Essen war super Personal so lala nicht das beste aber gut laden war auch nicht wirklich groß von der Breite und Länge war eigentlich nur wie ein Flur

Zum wiederholten Mal wurden Produkte bei der Bestellung vergessen oder weggelassen!!!! Die sind nicht in der Lage ein Uber Bestellung umzusetzen!!! Selbst auf dem Bon war alles richtig, aber es fehlt halt jedes Mal was!!! Bin stinksauer! 40€ für ein Essen wo die wichtigsten Sachen wie Brot was man bezahlt einfach fehlt!

Ich habe noch nie in meinem Leben so einen widerlichen, bitteren Hähnchen-Döner gegessen; er schmeckte buchstäblich nach Gas. Vor lauter Wut habe ich vergessen, ein Foto zu machen. Verdammt, esst ihn bloß nicht! Ein Döner mit Ayran kostete 10 Euro, und leider war er einfach nur furchtbar.

Ein gut zubereiteter Döner aus dem Schnellimbiss, riesige Portion für den Preis, reichlich belegt. Hinweis für Türken, die hier essen möchten: Es handelt sich um Schnellimbiss, daher ist das Fleisch kein „Yaprak“-Döner, sondern ein einfacher „Kıyma“-Döner. Das Personal ist freundlich und gesprächig. 10 € für einen Döner und einen Ayran.

Ahmet bester Mann , wirklich selten einen so ehrlichen und Kundenorientierten verkäufer gesehen. Der hat einfach immer super Laune und bedient die Gäste perfekt. Danke für den geilen Döner

Haus des Döners halt. Leckeres Sandwich (Drehspieß). Die scharfe Sauce war wie immer das Highlight für mich und auch der Grund warum ich da hingegangen bin. Brot für mich etwas zu kross und daher leider zu trocken. Personal war freundlich und alles sah sauber und ordentlich aus.

Der döner war sehr sehr lecker! Und voll bepackt wie es sein soll. 10/10

I ordered sausages, but they were missing. The Uber driver just said it wasn't his fault, even though nobody blamed him. I simply wanted my sausages. No one answers the restaurant phone, and no one calls back. I won't be ordering again.

I ordered something here at night. I was able to track the driver, who drove right up to my door. He then marked the order as delivered and drove off again before I could even go downstairs to collect the food. I couldn't reach anyone at the restaurant and never received my food. 0/5 stars

The place was filthy. Okay, it was already 3 a.m., but they could have at least cleared the dirty things off the tables. The employee was very rude and spoke to me in a tone as if he were trying to start an argument. The doner kebab was very cold and, for 8 euros, had far too little filling – you would have expected significantly more meat for that price.

A very unfriendly start to the new year! We got two doner kebabs on New Year's Eve and were treated extremely disrespectfully. I had my doner topped, and when asked "Anything else?" I answered no. I didn't know you had to ask separately for aluminum foil to take away. While he was talking to others and counting who was next, he pointed at us and demanded confirmation from my girlfriend that we were third or fourth in line. Neither of us can count in Turkish! I'm extremely disappointed with the kebab shop on Weidengasse (Hansaring). The kebab consisted almost entirely of salad and bread; there was hardly any meat – and what little there was was cold. Charging €8 for that is absolutely outrageous. I definitely expect something completely different for that price. On top of that, I paid €4.50 for a tiny portion of fries that wouldn't even fill a small child. The value for money is simply appalling. Overall, incredibly bad, far too expensive, and a huge disappointment in terms of taste. I absolutely do not recommend it!

I placed a simple order via Lieferando. After waiting 1 hour and 15 minutes, the order was supposedly delivered. Nothing could be further from the truth. Nobody rang the doorbell; nothing was delivered at all.

You can get good kebabs here. As usual from this chain. The interior isn't so good because the restroom doors aren't always closed, and you can smell one thing or another. Oh well. Ordered 2 kebab plates with onions but no salad. They served the smallest portion of fries with a little meat, but what felt like 2 whole red onions were in the other compartment of the order container. Even though the little bit of food was tasty, for €15.50 per portion, that's a disgrace. I'll never order from there again.

I was at the Haus des Döners on Hansaring in Cologne today and was unfortunately very disappointed. It was extremely warm inside, and since I was out on my bike, I wanted to order directly at the window—as I've done many times before. Normally, this always worked without a hitch. This time, however, the employee rudely asked me to go inside before taking my order. Especially because there was no rush (there was only one customer in the shop), I found this behavior completely inappropriate and unfriendly to customers. Instead of addressing my situation, they insisted on an unnecessary formality. I complained and ultimately left without ordering. This is not how you should treat guests, especially if they're regulars. It's a real shame.

Not every kebab shop is the same. It all depends on what the owner does with it. Here we have another one that's rather mediocre. The food was okay, but the staff were more concerned with other things than with the customers. The food was prepared rather carelessly. The taste is also worse than the one at Alter Markt.

I grew up in Switzerland getting döner kebab from local places, and compared to that this was mediocre. Not as flavorful, and I was missing the yogurt sauce I’m used to. Definitely not bad, but was a little disappointing for me. My friend was very happy with theirs, and was excited that the spicy sauce was truly spicy.

Disappointing – Promised promotion not delivered We ordered the HDD plate at 12:34 AM (15.06) this evening via Uber Eats while a clear "Buy 1, get 1 free" promotion was displayed. Unfortunately, only one dish was delivered, even though the promotion was clearly visible on the order page (see screenshot). Two adults had to share one plate – which was completely inadequate. Promotions like these should be implemented reliably and correctly. If they are no longer valid, this must be removed from the system transparently and in a timely manner. It's annoying and disappointing when you order and pay for something that then doesn't arrive. We won't be ordering from you again, especially if you specifically ordered because of a promotion. (Beware of rip-offs!)

Everything, everything, everything

Unfortunately, a disappointing visit – both in terms of service and hygiene. I visited the shop today to eat a kebab. Unfortunately, my overall impression was very negative. Upon entering, two employees were standing behind the counter, loudly mocking customers – in an arrogant and disrespectful manner. I was also treated condescendingly and unprofessionally. When I asked for the restroom, I was given a deliberately confusing answer: "Straight ahead, you can go left or right." It was clear that the left was for men and the right for women – it seemed like a clumsy attempt to amuse themselves at my expense. There was also mocking laughter at the food counter when I asked for ketchup with my fries – despite asking and answering, it was, of course, forgotten, as they were busy with themselves and others! One employee commented on this with a laugh directed at his colleague, along the lines of, "Now I have to work too." This seemed inappropriate and disrespectful to me. When I mentioned that I was also Kurdish, the reaction was condescending – as if they didn't believe me or as if it were a disparagement. One of them even said, "You don't look like that at all," which came across as very disparaging. When I pointed out that the atmosphere and the comments bothered me, they quickly backpedaled, but in a dishonest, unpleasant way. The food was also disappointing: • The kebab had many greasy pieces and seemed of inferior quality. • The fries were soft and tasted distinctly of old oil. • The Coke had a strange taste; the can might have been contaminated. It tasted like stale cigarettes. • The restroom was unkempt and calcified – an indication of poor hygiene. My impression is that many things are wrong here – from service to cleanliness. Employees who go out to kebab shops and simply chain smoke and then go back to work without washing are not entirely acceptable. I strongly recommend that the operator speak to the staff, because such behavior is unacceptable – neither towards Kurdish guests nor towards other customers, who probably don't even realize how condescendingly people often act here.

I have to take back my 5-star review; as much as I used to love your kebab. How can things deteriorate so much? The last three times were terrible. The food delivered is always ice cold. The meat contains pieces of cartilage. The fries are always soggy. I order a kebab with yogurt, with cheese, or without onions, and I get one without yogurt, without cheese, and with a whole onion. The employees touch money and then prepare food. They eat in front of the customer at the checkout, so much so that everything drips down their faces. Then they wipe their faces with their hands and then use their unwashed hands to make the customer's kebab. That's unacceptable! Unfortunately, it's too unhygienic for me these days. There should be separate employees for preparation and checkout, like there used to be. There are more bacteria and viruses on money than on a toilet seat. And I don't want the remains of an employee's face in my food. Handwashing is completely neglected. Prices are getting higher and higher, and quality and hygiene are getting worse. Unfortunately, I'm no longer a regular customer.

I will never order from there again or eat at one of your establishments! Honestly, it's abysmal. I ordered from Uber Eats, and the two kebabs were completely packed with salad and there was a small layer of meat at the bottom. Charging €18 for something like that is abysmal. The wrap I ordered was just as small and extremely thin with very little meat. €10 for that is pure rip-off!

The falafel was bitter. I think it was not fresh or something was wrong with it! Very bad! It is half an hour after eating one bite of their falafel sandwich and still feeling wired taste in my mouth. It was rotten.

Today we ordered from here for the first time via Uber Eats. The order arrived quickly. The kebab was okay. The falafel on the plate was a bit dry, which I don't think is a big deal. But unfortunately, one of the four falafel pieces was spoiled! My boyfriend took a bite and immediately spat it out. The smell test confirmed that the falafel was no longer good...after that, he lost his appetite.

Wow. A real experience. Order a Big Dürüm - get a sad, cold roll that would pass for half a portion at most in other branches. The meat? Ice cold. Almost refreshing. And the staff? Absolutely focused – not on the customers, but on their private conversations. If you want to feel ignored, this is the place to be. Definitely not for people with hunger or expectations.

The food was amazing, it’s very delicious and there’s nothing like this from where I come from. The staff are incredibly kind and they’re very accommodating. I’ll definitely keep coming here, 10/10 I recommended this place to you!

Anyone who orders a kebab here on this street (where there are so many alternatives and very good kebabs) unfortunately has no idea about kebabs. And on top of that, they're totally off the charts. They will never see me as a customer and unfortunately I cannot recommend them. 1 star is still too much, unfortunately 0 stars is not possible.

The guys taking my order were rude and just plain mean. I was looking at the menu for a couple minutes trying to decipher the German and one of the guys yelled at me to just make a decision! There was no one else in the store except me. And the whole time he’s making the doner he’s ogling any girl that walks bye and making snide comments to his friend. Just an unpleasant experience all around. Recommend you try any other doner spot if that’s what you’re looking for.

Very nice boss and very good kebab.

I don't feel like I'm taken seriously as a customer here. The salad tasted like the display case in which it was displayed all day, no dressing, no sauce, nothing on it. The ordering instructions were ignored, a kebab plate was wrong. The fries were served under the salad with the same kebab plate. Furthermore, everything was so cold that I questioned whether the food had even experienced any heat.

Super nice and friendly employee, you can tell he enjoys his job. The kebab looked great and tasted just the same. Always happy again.
