AWESOME!!!We also need it in Austria (Styria, Weiz).We love eating kebab but yours is the very best!!The service is top.We were in your branch on Friday December 6th, we visited you for the first time .Our boys even got a chocolate Santa Claus, which is something you can't even get in Austria! All the staff were very nice. It was very clean and the ingredients were perfectly chopped and it tasted so delicious. It's a shame that we have to go home again. We'll be back.

The staff lacks manners and respect. Poor service. Furthermore, the hygiene in this branch is unacceptable. Companies that process and sell food are obliged to ensure precautionary measures and quality for consumers through their own controls. The Food Inspection and Veterinary Office in Dortmund as well as the Federal Office for Consumer Protection and Food Safety should intervene here.

The meat in both of our chicken kebabs was still raw. Accordingly, we felt badly the following day. Never again!

We were at a concert in Dortmund and spontaneously felt like eating a kebab! So I found the kebab house via Google… The experience was subterranean! My wife had chicken that was so greasy that she threw her entire plate in the trash can. I chose beef and since I was extremely hungry, I ate half of the kebab plate. I shouldn't have done that because I was belching so violently all evening and was incredibly thirsty due to the completely over-salted meat! Unfortunately I can't recommend the quality!

Food was delicious & the staff was very nice.

I'm not a kebab fan, but I celebrated it. If I say I would like a jumbo kebab, then I would like one of those too. And how I want it filled, very simple, all sauces and just fries and meat. That's how I got it, I was happy and at peace, it got difficult towards the end, but I got through it 🤣😋 He was still very hot until the end, and I celebrated that. Price was ok for that too. The kebab was cut catastrophically and the bread was also very cold. There was hair in my kebab and the kebab man had racially insulted an Asian man. The herb tasted like Center Shock. Conclusion: I would rather starve. LG: Edin 😎

A small but very clean shop. Unfortunately it's not possible to see into the kitchen so I can't say anything about it. The kebab tastes good and you have more than the 3 standard sauces. What I find negative is that although you offer a jumbo kebab, you don't have any larger breads. According to the seller, this has the effect that there is more meat on the kebab. Meat worth €1 more. Since there are no comparative values, I can't say anything about it in detail. The fact is, however, that there was more meat on the kebab. We came with three adults, two teenagers and one child and actually wanted to have a nice meal. Unfortunately there was no toilet. Unfortunately there was no salad either. Unfortunately there was no courtesy towards guests either, because when we decided to leave again, people were rude to me as a woman. So unfortunately there is no respect for women either. Nobody needs it!

Great food, really good! Unfortunately the tzatziki is not tzatziki, but something else that is reminiscent of sweet salad dressing. But apart from the surprise it wasn't too bad and it fits quite well :)

People should learn to make equal portions, you can't order 5 kebabs and each one gets less and less. I ordered kebab, no bread with sauces and salad. I also visit the store regularly in the last few months but have never seen a pomegranate.

I've eaten a lot of kebabs in various shops. So today in Dorstfeld. But I didn't know that the white sauce wasn't a yogurt sauce, but rather Ajoli or fatty garlic mayo. That didn't work at all and ruined my entire kebab!!! I haven't found anything like it anywhere. Otherwise it really wasn't anything special in terms of taste. Too bad. For me, the best kebab is still the kebab king in Brackel. The boss still does everything himself.

I would prefer not to give a star. I was there on May 22nd this year and noticed while eating that the chicken wasn't cooked properly. I then stopped eating, which unfortunately was too late. A few days later I felt very bad and was diagnosed with E. coli bacteria which gave me food poisoning. This is exactly what you get mainly from chicken that is not properly cooked. I didn't eat out otherwise during this time. Of course, it may be that so far few people have had problems and were happy with their food, but I absolutely cannot recommend eating there.

Excellent doner eaten here with a group of 10, very fast service despite the number and great atmosphere.

The kebab was tasty but there was more to it!! Kebab shop in the middle of the city but there is no toilet if you want to wash your hands. I was offered wet wipes 😬... So in terms of cleanliness, I would say "OK". But there are actually 10 kebab shops that I would like to recommend, unfortunately not! I'm sorry

We were in the city center, the restaurant and the cleanliness was great. The food was a lot for one person but ok. What really shocked me was that you didn't get an honest answer. After I asked if there were only fries in there, the answer was yes and you want to trust and unfortunately I was disappointed. Employee orders nuggets and fries and lo and behold, both in the same fat. Honesty is important I am at home and now I have to cope until the symptoms calm down. Once and never again, what a shame. Because I can't and shouldn't eat everything.

The employees gave the others a lot more meat, while I hardly got any - that was really unfair. Plus, they put the wrong sauce on it because they weren't listening properly. The meat didn't taste good either because it had been cut off the spit long before and left there.

Since my first post was prevented, here is my opinion again shortly after the store opened. . . . Nothing special. For the money you MUST go to Kebab 2Point0 on Schwanenwall. Nice marketing, but nothing more.

It only has a name, cleanliness is simply zero, toilet rubbish, no toilet paper, little soap, there is dirt everywhere, it stinks and no one cleans it. Never eat there again! I forgot to take photos, but just because of photos I go back and take photos everywhere.

I ordered a COMPLETE kebab, it was packed with salad, tomato, cucumber and sauces. Then the kebab was packed up and I saw that there was still a lot missing to make it complete! Then the guy in his kebab shop got really unfriendly and threatened me with physical violence and even the police. Because I didn't want the kebab anymore. You will definitely never see me again. We went here for dinner with our children. Two kebab boxes with chicken Two large kebabs with veal The children couldn't eat the chicken because it had an extreme taste of peppers. The large kebabs were very good in size, but unfortunately the taste was a SMOOTH 0 on a scale of 0-10. Unfortunately, you can't taste the sauce from the meat. I have now tried a few Haus des Döners shops, from Cologne to Frankfurt and Darmstadt. Although the ingredients such as sauces, bread and meat are the same everywhere, it tasted different than in Dortmund. In Dortmund everything is prepared fresh, the teamwork is great and everyone knows exactly what to do. This means that everything is served hot – the meat is hot, the bread is hot. What's particularly impressive is how the sauces are served in Dortmund: they use sauce bottles, which means the sauces are distributed evenly and perfectly. In Cologne, on the other hand, the sauce is often served lumpy, which significantly affects the taste. Cologne, Frankfurt, Darmstadt sorry, but you can't do that.

The employees of this goulash canister shop have apparently never heard of cleanliness... Just look at the floor, especially behind the counter.. everyone's appetite should disappear... On top of all this, €7 for a minced meat kebab with cheap sauces that are simply full of mayo, sugar and additives should be forbidden... it is correctly stated on the counter... that wasn't for me personally

It was ok. I ordered a kebab box, unfortunately there were too many fries in it and therefore not much meat. Furthermore, red cabbage tasted like nothing. I felt that it was used directly without being made (stored). Good luck in the future.🙂

Ultra delicious kebab!!!! And stands out from the standard kebab shops in Dortmund because of sesame rolls, special ingredients (pomegranate, red cabbage, etc.), delicious meat, good mix of meat, salad and sauce. So really 10/10 very close to perfection. KEEP IT UP!

Went there today, the meat wasn't cooked properly, it was almost raw, very little meat I think because it wasn't cooked through, the tomatoes and lettuce were totally mushy, the kebab for €7 went in the trash and was inedible! Not recommended anymore, I thought it was one of the best, but that's over, every time was the last time, but today, the last time!!!

Sauce is delicious 😋 Garlic and herbs. It's a cool idea to make it spicy with a cocktail, for example. But meat wasn't good unfortunately and the cut of the kebab is small and not easy to eat, with little salad. There was a lot of meat, but the price was too expensive and it was something to get used to. As far as drinks go, it could be better. Iced tea is the only drink selection so far, as not everyone has it. But even the price is exorbitant. Then it's a shame that you can't pay in cash upon delivery. Staff, however, was friendly.

I stand behind every star. Super tasty, from the bread to the sauces. The staff were super nice without exception.

The guys are always very competent and polite. The kebabs are top quality, from meat to bread. Sauces are very tasty, hot is actually hot here. Classic stalls also offer snacks such as currywurst sausage fries. All in all a great store.

I was particularly impressed by the quality and preparation of the kebab in your branch in Dortmund - I was extremely satisfied here. I would like to suggest that all other branches prepare the kebab in the same way as in Dortmund. A uniform preparation would standardize quality and significantly increase customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, I wasn't satisfied with the branches in Cologne and Frankfurt, even though they have the same meat and sauce offerings. I am firmly convinced that uniform preparation in all branches would lead to increased success and customer satisfaction. Your brand would gain reputation and customer loyalty would be strengthened.

Doner tastes good. I can only rate this one as I haven't eaten anything else. Shop too small, tables are practically up to the counter. Employees seem very annoyed.

Noch nie habe ich so einen verdammt leckeren Döner gegessen, noch nie habe ich es erlebt, dass die Verkäufer so verdammt nett sind und echt bock haben auf diesen laden 😂 mit bisschen acrobatik dabei, mega! Ich liebe diesen laden, komme zwar selten, aber auch nur deswegen weils was besonderes ist!♥️

War heute mit meiner Familie da, kommen aus der Pfalz und sind zurzeit hier im Urlaub. Der Döner war der beste den wir bisher gegessen haben. Gott sei dank hat auch eine Filiale in Karlsruhe aufgemacht.

Hallo, Ich bin sehr enttäuscht, da ich bei haus des döners am liebsten immer gegessen habe. Leider kann ich nur Hähnchen Fleisch empfehlen, denn ich hatte das und mir geht es noch gut, betonung auf noc. Mein Mann hatte mit Kalbfleisch und seitdem ist er extrem krank und kann sich nicht auf die beine halten, da er andauernd auf die Toilette muss. Ich weiß nicht was mit dem Fleisch war aber ich weiß das es zu 100% daran lag da er den ganzen tag sonst nichts gegessen hatte
