The ambience itself was very nice, my €9.99 cocktail consisted of 3 sips and otherwise just ice and garnish. Because of the party, our work colleague from the Christmas party should have his crutches taken away because he is a danger to others. The staff was super tight-lipped and wanted to get rid of us as quickly as possible. Plates were immediately taken away if it even looked like someone had finished. We were also supposed to pay €10 to go smoke because we then had to pay the party entrance fee for a party that we had absolutely nothing to do with. So really a disaster. The food was okay but not particularly good either. The prices are high. All in all it was a very bad experience, but the location itself is fine.

Nice ambience and nice atmosphere. Unfortunately, the music was way too loud and the store was so packed with people that it wasn't nice anymore. Here, as is often the case, the aim is for mass. The food was okay but nothing special. Food not really warm either. Price performance for the drinks is not right. Over €10 for a cocktail that looks like a long drink and doesn't look like anything on the outside is clearly too much. Despite the fact that the term “vegan” is the first thing outside the shop, there are clearly not enough vegan dishes on the menu.

The heimW has changed its concept disadvantageously. The table that had been pre-ordered in advance was assigned differently upon arrival. There is no trace of the lounge anymore. There's nothing good to say about the food. The advertised burger was manageably small, with fries and a dip. The worst taste I've had in recent years. My wife and I were very disappointed with the pure finished products that were served. Not recommended for women in evening wear in cool temperatures. So overall a more than disappointing result of the evening. I can't recommend the restaurant more highly. There is more bang for your buck elsewhere.

Before the renovation, I found your location to be more of a chill lounge. Now it's more of a restaurant, which I think is a shame because the several tables mean there are several loud conversations close to each other. In my opinion you shouldn't have rebuilt it or designed it differently. But I remember the “before times” very fondly. Before that it was 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ unfortunately the flair has fizzled out. 🥲

It is definitely no longer the home we know from the “earlier days”. Went there on a Saturday evening for a nightcap. The ambience was okay, but the music was so loud that you thought you were in a disco. Conversing with the other person was only possible by shouting at each other. There are some good types of gin on the drinks menu. But the presentation was a complete disaster. The waitress was very busy with herself and “her best friends” instead of asking if you wanted anything else. Too bad.

I only rate the bowls and the curry. Unfortunately they weren't authentic at all and the curry had a very bland taste.

Beautiful place in the heart of Hanover. Parking in the underground car park at Opernplatz is possible (but it's not cheap - it's better to take public transport)

Very nicely decorated bar/restaurant. However, disappointed with the food. Our burger was not enjoyable, the pattie was very hard and generally not tasty. Unfortunately the chicken steak was very dry. The staff was inattentive and despite empty glasses we had to wait more than 30 minutes to order another drink. It's a shame, the reviews so far have been very good. Unfortunately I cannot confirm this after this visit.

After visiting the restaurant, the impressions were extremely positive. One of the main advantages was the incredibly delicious cocktails. The bartenders clearly know their stuff - every drink was carefully balanced and beautifully presented. In addition, I would like to note the high level of service. The waiters were very friendly and attentive, always ready to help with choosing dishes and answer questions. The service was excellent, which added to the pleasant experience of the evening. The restaurant creates an atmosphere of comfort and hospitality, so you want to come back here again. If you are looking for a place for a pleasant evening with delicious cocktails and excellent service, this restaurant is a great choice.

Very average Asian fusion restaurant with a large selection of sushi that was quite good. Ambience modern and appealing. The food tasted good and was tasty. The wine selection is disappointing. Some items were not available, other wines were simple table wines in 1L bottles, which didn't fit the ambience at all. In addition, the service was not attentive and unreliable. Starter and main course came at the same time, no cutlery, no bowls for soy sauce. Everything had to be reported to the service separately and sometimes several times. The empty plates were only cleared away after request. Better interaction in the service and some care in the selection of wines would be nice.

Overall a solid experience. Table reserved for 9.30 p.m., quick delivery of burgers and the heimW curry. Personal opinion: Fries too salty, curry okay, great vegetables, but not a highlight. The but: Individual tables were occupied, and service seemed to be adequate. But moderately fast. Disappointing that the last round is offered at 10.20pm, we would have liked to have coffee, but the cleaning of the machine has just started. At the stated opening time, the store did not appear to be in keeping with the appearance.

Unfortunately one of the worst evenings I've ever had. The main course came with the starter, when we asked that we would like to enjoy our starter there was an incredibly snippy reaction from the lady who brought us the food. Additionally, the burgers we ordered did not come with the truffle “flavored” fries that were ordered. So food was half cold when eaten. In addition, you should be careful with the drinks because they can contain some extra protein in the form of fruit flies. We were a group of 7 who left almost €300 to celebrate a birthday. One would have expected more from the service. An absolute tragedy. I can't recommend it!

Absolutely subterranean service at the Maschseefest. Waiting over 30 minutes for a bottle of water and what was served to me as an espresso martini was a disaster. If you complain, you will also be contacted. The store won't see me again.

Very hip shop, you have to know whether it's good or not. Sushi is so mediocre, drinks are fine. It's really loud inside at times, so eating something relaxed together isn't so good. I'm just rating the heimW as a restaurant now.

Food is good - unfortunately not enough vegetarian or vegan dishes. This should be standard these days. The service could be significantly better considering the prices. We sometimes had to wait a long time because there weren't enough staff working. Or the rest sat together and drank (possibly before the shift). Anyway, it could be better. The ambience is great inside, but a bit dirty and unkempt on the outside. How about simple tablecloths or clean windows outside? Otherwise, as I said, it's a good restaurant, but given the circumstances and because it's simply not vegan/vegetarian enough, we won't necessarily be coming back.

We were there in a large group. We sat at the back of the restaurant. There were no windows, ventilation or air conditioning. It was very stuffy. It took a very long time until we got the drinks. The Frozen Magerita was not frozen. It was a warm fruit pulp.

A very pleasant climate. Good conditions, just a bit very high prices. Possibly relatively too high for the class of restaurant.

Espressotini <3. Everything fine

We were there with 8 people during a European Championship game. It was relatively full, but the service was good and quick and the sushi was very tasty. Plate for 2 people with starter and drinks for €80.

Unfortunately very well attended and regularly extremely overcrowded. Getting there early or going somewhere else is recommended. Food itself is quite good, but not a brilliant performance. Burgers in particular are a disgrace for the price.

Really nice, great dishes, cool cocktails. The HeimW salad is top 10 for me and I can only recommend it.

Excellent for sushi. I do enjoy the menu overall but some dishes have changed or have been removed. I do feel like it used to be better but I’m a regular. What a shame the recipe for the Heimw cheesecake has changed.

What’s the point of having the music on so loud that you cannot even talk? Also, my Basilico cocktail was way too sweet. Perhaps nice for teens who still have a sweet tooth and don’t do much talking.

The two of us were there for dinner and would have liked to drink more, unfortunately the service staff was rarely there. The food order was also only made because we drew attention to ourselves. The food itself, a sushi platter of salmon and a salmon bowl, were really delicious and were beautifully prepared and very fresh. So there was really nothing wrong with the quality. It's a shame, however, that you weren't really noticed as a guest and even when we asked for the menu again to look for drinks again, no one came to take an order. So we changed the location immediately after dinner...we would have liked to have left more money there, but apparently they didn't need it. Therefore no real recommendation.

Cozy atmosphere, perfect for the weekend.

Nice after work location with the saddest Pokebowl I've ever seen: it consisted of 80 percent sushi rice that had solidified into a block. The toppings carelessly slapped on top are wilted and tasteless. Dear kitchen, can't you do that better?!

It was a great evening with delicious food. The only drawback. We sat a bit cramped.

Heute war ich im HeimW mit einem Freund. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Super Service, sehr coole loungige Atmosphäre. Das Sushi in Kombi mit leckeren Drinks, guter Musik und Service mit Charakter haben uns extrem gut gefallen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Weiter so!

Das Essen ist lecker und die Location echt schön! Die Portionen waren für das Geld echt gut und alles in allem war es auch wirklich ansprechend. Für mich persönlich schade, dass sämtlicher Sushi mit Spargel war. Daher kam ausnahmsweise mal kein Sushi für mich in Frage....

Leider ist bei meiner Bestellung alles schief gelaufen. Wir waren eine große Gruppe und mein Gericht kam als letztes oder auch nicht. Es war beim Transport aus der Küche runtergefallen und musste neu gemacht werden. Leider gan es aktiv keine Kommunikation dazu, sondern erst auf Nachfrage. Der zweite Versuch war dann leider ein komplett falsches Essen, also noch ein dritter Versuch. Mittlerweile hatten alle anderen schon gegessen. Das Essen war ok. Außer einem lapidarem „Tut uns leid“ kam leider gar keine Reaktion. Meine Erwartung wäre zumindest die Übernahme eines Getränkes oder ähnliches. Das Restaurant hinterlässt bei mir somit gemischte Gefühle.

Stylisches Restaurantbistro-Bar. Sehr schön eingerichtet. Reservierung empfohlen. Netter Empfang...man wird platziert. Die Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken ist riesig. Wir haben diverse Sushi probiert und waren begeistert. Sehr lecker und schön fürs Auge hergerichtet. Die Cocktails waren alle gut! Wir kommen gerne wieder und probieren uns weiter durch das Essens und Getränkeangebot.

Wir waren abends in einer Gruppe von 8 Leuten vor Ort. Haben vorher reserviert gehabt. Hat alles geklappt. Die Location ist sehr nett eingerichtet und das Essen ist wirklich top! Ob Bowl, Burger, Salat oder Sushi. Wir haben alles probiert und waren durch die Bank weg begeistert. Sehr sehr lecker. Vor allem die Bowls nur zu empfehlen.

Essen ist Top! Leider lässt die Lautstärke (Bar und Musik) keine normale Unterhaltung zu. Die Bedienung war nur bedingt höflich.

Schön eingerichtetes Cafe/Restaurant/Bar. Nenne alle drei, da ich das Konzept von Sushi und Burgern dazu Currywurst als Beispiel nicht verstanden habe. Am Eingang eine leicht überforderte Bedienung, die uns an den Tresen setzen wollten obwohl wir für Essen reserviert hatten. Dann ein naja, bis 9 könnt ihr oben an einem Hochtisch sitzen. Danach setzen wir Euch um. So etwas finde ich, wenn man vorher reserviert hat, ein no go! Der Service war auf zack, das Sushi okay, aber nicht mega. Extrem laute Musik, da muss man sich schon etwas anbrüllen. Bei den Toiletten könnte man zwischendurch auch mal jemanden reinschicken, das würde dem Ganzen helfen. Alles in allem eher ein Ort wo man kurz Cocktails abends trinkt und dann weiterzieht.

Wir waren das erste Mal dort und waren absolut zufrieden. Viele nette Menschen, tolle und aufmerksame Bedingungen, leckeres Essen. Ein rundum schöner Abend. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir haben mit der Lilacard die Sushiplatte für zwei Personen bestellt. Die Auswahl war sehr gut und die Menge ausreichend - das Sushi war ebenfalls lecker!

Einer der schönsten Bars/Restaurants in Hannover. Seid Jahren gut, und mit neuen Besitzern völlig anders und Trotzdem super.

Ein netter Ort, allerdings war unsere Bedienung nicht wirklich am Geld verdienen interessiert, das Essen war teilweise kalt bzw nicht so wie bestellt...was problematisch ist bei Algerien...schade

Eigentlich wollten wir nur zum Essen bleiben und danach weiter in die Stadt ziehen. Was soll ich sagen? Der Abend endete dort weil wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Super Service, manchmal einwenig langsam, dass ist allerdings der hohen Auslastung am Abend geschuldet. Immer wieder gern!

Vom HeimW bin ich sehr begeistert. Der Service, das Ambiente und das Essen. Hierfür gebe ich gerne 5/5 Sternen. Ich kann euch das Sushi und den HeimW Salat sehr empfehlen.

La reserva la hicimos por google y va perfecta, El lugar es bonito, el 🍣 sushi está bien, aunque le ponen una salsa rosa que no es de sushi, Los cócteles están bien, pero primero nos trajeron uno y ya al rato el otro, y así mismo se llevaron las copas, 🤦‍♀️, Tardaron muchísimo así que decidimos mejor no pedir postre, ni más cócteles...Un poco más de organización y el lugar sería genial, En general está muy bien!

Leider nicht wie erwartet . Wir haben leider geschmacklich nicht die Drinks erhalten, wie Sie eigentlich schmecken müssten . Es startet mit dem Getränk B52 der geschmacklich total daneben war. Als Nächstes Moscow Mule, jeder der das Getränkt kennt, weis wie es serviert wird, nämlich in einer Kupfertasse. Das war auch nicht der Fall, zumindest nicht an unserem Tisch. Zusammenfassung: Die Zusammensetzung der Getränke war teilweise nicht korrekt und auch das Auge trinkt bekanntlich mit . Für die Preise sollte man das bekommen, was man auch bestellt und nicht irgendeine Alternative . Schön wäre es gewesen, hätte man uns drauf aufmerksam gemacht, das folgendes Produkt ausgegangen sind und Alternativen ..... Anbietet, aber das war leider nicht der Fall

Die Lokalität macht optisch was her, die Getränke sind in Ordnung.Die Speisen waren eine grosse Enttäuschung es mag an unserer Auswahl gelegen haben aber ein Trauerspiel!

Netter Ort für After Work oder Treffen mit Freunden

Wir hatten als Gruppe einen Tisch für mehrere Personen angemeldet, der wurde auch pünktlich frei, auch wenn die Hälfte der Personen auf einer relativ niedrigen harten Bank sitzen musste und diejenigen gegenüber auf gepolsterten Stühlen. Als erstes fiel auf, dass es ziemlich laut war, weil mit jüngeren Leuten voll besetzt und entsprechender Wartezeit vor der Tür, dadurch war dann wahrscheinlich auch die Belüftungsanlage überfordert, weil die Luft stickig war. Eine Speisekarte mussten wir uns von anderen Tischen organisieren, da uns keine gebracht wurde. Die Bestellung für die Getränke konnte dann doch aufgenommen werden, das Angebot an Bieren vom Fass ist dabei leider allerdings sehr dürftig, es gibt nur Gilde Pilsener und ein bayerisches Helles, Oberbräu. Ich kenne nicht Viele, die Gilde gern trinken, dazu gehöre ich auch, daher erhoffte ich mir von dem bayerischen Bier einen typisch bayerischen Genuss - dem war aber leider nicht so. Dieses Oberbräu hat weder eine Blume oder ein Aroma, noch einen Geschmack - als ich die Bedienung darauf ansprach, bot er mir dafür immerhin vom Hause ein Gilde an, das ja aber für mich genauso wenig in Betracht kam, aber immerhin ein feiner Zug. Ich hoffe mal, dass das Restaurant meinen Vorschlag annimmt da mal den Anbieter zu wechseln und z.B. Augustiner als bayerische Alternative zu Gilde anzubieten. Mein Gegenüber hatte Gilde bestellt, da fiel auf, dass kleine schwarze Partikel im Schaum an der Innenseite des Glases klebten, weil wohl die Gläser nicht richtig gesäubert worden waren. Der von meinem Gegenüber bestellte Salat mit Rindfleischstückchen: eine Grenzerfahrung. Ein Haufen billiger Blattsalate mit sauren Zwiebeln, einem Stück Schafskäse und drei Fitzelchen nicht durchgebratenem Fleisch – und auch noch richtig teuer. Auf die Bitte um Brot wurden zwei Stückchen Weißbrot gebracht, augenscheinlich nicht frisch, weil total trocken, immerhin wurde das Brot offenbar nicht extra berechnet... Es kann aber immerhin mit Karte bezahlt werden. Das Restaurant kann ich allerdings aus den genannten Gründen wirklich nicht empfehlen, sehr ärgerlich. Das dort überwiegend jüngere Publikum scheint da noch nicht die nötigen Erfahrungen gemacht zu haben zwischen entsprechenden Restaurantangeboten diskriminieren zu können...

Tolle Speisen und aufmerksame Bedienung!

Der berühmte Heimwegsalat ist nachdem Inhaber wechsel absolut nicht zu empfehlen Einfach nur schlechte teure Küche für viel Geld!!?

Ich habe mir ihren legendären heimW Salat bestellt und wurde sehr enttäuscht. Der Salat war nicht mal annähernd gut mit Vinaigrette in Kontakt gekommen. Die Champignons und Zwiebeln waren verbrannt, die Hähnchenstreifen größtenteils trocken und zäh und die Bratkartoffeln ranzig und ölig. Zudem fehlte der Geschmack, auch nach Salz und Salatsoße. Vor ein paar Jahren war dieser Salat der Hit, nun ein Flop, der mir er schwer im Magen liegt. das Personal war größtenteils beschäftigt auf ihre Smartphones zu gucken und wirkten unmotiviert.

Reinkommen 2G ÷ durch den ganzen Laden laufen um endlich jemanden zu finden der uns an den richtigen Tisch setzt. Service mit OP Maske ohne Abstand bringt uns an den Tisch. 30 Minuten bis zur ersten Bestellung. Der Laden ist halbleer. Es vergeht eine Stunde bis die Vorspeise kommt. Hauptgang schnell sofort bestellt. Eine weitere halbe Stunde...oh das Rinderfilet haben wir nicht mehr. Zur Kellnerin...bitte fragen Sie nach ob es die Ente oder den Spicy Wok noch gibt. Weitere 20 Minuten später.... Frage an den Kellner gibt es den Spicy Wok? Er fragt nach. Ja. Dann bitte. 15 min später blafft die Kellnerin mich an, ich könne doch nicht einfach nochmal bestellen. Oh. Ich würde gerne den Chef sprechen. Der hat was Besseres zu tun.... Am Ende 60 Euro zuviel bezahlt. Konnte ich erst auf dem Bewirtungsbeleg sehen... 60 Euro zurück. 3 Stunden für kaltes Essen und falsche Rechnung. Nein es war auch nicht lecker. Fleisch so zäh wie Kaugummi....nie wieder. Eine unvergessliche Weihnachtsfeier... Leider!
