We cycled here today from Bad Rothenfelde just to have coffee. According to the website, the restaurant was open, but it wasn't. 😞 You can and should post short-notice changes to your opening hours online!!!🤔 We weren't the only ones who found the door closed. They must have been short of staff. It's annoying when you can't rely on people. We experienced that ourselves today.

Very unassuming from the outside, but fantastic on the inside. Lovely ambiance. The food is excellent and the portions are generous. We went there spontaneously. We got a table right away. We'd love to come back again.

My regular haunt, a definite recommendation for meat lovers and those who appreciate a rustic atmosphere. The old bakery is very cozy and decorated in a traditional style. The acoustics are pleasant. The service is always very friendly and attentive. A beautiful outdoor area with a large beer garden, outdoor kitchen, a bar, and multimedia facilities. We've celebrated our best parties here and regularly meet for our regular get-togethers.
