Every year on holiday I order my food here. Thank you so much for always perfectly fulfilling my special requests and making the food taste amazing.

The food was average, with frozen goods and ready-made sauces. We wouldn't recommend it in terms of taste or price. The service and cleanliness of the restaurant were very good. The ambiance was a matter of taste.

Family celebration, highly recommended

We were there today for the schnitzel buffet. Contrary to the individual reviews, I have to say the entire buffet was top-notch. The schnitzel was super delicious 😋 Great breaded and very tasty, the salads were a highlight, the potato gratin was the best! The pasta salad and potato salad were homemade. The sauces were amazing, the hunter's sauce was unique, the goat's sauce was amazing, the salads were fresh and crisp, all around perfect. Everything is just perfect here! In conclusion, it's worth eating here, the service was very attentive and friendly, go eat there, you'll be amazed! We'll be back, thank you.

If I could, I wouldn't give the accommodations a star. The apartment was unfortunately far too small, the dishes were still dirty from the previous guests, so they needed to be cleaned. Winter blankets were on the beds in the summer, the mattresses and firmness levels in the double bed were completely different. Ventilation was impossible in the rooms, and the noise level was abnormally loud on the balcony throughout the day. So, unfortunately, it had absolutely nothing to do with relaxation. And then the price for the apartment was completely unjustified and simply outrageous. The only good thing was the good location to the beach. Unfortunately, I've only had bad experiences with this accommodation this year, absolutely not comparable to the year before. Sad

This is our fourth time here and we're very happy again. Right on the dike and the beach. Highly recommended, even with dogs; the dog beach is right outside. Very family-friendly, we'd love to come back.

It's a great location, second row from the beach. The staff was always very friendly. And the schnitzel buffet is definitely worth a visit. Always freshly restocked, so there was never a shortage. Here, too, the staff was always friendly and attentive.

We only visited Haus Felsenburg for dinner. I can't comment on the rooms. The food was very tasty, though. We highly recommend the freshly caught plaice and schnitzel. The interior is spacious, and there are plenty of outdoor seating areas. We'd be happy to come back.

We visited the restaurant. And we'd be happy to come back. We really enjoyed the ambiance, the food, and especially the friendly, competent, and attentive service. The value for money is excellent. Parking was available right outside. And you could sit both inside and outside. As I said, we'd be happy to come back.

I can only speak for Schnitzel Tuesday. Schnitzel is just ordinary schnitzel, breaded and dry. It comes with lots of sauces from a packet. Sure, it's filling, but I don't define good food as anything else. The vegetables are warmed up from the supermarket, nothing fresh. I think the schnitzel buffet is only for people who don't care about taste and just want to fill themselves up. Unfortunately, we fell for it. What a shame.

We only used the restaurant. We had a private room for a meeting we held there. The lunch that followed was delicious. Good, home-style cooking. The service was also good. Very friendly staff. We'd be happy to come back.

We only went to the restaurant. The food was very good, including the selection of dishes! Excellent German cuisine. We sat outside, where they could have cleaned off the cobwebs! We also had to wait a bit longer for the food, but that's not necessarily a bad thing.

Super professional service. The food was very good. The price is very fair for the quality. They even have König Ludwig dark beer on tap. I wasn't a hotel guest, so I can't comment on the rooms.

By chance, I enjoyed a wonderful meal here today while on vacation. Everything was just right: excellent food, good value for money, pleasant atmosphere, attentive service, top-quality products... I would recommend it anytime.

Die Lage ist perfekt, das Personal überaus freundlich, nett und kompetent – genauso wie der Chef, der mit seiner herzlichen Art begeistert. Das Essen war einfach lecker und rundete den Aufenthalt perfekt ab. Vielen Dank an Sven, Nadine und das gesamte Team für die schöne Zeit. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Every Christmas, we eat with the family on Christmas Day at Haus Felsenburg. I can't remember it ever being any different. We now have the same table every year. We also enjoy eating there throughout the year. The food is always excellent and the staff are always very friendly. You almost feel like you're at home, and the cappuccino for dessert is always amazing 👍🏻 However, there are two small drawbacks: the restaurant only has one card payment device, and mobile payments aren't possible. Five stars nonetheless!

Haus Felsenburg impresses with its very friendly staff. So you feel very well looked after. The taste of the food was excellent. The good thing is that the sauces are served separately. A requested refill of the sauce was also at the table in no time. Class. The selection of dishes on the menu leaves no one out in the cold. Everyone will find something there 👍🏻 Only the beer selection should be reconsidered.

We were there as a family on Boxing Day and ate roast venison twice and the rock pot once. As always, the food was of very good quality and the ambience is also very nice. I therefore understand the following all the less. Well, it's Christmas, so you can't, but don't have to, increase the prices by an average of 3 euros for the same dish (eaten rock pot here 10 days ago). But if that's going to happen, I expect it, because at least the portions stay the same. On Boxing Day there were 3 pieces of meat instead of 4 and they were even smaller. Something else is recommended. In addition, the following bill: we paid for the food and 3 drinks each. I usually drink 2 drinks and finish with an espresso. We didn't do this because of the large amount of meat. Are these calculations really worth it??? In addition, even though the food is good, as I said, we are now thinking about not going out to eat somewhere else every now and then. Because this can also scare away guests

Wir waren am 2 Weihnachtstag als Familie da und haben dort 2 x Hirschbraten und einmal den Felsentopf gegessen. Wie immer war das Essen in einer sehr guten Qualität und auch das Ambiente ist sehr schön. Umso weniger verstehe ich daher folgendes. Gut wir haben Weihnachten, da kann, muss man nicht die Preise um durchschnittlich 3 Euro für das gleiche Gericht (hier Felsentopf gegessen vor 10 Tagen) erhöhen. Aber wenn das schon passiert, erwarte ich das, denn wenigstens die Portionen gleichbleiben. Am 2 Weihnachtstag gab es 3 statt 4 Stücke Fleisch und diese dazu noch kleiner. Empfehlenswert ist was andere, Zudem folgende Rechnung, wir haben das Essen und dazu jeweils 3 Getränk bezahlt. Normalerweise trinke ich 2 Getränke und zum Abschluss alle einen Espresso. Dieses haben wir aufgrund der hohen Fleischmenge aber nicht gemacht. Ob diese Kalkulation sind dann wirklich rechnet??? Zudem überlegen wir uns jetzt auch, obwohl das Essen wie gesagt gut ist, nicht das ein oder andere Mal woanders essen zu gehen. Denn auch so kann man Gäste vergraulen

To mention the service is absolutely polite and nice. When asked about allergies, everything was answered and sorted out immediately. Huge class from the Felsenburg team. Price and performance are completely okay and within the framework. Easy to park right in front of the house. We really liked it! Come back again!

Beim Haus Felsenburg ist man immer wieder gut aufgehoben und wird köstlich versorgt, die Nähe zum Strand ist mega ,Buchung fürs nächste Jahr steht fahren auf jeden wieder zum Sven mit Freunden!

I can only rate the restaurant as we stayed somewhere else. The food was good and freshly made.

The schnitzel buffet consisted of frozen and ready-made products. The only fresh thing was the packaged mixed salad from the supermarket. However, it was empty after just 20 minutes. After asking in the kitchen, the salad was already gone and could no longer be refilled. The sauces were tasteless. Price performance is disproportionate. Definitely NOT recommended!!

Visit to the restaurant, a fish buffet was currently on offer. The culinary options were very limited in terms of beverage selection. An aperitif was out of the question. No regional products were offered either. E.g. a strawberry secco or something similar. It's a shame. The house actually has a lot of potential and a good location.

great fish platter, great service, reasonable price

Went to dinner at Felsenburg today with my partner and grandmother (with a walker). We were looking for German cuisine and fish on the menu and found what we were looking for here. Restaurant is located in a hotel on the 2nd row from the promenade (slightly hidden, but marked with a sign). There are parking spaces in front of it. We then decided on schnitzel, turkey steak and beef roulade (but no fish, even though there was a lot of different fish to choose from). What can I say, we were all completely satisfied. Food was very tasty and for the amount of food, it was also a really good price, despite the fact that the restaurant is (almost) by the sea/beach. I think it's great that you can still find German cuisine here at affordable prices! The service was also super nice and friendly :-) I can recommend anyone who comes to Schönberger Strand to have lunch/dinner here!

We ate there with six people. The food came to everyone at the same time, as it should, and we all enjoyed it. The service was very nice and attentive. We didn't really like the atmosphere, but that's always a matter of opinion. There are plenty of parking spaces in front of the house.

We would like to rate the restaurant. Yesterday there were three of us, my father had Swedish-style matjes, my mother had cod with potatoes and a very tasty mustard sauce and I had the pepper schnitzel with croquettes. Otherwise at the table we had a small and a large side salad. After reading some bad reviews, we were very positively surprised. The food was very tasty, the service was very friendly and we were completely satisfied.

We went there every evening for dinner. The food was always delicious and always freshly prepared. The salads are crunchy, the vegetables are until firm, the fried potatoes are awesome. The problem with a gluten allergy was also dealt with excellently and there were no problems whatsoever. The service was perfect and the staff were very friendly and sometimes even joking. The price-performance ratio is more than reasonable. We will continue to eat there for the rest of our vacation.

We have been to Haus Felsenburg/Haus Hansen Apartment 4 4 times. The apartment is in very good condition. We always liked it very much, even our dogs 🐕 were accepted by the owner

No recommendation. Unfortunately the food was a complete disaster. Frozen goods and finished products that were not even properly prepared. The frozen (!!) vegetables were so overcooked that there was a puddle of water on the plate and they were not edible. There was no attempt to refine the food with spices or at least herbs. The sauce was also a ready-made product and had apparently been sitting for a long time, so the sauce already had a skin when it was served. The food is absolutely not worth the price. It's a shame because the location is really great and the service is also very nice.

Price-performance is not right at all. Frozen vegetables and ready-made sauces. You can do this for a fraction cheaper and better at home. Above all, the vegetables (note the frozen finished product!!) were soaked in water and overcooked. I wouldn't recommend it. Service was friendly but not really organized either..

Keine Empfehlung. Leider war das Essen eine reine Katastrophe. TK Ware und Fertigprodukte, die nicht einmal vernünftig zubereitet wurden. Das TK(!!) Gemüse war so zerkocht, dass auf dem Teller eine Wasserpfütze war und es nicht genießbar war. Es wurde nicht mal versucht das Essen mit Gewürzen oder zumindest Kräutern zu verfeinern. Die Sauce war auch ein Fertigprodukt und stand scheinbar schon länger, sodass die Sauce schon beim Servieren eine Haut hatte. Das Essen ist absolut den Preis nicht wert. Sehr schade, da die Lage wirklich toll ist und der Service auch sehr nett.

Rustic old German restaurant with a good location behind the dike. The service is friendly and helpful. The Viennese-style schnitzel I ordered came quickly, but for the price of €17.50, the schnitzel was very small and the finished product also unfortunately came with the Hollondaise sauce out of the bag. Overall, I wouldn't recommend the restaurant because the price-performance ratio is really terrible.

No hotel visit. We were in the restaurant. Service and food were good and can be recommended. Location perfect, 50 m to the beach, unfortunately no view.

The restaurant leaves nothing to be desired when it comes to good home cooking. Game and regional specialties are particularly good to eat here. Dogs are welcome, even in the hotel and the apartments. Counter or birthday breakfast... no problem. Then it's just a step over the dike and you're on the Baltic Sea...

Unfortunately, the food is no longer recognizable! Only poor convenience products and no trace of freshly cooked and tasty food. The Maggi sauces were the worst! What an impudence! We were regular customers and will never come back!

Essen: unterstes Niveau. Weihnachtsessen: abgesehen von der geringen Auswahl (1 Vorspeise, kein Salat....) von den Zutaten und der Zubereitung her unterstes Kantinenniveau. Gänsebrust: 4x bestellt, 3x hart und trocken, 1x so hart, dass ungenießbar. Rotkraut: nur noch breiig, Convenienceprodukt. Rosenkohl: geschmacklose TK Ware. Kroketten: TK Ware und haben auch wie billige Fertigware geschmeckt. Soße: versalzenes Convenience-Produkt. Nur der Preis war oberer Durchschnitt. Niemals, niemals wieder. Unzumutbar.

Wir waren dort Abendessen, sehr schmackhaftes Essen, vorallem bezahlbar, sehr nette Atmosphäre.

Hier passt einfach alles. Vom Service, über die hervorragende Küche und die tolle Lage. Waren im Juni 23 das erste mal dort für ein paar Tage zu Gast und freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Aufenthalt dort.

Moin, ich war das erste Mal hier und bin begeistert. Ich ließ mir ein "Bauernfrühstück" schmecken und war von der Freundlichkeit der Bedienung begeistert. Ein Rundgang am Strand rundete den Besuch ab. Empfehlenswert!
