I didn't think the veal schnitzel was very good. My wife's steak wasn't very tender either. As if the chef who was there at the beginning is no longer there.

Very friendly waiters! I was looking for a place in the local area where I could just have a glass of beer. I found the location on Google Maps. I was greeted very warmly and a minute later they brought me a cold beer. Many thanks to the waiters!!!

A nice and well-kept place, full of details rich in history and passion. You will find yourself right at home, pampered. Great food and fair prices.

The food is of very good quality. You can tell that people are still cooking properly here. However, this has its price. We like to go there every now and then, but often we choose a different restaurant because of the price. The staff is hard-working and attentive. The last time we were there on one of the first nice days, we noticed the lack of staff in the catering industry.

A beautiful, quaint restaurant. The location is good. You can get there directly by bus. Service is excellent and in a good mood. We were 7 people and made a reservation. The food (kudos to the kitchen) was excellent, from starters to main course and dessert, and definitely worth the money. The many beers didn't add up to our bill🤣🤣🍺🍺🍺🍺🍺🍺🍺🍺But it was just so nice and we had a blast. We'll try out the beer garden when the weather is nice. Until then: keep it up

Low-key place with tasty food and pleasant service!

Located or a bit hidden and not known very well. This restaurant was also on "Mein Lokal Dein Lokal" and wanted to visit that for a while. With food had a bit of mixed impressions. My schnitzel was very oily and the batter was separated from the meat. Though the salad was really great but didn't enjoy the food much. The waiters are really nice and polite but took more than 30 minutes to get the bill. The ambience is very unique and enjoyable, especially outdoors. Had a mixed impressions as its not extraordinary but not have any negative feelings and would like to go there again.

Absolute recommendation! The first appearance from the outside takes some getting used to. But the food and service is great! They have a really wide selection of drinks and the food is delicious. The inside is a bit crazy decorated but you still feel super comfortable. The slightly different decor is simply the style of the store.

Very nice, small restaurant with a great beer garden at star level. We've been to Herzis for the third time now (including a cooking course) and we came home again today excited and well-fed. We celebrated our belated Christmas party at Herzis and were not disappointed. Quite the opposite! The always smiling bartender served mulled gin at the reception - simply awesome at this time of year. The buffet was very tasty and to top it off there was also Kaiserschmarrn. The atmosphere is simply cozy, chic and the staff is super friendly. Great praise also goes to the kitchen, which served our group very well. See you next time!

Nice little restaurant on the outskirts of town with surprisingly good and imaginative cuisine. Also several vegetarian options. Everything with clearly above average quality. Not easy to find in gardens. You can also sit outside.

I had dinner at Herzis with my family. This place is a heart opener. Starting with the very friendly and professional service, through the delicious 12-course menu and the very cozy atmosphere, gourmet hearts make hearts beat faster. The gravy was, among other things, unbeatable. A wonderful evening in Munich.

We were at Herzi's on December 20th, 2024 and what can I say...one of the best evenings in a long time. It was nice to arrive at the inviting grounds and restaurant, which were designed with attention to detail. We had the menu and were thoroughly impressed. Tradition meets new creations. Chef Erik was convincing!!! The staff also accompanied the evening in a very warm, pleasant way. Thank you again for that! We would love to come back :)

Excellent place to experience German food, very good service

This is was by far the best food I’ve had on vacation in Germany! Fresh, flavorful , and authentic! It was so good, that we ate there twice! The restaurant is cozy! I love the decor and the ambiance! The service also elevated it to the next level! The chef came out and greeted the guests! Personalized the experience! Falk, the waiter was top notch! Fun, personable, and authentic! He made us feel warm and welcomed! He has a great sense of humor! The combination of the chef and the delicious food, and the waiter and experience created the best dinner we have had in a LONG time! My husband and I were staying nearby on a business trip. We’re both foodies and weren’t expecting too much, but WOW! I was blown away by how great the food was! The little side salad was so fresh and crispy. The spinatknödel was soooo good and slightly browned and crispy. Had the schinitzel, delicious! The Spätzle was crazy! So crispy which I loved! Sadly, we didn’t have room for dessert, but I’m sure those were good. The service was amazing and friendly as well. Thanks, Falk! I can recommend Herzis and would definitely come back!

Celebrated a big birthday with 14 guests. Arrangements were made with Herzi, everything was as discussed, the table was lovingly set. The food was very good, the pasta was fantastic, the meat was cooked to perfection. Celebrated a birthday in Herzis. The restaurant is lovingly and very individually furnished. The food was very tasty and our waiter was great. Thank you Falk, your funny and cheerful manner made the evening even better for us.

It's cozy here for every occasion, whether you want to dress it up a bit with white tablecloths and white napkins or whether you want it to be a little more rustic. Everything is kept very nice in the dark, as can be seen at the bar, and the outside area is very nice and rustic is designed to be comfortably lit, a lot of thought has been given to the equipment and which target group you want to appeal to. I would like to appeal to all target groups, so to speak, and have something for every target group. In my opinion, they have implemented this very well. I am very satisfied I think the dishes taste excellent and are excellent value for money I'm very okay, even if some would say it's expensive, but this food is excellent and not just a run-of-the-mill meal. The waitresses and waitresses are very attentive. You are also asked if everything is still okay, if everything is okay, if everything tastes good Ashtrays are emptied, cleanliness and hygiene are ensured, whether in the dining area or in the toilet. The Herzis seemed completely inconspicuous and underestimated to us. But as the saying goes: still waters run deep. We haven't eaten so incredibly well in a long time. Daniele has outdone herself. Falk was also incredibly charming, friendly and funny in service. We'll definitely be back.

A lovingly furnished and decorated restaurant with a varied menu with some exciting facets invites you to sit down comfortably. The rolled roast was great and I couldn't help but look sorry for the lemon spaghetti with shrimp. All of this is rounded off by an attentive and unobtrusive service... at this point many thanks to Falk... the advice was also perfect! Gladly again and again!

We were able to spend a wonderful evening in Herzi’s beer garden. The high art of preparing the dishes harmonizes perfectly with the quality of the ingredients, you can see the love and passion the owners put into it, from the preparation to the presentation of the dishes to the ambience, everything fits together and is harmonious. Our waiter was Falk, who took excellent care of us. A team works here, everyone supports each other and we work together. The entire wait staff was attentive at all times without being intrusive. The price-performance ratio is very good. A great evening and we will definitely be back.

In Herzi's business I was able to accompany a wonderful, romantic wedding ceremony as a wedding singer. This nice little restaurant is a real insider tip and a great place for a summer wedding. The beautiful old trees protected us from the hot summer sun in the cozy beer garden. In the middle of Munich I had the feeling of being in a clearing in the middle of the forest. The staff was always super nice and very attentive, everything was lovingly decorated for the wedding. Here you can only feel comfortable. I'll definitely come back here privately with my family soon.

I celebrated my retirement with dear colleagues and friends in the chill-out tent on May 24, 2024. What can I say: Erik and his team gave us an unforgettable evening. The 6-course flying surprise dinner was outstanding. From the starter to the dessert - every single dish was a poem. Erik is an artist in his kitchen. Everything was rounded off with a wonderful wine accompaniment. The service team was also just great. Very attentive and accommodating. Thanks for that. And then the outstanding ambience: the chill-out tent was prepared and decorated for us. very tastefully decorated. Just wow

Best service, great food... The menu is an absolute culinary surprise… Chef Erik cooks with love and you can tell! The restaurant is inconspicuous at first and then comes the WOW effect. It was a great party!!!

Highly recommended 😁 Very nice service staff. When I ordered I forgot to mention my allergy to peppers, but my salad was swapped with peppers without any problems. The food is very good, everything went very quickly and very cordially, as the name suggests. We will definitely come back on our next visit to Munich.

Herzi's was a spontaneous visit because it had already been recommended to us by friends. So the expectations were set a little higher. The first male server was very friendly, followed by a slightly older lady who also served the drink. Whether the landlady or not is unknown to me. She was a bit rougher and lacked sensitivity. The menu was absolutely boring and, if necessary, Obatzda, seasonal vegetables and an onion roast were ordered. Butter noodles for the junior. The latter clearly came from the microwave, evident from the burn bubbles. For children and 6.50 an absolute NOGO! Obatzda ok, pretzels waxy soft and from the day before (we were even charged for the second pretzel...). Seasonal vegetables were a typical Frosta mixture without seasonal influence (e.g. asparagus in the peak asparagus season...). Onion roast came well done, even though it was ordered medium rare. Nobody came to all of this during the entire meal and asked if everything was okay... 15 minutes after we were finished it was cleared away and I just wanted to pay and leave.

It's very nice and the waiters take care of every single guest. There is always good air through the garden. My mother and grandmother can highly recommend the tagiliatelle with salmon and asparagus.

A top veal goulash, asparagus with homemade hollandaise and a really good crème brûlée. When the mother of the service employee came over and brought us roses, nothing could top the evening. From the outside, Herzis looks like a brightly colored allotment bar. Once you enter the restaurant itself, you feel like you are in another world: the ambience is very original, very well maintained and simply harmonious! The staff is professional, extremely friendly and leaves nothing to be desired. We were completely thrilled with the food, the aperitif and the wine! Price-performance ratio: top! What more do you want? Another visit!

Yesterday (Sunday) the two of us spontaneously went to dinner there. The garden restaurant is inconspicuously located on a side street off Balanstr. You will be pleasantly surprised by the nice beer garden and the interior. The tables were elegantly set with “fabric”. The service was warm and courteous. Upon request, a beef tartare was available as a starter - hand-cut and beautifully presented! The main courses: veal involtini from the daily menu were very tasty; the onion roast was excellent (as requested: medium-rare). The price-performance ratio is great. It's still an absolute insider tip. Please maintain your friendly charm. With his wild globetrotting style, the landlord has hopefully managed to create a long-standing gastro location in Munich. Best regards. We will definitely come back and try the Cataplana next time.

We celebrated our wedding in a small circle at Herzis in February of this year. Erik and his team gave us a very nice welcome and made it possible for us to have a great party in every respect! The service and food were great, all the guests were impressed and everyone really enjoyed and enjoyed it! The Herzis team responded to all of our wishes, were always there when we needed something and also designed a beautiful table decoration for us!!! We go to Herzi's regularly and always feel very comfortable there, enjoy the excellent food, the attentive service and the special ambience. Most recently I celebrated my big birthday with 50 friends, a champagne reception with a fire bowl in the garden, and it continued in the tent. Erik and the team treated us to a special 5-course surprise flying dinner, all special requests - whether vegan, vegetarian, with/without fish or even a second helping - were fulfilled. I'm always surprised how all this is possible in such a small kitchen, but it was perfect and went absolutely smoothly. I had a wonderful celebration. Many thanks to the whole team!
