We think it's simply fantastic. The food is incredibly delicious, and the service is very friendly and attentive. We enjoy coming back again and again.

I ordered a menu there yesterday and instead of 1 whole classic spiced chicken with 2x fries I only got 1/2 chicken & instead I got 2 unseasoned mini chicken steak rags and 2 chicken nuggets. The fries were also without salt, not crispy & hot and tasted like cardboard. Priced at €23.70, it wasn't exactly a cheap menu... Unfortunately, it wasn't until we got home that we noticed that the menu was incomplete... And because we were extremely hungry, we ate it anyway because otherwise it would have gotten cold... The atmosphere is a standing snack bar with 2 slot machines and around 3-4 standing places squeezed in... Very cramped and far too little space. Please always check on site whether the order is correct!!!

The store said there was an offer for 22.90 euros for 3 half chicken + 2 fries + salad. When the order was ready, the seller asked for an additional 4 euros packaging tax. The seller didn't inform me beforehand when I asked about the price. The seller also said he would charge for mayonnaise, even though it is usually served free with fries throughout Germany.

On the way to the train, I thought I'd just get something to eat, but unfortunately, the saleswoman was very unfriendly and seemed completely overwhelmed... I decided on the baguette. When I unpacked it on the train, I unfortunately discovered that there was a hair stuck between the meat and the bread roll, which of course disgusted me so much that I had to throw the food away! What a waste of €5!

We were craving fried chicken again. That didn't happen because the chicken burger in an international student town doesn't accept Visa credit cards. So I took the pre-made fries with me, as I had just enough cash on me! It's a disgrace to charge a 50 cent surcharge for "packaging tax" for a cardboard box that you throw away in the garbage bin at home!

Small cute restaurant. At first glance it looks like an old basement bar. I didn't expect that there would be such delicious food here. I ate the chicken salad. Mega tasty, fresh and super well seasoned. The grilled chicken was still warm. I got really full. The plate was very full and the food was worth the money. I'll definitely come back when I'm passing through. Thank you 👍🏻

Absolut widerlicher Cheeseburger bekommen. Am Rand des Käses war Schmutz bzw. Staub oder dreck. Hab ihn danach direkt weggeschmissen. Nicht zu empfehlen.

Hähnchen und Pommes waren sehr lecker! Wir kommen gerne wieder zum Abholen, auch wenn die HendlBurg derzeit leider schwer zu erreichen ist.
