicious, every bite was worth it. The atmosphere inside is modern and very clean, with plenty of space, even if you come in a larger group. Only sitting outside near the street could be made a little more pleasant, but that's really just a small point that doesn't detract from the overall impression. I also find the free parking spaces directly at the restaurant particularly practical - that's really a plus! Overall, I can highly recommend Hiro and I'll definitely come back.

We were there for the second time today. The food tastes delicious, unfortunately the service wasn't the best today. The first time there everything was fine. We drive 20 minutes to Hiro and unfortunately we didn't check straight away whether everything was okay. When we got home we noticed that an entire number was missing. We called, unfortunately the staff on the phone is very difficult to understand and since they don't have a delivery service, we went another 20 minutes to pick up the missing order. When we finally got home and wanted to eat, we noticed that instead of chicken sushi, I got sushi with crab meat. Unfortunately, I don't like seafood at all and so I couldn't eat everything for the price. Luckily my friends enjoyed the sushi with cancer. Of course we will still come back because it tastes great. Just check everything next time.

The sushi meal was again very tasty. Would love to come back. The Hiro in Schwabach is a modern restaurant that also has a beautiful terrace. It's comfortable to sit because the place isn't overcrowded. The service is also friendly.

Lunch menu with lunch bento. Just great. Soup or espresso included and totally delicious. Great mix of sushi, warm component and salad. Service quick and friendly. We'll be back soon!

The quality of the fish in this restaurant is in a different league! I've never had such good salmon and tuna. Our waiter was super friendly and accommodating.
