A dream location! The warm, inviting ambiance immediately created a great atmosphere. The service was perfectly organized and incredibly warm. The food was delicious and received praise from all the guests. As a DJ, I felt very comfortable here – I definitely recommend it!

We've dined at Haus Hochstein several times and have always been very satisfied. We were always drawn to both the beautiful ambiance and the delicious food. This is why we decided to celebrate our wedding there. From the service to the decor and planning, we received excellent service. The food was, as always, phenomenal and prepared with so much love. We are more than happy to have celebrated our wedding in such a wonderful, family-run restaurant. If you haven't tried Haus Hochstein yet, you should definitely give it a try; we and our guests were very satisfied. So, once again: Mr. and Mrs. Vidaković, thank you so much, you are truly the best! A must-see for all the senses. Stylish and exceptionally decorated. Great ambiance and a lovely atmosphere. The food and service were amazing. Thank you for this wonderful restaurant. We'll be back. We've booked a table tonight for next month.

Simply super food, great service and very nice ambience

Great restaurant, cozy and modern. Delicious schnitzel, excellent fried potatoes, very large portions of superb quality at reasonable prices, which is why the place is always quite busy, and rightly so. Picked up some delicious schnitzel again yesterday. The best quality schnitzel around, in my opinion, the best fried potatoes I've ever had. The price for the quantity is simply unbeatable. Please stay the way you are, even if you have to increase your prices at some point, which is normal.

This was our first time getting schnitzel to go. Because of the long journey, the food wasn't quite as hot and crispy, but it was still delicious. That's our own fault, of course. We'll definitely be eating at the restaurant soon. Reservations are a must, as it's always packed. Large portions and reasonable prices. Very tasty, homemade onion rings.

I spontaneously stopped by on the highway for an early dinner at 5:00 PM, just in time to arrive, and it was already packed. Still, I managed to get a table for two, and it was worth it 😍 Huge selection of schnitzels, fast service, and a very friendly team. Highly recommended and saved to my favorites ⭐️

We've been there several times; they have a huge selection of amazing schnitzels. If you're on the verge of a food coma, order the "Mega" portion for a small surcharge. You definitely get a decent portion for a very fair price. The restaurant has its own delivery service. Reservations are recommended, as the place is often busy.

We've also ordered several times and have always been satisfied with the delivery service – from the ordering process to the delivery. The drivers are always very friendly, and the food is always hot. Today we were particularly surprised. After we ordered, they said they'd arrive in 40 minutes – great! And suddenly the doorbell rang, and the food was there. 15 minutes from ordering via WhatsApp to the schnitzel on our plate 😃 but even when it takes longer on busy days or when we pick it up, everything comes out great. We were there for a family celebration, and it was the 🔨, the portions were so generous and good that, with a few exceptions, no one could finish a plate. If you wanted, you could also have the leftovers packed up. I had the Gorgonzola schnitzel with walnuts (I had to hunt for them) and it was a delight. The service was attentive and very quick, and despite being relatively small, everyone sitting together got their food at the same time. You guys are great 👍 keep it up

We ate there yesterday with five adults and one child. We were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful, modern decor. We were greeted very warmly, immediately given a highchair, and then allowed to sit at a larger table so we had more space. We ordered fries for our grandson in advance, and they arrived within five minutes. Drinks were also constantly brought, and our food was very good and plentiful. Excellent value for money. We were also given a very friendly farewell by the very young team. We would gladly return.

The restaurant is very popular on weekends and can only be visited by reservation. We had to reserve a table for two people for a Sunday evening three weeks in advance. The restaurant has a stylish and modern interior. The service was courteous and attentive. The food arrived relatively quickly. We ordered a chili cheese schnitzel in the regular version and a schnitzel with two sauces (pepper sauce and hunter's sauce) in the mega version. The regular version consists of two schnitzels, and the mega version consists of three schnitzels. The mega version also has a larger side dish, except for the salad. The mega version costs four euros more. Turkey schnitzel and vegetarian schnitzel are available for an additional charge. We ordered the sauces separately, which we would recommend to everyone, as this allows you to try the schnitzel in its natural form. And here's the first criticism: the schnitzels are wafer-thin and coated in an unidentifiable breading. The chili cheese sauce wasn't bad, but it was very reminiscent of the nacho sauce you get at the movies. The pepper sauce was "so-so." The hunter's sauce wasn't great either. The schnitzel dishes came with a small side salad, where the dressing was only applied on top and not mixed with the leaves underneath. The fries were okay. The fried potatoes with bacon were very tasty, crispy, and well-seasoned. Half of the guests used the provided packaging to take the leftovers home because the portions were very large.

We found the Schnitzel Haus by chance! Because we were on the highway and everyone was hungry for schnitzel. We received a warm and friendly welcome and were lucky to get a table outside! The schnitzels were simply great 🥰 Large portion, great quality, the onions were a dream and the great service made everything perfect. We'd love to come back next time we drive on the highway 👍🏻🍴

A real highlight at the end was the lava tart: fine and chocolaty on the outside, wonderfully liquid on the inside - a dream for all dessert lovers. The ambience also contributes to the special atmosphere: stylish, cozy and designed with great attention to detail. You can tell that emphasis is placed on quality and a feel-good atmosphere here. Unfortunately I didn't have any reservations, but the man of the house made everything possible and hosted me sooner, even though I was way too early. Unfortunately I didn't make a reservation either but he managed it perfectly for me. I always enjoy coming here! For me the best restaurant ever in this region! In general, the atmosphere is very inviting and everything is top notch! The cleanliness is also really great!!!

The staff was very, very friendly, so everything was perfect for a nice evening. We just didn't like the food as much as the name suggests. Schnitzelmanufaktur........ The fried potatoes were very tasty, but the schnitzels were unfortunately just average. The breaded onion rings, like the schnitzel, were fried in fat and both tasted nothing special. It's a shame, we were looking forward to the evening. And yes, you should give everyone a second chance, but the food didn't convince me. We still had a nice evening, but something was missing to give the food 5 stars. It's a shame.........

The food was very good, nicely prepared and rich, schnitzel from 16.90 euros upwards, but it will definitely fill you up. The negative thing was that we reserved a table at 7 p.m., but the food wasn't served until 8:20 p.m. The restaurant has a great atmosphere, lots of service staff, but we always had to speak to someone so that we could get new drinks. Despite everything, we really enjoyed the evening and would recommend the restaurant without reservation. The women's restrooms were pretty fun...but also very clean

Halb und Halb: Mein Fleischspiess kam nicht als Spiess, sondern es waren nur einige flache Fleischstücke minderer Qualität dabei, dafür aber eine riesige Menge Pommes. Die 4 Cevapcicci waren kalt. Das Essen war sein Geld nicht wert. Nur der Salat war okay

Our guests praised 1. the good quality of the food [including a restaurateur from a well-known hotel in Hesse], 2. the very friendly service of the staff, including the boss, and 3. the lovingly decorated tables. END UPDATE. It's no wonder that it's better to make a reservation here instead of taking a chance. You can see and feel the attention to detail with every bite of a delicious schnitzel. Even planning larger celebrations and events is uncomplicated with the owners. They are transparent, honest and give very good advice. Clear recommendation.

Last night we were able to enjoy a great meal in a lovely atmosphere. Above all, the service is excellent! Every request was catered for and the dishes were of excellent quality! Unfortunately we don't come close, otherwise this would be our favorite restaurant! Thumbs up, excellent.

The best restaurant far and wide! Everything is just right here! In the family business, everything is done with heart and soul to ensure an incredibly beautiful experience. Be it cocktails, fresh food, cold draft beer. The ambience is also very lovingly designed by the boss. Everything is just perfect! The only disadvantage: you have to make a reservation very early because everyone wants to eat here! You also have to be flexible with the date. But there are opportunities; if guests cancel, you can spontaneously get a place. It's like in many good restaurants, the waiting list is long. Last but not least: children also get their money's worth here, there are dishes especially for children and the staff is very warm and friendly to the little ones and responds to their wishes. There are even non-alcoholic cocktails on the menu - mostly prepared with great dedication by the chef.

I asked for a reservation and received a ready-made rejection twice because, as written, it was completely booked but that's not plausible for me during the opening hours at the end of January. 1 table for 2 people, whatever, but I don't think so, I'll definitely go to this restaurant in the future avoid and Jürgen Peters

We ate there every now and then and often used the delivery service via WhatsApp. We have also ordered food for larger groups of people. The food is really good and plentiful. There's not much to complain about there. Today we wanted to order again. Unfortunately, we were suddenly informed that we did not live in the delivery area. That wasn't a problem for years, but now it is. The delivery area is specified by the restaurant as Wermelskirchen. We live right on the town limits. Travel time 13 minutes. Apparently no longer possible. When asked why this is suddenly a problem, no response is given. It's a shame, unfortunately one less customer due to a small detail.
