Haus Asselhoven in Eschweiler

In June the four of us went to the golf club's bistro for lunch. The bistro has been tastefully redecorated inside. It invites you to linger. Given the nice weather, we decided to take a seat on the large, very comfortable terrace. The waiters were very friendly. The taste of the food was very, very good. For dessert I wanted to have ice cream. The chef asked if I would like some ice cream with fruit. I said yes. The ice cream sundae was a feast for the eyes and the ice cream with strawberries and cream was very tasty. You can't eat this well in some restaurants in the city. We then lingered for some time on the terrace, which was protected from the sun by large parasols. We will come back and can recommend the bistro and the kitchen.

We were on our way home were hungry for schnitzel Found the place on Google Really awesome place/pub The people who work there and serve are fantastic. The schnitzel was a feast for the eyes, and the fried potatoes were excellent. Thanks for the hospitable service.
