Unser absoluter Favorit wenn wir lecker Essen wollen, traditionell zu jedem Geburtstag. Wir lieben "Hi!" und kommen auch gerne noch nach unserem Umzug aus Burhave angereist ❤️

Essen ist hier immer lecker. Besonders lecker sind die Sushi😋 Meine Empfehlung wäre nur, vor Ort andere Musik abzuspielen (zum Beispiel japanische oder allgemein asiatische Musik für eine bessere Atmosphäre). Ansonsten ist alles super: lecker, sauber und das Personal ist auch nett👍

Wir wurden toll empfangen. Das Ambiente lädt zum Runterkommen und Genießen ein. Der Geschmack des Essens und die Frische hat uns überzeugt. Wir haben die "Thai Tom Kha Suppe" mit Hühnchen und diverse Sushi Varianten bestellt und sind mehr als glücklich und gesättigt nach Hause gefahren. Eines der schönsten Restaurants der Region, mit wirklich guter Asia-Küche

Alles in gesamten 10/10 . Wir haben heute dort das erste mal gegessen, ohne wenn und aber ich komme wieder in das Restaurant. Eines der besten Sushi die ich bis jetzt gegessen habe. Der Preis stimmt vollkommen mit den Portionen überein. Sehr höfliche und nette Bedienung. Das Ambiente auch toll. Ein Ort wo man sein Essen genießen und sich dabei unterhalten kann.

Das Essen war einfach hervorragend – alles frisch, liebevoll angerichtet und geschmacklich perfekt abgestimmt. Man merkt sofort die hohe Qualität der Zutaten. Der Service war ebenfalls perfekt: freundlich, aufmerksam und sehr zuvorkommend. Man fühlt sich direkt willkommen und gut betreut. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder und kann es nur weiterempfehlen!

Für mich ganz klar der beste Sushi-Laden! Das Essen schmeckt jedes Mal unglaublich gut, alles ist frisch und super lecker. Es gibt eine große Auswahl, sodass man immer etwas Neues ausprobieren kann. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich, besonders Jondy – immer gut gelaunt und aufmerksam. Wir kommen fast jede zweite Woche her und freuen uns jedes Mal aufs Neue. Absolute Empfehlung! 🍣

Das Essen war wirklich sehr sehr lecker und der Service ausgesprochen freundlich. Lediglich die Wartezeit zwischen Vorspeisen und den Hauptgerichten war ein bisschen lang, allerdings war es auch recht voll und die Qualität sowohl der verschiedenen Vorspeisen als auch des Sushi (als Hauptgang) konnten dafür mehr als entschädigen. Wir werden mit Sicherheit wieder kommen.

Wir waren heute zum ersten Mal bei Hi und sind wirklich begeistert. Der Service, das Essen und das Ambiente sind super. Wir wurden super freundlich bedient. Das Essen ist frisch zubereitet, es sind wirklich große Portionen und schmeckt fantastisch. Selten etwas so leckeres gegessen. Das war definitiv nicht das letzte Mal im Hi.

After the initial service disaster, I gave it another chance. Luckily. The service was attentive, and both drinks and food arrived promptly. Special requests were taken into account and handled correctly. Unfortunately, the first visit was a slog. Despite the restaurant being fairly empty, over two hours passed between sitting down, ordering, and receiving our food (including the appetizer). We even had to wait an unreasonably long time for the bill. These things happen, but a warning or at least an apology would have been appropriate.

We went to Hi Restaurant & Bar with the whole family and had a fantastic evening! The atmosphere is modern and cozy, and the staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. We ordered sushi and bowls – everything was fresh, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious. I had the Ga Xao Sa Ot, and it was simply perfect – wonderfully seasoned, tender meat, and just the right amount of spice. You can tell that the food is cooked with love. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this restaurant!

Last night we were at Hi in the Graft in Delmenhorst. As expected, it was again very good! The little girl had the sweet potato fries (super crispy!), the chicken dumplings (she didn't like them, so we "had" to eat them 😋), and the chicken skewers. She was very happy with them. And full. We had the udon noodles with beef. And that's something that makes you very happy, especially in colder weather.☺️ Then we complemented it with some sushi: crunchy salmon, crunchy tuna, and the spicy (really spicy!) tuna in-out. Very, very tasty! To round it all off, we had two scoops of ice cream each. With two beers and a Fanta, the total came to €94. At Hi, as always, the great atmosphere and super, friendly service complemented it. The Hi in Delmenhorst is a definite recommendation!👍😋

I've eaten at various Asian restaurants many times. This restaurant is by far my number one, based on the dishes and quality. The food is incredibly delicious and prepared and presented with love. The service is also very friendly, and the atmosphere is very appealing. I can definitely recommend it; if you want cozy, authentic, and delicious Asian food, this is the place to go. The ambiance is definitely inviting. It was a lot of fun. We'll definitely be back. The only criticism is the men's restrooms. Two of the three soap dispensers didn't work, and one of the two faucets was broken. However, this can be quickly and easily fixed.

We were here and were absolutely thrilled. Firstly, because you don't have to drive to the nearest big city to eat ramen, and secondly, because the atmosphere is completely different from other typical 'Asian' restaurants, and the service is super attentive! A spontaneous visit to Hi Restaurant. Positive: Friendly welcome, order was taken quickly, and the wait for the food was quite short. The restaurant's ambiance was appealing and modern. The presentation of the dishes (sushi) on black platters was very nice and appealing. Negative: We ordered a total of four different sushi rolls, which unfortunately hardly differed in taste. All the rolls had the same mayonnaise, making any possible differences in taste difficult to detect. It's a shame that the really good appearance didn't match the taste. On the other hand, the food was overpriced overall. Perhaps we'll give it another try, but without the sushi.

I've recently moved to Bremen and am originally from near Frankfurt – so I'm quite spoiled when it comes to good food. But what I got here exceeded my expectations! It couldn't be fresher, the fish was top-quality, the rice was perfectly seasoned, and the entire experience was simply incredible. The service was also friendly and attentive. I've rarely eaten anything like this – EVERYTHING WAS GREAT! I'll definitely be back and can only recommend it to everyone!

Very delicious food. The appetizers (chicken and dumplings) were perfect. The sushi and the udon noodles with beef were also very tasty. There were two things we would have preferred differently, but that's a matter of taste: - We didn't need the arugula on the dishes. - The noodles were quite spicy and contained chili flakes. The menu didn't indicate this as "spicy" with the typical chili symbol. I would order it again next time, but I'd ask if it was possible without chili. Otherwise, everything was excellent, and the service was friendly. Absolutely recommend it for Delmenhorst!

We came without reservation Sunday early evening. They accommodated us fast, we ordered, the food came fast and was tasty. The sushi is very good. If we are in the area again in future we will definitely visit the place again 🙂.

I went to the restaurant and got takeout, and I'm absolutely thrilled! The pho soup was incredibly delicious and very well packaged, so it was still hot and fresh when I got home. The sushi was also superbly freshly prepared, very flavorful, and simply delicious! The restaurant itself was very clean and well-maintained. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. You really feel welcome there. I've eaten Asian food several times, but it's never been as delicious as this one. I highly recommend it; I'd love to come back!

Ordered food for pickup. By the time we got to the pickup point, we had to wait another 30 minutes. The sushi has never been this bad. The avocado wasn't ripe (very hard), which made the whole sushi inedible. This was the first time we didn't finish our sushi.

The service person was probably still a student and quite clumsy. The service wasn't very good but she gave it her all. I give her credit for that. Unfortunately, the ramen soup was not at all satisfactory. In addition, the noodles were empty and they improvised with other noodles. I won't eat ramen again, that's better. But the sushi was very tasty and was enough. Price performance was quite okay. Could have been cheaper for what you get. But I would go there again, it wasn't a disappointment.

We had a literally unforgettable evening here. As soon as we entered, we were warmly welcomed by an extremely friendly young lady and invited to sit at the table. Jonny filled the evening with a lot of heart with his special charm and his attentiveness towards us. There were four of us here. The waiter was extremely friendly! Food was fresh and super tasty. Had a large plate of sushi. We tried the beer from Asia. Be sure to order the spring rolls!

The sushi is more American-style, but they do have some authentic Japanese dishes, such as the miso soup—which was quite tasty, although it reminded me a bit more of wakame soup. The tuna nigiri however, that was supposed to be flamed was cold, and the tuna tasted a bit off. I only ordered one piece of this, so it wasn’t a big issue, but I wouldn’t recommend it. I decided to stick to the more foreign fusion-style sushi, like the spicy tuna roll, which was flavorful and interesting. The location has two floors, is very clean, and has a fancy appearance.

The meal took a very long time, one meal was even forgotten and came later. The ambience was nice, but it was very cold there. There were five of us there, and during one meal the meat was very stringy and couldn't be enjoyed. They asked why it was on the plate, but offered nothing in return and charged the full price. The appetizer plates remained on the table the entire time. The staff was probably overwhelmed that evening, but then you don't have to accept so many reservations. Never again for us.

I got sushi there. After reopening there will be an extra sushi menu. But it's not very long. The normal map has also been shortened slightly. The standard sushi was okay. I cannot recommend the Crunchy Rolls Duck. The meat was lumpy and fatty. Chicken is no longer available. The rest was fine. However, when it comes to sushi, there is nothing surprising here for me. I would try bowls etc. But I don't have to go there specifically for sushi.

My husband and I ordered food at 9:16 p.m. which we picked up 20 minutes later. When we unpacked it at home, we discovered that the food was just thrown away and, in my opinion, didn't look appetizing at all. Nevertheless, we thought OK, no problem, it's already late and they're about to get off work... However, when we started to eat, we unfortunately realized that the food was 30€!! had tasted, not only looked like it but also tasted like it was slapped on! The rice was soggy, soft and mushy (definitely not the way sushi rice should taste) and the chicken in the sushi had a strange consistency. The food was soaked in the sauces, maybe they were trying to disguise it! Unfortunately the food ended up in the trash because it wasn't edible at all. That same evening around 10:40 p.m. I wrote the team an email and politely described my criticism. The next day, in the afternoon, I was answered that the rice was supposedly checked that same evening and that it was still sticky 🤦🏽‍♀️ I really doubt that anything was checked. There was no response at all from the restaurant, which I personally think is a shame! Won't eat here again!

An important restaurant for Delmenhorst, as there is no other comparable Asian restaurant (at least not known). The price/performance ratio is reasonable and the location is great; you can see the restaurant from the outside through the neighboring Graftwerk. The dishes we tried so far were all very tasty and the portions were just right (not too much and not too little). There may be other alternatives for desserts. A few more dishes with roasted duck/beef would also be desirable. Otherwise, I can really recommend the restaurant. We like being there :)

I had the opportunity to eat at Hi Restaurant & Bar in Delmenhorst with my family while we were visiting the city. The restaurant is very centrally located and impresses with a modern, yet cozy atmosphere both inside and out. We ordered some dishes like curry, sushi, mochi ice cream and sweet potato fries. The quality of the food was better than I expected. I would particularly like to highlight the two female service staff, who were extremely friendly and accommodating. I hope next time we visit there will be more new dishes to choose from so we can try even more delicacies.

Never this store again!!!! Friendliness is very important to them. We waited over half an hour until someone came to us and another half hour until we got our drinks We never got our food!!! If the store were full I would have understood, but it ended up empty And yet it all happened So never get bad service, eat!!! Never this store again!!!!

Unfortunately we didn't have a nice visit. Yesterday we were there for the first time. The card was promising and anticipation increased. The first impression - nice ambience. When we sat at the table we first noticed that the place was a bit awkward because it was drafty. But that shouldn't spoil our visit. We sat there for 30 minutes until someone came to take our order, and then our drinks arrived. A plus point - The mocktail was delicious. Now we are waiting there for our starters. Meanwhile, new tables came in, ordered and received their drinks, their starters and a little later their main course within half an hour. However, we are still waiting. 40 minutes have passed without service checking with us to see if everything is OK, and we haven't received the starter yet. We didn't have the chance to speak to anyone in any way, we had the feeling of being ignored. Another 10 minutes passed and the restaurant was busy, but not completely full. When the 5th table that came after us had received their drinks, starter and main course, we got up with grumbling stomachs and left. We didn't have the feeling that we were met with understanding, on the contrary. Angry about the situation, we left. We come from the catering industry ourselves and would have understood if the shop had been super crowded or if the circumstances had been different, but being ignored there for an hour is very unfavorable for the first impression. Unfortunately, there won't be a second impression anytime soon.

We worked on Burginsel as Team Deluminous from mid-November until today and were invited by our boss. We picked up the food and it was delicious! Yakitori chicken as a starter was simply sensational and the main course Thai beef curry is also recommended!

We order there very often and also enjoy eating there - finally something unusual and delicious every time! Both sushi and Vietnamese dishes are an absolute highlight. You definitely have to try it out.

Were there for the first time today and definitely not the last time. The atmosphere is very nice and the team is very nice and you immediately feel comfortable and welcome. The owner (manager) in particular is very warm and you can feel and taste the joyful commitment. Nice ambience. Food was delicious. Unfortunately, there is also some criticism. I had a bowl. Unfortunately, three ingredients for the bowl were forgotten. There was no further response to the report. It took a very long time to eat.

Since it was a date, the wait wasn't bad. The only thing that was strange was the music. Good classical music in an Asian restaurant was very unusual.

We were there today after HiSushi reopened and are really excited. New staff, new menu, new owner. The service still needs some improvement, but the food is really fantastic (see photos). Lovingly arranged, good quality, lots of fresh fish and a great ambience in a beautiful location made for a lovely evening. In any case, we were thrilled and would love to come back.

Food was good as always!! Unfortunately, the service on our last visit was not at all convincing, even though not every table was occupied for a long time. We had to wait half an hour for the menu and another hour until 2 small starters and some sushi arrived. After not even being asked if everything was okay, we had to wait a long time before we could finally pay. It's a shame because you don't know this from the restaurant.

I had to be prepared for longer waiting times when ordering on my first visit. Being the only customer in the store and waiting half an hour for drinks put me off visiting the restaurant again. The food, which came after about three quarters of an hour, is definitely worth the wait. It's very cozy here and it's lovely to sit outside in the summer. After it took a very long time to get the drinks and food, I gave the restaurant another chance to keep me as a guest in the future. The service was there quickly and the drinks were served in no time. Freshly cooked food takes time, that should be clear to everyone. The Vietnamese spring rolls are just as much an insider tip as the traditional Vietnamese dishes. The Pho soup tastes like a poem. If you wish, you can get the dishes spicy with fresh chilli and a small bowl of chillies for spicing up if the spiciness is a little less. Vietnamese food is so delicious, I could actually eat it every day.
