Heval-Grill in Mühlhausen/Thüringen

We've been ordering here for many years when we're in a hurry for dinner and haven't been disappointed yet. No matter whether it's schnitzel with fries, kebab, pasta dishes or pizza, it all tastes fantastic. My husband and his men's regulars' group were there recently for a few hours and were very satisfied. There are large portions for little money and the service is always nice and friendly.

Eating a quick snack is ok, but the toilets were very dirty and there wasn't even soap or towels available.

Hello, I have to complain about your driver. He came here and asked us if we had ordered anything. I said yes, he asked us if we ordered a pizza I ordered that then I get a call from one of you and you say my order arrived. I asked where is she? They said the driver was already there, then the driver comes back and asks us if we ordered, then I say "Yes, we ordered something, but no PIZZA", I said we had 2 casseroles and 2 donners ordered, and he said, "It's the same.", THE SAME? Hello? is your driver stupid? You have to fire him, it's not his first time, and my casserole was spilled and the kebab was covered in the sauce and he scolded us something in Arabic! -1 STAR.

Unfortunately, I cannot highly recommend this location. The cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired, as does the quality of the food. In addition, the staff is not particularly accommodating.

was otherwise always satisfied. Unfortunately the hollandaise and often the black olives were spoiled recently! I'm not going there again. Addendum. I tried it again, a lahmacun: never eaten such a disgusting one 🤮

The kebab was good and was ready quickly. The only minus was the wrong sauce I chose. The only thing on the kebab is tzatziki and I will never experiment again.

Schnelle Lieferung wie immer! Aber verbrannte Pizza geht gar nicht und sich dann am Telefon anzuhören das der Rand eh nicht gegessen wird ist schon heftig! Wenigstens gab es das Geld zurück!!

Bester Dönermann in der Stadt, hat mich noch nie enttäuscht Preisleistung ist gut und von der Pizza Heval Art ist man schon immer Satt geworden.

A fairly poor effort here. Food not as ordered, no concern from management. Covered with a sweet pink mayonnaise. Unfortunately the Germans have little idea of decent food. This place only makes for the audience.

Wirklich sehr lecker und auch genügend Platz zum Hinsetzen

Eigentlich ein guter Laden gewesen, aber leider hat es nachgelassen. Bei meinen letzten Bestellungen /Abholungen war immer etwas nicht so wie ich es bestellt habe. Bin etwas enttäuscht denn geschmacklich ist das Essen ja top. Einfach wieder etwas freundlicher und zuhören was der Kunde bestellt. Wenn man es nicht verstanden hat lieber nochmal nachfragen bevor die Bestellung dann falsch raus geht.
