Modernes aber charmant eingerichtetes Restaurant. Für eine „Schnitzelmanufaktur“ ein fertig paniertes Patty bestehend aus Kartoffelpüree mit Erbsen als „Veganes Schnitzel“ anzubieten ist schon fragwürdig, zumal aus der Karte nicht daraufhin gewiesen wird. Heutzutage bekommt man für weniger Geld (es wird hier ein Aufpreis verlangt) wirklich gute vegane Alternativen (die auch schmackhaft sind). Die Beilagen und Salate waren sehr lecker und auch das Fleischschnitzel konnte punkten. Für Veganer/Vegetarier nicht geeignet, für Fleischliebhaber allerdings schon.

Lecker ist anders und schmeckt naja, man muss sich selber ein Eindruck machen! Jeder kann sich selbst entscheiden! Aber es ist schön!

Das Essen war sehr gut, appetitlich angerichtet und ziemlich große Portionen. Preis-/Leistung stimmt auf jeden Fall.

Wir waren unter der Woche spontan dort. Glücklicherweise hatte ich kurz vorher angerufen, um Infos über die Zugänglichkeit für Menschen mit Rollator zu bekommen, sonst hätte das mit einem Tisch vermutlich schlecht ausgesehen, denn am frühen Abend war das Lokal bereits voll besetzt. Essen top, reichhaltig und absolut den Preis wert. Nur den Beilagensalat hätte es nicht gebraucht, weil die Portion schon reichlich war und das Hausdressing imho nicht der Burner. Apropos Portionsgröße, man bekommt immer zwei Schnitzel. Da ist es gut, dass die Bedienung von sich aus fragt, ob man die Reste einpacken soll. Das Team ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. So wurde zb die Rampe für den Rollator innerhalb von zwei Minuten bereit gestellt. Jederzeit gerne wieder. Schade nur, dass unsere Wohnanschrift ein paar Kilometer außerhalb des Liefergebiets liegt.

Das Ambiente bekommt von mir 10 Sterne dehr geil aber schnitzelmanufaktur? Ich hätte mir gewünscht dass man dort weiss das die sosse nicht auf schnitzel gehört leider sosse mit Magie oder sowas gekocht salatsosse auch schade schade

Mein 1ter Besuch und total begeistert. Schönes Ambiente, freundlicher Service. Dazu ganz leckeres Essen (Spargel mit Hollandaise, 2 grosse Schnitzel Wiener Art, Petersielien und gemischter Salat) Portion gross! Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis stimmig. Parkplätze leider nicht viele vorhanden. Besuch lohnt sich definitiv.

Das Essen war tadelos und lecker zubereitet. Das Personal durchweg fleißig und freundlich. Der Restaurantraum war sehr groß und vermittelte leider mit seiner Möbelierung den Eindruck einer Abfütterungsanstalt.

Wollten heute bestellen und das Essen abholen.17.00 Uhr angerufen und man sagte uns,wir können es erst um 19.30 Uhr abholen 🤔.Echt jetzt??Sorry,aber dann bestelle ich woanders.Das man mal 45 Minuten höchstens ne 1.Stunde ok, warten muss,aber 2 ein halb Stunden.Leider sehr schade,aber dann darf man sich nicht wundern,wenn keiner mehr dort essen will bzw.bestellen will.Die Schnitzel an sich mit den Soßen sind sehr lecker.Vielleicht ein Koch mehr einstellen.

Grandiose Schnitzel Preis - Leistung top Portionen perfekt

Essen war gut, kam auch für 10 Personen zügig aus der Küche, aber bei Getränke aufnehmen das klappte nicht so gut und Alkoholfreies Radler hatten sie auch nicht.

Richtig leckere Schnitzel und richtig gescheite Portionen, hier kriegt man was für sein Geld!

Ins Haus Hochstein bin ich schon gegangen, als es noch den absolut rustikalen Flair hatte. Doch schon zu der Zeit war nicht nur immer full House, sondern das Essen auch da schon phänomenal! Vor ein paar Jahren wurde mit viel Herzblut renoviert und das Lokal hat einen grandiosen modernen Touch erhalten. Mittlerweile wohne ich 500km weg. Aber sobald ich in der Nähe bin, muss ich mich dort blicken lassen! Das Ambiente lädt nicht nur zu den besten Schnitzelvarianten ein (übrigens normal=2, mega=3 Schnitzel; Schwein oder wahlweise auch Hähnchen☝🏻❤️), sondern auch zu spritzigen Cocktails, Wein und Biere. Steak kann ich ebenfalls empfehlen. Fleisch zubereiten ist hier seit Jahren konstante Qualität! Obwohl selbst unter der Woche das Restaurant bestens besucht ist, ist nebenher noch das Schnitzeltaxi unterwegs oder man kann sich auch zum Abholen bestellen. Die Tatsache über WhatsApp reservieren und auch vorbestellen können macht mich als "Millenial" doppelt glücklich 😄 zumal so auch schnell freie Kapazitäten angefragt werden können. Die Besitzer - Menschen mit Herz und Seele, die für dieses Restaurant ALLES geben! Hier arbeitet man noch selbst mit! Das Personal? Egal wie stressig und voll es scheint - die Mädels und Jungs sind super professionell, zuvorkommend, organisiert und ebenso herzlich wie gut gelaunt. Wartezeiten? Habe ich hier noch nie erlebt. Selbst mit unserer angekündigten großen Gruppe von etwa 20 Leuten (plus volles Restaurant und Taxi) kann ich nicht behaupten, dass wir länger als 20-30 Minuten auf unser Essen gewartet haben (Bestellaufnahme bis Hauptgericht). Preis-Leistung steht hier absolut im Gleichgewicht. Hier bekommt man Qualität, die man erwartet und wird auch gerne übertroffen. Selbst mit übertriebener Selbsteinschätzung die Mega-Portion verdrücken zu können, erhält man gerne eine Box, um sich den Rest zu Hause zu Gemüte führen zu können. Beim Bestellen für zu Hause sind die Beilagen immer voneinander getrennt und isoliert verpackt. So wird weder das Schnitzel in der Soße matschig, noch der Salat durch das Schnitzel warm. Tatsächlich bestelle ich mir bei Bedarf (wenn ich in der Nähe bin) was zum mitnehmen und genieße es auf der nächsten Raststätte, weil es für mich einfach ein schönes Feeling ist, diese Lokalität zu supporten. Warum diese ausführliche Rezension? Weil ich Qualität zu schätzen weiß und vor allem durch die Entfernung und der Erfahrung heraus Großartigkeit teilen möchte <3! Ein wirklich tolles Restaurant, das uns rundum überzeugt hat! Das Lokal ist optisch sehr schön gestaltet und wirkt insgesamt modern und stimmig. Besonders positiv ist uns das junge, aufmerksame Personal aufgefallen – freundlich, schnell und absolut engagiert. Das Essen ist ein echtes Highlight: Die Portionen sind riesig und geschmacklich einfach top. Hier stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis wirklich mehr als nur gut – man bekommt richtig viel für sein Geld. Durch den offenen Raum und die hohe Auslastung ist es allerdings recht laut, sodass Gespräche manchmal etwas schwieriger sind. Das sollte man wissen – tut dem Gesamteindruck aber keinen großen Abbruch. Wichtig: Ohne Reservierung geht hier so gut wie nichts, der Laden ist sehr gefragt. Außerdem ist die Parkplatzsituation wirklich schwierig – man sollte unbedingt etwas mehr Zeit einplanen, um einen Parkplatz zu finden. Insgesamt eine absolute Empfehlung – wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Ich habe mich für das Bergische Krüstchen entschieden und habe es "mega" gemacht, also die Portion vergrößert. Um diese Portion zu schaffen muss man großen Hunger mitbringen. Es ist wirklich viel. Das Essen ist super angerichtet, schmeckt fantastisch und es kam in angemessener Zeit zu uns an den Tisch. Preis/Leistung ist hier hervorragend. Wir kommen sicher wieder.

Ich war im Restaurant Hochstein Schnitzel Manufaktur und kann nur sagen: genau so stellt man sich einen gelungenen Restaurantbesuch vor. Der Service ist wirklich vorbildlich. Unaufdringlich, angenehm im Hintergrund, aber im richtigen Moment sofort zur Stelle. Man merkt, dass hier jemand mit Erfahrung und Gespür arbeitet – aufmerksam, ohne jemals aufdringlich zu wirken. Das Essen überzeugt auf ganzer Linie. Die Schnitzel kommen heiß und frisch auf den Tisch, genau so, wie es sein muss. Knusprig von außen, saftig innen – da passt einfach alles. Auch die Präsentation ist sauber und ansprechend, ohne unnötigen Schnickschnack. Unterm Strich: ehrliche Küche, sauber ausgeführt, mit einem Service, der den Besuch rund macht. Ich komme wieder.

Wir waren gestern Abend spontan dort, ohne Reservierung. Eine junge Kellnerin begrüßte uns herzlich und bot uns eine Nische am Fenster an. Sie wies uns jedoch darauf hin, dass wir eventuell warten müssten, da Gäste mit Reservierung Vorrang hätten. Kein Problem. Wir bestellten schnell unsere Getränke und hatten Zeit, die Speisekarte mit ihrer beeindruckenden Auswahl an Schnitzeln in verschiedenen Soßen und anderen köstlich klingenden Gerichten zu studieren. Wir mussten nicht lange warten, bis einer der Kellner unsere Bestellung aufnahm. Wir teilten uns Knoblauchbrot, und ich bestellte ein Schnitzel mit Chili-Käse, Jalapeños, einem kleinen Beilagensalat und Pommes frites. Alles sehr lecker. Während des Essens bemerkten wir, wie viele Gäste mit Restetüten gingen. Verständlich, denn die großzügigen Portionen waren hier schwer aufzuessen. Wir bestellten schließlich auch eine Tüte für den Rest. Die Einrichtung dieses recht großen Restaurants ist dezent und durchdacht. Die Cocktailkarte ist hervorragend. Einer von uns trank einen Painkiller, während ich beim Helles vom Fass und dem Weizenbier mit Bananengeschmack blieb. Das Lokal liegt etwas abseits, aber es gibt einen kostenlosen Parkplatz direkt nebenan. Alles bestens!

Super Schnitzel zum fairen Preis. Schade, daß die Schnitzel etwas in den Saucen ertränkt werden und so die knusprige Panade wie ein weiches Brötchen schmeckt. Wär schön, wenn die Saucen in einem separaten Topf angerichtet würden.

Das Essen war wie immer sehr lecker, die Bedienung war aufmerksam und sehr freundlich. Das Ambiente ist innen sehr schön, von außen unscheinbar.

First of all, I have to say that the food at your restaurant is generally very tasty. However, today we ordered and mine was basically a waste of money. I had Gypsy schnitzel with potatoes; the sauce was unfortunately tasteless and the potatoes were still much too hard.

This was our third time dining here for dinner as a group of four. The service was polite and attentive, and the staff was excellent. Everyone had a delicious meal. The noise level was pleasant. The price-performance ratio was more than fair. They even offered to let us take leftovers home. The owner, who acted as our "parking attendant," was a great guy and very funny; we enjoyed chatting about cars. ☘️😀👍🍀 We'll definitely be back.

From the outside, the restaurant appears rather unassuming, but inside it surprises with very tasteful decor and pleasant acoustics. The food is visually appealing: beautifully arranged and attractively presented. However, the pork didn't win me over – it had an unpleasant aftertaste reminiscent of a barnyard. There's an extra charge of €2 for turkey, which I find inappropriate. It would be better to generally charge a slightly higher price and serve higher-quality meat – that would be more in keeping with the restaurant's attractive ambiance. It was also somewhat disappointing that one of our dishes was missing ingredients that were listed on the menu and contributed significantly to its appeal.

A very good restaurant with delicious food and good service. The portions were huge, which isn't something you can necessarily expect these days. I'm a big eater, but even I struggled with the amount, although it was very, very tasty. The restaurant was very busy (on a Wednesday), but we had our food in less than 15 minutes. The service was very friendly. The drink refills could have been a bit faster, as I was without a drink twice for about 10 minutes each time, but that's really the only minor criticism. The restaurant itself is very large with many large tables, so it's also very suitable for groups. However, you should definitely reserve in advance and perhaps be prepared to walk a bit from the parking lot, as the seats in front of the restaurant fill up quickly.

Aside from the delicious schnitzel dishes, I'm truly impressed by the service here. They clearly value friendliness and customer focus. Really excellent. Not too pushy, not too distant, simply fantastic! 👍 The portions are generous and tasty, and the prices are perfectly reasonable. We'll definitely be back! 😀

Delivery time is far too long. The website says 30-60 minutes. Ordered at 5 p.m., food arrived at 9 p.m. They should reconsider the delivery time on their website or stop offering delivery services. We won't order from this restaurant again. The food is average.

I ate there yesterday. I received a friendly welcome and was shown to my reserved table. The food I ordered arrived quickly and was delicious. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The only thing that bothered me was that the tables for two people were close together. I was there with my friend and the busier it got the louder we had to talk to be able to carry on a conversation. When the tables are so close together there is no longer any privacy when eating. When I want to go out to eat, I want to be able to have a conversation in peace without overhearing conversations from left and right because the tables are so close together. Everything else was, as I said, great, from the staff to the food.

Simply really good, definitely make a reservation, unfortunately there aren't many parking spaces.

The music was far too loud, disrupting conversations at the table. It wasn't turned down even when requested. Service was slow, and empty glasses weren't noticed. The food was so-so. Portions were large, but the flavor left something to be desired. Ready-made sauces were used... The atmosphere was like a train station concourse.

A truly beautifully decorated and well-maintained restaurant with a few outdoor tables. Very friendly and attentive staff. The schnitzel and fries were delicious. The Gorgonzola sauce, however, was a bit thin. We found the prices for the dishes to be very reasonable. Parking is scarce.

We've dined at Haus Hochstein several times and have always been very satisfied. We were always drawn to both the beautiful ambiance and the delicious food. This is why we decided to celebrate our wedding there. From the service to the decor and planning, we received excellent service. The food was, as always, phenomenal and prepared with so much love. We are more than happy to have celebrated our wedding in such a wonderful, family-run restaurant. Delicious schnitzel, excellent fried potatoes, very large portions of superb quality at reasonable prices, which is why the place is always quite busy, and rightly so. Picked up some delicious schnitzel again yesterday. The best quality schnitzel around, in my opinion, the best fried potatoes I've ever had. The price for the quantity is simply unbeatable. Please stay the way you are, even if you have to increase your prices at some point, which is normal.

We've been there several times; they have a huge selection of amazing schnitzels. If you're on the verge of a food coma, order the "Mega" portion for a small surcharge. You definitely get a decent portion for a very fair price. The restaurant has its own delivery service. Reservations are recommended, as the place is often busy.
