We had to wait a solid hour for our food. Perhaps it was due to a celebration going on at the same time, but the family next to us, who arrived later, had everything in a short time. The food was okay, but way too spicy.

So, straight to the point: the food is fantastic! What was the problem? I ordered delivery (2.6 km away, so quite close). The food arrived after 1.5 hours, which is unreasonable, and the drinks were missing, but they charged me. I'd happily go back, but never again for delivery!

The spirit of North India has been truly authentically captured here. There's no unnecessary frills; it's simple, homely, and tastes like eating at a local restaurant in India, without any overly Western influences. Absolutely recommended!

An authentic selection of Indian dishes with generous portions. The basmati is light and aromatic, and you can add more if you wish. We also had a delicious appetizer platter. The naan breads and chapathis are also highly recommended. Those who like palak paneer or biryani will not be disappointed. If you have too much, you can pack the leftovers.

Food is good but since last 2 3 months the taste of dal makhani is not good at all, it tastes more like mix lentils than dal makhani.

One of the best Indian restaurants I've tried in Europe. All the orders were excellent, and the cuisine was authentically Indian. We ordered chicken butter, karahi, and buttered naan bread, and it was delicious. The white rice comes with the order, and it was tastier than the biryani. I highly recommend it; it deserves the price. I walked to the restaurant, which was about 12 minutes from the hotel. I don't know if parking is available.

Great restaurant! The food is delicious, the staff very friendly and professional. And the best part is that you can book a separate room for private parties. We recently held a party there with about 20 people and were completely satisfied.

If you're looking for Indian food, this is a good place. We went for lunch as soon as it opened and it was quiet, despite there being a birthday party going on in the back of the room, in a private space.

i feel bad for writing a bad review but the food was just not good. - the biriyani tasted stale, bitter, even. however i will give this restaurant credit for providing a ton of raita. most restaurants only provide a small cup but this one provided a large serving - the manchurian was really oily and the pieces were not crispy - raita was fine but a bit too thick i’ve ordered from here twice but sadly i wont order again

Had a wonderful dining experience at Hindura! The food was full of flavor—I tried the Chicken Jaipuri and Chilli Chicken, both were absolutely delicious and perfectly spiced. What made the experience even more memorable was the service. Mr. Md Kamaal was incredibly warm, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. His hospitality really stood out and made us feel so welcome. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for authentic Indian food with outstanding service in Munich.

Authentic cuisine, courteous service, unbeatable value for money

My wife and I were here for two consecutive days when we visited Munich. We tried Chicken 65, Dum Biriyani, Chhole Bhature, Kashmiri Gosht, Gajar ka Halwa and Ragra Chana Chaat. All these dishes were just awesome and felt like back in India. Moreover, the ambiance and the service were also quite nice.

Ordered delivery to my hotel. Food arrived within 40min and it was delicioussss. Small issue, instead of lamb I got chicken, but it was delicious regardless so I didn’t mind. Everything was carefully wrapped to prevent spillage.

The food is of good to excellent quality. The quality is definitely above the average of Indian restaurants in Munich. The prices are moderate. the staff is always friendly. I particularly like the fish chili and the vegetarian tandoori.

I can highly recommend this restaurant. It was our first time eating Indian food and the ambience was great. From the decor to the music to the service, everything was truly Indian. The food was also very tasty, we had four different dishes, all of which were super individual and really tasty. What was also really interesting was how the dishes were served. The portions are very generous but that's a good thing. Before the chosen dish there is a small starter to tide you over (bread with three sauces). The visit was really great, the time flew by and the price was really good.

We were here for lunch on Sunday around 1pm. The food was excellent, great portion, reasonable price, the service was also great, nice restaurant. Employees are nice and very helpful. That day we were lucky that it was one of our employees' birthdays and we were still sitting there when the kitchen was closed and they were celebrating. We were even offered a very tasty cake, so it was really nice of them. :)

Highly recommended. Food was very delicious. More of that owner and staff is very very humble and supportive. Our kid got sick during the trip, they were very supportive to us. We ate there relatively late and I have to admit, I was pretty disappointed 😞. The starters are 3 small sauces, some bread and some baked vegetables. My momos were cold, tough and tasted like nothing. Things were better with my colleagues. But I expected much better based on the reviews. Unfortunately for me it was a failure.

The food here is AMAZING! I went here with a colleague to grab dinner. I knew from reviews that the restaurant was good, but didn't know it'd be this good. We ordered a bunch of food, and everything was delicious. The dal tadka was perfectly spiced with the garlic tadka, the bhindi was so well cooked in a delicious tangy gravy, and the chapatis reminded me of home. The serving staff was also really nice. They kept checking in on us. 10/10 would come here again.

Authentic north indian restaurant. Really loved the meal we had there. We went there around Christmas, so the decorations were amazing. At the end of the meal, we were also provided 2 complimentary Gulab jamuns, which was such a nice gesture 🙌🏻 Met two Sikh brothers who were working there, really want to say thanks to them for the great service and suggestions.

The tea i ordered arrived in good 30 minutes. And even then it wasnt what it should be. Even the serving was small for the price. And there was some strange smell. Wont return. Wont recommend.

Wir waren im Sommer bestimmt einmal im Monat zum Mittagessen da. Suppe, ausgesuchtes Gericht. Immer gut, aber es wird immer chaotischer. 12.00 Uhr Dienstag schwimmt das Lokal wie nach einem Wasserschaden, das nennt sich putzen, 20 Minuten warten, dann endlich bestellen. Die Getränke werden gebracht, kam die Frage, ob wir bar bezahlen, das Gerät sei kaputt. Also fährt mein Mann los Bargeld holen, aber das Essen kommt auf den Tisch., obwohl weiß, dass mein Mann seinetwegen weggefahren ist, um Geld zu holen, Unverständnis! Suppe vergessen oder es gibt keine mehr. Angeblich geht das WLAN nicht. Aber indisches Fernsehen läuft am Bildschirm. Das ist übrigens schon das 4. Mai. Essen wurde vergessen, dass auf der Karte stehende Gemüse dazu zu geben, das sagt mir, dass nicht frisch gekocht wird. Wir haben es letzten Mittwoch noch einmal probiert, 12:30 Uhr war die Tür zum Laden abgeschlossen, obwohl der Koch uns gesehen hat. Wir sind wieder gefahren, aber mein Mann hat es sich nicht nehmen lassen, anzurufen und es wurde uns gesagt, Es hätte wohl jemand vergessen, die Türe wieder auf zu sperren, wir sollen doch noch mal umdrehen !

I had a deeply disappointing experience with Hindura Restaurant. Despite being promised a 30-minute delivery time, the food arrived over an hour late, with no updates or apology. To add to the frustration, they forgot the naan I ordered, leaving my meal incomplete, and offered no compensation or genuine apology for the delays or missing items. As for the food itself, the vegetable tandoori was just okay—but it consisted only of eggplant with tomato and onion, lacking variety and flavor. I felt truly let down by the entire experience and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone seeking reliable service .

This restaurant is the best spot for delicious Indian cuisine that will leave your tastebuds wanting more. I used to visit frequently during my business trips to Penzberg. Highly recommended!

A little out of the way, but absolutely worth the trip: This Indian restaurant now welcomes its guests in a (seemingly) former Japanese restaurant. In addition to some expats, there were also families from the local area there. Very friendly team and authentic cuisine, the level of spiciness can be adjusted if necessary ;) We'd love to come back! Tip: At the weekend they also serve Idly & Vada with Sambar and Dosa! Otherwise, definitely try momos - whether vegetarian or with meat, fried or steamed.

The biryani was absolutely terrible—tasted like plain pudina rice, nothing like real biryani. I ordered chicken momos, but they delivered bland, tasteless veg momos, and to top it off, no chutney. When I called to complain, they promised to redeliver, but I got no response at all. Worst experience ever.

We ordered food for delivery. A delivery time of 1 hour was quoted. After 1.5 hours I called and asked. They said it was very busy but the food was coming. After almost 2.5 hours I called again and was told that there was a technical problem and that the order was not available. He wants to check it out and gets in touch. I then called again after 5 minutes and they said they would check it and get back to you. Then no more reaction. Things can go wrong anywhere, but a complaint has to be handled differently. We had already ordered before today's experience. But after today we won't be ordering anymore.

In juli hier heerlijk gegeten. Omgeving is niet zo inspirerend, maar restaurant met mooie buitentuin was prima en authentiek. Bediening uitermate vriendelijk met goede suggesties van de uitgebreide kaart. Eten kwam vlot, was smaakvol, tussendoor werden gratis hapjes geserveerd en na hoofdgerecht gratis bolletje ijs. Kom hier zeker terug.
