The doner kebab is delicious, but it's gotten thinner. The chicken is delicious, and the fries are also very good! However, I often find the meat much too light and the prices unreasonable. My visits here have decreased significantly. My scales confirm this…😎

The kebab was very tasty, the meat well-done and well-seasoned. I ate it with gusto and left very satisfied. I also learned that the gentlemen knew a few words of Polish, which was a pleasure. I also recommend the curry sausages. I will definitely be back.

Today I ate the large doner kebab box at Heinse Kebab – and I was really satisfied! For €8, you get a solid portion with crispy, tender chicken and ribbed fries. The fries were unusual at first, as you rarely see them in a doner kebab box – but they tasted really good. The portion was solid – not huge, but not too small either. Just what you get when you're just in the mood for a good doner kebab box. I had garlic and hot sauce with it. They were okay – not bad, but I missed a bit of that "mm, homemade" feeling. Still, overall, it was good. The service was super friendly and quick – you immediately feel welcome. And the atmosphere was clean and pleasant. Not your typical train station snack bar, but a quiet location, about 300m from Hermsdorf S-Bahn station. Bottom line: For €8, you get a delicious kebab box with good meat, unusual but delicious fries, and friendly service. If you're in Hermsdorf, feel free to stop by – it's worth it! Best regards

Really good kebab! The sauces are very good. A lot of filling for €7. The drinks selection is top-notch – the guys are fast, and they finally have proper napkins!

A really good, high-quality kebab. My whole family loves eating from Heinse Kebab and we are always very satisfied.

This isn't about the Kebap restaurant, but actually the pizza & burger (Döner & Burger) restaurant legitimately 5 five next to it. They had an amazing priced Margarita pizza that was so delicious and had me craving more and more once finished. Please check it out I'm posting it here because they officially don't have a thing on Google maps to review them.

Delicious kebab plate eaten with homemade garlic sauce…everything was great

The best kebab shop in the area. Unfortunately it is getting narrower and narrower. While the meat is still properly topped, the salad is increasingly lacking. Prices are rising, but content is shrinking. It's a shame, as a result I go there less often - and many of my friends feel the same way. It would be great if that changed again!

Update2025: currently Heinse Kebab is my favorite kebab in the area. It tastes really good and the portions are good too.

We like it very much, but find it almost a bit too expensive.

Doner was good, nothing special but a solid doner. Unfortunately overall too little kebab for €6, little salt and little meat.

In my opinion this is the best kebab shop in this area. There are kebabs at Kotti that taste better. But for this area it's okay, the price is reasonable and the employees are also very friendly. If you want, there are even a few tables with chairs to eat on site.

I've been going here for years and am always impressed. Here the big kebabs are really big and super tasty. There is always a lot going on and there are often waiting times, which of course speaks for the kebab. However, there are also many other delicious things.

Extremely little meat! One employee (a little older, almost bald, mostly there in the evenings) puts in so little meat! I'm attaching a photo, it's supposed to be a BIG kebab!!! There is so little meat! It would even be little for a normal kebab! I ate a BIG kebab and some fries and am still hungry! Now I'm going to put a few more nuggets in the oven. Impudence!

Disappointing, I used to do it often and now I don't do it again. If you order twice Dürum with cheese, not spicy, then spicy comes without it, there are obviously five of you behind the counter and the television is more important than the guest. No, there is no next time.

Tried this Döner place thanks to my partner who is a local resident and it was the best Döner. The sauces, portion size, balanced out salad and chicken filling, everything was perfect. Must visit if you’re a Döner fan.

The kebab is super delicious! My wish for lots of salad and little meat is fulfilled. The sauces are really tasty - I recommend the garlic sauce. We get our kebab here every Sunday and will do it again and again.

Unser Lieblingsdönerladen und auch die Pizzen sind dort sehr lecker! Wir haben dort mindestens 4x im Monat bestellt. Leider hat er den Lieferservice eingestellt, so dass wir dort jetzt wohl nur noch selten Kunde sein werden ☹️

This has been my favorite Turk for many years. Here you can get the thickest and tastiest kebab in all of Berlin. This is what the kebab tasted like forty years ago in Kreuzberg or Wedding. A real taste explosion!!! I can only recommend this shop and it's reasonably priced too. Addendum on August 2, 2024 Unfortunately, a lot has changed. The food has become incredibly expensive. A currywurst with fries for 8.00 euros? A normal small kebab for 7.50? Yes hello !!! I'm not going there anymore. And it doesn't taste as good anymore either. I can't afford any more at these prices!!!

For many years it was my reference kebab against which the competitors had to be measured. Last time the meal (Dürüm chicken kebab) wasn't really worth the €7.50 - lots of vegetables, flavorless sauce (garlic), little meat. It will not work like that!

I've been visiting this kebab shop since the 90s. Unfortunately, the kebab has continued to deteriorate over the years. The meat has become cheaper and is sometimes tasteless (unseasoned?). The hot sauce is now ketchup with spices, it doesn't work at all! Sheep's cheese is these small, cheap rubber rags instead of the good, crumbly, real sheep's cheese like back then. It's really a shame how you maximized your profit at the expense of quality and customers due to your former monopoly position - which still exists today. I'm not even going to discuss your shop next door, it should be clear to everyone what it's there for. I hope the owners read this and think about good gastronomy again.

For years, since my childhood actually, the best kebab in Berlin! 😍 I no longer live in Berlin and every visit involves at least one visit to you! Absolutely worth the money for the kebab, good meat, nice service and you always see the same faces!

Fresh salads, large selection, including chicken dishes. Cigar börek, bulgur, fried vegetables. Particularly impressive: the service's ability to multitask: production, taking the new order, chatting. All at the same time! Maybe not the cheapest kebab in the area, but certainly the tastiest.

The kebab is average, but the pizza is very good. Service is often very courteous, but sometimes really rude.

Good kebab. At least that was the case a short time ago, because since the price was raised by 50 cents, every third kebab has been partially burned and therefore ready for the trash can. At least it tastes good otherwise and has a good mix. Not 70% pure meat, no! A balanced mix of salad, sauce and meat. In my opinion, one of the most important criteria. He also fails at another important thing and that is the sauces. I think the sauces are homemade, but unfortunately the garlic sauce doesn't have that intense garlic flavor.

A classic kebab shop that always impresses with fresh and delicious ingredients. The opening times are perfect, especially if you still fancy a kebab late in the evening. The pizza tastes very good there too. Highly Recommended!

I had a really bad stomach ache after eating the kebab and I noticed as soon as I was eating that the meat didn't taste the same as the others, it tasted strange, very greasy and soft and there were also solid pieces in it that almost damaged my teeth. A kebab costs €6.50. I paid €7. He didn't count it until later and didn't want to give me change. I gave him the 50 cents, but you should count what's on the tray. Somehow bold to say thank you and goodbye straight away. Bread also broke and was too greasy.

The food is good, but the staff... a disaster, gossiping about guests in Turkish, no good appetite, no good day or goodbye... I often find myself there in a very unpleasant atmosphere.

The best chicken kebab beyond the Bosphorus

I've been going to Heise Kebab for many years. The kebab is always prepared with a lot of love and is always crispy and fresh. The staff is always polite and friendly and special requests are also possible. I can only recommend this kebab to everyone and hope that it remains as good as it is for many years to come. Doner meat is also gluten-free. Also suitable for celiac disease patients.

It used to be better, unfortunately the quality of the meat has increasingly declined. The kebab used to be okay here, but unfortunately it's no longer for me. There is no kebab anymore that doesn't involve a lump of fat or gristle party. Apparently it's still the same meat supplier, but the declining quality is telling... The owner's burger shop next door is always empty and I never see a customer go in. How does the store make money? 🤔

I just ordered my food, it arrived after 40 minutes and then I open my food because I was really hungry and I see something like this... more curry powder than currywurst and hardly any curry sauce... The fries were very sticky and unseasoned... so for me the food wouldn't even be worth 1 star, the only thing that tasted good was the mayonnaise. I'm no longer hungry and we're throwing away some of the packaging... I hope I don't get a stomach ache

Ich habe essen gerade bestellt und es kam nach 40 min ca an aber für den Preis schmeckt es überhaupt nicht gut. 1. zu viel Curry Pulver und zu wenig Curry Soße und dann noch die Pommes sowas von ungewürzt und pappig also da bekommt man weniger Hunger als man vorher hatte.

It's really bad, they smoke in front of the shop and make the kebab without washing their hands or wearing gloves, who knows if they even wash their hands. If you talk to them about it, they get cheeky and say you shouldn't come back again. The store is very rude and unhygienic. Wouldn't recommend anyone to eat there. Of course the kebab doesn't taste good either. Please don't go there.

It's a normal kebab shop, the food was good, unfortunately all the bread was somehow over-toasted, so the bread was broken and opened at the bottom, which made the meal a mess. You can sit there and eat well. What I also think is a disadvantage is that there is only a price difference of 50 cents between the mini kebab and the normal kebab, which isn't really fair.

Heinse Kebap hat ein umfangreiches Angebot. Sowohl die Pizza , als auch die Nudeln haben mich überrascht, da icj neu in Berlin war. Der döner und der burger überraschen mich jedes Mal aufs Neue. Dazu sind die Herren super freundlich, liefern schnell und blechen dabei wie gesagt, ihrer Qualität treu.

Wirklich erstaunlich guter Döner. Die guten Google Bewertungen haben mich hier her geführt und ich habe es nicht bereut. Der Döner besticht durch fein geschnittenes Kalbsfleisch (alternativ gibt es auch Hähnchen), super lecker marinierten Rotkohl und eine wirklich toll abgeschmeckte Knoblauchsauce. Letztere war fast schon das Highlight. Nicht zu süß oder zu herbe nach Knoblauch schmeckend. Auch das Ambiente passt. Es gibt zahlreiche Sitzplätze und alles ist sauber. Die Tische wurden immer wieder abgewischt nachdem Kunden den Platz verlassen hatten. Genau diese vermeintlich einfachen, aber am Ende doch wichtigen Dinge geben den Ausschlag. Top Döner. Absolute Empfehlung. Und das obwohl man hier fast schon in Brandenburg ist.

Für mich immer noch der leckerste Dürum der Stadt! Das Personal ist super freundlich und immer gut gelaunt 🩶

Sehr guter Imbiss. Alles stets frisch und lecker, Personal ist immer gut gelaunt und fix bei der Zubereitung. Neben den üblichen Dönergerichten gibt es auch Pizza, Pasta, Bürger, Hähnchen und leckere Currywurst. Sowohl innen wie außen gibt es Tische und Stühle.

Das Brot war warm und bis zum Ende knusprig. Die Soße war gut scharf und das Fleisch nicht zu fettig. Der ganze Döner war eine harmonische Kombination, die man schwer vergessen und übertreffen kann. Der Preis ist der derzeitigen Inflation angemessen (eine weitere Preissteigerung wäre dennoch bodenlos). Eine garantierte Empfehlung. Slay✌🏻🌯

Der Hähnchendöner schmeckt mir persönlich dort sehr gut. Könnte etwas mehr Fleisch drauf sein, aber das ist meckern auf hohem Niveau ;) Der Börek dort ist mir etwas zu trocken und lieblos. Für 5 Sterne reicht es mir nicht ganz. Wenn der Döner etwas "üppiger" wird und das Ambiente etwas stilvoller wird, dann würde ich 5 Sterne vergeben. Was nicht ist, kann ja noch werden :-)

Der absolut beste Döner des Nordens. Personal ist immer nett und freundlich. Nirgends schmeckt es im Norden von Berlin besser. Absolute Empfehlung.

Einer der besten Döner im Norden Berlins. Ich bleibe dabei, aber, langsam ist die preisliche Schmerzgrenze erreicht und Bargeldlos ab 10€, nun, vielleicht gehe ich ein Haus weiter.

Guter Service, nette Bedienung und vor allem gutes Essen. Geschmacklich sehr gutes Dönerfleisch und vor allem, eine gute Mischung! Keine 70 % pures Fleisch, nein! Eine ausgeglichene Mischung aus Salat, Soße und Fleisch. Meiner Meinung nach, eine der wichtigsten Kriterien. Leider hatte ich in letzter Zeit häufig Knorpel im Fleisch, was mir diesen eigentlich guten Döner, doch ein Stück weit vermiest hat. Zudem scheitert der Heinse Kebab an einer anderen wichtigen Sache, und zwar an den Soßen. Die Soßen sind, denk ich, selbstgemacht, aber dadurch hat die Knoblauchsoße leider nicht diesen intensiven Knoblauchgeschmack. Schade, sonst wäre das ein sehr guter Döner!
