I love this restaurant. Is it the best Indian food? I don’t know; but the staff and the atmosphere make it worth the visit. Cocktails aren’t anything like what they are meant to be but they’re pretty dang good (avoid the Long Island Iced Team - trust me 😂) we love the butter chicken, tikka, the chicken soup, the naan. Yummm

I had lunch here with my father this afternoon and we both really enjoyed it. The food was super tasty, well seasoned, very soft, delicious chicken! What was also nice was that it was explained which sauce or main course was spicy and which wasn't. Above all, what you shouldn't forget to mention: The employees were all super friendly and asked several times if everything was OK. Would love to come back. Ps: We recommend: The meal/platter for 2 people There is a mango lassi or a mango sparkling wine, a starter (soup), main course and dessert according to the daily offer. Everything was super tasty. THANKS

It used to be our favorite place for a delicious lunch. After the amount from which a cat payment is possible was raised to €60 (subsequently €40), we prefer to go somewhere else. That would be far too expensive for lunch. Too bad. Food is really good and so is the service beyond the payment options.

This shop is right in our neighborhood and highly recommended! The owner is on site almost every day and greets guests with absolute friendliness. The service is quick and the dishes are absolutely delicious. We really enjoy eating out here because there is also a lot of choice of vegan dishes here. Very tasty and good wine!

The food is consistently rich and tasty, and the service is very attentive. Unfortunately, the row of seats along the wall makes the room less comfortable.

We like to come back again and again. The service is very nice and friendly, you will also be asked if you would like more rice, the food is very tasty (that is our opinion). And the ambience is also completely OK, maybe a little too dark but 👌.

Nice restaurant and you can get your fill there for little money

Very tasty food in generous portions, attentive and courteous, honest and fast service! Taking away wasn't a problem, the waiting time was short, less than the advertised 15 minutes. The restaurant was so beautiful and lovingly decorated inside that I would have stayed.

The lunch menu is great. Soup, salad, bread and main course for €8.90. Unfortunately, half a liter of beer now costs 5.50 euros.

Server was super nice. You get a free chip thing and sauces which I love. Food was good although I’ve had better. I wish there was a bit more chicken in the chicken korma. Street is quiet and they have plenty of outdoor seating. Would definitely go back!

This restaurant is amazing! Great prices for amazing food! When I came to them, it turned out that they serve lunch of the day and it's 7.50-7.90 for a full meal with soup. I was scared about the high prices in Berlin, but it's not true. I got a great, delicious soup, main meat dish, delicious, tender chicken, basmati rice and naan. After 8 hours without food, I was immensely happy. By the way, if I'm not mistaken, all the neighborhood restaurants offer a more expensive lunch. Thank you so much for that lunch!

I don't like Indian! I've eaten Indian food so many times and it always left me bored! But here and today I was so excited. So many subtle flavors, so many spices. A true joy. The crispy flatbread with three types of sauce was an amazing starter. Then we had a starter of chickpeas and potato coating(?) and a light salad. The main courses were chicken chili and chicken with mushrooms. Everything is very light and digestible. My dessert was a mango cream with nuts. After all the spiciness, just the right thing. Plus a very friendly and attentive service. Thanks!

Gute Auswahlmöglichkeiten: hier ist für jeden etwas dabei. Sowohl vegane Speisen als auch vegetarisch oder Fleischgerichte. Die Auswahl ist auch bei authentischen indischen Getränken vorhanden. Das Ambiente ist stilvoll und der Service ist erstklassig.

Das Essen war lecker. Sehr gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Da indische Küche nicht so absolut mein Ding ist, war ich sehr positiv überrascht. Wir kommen sicher wieder.

Our weekly Indian go-to restaurant in Berlin. We usually have the dal makhni, sizzler paneer tikka, chilli paneer and samosas here. Everything is really good. Add a mango lassi on the side and you’re good to go. The staff is very warm, which additionally makes us return to this place.

Ich war heute seit langer Zeit mal wieder im Hindi und dieses Mal zum Abendessen! Ein super Ambiente! Auf den Tischen stehen bunte Lichter und das Licht im Restaurant ist gedämpft! Dadurch entsteht eine sehr gemütliche Atmosphäre. Das Essen ist wie schon immer sehr lecker und der Service sucht seines Gleichen! Mir ist heute das passiert, wovor jeder sich fürchtet! Als ich mit dem Essen fertig war und zahlen wollte, bemerkte ich, daß ich vergessen habe mein Portemonnaie einzustecken! Mir wurde sofort angeboten, daß ich auch morgen vorbeikommen könnte, um meine Rechnung zu bezahlen! Ich durfte gehen und das ohne Hinterlegung von irgendwelchen Personalien! Ich war natürlich nach ca 30 Minuten zurück und bezahlte meine Rechnung! Wenn das mal nicht Service ist! Vielen Dank nochmal an das ganze Team von Hindi! Für das leckere Essen und den super Service!

Great lunch menu value! (Including man course, rice, small soup & salad and of course naan bread) Everything tasted sooooo good! Struggled to choose a meal as all lunch options were interesting. Ended up choosing a lamb dish . Great service with the waiter asking multiple times during our visit if everything is ok.

Nachdem ich vor ein paar Jahren dort ein unschönes Erlebnis hatte (Cocktail war nur Sirup und hat über ne halbe Stunde gedauert. - Instant Diabetes), habe ich mich dazu entschlossen diese Lokalität nochmals eine Chance zu geben. Ich wurde nicht enttäuscht. Ich war auf ein Spontanbesuch dort und hatte was kleines gegessen und natürlich nochmals diesen Cocktail bestellt. Alles war super lecker und zudem auch normale Preise. Ich werde definitiv nochmal dort hin und weiteres probieren ;-) Allerdings könnte man die Speisekarten mal austauschen. Die sind schon sehr abgenutzt.

Also, immer wenn ich da bin, ist das Essen gut und das Personal sehr nett, ich kann das gar nicht verstehen, dass Leute sich beschweren.

Really good food at an amazing price. Good quality Indian curry served in nice surroundings. The menu has lots of options for those wanting meat, fish or vegetables. They sell cocktails, milkshakes and have beer on draught. We had four main courses with rice, naan bread and dessert... And a few beers. And we spent less than 100€. We all left feeling full. There is plenty of parking across the street.

Das Ambiente ist rustikal und daher stimmt das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis. Die Speisen sind sehr stimmig gewürzt. Die Kellner aufmerksam und freundlich. Das indische Fassbier ist sehr zu empfehlen. Ebenso die äußerst leckere Tomatensuppe. Auch die Hauptgerichte haben allen sehr gut geschmeckt. Mittags gibt es tolle Menüs zu sehr fairen Preisen. Echt ein Geheimtipp.

Love this place. I would give 5 starts to the atmosphere if I could actually see the surroundings well. It's really dark in there.

Mittagstisch ist immer günstig und es gibt dazu immer einen kleinen leckeren Salat und Vorsuppe. Man wird auf jeden Fall gut satt. Reis ordern wir immer kostenlos nach. Ist kein Problem. Gerade mit der Baustelle ist das Ambiente draußen manchmal nicht so toll, weil laut. Die Kellner sind immer freundlich. Und man kann auch mit Karte zahlen.

Das Essen war einmalig lecker, alles frisch und ansprechend angerichtet. Die Coktails waren sehr lecker. Das Preisleistungs Verhältnis war unschlagbar. Wir nehmen den Weg aus Mitte definitiv in Kauf um dort wieder einmal tolle indische Küche zu genießen.

Gehen hier immer wieder mal essen. Der Service ist höflich und aufmerksam. Wir haben dort immer gut gegessen und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis geht absolut in Ordnung.
