I was there with friends. Since it was one of the few restaurants open during the holiday season and I had positive feedback from a few people. Personally I thought it was okay. The ambience wasn't my thing and the service was quite solid (I would have liked more of a personal touch). The food was good and the price-performance ratio was ok. I've had enough. We found a parking space about 50m away on the street.

We have been guests for over 30 years. We also celebrated our wedding there (Parkstr) and will continue to be pampered there for the next few years. You are great!

Nicely furnished. Food portioned normally, tasty, extra drink at the end, overall very positive. I don't take photos of food, that's silly. Testing is above studying. Prices are okay. The only point of criticism: when it's full it's a bit loud. It doesn't bother me, I'm a bit hard of hearing🤣

Adding more stars after last visit, food was really good and portions were huge, enough even for a hungry meat-loving guy 😀. Beer, drafted one, was a bit warm, but perhaps it was just a fresh barrel? On top of it, very friendly crew!

As is often the case, the food is really great. Meat fried to perfection, fries crispy and salad delicious. Unfortunately, the young lady in service doesn't really have any motivation and shows you clearly that she doesn't really feel like it. It's a shame, since the rest of the staff is really friendly and nice

Wonderful. Finally perfect quality of the dishes again. It was OK at times, but not as great as it is now since the name Akropolis 2.0 and is under the management of the well-known and extremely friendly owner Akropolis. It's just fun when the service is so good and friendly. Unfortunately, this is becoming increasingly rare. Absolutely recommended!!!

We had a very nice evening today. The owners are very friendly and accommodating and always tried to help you. Good selection of food. The food was very tasty, no one had anything to complain about. Just a little more time between the starter and the main course would have been good. Great value for money. The interior has been beautifully redesigned. For me one of the best restaurants in Wattenscheid.

Even though we hadn't made a reservation, the boss gave us a table for three people. The staff was friendly and the food, which we didn't have to wait long for, was very tasty. We'd love to come back.

First of all, I'm writing this review because it's the second time and nothing has changed. I was there with a large group, Our room was booked at 6 p.m. The room was cold. The only heater that we found warm was at the front. Nothing came of it in the middle. It was drafty in the middle, so some of us were sitting there with our jackets on. Of course, one might now ask why we didn't say anything? This can be easily explained because it took forever until we could order. We didn't get food until around 10 p.m. You're really afraid that everything would take longer if you asked questions. Not only the waitress, but also the older waiter were rather unfriendly. Only the younger one was trying and friendly. The team seemed overwhelmed. Every time drinks were ordered, the waiters would come to the center table and call out the drink. If no one answered, put it on the counter and wait until someone asked where the drink was. Then you got the waiting drink from the counter, even if it had been there for 20 minutes. Why can't the waiters at least remember the table or write down which table was ordered to? Then you would just have had to go to the table and ask there. That would also be more pleasant for everyone else sitting in the middle. There were excuses that there were too few staff because of illness. The front of the shop was also full. Many people said exactly the same things last year. When you know that such a large group is coming, you have to make sure that there are enough employees. Maybe it's also because not everything is filled up front. The food was relatively tasty, but the portions on the plate were very different for the same order. The plates actually looked very bland. I had gyros with fries and tzatziki. Some of my gyros weren't cooked properly, so I left half of them. The appetizer plate was generous, I didn't eat any of it, but my colleagues found everything on it very tasty. All in all, it was a great evening since we were there together, but the service was subpar. We will probably look for another restaurant for our next meeting, because unfortunately I can't recommend eating here as a group. The three stars result from the experiences of both evenings, which were exactly one year apart. Because last year it was the same as this year. That's why unfortunately only two stars

sehr gemütliches griechisches restaurant, ansprechende speiseauswahl, gute küche.⭐️⭐️⭐️ sehr freundliches, aufmerksames personal. einen tisch sollte man unbedingt reservieren. wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. und gehen jetzt des öfteren dort hin. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ für meinen pudel wird sofort wasser gebracht. er ist auch immer sehr willkommen. parken ist etwas schwierig, aber in den seitenstrassen gut möglich.

Der Grieche ist ein bringer essen auf einem guten Level der Service nachgelassen seid der Billy nicht da ist Ich denke wird nicht lange dauern

Wir sind mit Handschlag begrüßt worden, obwohl wir zum ersten Mal zu Gast waren. Das Essen war lecker und unser Hunger wurde zügig gestillt. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen bestimmt wieder.

Wir trafen auf freundliche und kompetente Bedienung. Die Speisekarte umfangreich. Da fällt die Wahl fast schon schwer. Wir entschieden uns für eine Meseplatte und gebackene Aubergine sowie Gyros. Alles super lecker. Portionen genau die richtige Größe und alles ansprechend angerichtet. Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis absolut stimmig. Wir können das Akropolis im Hause Langensiepen nur empfehlen.

Lecker Essen und Trinken...super nettes Personal. War heute dort und das Personal, mit 2 Leuten Service, 1 Person am Tresen ist einfach zu wenig. Sehr lange Wartezeit oder auch vergessene Getränkebestellungen. Der Beilagesalat wurde gar nicht geliefert, eben weil vergessen...aber trotz allem...immer noch mein "Lieblingsgrieche" in Wattenscheid

Essen war lecker jedoch die Höflichkeit und Freundlichkeit des Personals geht gar nicht. Gässte werden angebrummelt oder mit kommentarloser Unhöflichkeit stehen gelassen. Auch die Portionen sind für diese Preiskategorie eher klein. Auch wenn das Essen gut geschmeckt hat werden wir diese Lokalität nicht mehr betreten!

Ein schönes und gepflegtes Restaurant, wir waren mit 6 Personen zum Abendessen dort..Leider waren die Foliekartoffeln zum Steak nicht durchgegart,,,fast roh.Wir bekamen, nach diesem Hinweis neue Folienkartoffeln,aber mein Eindruck war,man war genervt von der Beschwerde.Ein junger Kellner den ich auch aus dem Akropolis kenne war super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Leider war er der einzigst lächelnde und freundliche Mitarbeiter an diesem Abend.... Das Restaurant war sehr voll,aber da sollte die freundlichkeit trotzdem erhalten bleiben...Fühlte mich teilweise nicht willkommen ,sondern eher lästig....daran solltet ihr was ändern,,,,

Der rest meiner Familie war zufrieden, allerdings war das Filetsteak was ich bestellte ungenießbar. Das angebliche "Filetsteak" war von sehnen und glibber durchzogen. Eine Schande für die Küche so etwas überhaupt zu servieren. Die Bedienung war jedoch sehr freundlich und hat das vermasselt steak nicht berechnet. Atmosphärisch auch gemütlich und nicht zu aufdringlich.

Das Gyros war knüppelhart. Haben wir reklamiert. Keine Reaktion von Seiten der Geschäftsführung. Nie wieder. Grottenschlecht. Reicht wahrscheinlich für Wattenscheid.
