Very tasty Döner. Specially the sauce they use and the bun.

I have never tasted such a delicious doner in my life! 😋

We waited in line for 20 minutes and just before it was our turn we were thrown out because it was 1 o'clock. Juice shop!

I visited the branch and was disappointed. Unfortunately, the ambience and cleanliness were far below the chain's usual standards. The atmosphere was uninviting and there were deficiencies in cleanliness. Unfortunately, for a chain usually known for its well-maintained establishments, this location wasn't up to par.

The kebab was delicious as always in the kebab house, Meat top bread top salad top sauces top you can't say otherwise, always happy when you're hungry. Service is ok so far, could be better. Unfortunately, the plate rack in front of the door is wiped with your hands and the plates are also wiped with your bare hands and the pigeons are A pecking at the blue garbage bag and B they fly or land on the plate rack and up to 10 of them on it Plates and scramble around the remaining food on top and on the floor. It's not possible, I hope the employee washes their hands. The food is great, no complaints.

This is the last dirty shop anyway. In Erftstadt there was a cockroach or a similar insect in the kebab. Plus they don't have any proper hot sauce. Just sickly spicy ketchup. I'm not particularly impressed with the place

Great kebab. Influencer kebabs are usually a bit overrated, but this one is very tasty! A wide selection of different sauces, good salad and juicy meat are crucial for the kebab! The staff were also very friendly! The only disadvantage is the long queue in front of the counter! Otherwise great!🙌

A really clever kebab. Bread great, halloumi to choose from. Standard minced skewer but deliciously seasoned. Hot sauce is really tasty!! Payment possible with EC card.

Wir sind oft vorbeigegangen und haben die Menschenschlangen vor dem Eingang gesehen. Dieses Mal beschlossen wir, nicht vorbeizugehen und etwas Leckeres zu kaufen, da so viele Leute in der Schlange standen. Es war schwierig, drinnen zu sein, weil es so stickig war. Wir bestellten einen Wrap-doner mit Huhn (€7.50). Wir fragten nach allen Soßen und Gemüse. Überraschenderweise war der Döner trocken und geschmacklos. Wahrscheinlich eine der größten Enttäuschungen im Essener Schnellimbiss. Würde ich nicht empfehlen. We often passed by and saw lines of people in front of the entrance. This time we decided not to pass by and buy something tasty, since there were so many people in line. It's difficult to be inside because of the stuffiness. We took Wrap-doner with chicken (7.50€). Asked for all the sauces and vegetables. Surprisingly, the doner turned out to be dry and tasteless. Probably one of the worst disappointments in Essen fast food. I don't recommend it.

Very tasty kebab in the middle of Essen city center. Quality and taste is above average, but nothing special either. Prices are (as is unfortunately usual at the moment) relatively high. (7€) The large kebab isn't really worth it, as it only contains a little more meat, but is not a "bigger" kebab. Still recommended. The design is stolen, but something different.

Price/performance unfortunately poor. There is significantly more for the price in the immediate vicinity. Additionally there is a bird plague in front of the store. Therefore only 2 stars possible, although the service staff was nice.

The store was completely full and it was really warm inside. So you went to a sauna to eat a kebab that didn't even taste good. It tasted as if someone had let this kebab drag on the asphalt three times and then handed it to me. Otherwise everything was a bad review, only negative. The employees at the branch in Essen-Altendorf are unfriendly. They want extra money for every little thing, for example if you want a little salad (€1.50) on your kebab. Or recently the bread was a bit dark and when I wanted new bread I was insulted. I don't feel the service was friendly, so I'll never go there again.

Because the waiting time was so long, I was asked 8 times what I wanted on my chicken kebab. I said spicy 8 times, with lemon and without corn. I ended up with a mediocre, spicy veal kebab with corn and no lemon. And €7 for that. Great.

The staff was very friendly, the kebab was OK, but the quality and price don't necessarily match. Not the best veal skewer either, there are better places in Essen. The ambience is like that, very warm inside due to the narrow space and it was untidy, as if you were in the storage room.

It's a mess how the employees work there. You pay for your kebab and each time you have to add something extra so that they make the kebab the way you paid for it. I didn't even tell them that they had already charged me more than the last time I was there. They are so stingy and greedy that they want to take euros out of your pockets everywhere. You are a disgrace and definitely not what you can call an honest kebab shop. Mangal will soon open around the corner and then it will be over to you! I now know 3 kebab houses, unfortunately the food was the worst of them. The kebab was good but compared to the other kebabs it was bad. FYI, this is complaining at a high level. In the test one there were hardly any seating options and the sauces tasted strange. The service wasn't there anymore. My conclusion: I am very disappointed and would not eat there again.

Döner geschmacklich im Ordnung, allerdings nicht überragend, Auswahl mäßig. Ambiente nicht besonders hervorstechend. Für einen Döner zwischendurch in Ordnung, allerdings kein Highlight. Preisniveau m. E. erhöht.

Beste Döner bin mit meiner Klasse nach Essen gefahren und ende kurz vor dem weg nach hause habe ich und Ahmed Yücel diesen Döner gegessen 7euro hat sich so gelohnt es war lecker ich würde nochmal da hin

Das wichtigste zuerst: Der Döner im Sandwich war sehr lecker. Die Bestellung ging auch sehr Flott über die Bühne. Was den Döner so richtig ausmacht sind die Saucen. Diese sind Perfekt. Die Pommes aber ging gar nicht. Nicht weil die schlecht sind, nein weil die zu lange frittiert worden sind, so dass die Pommes fast schon wie Chips geschmeckt haben, knusprig und hart. Also Sitz Möglichkeiten im inneren sind kaum gegeben. Nur eine Theke wo grade mal 3 Personen Platz haben. Draußen gibt es zwar Sitzmöglichkeiten für knapp 16 Personen aber bei 7 Grad Celsius nicht wirklich gemütlich, so dass man diesen guten Döner nicht genießen konnte. Daher müssten sich die Inhaber was überlegen. Ansonsten ist der Döner ( ich hatte Kalbfleisch) spitze...

Schlechteste Döner denn wir hatten.. Der Laden sieht auch nicht sehr hygienisch aus. Mitarbeiter reden nur Kurdisch wird 10.00 euro falsch berechnet.Kann ich niemanden empfehlen der Döner war schlecht und 7 euro.. Appetitlich sieht anders aus !!!

Heute den Döner getestet, wirklich sehr lecker. Brot knusprig alle anderen Zutaten frisch und schneller Service.

Guter Döner, sehr solides Gemüse, Preise sind in Ordnung. Die Tauben vor dem Laden sind eine Pest, ansonsten war es echt super!

Als ich die schlechten Kommentare hier gelesen habe, dachte ich zunächst hääää was soll das??? Ich hatte bis jetzt nur in Neuss gegessen und der ist mindestens 10 mal besser als dieser Laden . Ich hatte nur eine Scheibe Fleisch 🤦🏻 Nur eine Scheibe??? Alter das ist doch eine Kette wie kann das sein das es so viele Unterschiede gibt?? Für zwei Personen mit Getränk 20€ bezahlt für was??? Döner schmeckt gleich Soßen auch aber der Typ ist ein GEIZHALS. Nie nie nie nie nie wieder , gehe ich in diese Bude rein

Man bestellt und bezahlt 2 und bekommt nur einen. Schmeckt dort nicht so lecker wie woanders bei Haus des Döners. Die Tauben sitzen auf den Tischen überall und es vergeht einem der Hunger. Ekelhaft.

Leider ein totaler Reinfall. Das Brot war hart wie Stein und geschmacklich war es nichts besonderes für den Preis. Hätte mehr erwartet!

Ich habe noch nie einen schlechteren Döner gegessen….. Dieses „Fleisch“ was dort sooo gelobt wird, darf man nicht als Fleischwurst betiteln….Pressdöner aus reinstem Hackfleisch, völlig überwürzt, damit man diesen minderwertigen Spieß, runtergewürgt bekommt. Das Brot war steinhart und das ganze für 7,50€…. Wenn man nicht aus dem Nahosten kommt, wird man dort schräg angeguckt. Da fahre ich lieber zu Dönerladen mit richtigen Fleisch, ohne Hack… Oder lieber Gyrospita, aber nie wieder bei Haus des Döners!!!!

Leckerer Döner, und leckerer ayran mal ein ganz anderes neues Konzept. Wir würden wieder kommen :) der Junge Herr der draußen den Service macht ist sehr schnell und fleißig. Das sollte mal betont und geschätzt werden. Jedoch könnten die Sitzmöbel gemütlicher sein, die waren überhaupt nicht bequem. Weiterhin waren die Mitarbeiter an der Kasse/Küche leider sehr gestresst, das hat man stark mitbekommen.

Der für mich beste Döner in Essen! Das Kalbfleisch wie in Berlin immer saftig und der Rest (Salat, Soßen Brot) so wie's sein soll. Auch die Portionen sind jedesmal gut.

Für einen Standart Döner schmeckt der echt gut, aber ich würde den Laden nächstes mal in Essen Stadtmitte vermeiden. Besitzer sehr unfreundlich. Geben noch rohes Fleisch damit Sie die Schlange schnell abarbeiten können. Als ich dies nicht essen wollte war die Aussage ich solle nächstes mal Kross sagen AHA ich wollte das dass Fleisch durch ist und nicht Kross!! .. und dann auf arabisch lästern… werden dort nicht mehr hingehen

Der Hänchen Döner war fast roh. So ekelhaft..... Hat mir gar nicht geschmeckt. Meine Kollegen waren genau so unzufrieden, außer die Kalb gegessen haben. Zum Kotzen. In Köln und andere Städte waren die aber wirklich gut muss ich sagen. Hier keine Empfehlung an diejenigen die Hänchen essen wollen.

Kein gutes Material, nachdem ich gestern einen Döner von ihnen gegessen habe, hatte ich starke Magenschmerzen… Ich mag nicht um einen schlechten Review zu schreiben, aber es hat mir wehgetan!

Der Laden hat wie es sein sollte ziemlich lange geöffnet. Die Bedienung ist nett und zuvorkommend, für manche kann das aber auch etwas überfordernd sein, trotzdem nicht schlimm. Das eigentliche nämlich der Döner ist ganz okey würde ich sagen. Für den Preis kriegt man einen durchschnittlichen Döner mit cooler Verpackung. Ich denke das Marketing und die Aufmachung lockt die meisten Kunden an und sowas zollt schonmal Respekt. Ab und zu mal kann man sich hier was gönnen wenn man abends vorbeiläuft, das wars auch.

Essen ist ok, allerdings sehr teuer. Der Umgang mit dem Kunden ist gewöhnungsbedürftig, ich wurde in jedem zweiten Wort „Bruder“ genannt, dazwischen wurden arabische Begriffe verwendet. Man kommt sich als Deutscher nicht willkommen vor.

Fleisch gut..Aussengastro billigste Möbel und Optik: Gutes Essen aber die Aussengastro ist ne Schande für den Laden billigste Tische und Stühle schlechtes Bild sieht auch ungepflegt aus..zumal in Nachbarläden alles mehr Stil hat. Viel Müll ..das Essen wird nicht schön angerichtet hier fehlt es an stylischen Ideen. (Gutes Beispiel für edle Optik ist DÖNA in Rüttenscheid ) Leute der Laden läuft doch investiert doch bitte mehr in Mobilar und Geschirr und Pflege Danken Euch trotzdem schneller Service
