Heidberg Döner in Hamburg

We advise against eating doner or durum there. They are among the worst and most expensive durum we've ever eaten. The meat was rubbery and tasted of nothing, the salad and sauces were terrible. Everything was carelessly done... You definitely can't sit in there. It stinks really badly of smoke and grease; I've rarely entered a diner with such poor ventilation. Two days later, my parents-in-law ordered two doner kebabs without meat (they didn't have any falafel anymore). It was just two flatbreads with a bit of salad and sauce, plus two small mineral waters - €23. Well, I rarely rate restaurants unless they're really good or really bad. And unfortunately, this one was really bad.

So what it says here is not true. The food was full, you were full and also fair to the price! Doner kebab (huge portion) Fries (crispy and delicious) Soft drink (Sprite) It was very good and the sauces were just right: spicy and garlic (tzatziki) There are even student menus and kebabs starting at 5 euros!!!! Gladly again!

Unfortunately the bread isn't crispy and there's far too little sauce. There are better kebabs. Otherwise it was tasty

The Heidsberg kebab shop in Hamburg is an incredible disgrace for the catering industry. The food delivered is a prime example of taste bankruptcy. They actually have the audacity to charge 15 euros for the disgustingly soft, completely overcooked pasta, bathed in something that can barely be described as meat. That alone would be cheating, but the burger tops off the misery - it tastes like it was made with old cardboard boxes and chemicals from the cleaning room. Here, inferior goods are combined with astronomical prices, an obvious rip-off. The entire order hardly had a production value of 1.50 euros, but they boldly allowed themselves to charge 27 euros for it. It is incomprehensible to me how such a devaluation of food and customer service is allowed to exist. The entire store is brimming with incompetence, the service barely speaks the language and seems to only be interested in ripping off unsuspecting customers. However, this review will hardly be understandable for the operators of this shop - after all, it requires a certain intellectual level, which is obviously just as lacking here as the ability to prepare edible food."

Unfriendly and rude. Calculates prices arbitrarily. Hygiene leaves a lot to be desired. The meat seemed to have been cooled and reheated several times.

I gave the kebab shop two chances due to a hospital stay. I ate the kebab box once and a dürum once. Both times I was not treated kindly by the seller. Both dishes were mediocre at best. It's a shame, but I won't give this store another chance.

This kebab shop should be closed, the guy has no human understanding and the kebab meat is old and the basement room downstairs is also so dirty where the boss keeps the kebab skewer

Yes, Ekrem, keep it up and you won't get or earn a single cent more and I hope David won't have room to come to you when the health department closes your shop

Döner plate was disgusting, dry meat like rubber could have been cardboard, tasteless sauces, rancid fries.

Most disgusting kebab I've ever eaten in all of Hamburg, staff is unfriendly The kebab is worse than any Assi Penner station kebab. I'll never eat there again in my life.

Honest Anatolian cuisine. Heidberg kebab. You can call ahead and order so you don't have to wait so long when you get there. Parking spaces available right in front of the door.

I hope you get dentist vouchers soon, because with this brick you need them too... Dürüm was inedible... Extremely hard, meat to vegetable ratio at most 1 to 5... The only thing that tasted good was the hot sauce... Unfortunately very disappointed.

I came into the shop at 8 p.m.. It said open until 9 p.m. outside. I asked, are they still open? This was confirmed... I asked because it gave the impression that they were just about to close... well then I ordered a kebab that cost 7€ there.. it wasn't even worth 2€.. Cold! Small! Very little meat! Just outrageous... so I can't recommend it!

Rotisserie plate mixed with rice. It was extremely delicious. Just good. Worth a trip

It's just ridiculous now. I have eaten here for 13 years. It's no longer real meat and completely overpriced. In addition, you only get very little “meat” on the kebab. This is an absolutely ridiculous situation. A dirty kebab like that used to cost 3.50. 8-9 euros is insane. And then not even real meat. If they want to keep their customers, they should start not just adding two tongs of “meat”. Absolutely ridiculous. Borders on theft.

I was just with my brother because the food didn't taste good at all, the portion was a child's portion, normally I can hardly eat a kebab here I'm hungry for a kebab. Honestly not recommended at all. Sorry but it's the truth

Das war mindestens unlecker. Der Salat sah von oben ganz gut aus. Dann wurde aber beim Döner befüllen der Salat von ganz unten genommen, gelb und labberig. Das Brot war trocken, die Pommes waren mehlig und haben nach altem Fett geschmeckt, die chicken Nuggets total weich. Lange nicht so schlecht gegessen. Den zweiten Stern gibt es, da meine Frau das Essen "nicht sooo schlimm" fand und man ganz okay draußen sitzen kann.

Leckeres Essen. Habe dort Falafel im Brot gekauft. Schnell und frisch zubereitet. Portionsgröße genau richtig.

Okay war das essen schon, auch wenn man bei den Preisen schon mehr Fleisch erwarten könnte, die Menge Gemüse rechtfertig den Preis nicht. Nicht desto trotz schmeckt es und das ist die Hauptsache

Nette und aufmerksame Bedienung. Der Pommdöner hat auch sehr lecker geschmeckt.

Drogo. 12€ za talerz i bardzo słabe w smaku. Za tę cenę lepiej zjeść gdzieś indziej.

Bin letzten mit meinen Freunden gegangen es war sehr lecker und das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Döner Gut teuer. Dafür kann man nicht viel erwarten. Fleisch okay Brot schwach. Sauce eher langweilig

2 Lahmacun mitgenommen. 10min später waren sie schon eiskalt. Das Döner"fleisch" ist komplett Brät. Die Größe ist ok. Der Preis von 7€/stk war akzeptabel aber bei der Zutatenqualität zu hoch. Für ein wenig Käse oben drauf, sollten schon 3€ mehr sein. Viel zu hoch. Personal macht Dienst nach Vorschrift.

Karten Zahlung nur ab 10€ und mit Gebühren. Unmöglich. Sonst ist alles Top.

Zu kleine Portionen, zähes, trockenes Fleisch, Dürüm Döner war okay

Haben diesen Laden am Mittwoch ausprobiert zum Mittagessen. Bestellung kam. Pünktlich aber ganz ehrlich diese Kinderportion für 19€ zu verlangen ist echt frech und das Lamm war wie eine Schuhsohle. Hätte die Platte 12€ gekostet wäre es 4 Sterne aber so nur 2 Ich weiß Corona setzt euch allen hart zu aber ganz ehrlich der normal Bürger bekommt auch nicht mehr Geld. Leider nicht zu empfehlen

Gutes Essen, ordentliche Portionen, ist zu empfehlen.

Geschmacklich hatte ich schon deutlich angenehmere Erlebnisse, habe das Essen stets abgeholt. Mitarbeiter sind Tages- und Stressabhängig mal nett, aber hab auch schon sehr unfreundliche Kommentare abbekommen. Wenn man nicht gerade aufgrund von Hunger den Kreislauftod zu erleiden droht, esst woanders.

Bester döner in langhorn. Die beiden chefs sind immer net und kennen ein wen man öfters dahin geht brauch schon nix mehr sagen er weiß was ich will. Die beiden haben alles richtig gemacht

Die Leute da sind nett. Der döner schmeckt aber nett so gut.

Die Speisen sind lecker, die Lieferung sehr schnell und der Service ist gut.

Wir sind sehr zufrieden, auch mit dem Lieferservice. Sagen immer vorher Bescheid wenn es etwas länger dauert weil viel los ist. Portionen sind gross genug. Beim Dönerteller könnte es manchmal etwas mehr Beilagen und Salat und weniger Fleisch sein. Dürüm Döner und Döner im Brot sind sehr gut.

Habe mir einen PommDöner gekauft für 5.30€ . Die Pommes waren zu lausig, labrig, ansonsten das Fleisch war O.K
