Haus Splietker in Hamm

Ich war zum 70. Geburtstag eingeladen. Es war sehr warm an dem Tag. Draußen in der Sonne konnte man kaum sitzen. Das war aber kein Problem. Wir konnten innen einen schönen Tisch belegen, mit der Option, wenn draußen einTisch im Schatten liegt, draußen weiter zu feiern. Das alleine sind schon 100 Punkte Wert und wir konnten das dann auch ausnutzen. Der Chef hat uns persönlich begrüßt und dem Geburtstagskind gratuliert. Sehr sympathisch. Zu guter letzt das leckere Essen, der wirklich gute Wein und einen super Service. Auch Sonderwünsche für die Kiddies wurden spontan erfüllt. Wenn ich nicht so weit weg leben würde, käme ich garantiert öfter. Rund herum ein sehr gelungener Abend. Vielen Dank dafür.

Wir hätten uns keine bessere Location für unsere Hochzeitsfeier wünschen können! Von der ersten Planung bis zum großen Tag hat alles hervorragend funktioniert. Das gesamte Team war unglaublich freundlich, professionell und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Ein ganz besonderes Lob geht an die Küche: Das Essen war einfach fantastisch! Unsere Gäste haben ausnahmslos davon geschwärmt und auch Tage nach der Feier noch davon gesprochen. Die Qualität, der Geschmack und die Präsentation waren wirklich erstklassig. Auch das wunderschöne Ambiente und der reibungslose Ablauf haben unseren Tag perfekt gemacht. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für diese unvergessliche Feier – wir können diese Location von Herzen weiterempfehlen!

Dass die beiden Biergärten (vor und hinter dem Haus) top gepflegt und wunderschön sind war uns klar. Auch der Service war wie eh und je sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Aber ich hatte mit Hausmannskost gerechnet und mich seelisch auf ein Riesenschnitzel mit Bratkartoffeln eingestellt. Das gab es auch in der Karte, aber ich bin so froh die Lachs Bowl (die es auch als Hähnchen Bowl gibt) entdeckt zu haben. Der zart gegarte Lachs in Sesamkruste Lag auf Reis, sowie diversen Salaten. Beide Linsensalate(rot und braun) Sehr erfrischend, Couscous, Möhren, rote Beete… Sehr unterschiedliche und super leckere Geschmäcker. Eine ganz wunderbare Geschmacksvielfalt. Etwas Guacamole war auch dabei. Alles sehr frisch, knackig und abwechslungsreich. Zwischen süß und scharf. Könnte gleich heute wieder hingehen für genau das selbe Gericht. Mein Mann hatte die klassische Sülze mit Bratkartoffeln und war genauso begeistert!

Wir waren nach der Konfirmation unserer Nichte dort und es gab Buffet. Sehr gute Auswahl und alles was probiert wurde, war sehr lecker. Die Spezialität des Hauses ist wohl die Herrencreme, ein Nachtisch, den man unbedingt probieren sollte. Ein Träumchen....

Wir haben uns mit Freunden aus Süddinker bei Splietker zum Essen verabredet. Wir waren vor etlichen Jahren mal auf einer Fahrradtour im Biergarten, der uns auch schon gut gefiel, hatten bis diese Woche noch nie da gegessen. Drinnen ist es genauso gemütlich wie draußen. Der Service war aufmerksam und schnell. Die Auswahl auf der Karte gut. Wir haben lecker gegessen und hatten einen schönen Abend. Sehr zu empfehlen. Preise aber etwas über dem Durchschnitt.

Wir sind immer sehr zufrieden mit dem Essen und der Bedienung. Der neu gestaltete Raum ist etwas laut.

Trotz des Andrangs wurden wir herzlich empfangen. Wir ergatterten die letzten freien Plätze. Das Essen war hervorragend und der Service ebenfalls sehr freundlich, inklusive einer kleinen Aufmerksamkeit für die Kinder. Fantastisch!

Ein spontaner Besuch, der sich absolut gelohnt hat. Obwohl wir ohne Reservierung ankamen, bekamen wir sofort einen schönen Platz und fühlten uns direkt willkommen. Die Begrüßung durch den Chef war besonders angenehm: freundlich, aufmerksam und mit einem kurzen, persönlichen Gespräch. Der Service war flott und gut organisiert. Das Essen kam zügig und war ein echtes Highlight. Geschmacklich top, wunderbar angerichtet und in reichhaltigen Portionen. Insgesamt ein rundum gelungener Besuch. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Fantastisches Restaurant! Wir waren schon oft hier, es ist immer super, und auch heute Abend war es wieder perfekt. Meine Kinder haben alles aufgegessen, und die Portionen sind wirklich großzügig! Einfach köstliches Essen in einem wunderschönen, entspannten Ambiente. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Haus Splietker Hamm: Ein Traum! Ich war gestern mit meiner Familie im Haus Splietker Hamm und es war einfach WOW! 😄 Unser 3-jähriger Sohn war total begeistert von dem kinderfreundlichen Ambiente und konnte sich frei bewegen. Das Steak war SO LECKER! Es war genau richtig gegart, saftig und zart. Ich glaube, der Chef ist ein echter Meisterkoch! Die Atmosphäre war super entspannt und wir konnten uns in Ruhe unterhalten. Der Chef hat sogar selbst das Essen rausgebracht - das fanden wir super nett. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Wenn du in Hamm bist, musst du unbedingt hier essen. Es ist einfach ein Traum!

Wir sind immer gerne hergekommen, weil das Essen einfach lecker ist. Aber in den letzten drei Jahren sind die Preise wahrhaft explodiert. Irgendwann muss auch mal gut sein – für uns ist es jetzt gut. Auf Wiedersehen.

Delicious Christmas goose with dumplings. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed a delicious, traditional meal in a cozy, Christmassy atmosphere. The selection of reasonably priced dishes was regional and seasonal, and the quality and quantity of all the meat dishes, from boiled beef to wild boar roast, were particularly noteworthy. The fast, friendly, and attentive service, in our case from Anke and her colleague, was highly commendable, and their recommendations are certainly worth heeding. In the summer, I can easily imagine Haus Splietker as an ideal stop for hikes or bike rides, especially since the drinks selection is extensive and my drink was expertly mixed. Thank you for a lovely evening!

We've been eating at Splietker's for over 20 years and have always been very satisfied. The food is always plentiful and fresh. However, two things really bothered me today, both involving the service. 1. The server spilled something, which got on my trousers, among other places. These things happen. But I would have at least expected an "Excuse me," instead of just an "Oh." And it wasn't so busy today that an apology would be an excuse. 2. When I asked if we could have Herrencreme for dessert (which has never been a problem in 20 years), we were told it wasn't available today. Okay. Nothing we can do about that. However, the waitress's answer turned out to be a lie when I noticed about five minutes later that the next table was being served Herrencreme. I think that, especially after the spill, it wouldn't have been too much to ask that Herrencreme be served if it was available and guests requested it. Therefore, unfortunately, today's visit was disappointing in terms of service.

The fish buffet on Good Friday was super delicious and very varied. Several types of fish were deliciously prepared with a variety of sauces and side dishes. The soups were also excellent, and the starters were plentiful. You can tell the cooking is done with passion. Thank you very much.

We went there with the family for a game dinner. The service was very friendly and impeccable. The food was delicious and highly recommended. The dining room was beautifully and tastefully decorated. A wonderful evening!

We had a very good dinner with 12 people. The room was cramped. The passage to the toilet was a bit inconvenient. The parking lot is too dark and needs improvement.

We were invited for dinner. It was delicious! We started with a very tasty beef broth with egg custard and dumplings. For the main course, we had roulades and boiled beef with potatoes/croquettes, salad, and vegetables (green beans with bacon, broccoli, cauliflower, peas, and carrots). And for dessert, chocolate mousse and passion fruit cream. Everything was delicious! The staff was wonderful.

A very cozy restaurant in a country house. Plenty of parking right next to the house. The staff is very friendly. The food was very tasty. We had goat cheese as a starter, followed by Wiener schnitzel and dumplings with wild mushroom ragout. Every main course comes with a great small salad. We highly recommend Haus Splietker and will definitely be back on a Sunday, when they serve homemade cake. See you soon!

As a wedding photographer, I highly recommend the venue! The food is fantastic, as is the service. The staff, including the external vendors, were very friendly. I was asked if I wanted a drink. The ambiance is also very nice. A large garden and beautifully decorated.

WOW! I'm from Hamburg and stopped here today on my way to a wedding. The organizers recommended the Landgasthaus Splietker, and rightly so! It's beautifully quiet in the countryside; I had a table in the garden overlooking fields and meadows. The service staff was friendly and attentive. My meal (schnitzel with chanterelle mushrooms, Béarnaise sauce, and rostis) was amazing! I took a look around the inn after dinner. Plenty of space, very tasteful, and it just fits perfectly. Haus Splietker is highly recommended!

We celebrated our wedding at Haus Splietker last weekend (August 23, 2025). From the very first viewing of the location, which was relatively unknown to us until then, it was clear to us: if we were going to celebrate big, it would be at Splietker. We received a warm welcome from the very beginning and immediately felt at home. Only a few meetings followed to plan this very special day for us. Mr. Splietker provided excellent support with his experience and put together a wonderful, truly first-class menu. On the evening of the reception and on the day of preparation, Anke from the service team was our contact person. I don't think we could have imagined anyone better, and everything was taken care of. Whether it was changing the taper candles or helping with the wedding cake, Anke was there! The day after the reception, everything was perfectly arranged, so all we had to do was load up our things and didn't have to worry about tidying up or cleaning. Overall, we look back on a wonderful day in a beautiful setting with friendly people. Thanks to Mr. Splietker and Anke and his team!

Great location surrounded by fields. An old farm with a lovely beer garden. Various rooms for small and large events. Good menu at reasonable prices. Fast and friendly service. Highly recommended. Wonderful sunset.

We celebrated our wedding here in the Remise. The celebration with about 30 people was a truly successful affair, which was, of course, also due to the location itself. The food was, as always when you eat at Haus Splietker, fantastic. And the service was 10/10. The staff were always there to help! Service really is a top priority here!

Review of the Haus Splitker Restaurant We have been to the Splitker Restaurant several times with friends and have been completely impressed every time. The atmosphere is stylish and cozy, the staff warm and attentive – and the food: simply outstanding! The menu offers something for every taste, and the quality of the ingredients and preparation is always of the highest standard. What's particularly nice is that even in larger groups, you feel welcome and well looked after. That's why we deliberately decided to celebrate our golden wedding anniversary with friends and neighbors in the house's carriage house. We are already very much looking forward to this special day in familiar surroundings and are confident that everything will be perfectly organized. A big thank you to the entire Splitker team – we'll be happy to come back again!

We're from Hanover, found the venue on Google, and celebrated our civil wedding here today. I have to say, we're absolutely thrilled, as absolutely everything was taken care of, and the food and service were both excellent. We received an exemplary welcome and service and felt completely at home. We'd be happy to come again, 5 stars.

We visited this restaurant very often and the experience was always good. The food is good, the management is extremely friendly and checks regularly if everything is to the customer's satisfaction. The prices are fair, the atmosphere exactly as I like it. There is absolutely no pressure put on customers to drink or eat more or leave. But, unfortunately, our last visit was somewhat tainted by other guests. It was really a horrible experience. We arrived punctually for our meal, myself and two friends. When we arrived, I told my friends to sit down immediately at a vacant table, table 72 to be exact, because one of my friends was going through treatment for health problems and had difficulty walking. She took part in our planned evening out because she didn't want to spoil our evening. I was happy that we could sit outside because inside was too claustrophobic for my friend. I went into the restaurant to say we had arrived. While I was waiting for service inside to inform that we had arrived, I see a man coming to the table where my friends were sitting. I saw my friends stand up, my sick friend with great difficulty. I couldn't believe my eyes because I had been informed that it wasn't possible to book outside seating in advance, if available on arrival, we were welcome to sit outside, but pre booking was not possible. But this guest told my friends that the table was allocated to him. How he watched my friend stand up with great difficulty, I still don't comprehend. There were no other tables available outside. We stood around, tried to get attention, and help for seating, to no avail. I spoke to an employee and explained the situation, but she insisted there were no reservations for outside seating. She ignored what I was telling her, that a man had requested my friends to leave the table. SI think if the practice first comes, first served applies to outdoor seating , the management should have done something to resolve our problem, and woman who had difficulty walking, having to leave the table because she was lied to by a guest. Management should have been fairer with the rules of the restaurant and given us our table back. My friend had to walk a distance to the beer garden although she had pain and difficulty walking. If I had been with healthy people, I would have left and gone to a different restaurant, sadly, but principles should apply, rules should apply to every guest, and management is responsible. We did have a nice evening, but it was embarrassing for my friend to be treated in this manner with zero support from staff. It was not a nice experience, and guests should be treated equally no matter what the personal connection is between guest and management. I think it would be wise for restaurants to have the same rules and regulations for every single guest. And even if a personal relationship existed, the guest should not have put the restaurant in such an unfair situation. Respect is the element that was lacking from the restaurant and the rude guest.

We were at the asparagus buffet on May 1st, it was loud, I actually expected Mr. Splitker to say something to the group behind us, unfortunately that didn't happen. The service wasn't that great. At the next table there was a couple with a dog, the dog was sitting on the chair and was being fed at the table. I also have a dog and he was at home. The buffet, well, that's how it goes, we weren't served well, the service wasn't on point. The team wasn't at all well-coordinated, so much was left empty-handed.

Fresh salad, crispy fries and best schnitzel in a long time! Nice quiet terrace and friendly service. Absolutely recommended!

100 percent recommended. We have been guests there for years, especially when there is a special occasion. Wedding, 2 x baptisms, 2x communions, various birthdays and wedding anniversaries. At Splietker we have felt comfortable and welcome for years.

I was looking for a place to eat traditional food in a casual atmosphere, and this place ticks all the boxes. Excellent and plentiful food, friendly and helpful staff. What more can I say? Definitely worth a try if you're in the area.

A little out of the way, but definitely worth a visit and the restaurant is also busy on weekdays. A table reservation is therefore strongly recommended. Nice staff who are also happy to joke around. You just feel welcome here. When the weather is nice, a nice beer garden invites you to linger. The menu is extensive and offers something for everyone. The price/performance ratio is good and the dishes we have eaten so far have all been tasty and of recommendable quality. We'll definitely be back.

The food is very good. We were there on a Sunday with over 10 people. There's a lunch menu to choose from, including soup and desserts. Very good value for money. We'd definitely go back.

It really tastes very good. Especially the Wiener Schnitzel during the Austrian Week was very good. The waiters are nice and competent. The ambience is also very nice, even from the outside. The prices are rather high, but you get something for it.

My favorite restaurant at the moment. We were here a few days ago for a roast goose dinner. Super tasty and (almost) unbeatable! Very good service and nice employees.

We were there to “eat goose”. There was a hall specially decorated for winter - very appropriate. I would describe the hall as slightly rustic and a little upscale. Definitely very pleasant. Not loud despite being full. Very friendly and attentive staff. And the goose was really worth the money. I have rarely eaten such a delicious goose (including side dishes). We'll be back.

We celebrated our wedding at Haus Splietker and we were really thrilled from the first conversation until the wedding. Mr. Splietker is super nice and so is his wife. It was so easy to talk to both of them, all questions were answered and both were really helpful. A few weeks beforehand we were able to set a rehearsal table in the hall according to our ideas. The team would have set up and set the tables at our wedding if there had been an event in the hall beforehand. The food at the wedding reception was great, all guests including us were happy. Anke (employee waitress) also gave me great support as a bride and was always by my side!!! Thank you for this beautiful day and these memories!!!

The buffet was fantastic, the ambience (table arrangement, table linens and flower decorations on the tables) was just as great as we wanted and the service was incredible. Nice location, but unfortunately a very unmotivated waiter. We had to point out several times that we would like to order something. No thanks or goodbyes were given for tips. The food tasted delicious, but unfortunately I threw up within an hour of it. The applesauce on the children's plate tasted like alcohol (heavily fermented).

Our favorite country inn......of course we celebrated my birthday here (in the coach house). My wife and I planned the celebration with Mr. Splietger and received very good advice. And here we go! We were warmly welcomed in front of the coach house. The tables were beautifully set, the food was excellent and plentiful. Every wish was fulfilled immediately, kindly and kindly by the service staff Anke and her team. Our guests were thrilled...and of course we were too. Thanks!

Country inn located in the countryside with very nice and modern seating in the outdoor area and in the in-house beer garden. Here you can have a home-style drink and eat something in a cozy atmosphere. The food is good and tasty and there were also a few surprises on the menu, such as various bowls and a chanterelle seasonal menu. So all in all it's a great experience with very friendly service. We felt comfortable and ate deliciously.

A country inn in the best sense of the word. Tradition and modernity are harmoniously combined there. The food and drinks are excellent and since the business is family-run, you quickly feel at home there. There is also a large, well-equipped hall for family celebrations. I always enjoy going there.

Really great food. A wonderful asparagus menu. Price-performance ratio tip top. The ambience is also wonderful, like in an old, very elegantly furnished estate. However, we were placed in a hall where the seating was excellent. Very comfortable chairs, a great old wooden table, the chairs were at the right height, so all very good. But unfortunately the noise in this hall and the discomfort have to be mentioned. The atmosphere had something of a canteen and really disappointed me, so much so that I didn't actually want to stay. That's why only 3 stars for the ambience. But that only applies to the dance hall. So sorry.

Because we didn't want to eat fast food at the Schützenfest, we spontaneously went over to the Splietker Inn to eat with 7 people. At the entrance we asked the staff whether the back beer garden was open. We should go to the back. We then looked for a table where there was no reserved sign. The waitress there came after 20 minutes and yelled at us how dare we just sit down. Whether we …. would be called??? Since we weren't these people, she asked harshly who we were. The guests at the neighboring tables shook their heads at the waitress' manner. We then left because we were too stupid to discuss. We are horrified at how we were treated. Let's see if we can try our luck there again soon!!!

We come here often and really enjoy it. Often also with the asparagus buffet. Super delicious food. The waitresses are very nice and even know how to joke. You can also stop there if you need a break after motorcycling or cycling tours.
