Heimbacher Mühle in Mömbris

Wir haben zu acht mal unseren Stammtisch in der Heimbacher Mühle durchgeführt. Es war ein sehr gemütlicher Abend im Außenbereich, obwohl der Laden brechend voll war. Das Ambiente war absolut gelungen, Getränke und Essen waren zeitig da, das Personal war durch und durch sehr freundlich und immer direkt zur Stelle. Über das Essen gibt es nur positives zu berichten. Bei meinen Spareribs ist das Fleisch von den Knochen gefallen, wie es sein muss, die Kollegen haben auch alle geschwärmt von ihrem Essen. Das lässt man sich hier auch gut bezahlen, es ist aber absolut gerechtfertigt. Sehr lecker, immer wieder gerne, inkl. Hellem aus dem Bierkrug.

Romantische Lage, persönlicher freundlicher und aufmerksamer Service. Richtig leckeres hessisches Essen aus guten regionalen Produkten. Ich hatte eine Forelle. Da sie etwas kleiner als sonst dort üblich war, haben sie direkt den Preis reduziert. Also: es gibt auch faire Preise. Da gehe ich wieder hin.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Besuch. Das Essen war wirklich sehr lecker und die Portionen ordentlich und sättigend. Die Bedienung war ausgesprochen freundlich und aufmerksam. Besonders schön fanden wir den Außenbereich: sehr hübsch, verwinkelt gestaltet, mit viel Dekoration und jeder Menge Grün. Dadurch entsteht eine richtig angenehme und gemütliche Atmosphäre. Preislich liegt das Restaurant etwas im gehobeneren Bereich, aber angesichts der Qualität und der großzügigen Portionen durchaus angemessen. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Besuch – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wie saßen draußen im Biergarten, der sehr schön eingerichtet ist. Das Stammessen Brokkolicremesüppchen, Beilagensalat mit gemischten Gulasch auf selbstgemachten Spätzle war sehr lecker und preislich echt toll. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam sie schaute öfters vorbei ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Wie kommen zu 100% wieder.

Die Bedienung ist sehr freundlich, es gibt sehr gutes Essen und der Außenbereich ist super gemütlich gestaltet. Wir fahren immer wieder gerne dahin. Man sollte auf jeden Fall im voraus einen Tisch reservieren.

Tolle Location und sehr zu empfehlenendes Tagesmenü. Die hausgemachten Limonaden sind ein echter Geheimtipp und das Essen ist sehr reichhaltig und wahnsinnig lecker. Die Atmosphäre ist sehr angenehm und durch die ganzen Brunmen und Wasserläufe entspannend und heimelig.

Wie immer einfach Klasse!! Essen Perfekt, leider etwas länger warten müssen, weil die Bestellung vergessen wurde, aber das passiert eben. Bei den Getränken sollte man von Weinen Abstand halten, oder sich mittels Kostenvoranschlag (Weinkarte) behelfen...

Heute am Pfingstsonntag, waren wir wieder in der Heimbacher Mühle, wie zu Ostern auch schon. Es war heute im Garten bei dem tollen Wetter schönes Ambiente ein schattigen Plätzchen zu haben. Essen war wieder sehr lecker und schnell trotzdem es voll war. So ein nettes und freundliche Personal, das man ganz selten findet. Herzlichen Dank und weiter so. Am kommenden Samstag haben wir wieder reserviert und kommen mit unserem Besuch. Viele Grüße

Mit das beste, was es in der Gegend gibt: Kurzentschlossen sind wir an einem Sonntag Mittag, durch eine Empfehlung von „Frankfurt geht aus“ auf die Heimbacher Mühle gekommen und konnten aufgrund einer Absage noch zwei Plätze ergattern. Im Kaminzimmer wurden wir „königlich“ von den sehr netten Kellnern begrüßt und bekamen einen leckeren Aperitif serviert. Fürs Essen kam dann der witzige und freundliche Chef selbst. Forelle und Spargel waren unsere Auswahl: einfach nur toll!! Ein Dessert, Kaffee und Digestiv haben das Festmahl abgerundet. Absolut nichts zu beanstanden!!!

Waren heute seid langem wieder in der Mühle, war supertoll das Essen spitze wie immer ,inkl.gesammten Team und der super netten Chefin ,freuen uns schon jetzt auf ein Wiedersehen im Garten!

Das Essen hat wirklich hervorragend geschmeckt, die Portionen waren im Verhältnis zu den recht hohen Preisen leider sehr überschaubar (vor allem an den Beilagen wie nur 3 Kroketten oder 2 Mini-Klößen wurde gespart). Schade fand ich auch das gestresste Personal und wirkte leicht überfordert, ja, das Restaurant war mehr als gut besucht, aber trotzdem sollte man daran arbeiten. Die Räumlichkeiten sind recht klein für die große Anzahl der Sitzplätze, entsprechend ist es sehr laut und eng. Der Einrichtungsstil ist, nennen wir es "sehr individuell", aber das ist ja Geschmackssache. Auch die scheinbar zu der Lokalität gehörende Katze gehört meiner Meinung nach nicht in den Gastraum. Ob ich wiederkommen? Ich weiß nicht. Würde ich es weiterempfehlen? Vielleicht, wenn man in der Nähe ist oder vorbeifährt.

Wir waren gestern mit Freunden dort und ich habe mich Direkt sehr, sehr wohlgefühlt, das Ambiente hat mir sehr gut gefallen und der Service ist sehr lobenswert, ist auf alle Wünsche eingegangen und war ständig parat. Die Küche hat ihr Bestes gegeben und ich war Knüppelsatt. Die Preise sind etwas gehobener aber das kann man seinem Geldbeutel mal erlauben. Bitte macht weiter so.

Immer wieder ein Genuss, allerdings nicht ganz günstig, aber manchmal muss man sich was gönnen. Eines noch zum Schluss, der Service ist Spitzenklasse.

Das Restaurant ist inzwischen unser Ritual in der Adventszeit. Das Essen ist durchweg sehr gut und frisch zubereitet. Der Service ist ausgesprochen freundlich, aufmerksam und sorgt dafür, dass man sich von Anfang an wohlfühlt. Die Atmosphäre ist gemütlich, sodass man hier wirklich gern verweilt. Sehr zu empfehlen!

A very quaint inn where 100% emphasis is placed on customer satisfaction and quality. The venison schnitzel here is the best schnitzel I've ever eaten, and that's no exaggeration. The service is outstanding! The decor seems a bit thrown together in places, but that's precisely why it has its own unique charm. We love coming here from far and wide!

A very nice restaurant. The goose was fantastic again, but the portion was too large to finish. The restaurant has a lovely atmosphere, and in the colder months, they even offer you a complimentary mulled wine outside. We'll definitely be back!

My parents invited me to their silver wedding anniversary and it was my first time there. If I could give 12 stars I would! Absolutely inconspicuous from the outside at first glance, but the second look reveals incredible details! And then you hardly expect anything nicer and yet you are proven wrong. An old, small house that is designed and looked after with so much love. Outstanding food, beautifully prepared. The staff, whether older or young, some of them probably still students, are so attentive, warm and courteous, but not intrusive for a second. I was allowed to look at some of the rooms, which can also be reserved as separate rooms, as most of the guests had left. Every tiny detail is perfect. And even when detailed questions are asked, everyone listens and if he/she doesn't have an answer, they make sure that someone comes and can answer these questions. Due to the weather conditions, we were not able to experience the outdoor area in its full glory, but the terraces were still wonderfully inviting, despite the unpleasant cold. I can't wait to experience this in the summer! We are all absolutely in love! Some have been there for a while (my parents), others are new (me and my family). The bottom line is that the first point of contact for the future, for attention to the smallest detail and luxury in everyday life that you sometimes need.

One of our favorite restaurants. Family-run, super nice, friendly staff, delicious and creative food, quaint old restaurant, the outdoor area with a stream is really nice and everything is already lit up in winter/Christmas, homemade mulled wine and so on Really absolutely recommended

Unfortunately no photo this time. The ox cheeks were tender as butter. The sauce is always a culinary delight. We always share a soup beforehand because they always please the palate. We are regular guests and remain loyal customers 😌 I can't say anything about dessert because I'm usually too full for it.

Been here for dinner. All in all it was really very good and super tasty. The atmosphere is very cozy, the decoration is wild and perhaps a bit overloaded. Here, more is definitely more. The service was very friendly and everything came to the table warm in a reasonable time. The food itself was really excellent. Despite the mostly classic cuisine, all dishes were prepared in a modern way. And even though everyone was actually full, the surprise dessert was arrested. Everything can be recommended without exception. Since everything was so great, there are two tiny points of criticism. Either I was unlucky and got the rest of the bag of chips or you should consider changing the manufacturer. I only had a lot of very small pieces in the basket, which I personally didn't like. In addition, the lid of the incredibly delicious Mühlenburger was completely burnt. I wouldn't have given it out like that, even though to be honest no one would eat it anyway. But that doesn't detract from the great rating. Keep it up. We'll definitely be back.

Wir waren mit Freunden am 3.Advent zum Entenessen verabredet. Uns wurde bei der Reservierung ein separater Raum angeboten - dieser war absolut top. Wie das ganze Restaurant liebevoll eingerichtet. Unser Essen war erwartungsgemäß lecker, die Portionen mehr als ausreichend. Und von wirklich freundlichem und aufmerksamem Personal serviert. Jeder in unserer bunten Runde war wieder einmal begeistert. So schauen wir erwartungsvoll auf unseren nächsten Besuch. Vielen vielen lieben Dank für die schönen Stunden! PS: Von dem Gewusel in dem alten Gemäuer sollte man sich nicht stören lassen - es wollen halt Viele Gutes genießen.

We had a wonderful Christmas dinner with the whole family today. As every year, the location is beautifully decorated and the service is super nice. Everything is perfect, see you next year! We'd love to come back.

Food good, service great, atmosphere difficult. Homemade croquettes take my heart by storm. The remoulade with the fish was a coarsely chopped egg salad and not eaten. The fish itself was great again. But the rooms are neither uniform nor tastefully decorated and the front garden desperately needs tidying up. The location is actually really picturesque.

Since everyone looks at the plate next to them when the delicious dishes are served and had the thought... oh if only I had🤔🤔🤔, this is intended to highlight the diverse... something for everyone... selection. Cuisine, service and high quality in all aspects go hand in hand. We all went home very satisfied with the feeling of having experienced something excellent. A small I still have inspiration. Reservations by email would give the mill team more planning security. And enable guest loyalty in a contemporary way. We look forward to the next time and wish the mill team a happy holiday. PS: never!!! Go without dessert, you will regret it🥳🤡😎

Today we went to the mill with 4 people to eat goose. Everyone had a 1/4 goose with side dishes. Meat excellent, side dishes (dumplings, sauce, red cabbage and Brussels sprouts) very good. Served hot, beautifully presented. Very nice service, very friendly, very attentive. Always with a smile. I'm willing to pay the higher, but definitely reasonable, price. We'll be happy to come back.

Super cool, quaint restaurant, service was quick and friendly, beer from the mug, food was super tasty. Greetings from the kitchen ➡️ a potato soup. For free. Where else can you find something like that? The salad for the main course was also very good. Delicious dressing, fresh, good combination. Definitely worth a visit.

Today we had a wonderful evening in a restaurant that not only impresses with its tastefully designed ambience, but also with its excellent service and outstanding cuisine. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive, so we immediately felt welcome. To eat: We ordered the veal Wiener Schnitzel with crispy fries, truffle pasta with scampi and a perfectly fried beef fillet. All dishes were incredibly tasty and seasoned with great attention to detail – simply a culinary delight! Overall, an all-round successful experience that we can warmly recommend. If you are looking for quality and enjoyment, you have come to the right place.

My husband surprised me with a visit to the Heimbacher Mühle and, as always, I was completely thrilled. I have been working in the catering industry for almost 30 years and I can say that everything is really right here. People still cook properly here and you won't find any convenience products in any of the dishes. Really first class, because you have to look for a long time to find a restaurant that still uses really good products and doesn't resort to quick options. The service is also outstanding, no wish remains unfulfilled. Cheers!!! The beef fillet and the venison goulache were a dream!

A beautiful retreat just outside Frankfurt in an idyllic location in the middle of the Spessart. A wonderful unconventional garden with beautiful tables. The stream roars in the background and you feel completely at ease. We were warmly welcomed with a smile and had a wonderful evening. Thanks to the super nice team, Else who does her rounds and is the soul of the house, the freshly caught pan-fried trout and the dessert. I have never seen such a beautiful dessert menu with such a selection. The semolina pudding with the plums, like my grandmother's ❤️. We felt very comfortable and haven't had such a delicious evening in such a beautiful atmosphere for a long time! Thank you all for your hospitality.
