Personal 💪 gut gelaunt und flexibel Nur die Oma die gekocht hat, haben wir nicht zu Gesicht bekommen. Speisen sehr gut 👍. Also muss die Oma gut kochen können. Eine Fahrradtruppe.🙋‍♂️😎

Für mich der schönste Biergarten in Marl 👍 Gemütlich, gutes Essen und faire Preise. Was will man mehr 🤷‍♂️👌

Freundliches Personal und gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis

Eigentlich ein schönes Lokal. Nicht das modernste aber gemütlich! Das Essen hat leider sehr stark nachgelassen. Wir hatten ein Championschnitzel und einen Grillteller. Das Schnitzel war definitiv TK, auch wenn der Service das Gegenteil behauptet. Ein frisches Schnitzel, geklopft und durch die Panierstraße gezogen und in der Pfanne gebraten.....sorry, das sieht man und das schmeckt man. Dieses Stück Fleisch war konfektioniert. Die Soße war eher ein Mus, weder cremig noch samtig.....eher pampig. Schade eigentlich. Das Fleisch vom Grillteller war 2 mal gestorben, trocken und zäh. Die Pommes und das Ajvar, das war wirklich gut. Auch der Salat vorweg war frisch.....wenn nur nicht diese rötliche dicke Soße darauf wäre. Früher waren wir des öfteren dort, leider werden wir zum Essen nicht mehr dort hin gehen. Möglicherweise mal auf ein Kaltgetränk nach einer Radtour 🤷

Ich habe da die Standesamtliche Hochzeit meines Sohnes gefeiert. Ich habe in Deutschland lange ein Balkan Restaurant gesucht das wirklich unsere traditionelle Küche anbietet und habe es endlich gefunden. Von Anfang an haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt der Chef wusste sofort was ich vom essen erwarte und die Hochzeit meines Sohnes war perfekt. Das Essen war einfach nur köstlich der Service war super sehr freundlich zuvorkommend und aufmerksam. Es wurden sogar die Tische dekoriert. Ich will mich nochmal beim Chef und beim Servicepersonal herzlich bedanken. Danke für den tollen Tag und das sehr leckere Essen Ihr habt sogar mehr als 5 Sterne verdient.

Wir waren in den letzten Jahren sehr oft hier essen und eigentlich immer zufrieden. Als wir dann Anfang Januar spontan hier waren, war ich geschockt. Ein Rumpsteak kostet nun 38 Euro, im Dezember hatten wir noch 30 Euro bezahlt. 8 Euro Preiserhöhung finde ich schon sehr happig zumal die Mehrwertsteuer in der Gastro gesenkt wurde. Daß nenne ich mal unverschämt ! Im Internet standen auch noch die alten Preise.Schade, aber wir haben nun eine sehr gute Alternative gefunden.

Gutes Preis/ Leistungsverhältnis

Ist ein Besuch wert aber für die Portionen viel zu teuer. Service bzw die Aufmerksamkeit könnte besser sein.

Ich wusste erst nicht, was ich von dem Restaurant halten sollte, denn kennt man einen Balkan kennt man alle. Aber dem ist nicht so. Das Essen war wirklich sehr gut und reichlich. Die Bedienungen waren sehr nett und freundlich. Das Ambiente ist halt typisch für ein Balkanrestaurant. Preis- Leistung ist absolut in Ordnung. Wir Kommen gerne wieder!

Wir waren schon öfter bei Haus Gloe essen. Große Portionen und lecker, was will man mehr. Wir wurden immer nett und freundlich bedient. Wir bleiben dem Lokal treu und kommen noch öfter vorbei. Danke !

We were there for a Christmas party with a large group. The atmosphere in the front conservatory was lovely. It took a good 45 minutes before we received the menus, as everyone was supposed to get something to drink first. The food arrived relatively quickly, however, not every steak was cooked as ordered. If a lot of steak is offered, then the kitchen should be efficient. It was a shame, as some people had to send their food away and eat alone later. Meanwhile, the server was already clearing the table. We felt rushed and had to make room for others. We would have liked to stay longer, but unfortunately, the server didn't bother to ask us if we wanted more drinks. This was our first time there. I can only recommend it with more negative points than positive ones. Overall, though, the food was tasty. There is ample parking.

We were looking for a restaurant online. The photos on the internet really caught our eye. What we experienced far exceeded our expectations. The food was absolutely fantastic. Excellent value for money: low price – amazing quality. As we learned from the owner, the owner's grandmother does the cooking. That speaks for itself. Highly recommended! 👍☘️😀

Excellent food, very friendly staff, and great prices. Highly recommended! We arrived without a reservation and were immediately seated for three. It's also very cozy! The restaurant is open on Mondays as well.

The service is super friendly and professional. The ambiance is old-school. The rump steak is top-notch; tender and tasty. The grilled meats are hearty and generous. The baked potatoes are fresh and creamy. Everything is top-notch! The prices are reasonable and very good! (Timberjack, on the other hand, is all show and nothing behind it.)

If you like Balkan specialties, you'll definitely find something here. We had the grilled meats and were very satisfied. Whether it was a skewer, steak, minced steak, cevapcici, or bacon, everything was freshly prepared. Djuvec rice, fries, and salad rounded out the plate. Service was friendly and quick. We were satisfied.

Simply superb in the shade at 30 degrees Celsius under the plane trees. And then the house platter was delicious.

A very good menu with excellent food. The beer garden is particularly inviting for cyclists. It's beautifully quiet and located near the canal.

Balkan restaurant with a good selection. Good value for money, large portions! Plenty to fill you up. Two of us ate there in the beer garden. Very nice atmosphere. The staff was super friendly and very attentive. What I particularly liked was how the water was served. Nice and cold with ice cubes and a slice of lemon, just as it should be. Both dishes were truly delicious! We finish with a Julischka (julischka), just the way it should be! We'll be coming regularly from now on, at least once a month! Thank you for this extremely hospitable service!

The beer garden, food, and staff were all very good. There was nothing to complain about.

I recently ate here with a few friends. We sat outside. It was a really comfortable place, especially since we were sitting in the shade. The food was okay for the price. Unfortunately, my meat wasn't quite medium and was a bit tough. But otherwise, it was really delicious. I also found the service there to be really good and very friendly. We were always served promptly, and they also made sure that everyone got their food at the same time.

Very nice outside area. The restaurant was very busy yesterday. Unfortunately, salad was left out with the frozen schnitzel dish. Cutlery was only brought to the table after the meal. For 4 spears of asparagus with some salmon, it cost about €25. The food was okay. Service a bit overwhelmed. Nice atmosphere.

Haus Gloe has been a place we've enjoyed returning to ever since I was a child. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The food is always fresh, tasty, and beautifully presented. The homemade ajvar is a dream! In summer, the beer garden beckons with its truly lovely atmosphere and shady spots. Even though we no longer live in Dorsten, Haus Gloe remains our favorite Balkan restaurant!

Haus Gloe has been and continues to be a popular destination for us for many years. In the end, we even had a larger family celebration organized. All guests were completely satisfied. Instead of a buffet, the landlord put together an excerpt menu for us, which was generally well received. It was also cheaper in terms of price because you only paid for what was eaten and there were no leftovers. The location in the countryside was also praised, and the access - thanks to the new road surface - was perfect for cars and cyclists.

We had a family celebration there last Saturday. The service was very friendly and careful. Special requests were also addressed. The food was prepared in a timely manner and tasted excellent. The room in which we dined with numerous people was very friendly and bright. We felt comfortable and would like to dine there again... The outdoor area is also very friendly, with natural shade. Ideal for a break on a bike tour. Unfortunately, three of the nearby bridges over the canal are currently closed due to construction work, which should be taken into account when driving to the restaurant.

The restaurant is part of a tradition dating back to 1978. Then Jovan's grandfather moved to Mal. Today, this restaurant has an exceptional reputation and is the most famous in this area. It favors Balkan cuisine in the best way - with exceptional quality and taste. I chose turkey from the menu and I was not wrong because it tasted fantastic. My dessert was a "Denmark" cup. Delight in food, ambience, service... just to wish for.

Yes, I can recommend this restaurant. The steak was excellent, especially the quality. And the staff was just great. Super nice, we laughed a lot.

The restaurant is quite nice, but the food is run of the mill, loveless and "fried to death"! It would be nice as an excursion restaurant if at least the coffee was tasty... but unfortunately that's not the case!

The restaurant is a very traditional Serbian restaurant that has been known for its coziness and consistency for years. I ate an Argentinian rump steak with fried potatoes and a fresh salad as a starter. The meat was cooked to a perfect medium rare. What's particularly positive is that it wasn't a problem to order fried potatoes instead of fries. The kitchen is flexible and is happy to accommodate individual requests. The service was extremely friendly and accommodating. We were asked whether we were satisfied at pleasant, polite intervals without seeming intrusive. I can highly recommend this restaurant if you value authentic cuisine, good service and a cozy atmosphere.

The grill plate is simply delicious, the meat is cooked to perfection. The fries and Djuvec rice are also excellent. The only shame is that ajvar and onions don't appear on the menu. Here you have the best Ajvar I have ever eaten! An absolute delight for insiders, but unfortunately not perfect for outsiders when Ajvar and onions neither appear on the menu nor are they recommended.

I go there very often because the atmosphere and the location is very nice. Everyone is super friendly and attentive, you don't have to wait long. You are served directly. The restaurant is really nice and clean. You can celebrate birthdays, baptisms, etc. there. It's always beautifully decorated, just great. 👍🏻 You get a table and the food is very tasty🤤. The salad with the purple sauce is super delicious. The meat dishes are very tasty. A very very very nice restaurant. Because it is also a family business. Everyone is very warm and friendly. We went there with friends for lunch on Saturday. We were warmly welcomed. The food (skill steak with fries or fried potatoes plus salad/grill plate with salad) was very good 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩, and the portions are also sufficient for hungry men. 👍 At the end we each received a well-chilled Julischka. The restaurant can be reached through a small forest. Parking spaces are available directly at the restaurant. It is close to the Lippe River. In summer you can enjoy your meal outside under a natural canopy of leaves and drinks in the shade. It is also particularly popular as a destination for cyclists 🚴🏼‍♀️🚴🏼🚴🏻‍♂️. A reservation would be an advantage 😉

Unfortunately I am forced to give one star. Four of us spontaneously came to Haus Gloe. Our dogs accompanied us. This was also ok when asked in advance. The dogs were even offered water. Thanks at this point to the very friendly service staff. But unfortunately, the amount of our order didn't seem to be enough for the owner. After handing in this, approx. 20-25€ per person. We were asked to leave the restaurant by him. I have never experienced such audacity! I certainly cannot recommend a house like this!

We were here very often, with and without dogs, we always felt very comfortable and were always treated very courteously!! Went there again today, asked if the dogs were allowed in again and was told "no problem" Order placed very nice service She deserves 5 stars!!! Then after 10 minutes the boss came and said it would be better if we went, the evening business was about to start, we would occupy 2 tables and that wouldn't be good, we were 4 people and 4 lovely dogs!!! The tables were quite small but we put them together so that there was no hindrance to the other guests, so we sat down like that! They could have told us beforehand that they didn't want to host us, no problem for us, we can spend our money elsewhere, but not in this way. We can no longer recommend it, sometimes greed wins!!!

The food was very tasty, served on interesting dishes. We were there with 14 people, had booked in advance and ordered food on site. But we didn't have to wait too long. It was a cozy evening.

The waitress is very nice and attentive, the waiter makes a very listless and negative impression. A big plus point, dogs 🐕 are allowed.

A lot has changed since last year. There is no longer aywar with onions, rarely just mayo. After paying, you won't get the famous Balkan schnapps anymore brought.

Lots of guests there, but still a professional and personal contact! I'm blown away! A pearl in the pot! Again and again! We came especially from Bochum! Thank you very much for your loyalty to gadtronomy! You can feel it!

We were in this restaurant for the first time yesterday. Everything was very good. The food, the prices, the rooms and also the opportunity to sit protected outside. We were completely satisfied and can only recommend this location. Yesterday was definitely not the last time we were there.

Were there this evening with 4 people and we have never eaten so unbelievably bad....Everything with minced meat was so disgusting, the funny Bosnian was okay. The pancakes were hard and not at all tasty and the meat from the grill was very bad. The salad was good and the rice tasted good too. So never again, we were only there because our favorite Ivan was closed. Then I'd rather go back to Ivan in Marl, the quality and the staff are incredibly friendly and very nice and familiar.

Highly recommended, steak on point, haven't had it for a long time.
