Haus Asselhoven in Eschweiler

In June, the four of us went to the golf club's bistro for lunch. The bistro has been tastefully refurbished and is a welcoming place to linger. With the beautiful weather, we decided to sit on the large, very comfortable terrace. The waiters were very friendly. The food was delicious. For dessert, I wanted ice cream. The chef asked if I would like ice cream with fruit. I said yes. The sundae was a feast for the eyes, and the ice cream with strawberries and cream was delicious. You can't get food as good as this in many restaurants in the city. We lingered for a while on the terrace, protected from the sun by large parasols. We will be back and can recommend the bistro and the food.

We celebrated our wedding there over the weekend, and we were absolutely thrilled from start to finish. Everything was organized with so much heart and passion, and it was simply perfect! I personally highly recommend the venue to everyone. The food was also absolutely top-notch, and the service was second to none.
