HBB Store in Essen

Tonight, after swimming, I got a turkey and cheese baguette because I didn't feel like eating McDonald's! The cheese was hard and inedible! I threw away half the baguette because I was expecting a fresh baguette!

CAUTION! ACTIVATE TAX EVALUATION!!! I bought a drink there and asked for a receipt. The receipt I was given did not contain any information that is legally required for a receipt. (Neither date, nor tax label, etc.) When I politely asked if I could get a proper receipt with the date and tax noted, the employee snatched the drink out of my hand, put the money back and told me to leave the store. In my opinion, the whole thing is clearly tax evasion. I contacted the police straight away and a report will follow.

High prices, which at a major event are even higher than the advertised price. For cold drinks, it's better to go to the vending machine around the corner and pay half price.

For the 3rd time in a row (in the last 3 months), you couldn't pay with a credit card or normal bank card... every time it says: "Device broken". Sticker from Sparkasse Essen stuck on, but device permanently defective? Sorry, anyone who believes it will be happy. Now report this to the tax office of the city of Essen!

The shop is clean and tidy, the staff is always friendly, and the baked goods are all great, and at fair prices! The best the station has to offer. PS: I especially love your meatball rolls 😊

I honestly don't understand all the bad reviews here. The shop is always open and has a very large selection of drinks at relatively reasonable prices, considering it's the only kiosk at the main station 👍🏼 The baked goods are definitely good for a quick snack, and the staff is always friendly and accommodating, so I'm glad this store exists - keep up the good work 👏🏼

Opening hours are the main plus point!

Öffnungszeiten stimmen nicht. Weder Online, noch vor Ort am Laden selbst.

Ich konnte nur mit karte zahlen, aber erst ab 10 Euro. Ich war nichr dran interessiert den Laden leer zu räumen. 2,50 hatte ich nicht bar dabei und Karte in der heutigen Zeit ging nicht?? Sollte man ändern und Limits runter setzen

Hab für Blättchen 4 Euro bezahlt... leider zu spät aufgefallen.

Ich war gerade vor dem HBB Store am Bahnhof in Essen bei den Bushaltestellen. Och hatte Zeit und könnte der dortigen Mitarbeiter beim Reinigen zu sehen. Sie machte falsch was man nur falsch machen kann. Sehr unhygienisch der Laden. Dort sollte keiner Essen, der an einer guten Gesundheit interessiert ist. Nicht empfehlenswert!

Ich hab noch nie so schlechte Pommes gegessen. Was soll dieser Wasserketchup? Ich hasse es Lebensmittel wegzuschmeißen. Warum vernichtet ihr Lebensmittel? Hygiene wird zudem ziemlich klein geschrieben. Erstmal die Nase schneuzen und dann direkt Lebensmittel weiterverarbeiten!! Pfui!! Für euren Wasserketchup nehmt ihr 50 ct. Schreibt das ran!! Es kam sogar ein Kunde zurück und hat nachgefragt ob ihr euch verrechnet habt.
