Awesome place! Highly recommended! Honestly, if you're in the area and don't stop by Alt Weisweiler, you're really missing out! From the first step in to the last bite, everything was simply fantastic. The atmosphere? Extremely cozy and yet incredibly welcoming. No frills, but just the right mix of tradition and feel-good charm. You can tell right away: The work – and the cooking – is done with passion! The food? Wow… simply wow. Fresh, delicious, and spot on. You can taste that they're not heating up frozen food here, but genuine cuisine prepared with passion. Whether classics or seasonal specialties – hearty home cooking meets lovingly prepared food here. The staff? Super friendly, attentive, but never intrusive. You don't feel like a guest – but almost like being invited to eat with friends. In short: If you're looking for good food, a relaxed atmosphere, and genuine hospitality, this is the place for you. I'll definitely be back – very hungry and even more excited!

In June the four of us went to the golf club's bistro for lunch. The bistro has been tastefully redecorated inside. It invites you to linger. Given the nice weather, we decided to take a seat on the large, very comfortable terrace. The waiters were very friendly. The taste of the food was very, very good. For dessert I wanted to have ice cream. The chef asked if I would like some ice cream with fruit. I said yes. The ice cream sundae was a feast for the eyes and the ice cream with strawberries and cream was very tasty. You can't eat this well in some restaurants in the city. We then lingered for some time on the terrace, which was protected from the sun by large parasols. We will come back and can recommend the bistro and the kitchen.

If you're hungry and want to eat a great schnitzel at a reasonable price in a rustic atmosphere and value good and attentive service, then this is the place for you.
