I discovered this place a week ago and have already been there four times this week. I always tipped generously. Today, after my order was taken, my wife and I were asked to sit at another table because, according to the waiter, our table was too big for two people. He suggested that we move to the next table, which was exactly the same size but had uncomfortable chairs instead of a comfortable sofa. When I declined and said that we have already taken this table, he called the "manager" who started arguing with me. He claimed that our table was reserved even though there was no information about this and said that a family with children would be more comfortable sitting at our table. I don't understand why I should care at all. Why should a family with children sit at a table that is already occupied when I have occupied the more comfortable seat earlier? I would like to emphasize that the tables were the same size. It seems as if the Arab family with children has special rights and is above us in this society. Of course, after this incident, I left the restaurant with my wife. The behavior of the waiters and the manager was simply inappropriate. The restaurant lost potential regulars who could have come almost every day. In a normal society such behavior would be unthinkable. It wasn't about the size of the table as we were offered a table of the same size. And any arguments with me after my refusal to change seats were simply inappropriate.

Food was excellent. We had the lamm haxe was really good as well as the chicken kebabs and marinated chicken. The beef was a little dry and salty. The waiter was very friendly, helpful and fast. The interior is nice but really hot. The seats are comfortable

Iraqi cuisine is served here. We were served very friendly and promptly. The food is super delicious. The prices and portion sizes are absolutely fine. The two of us shared a small starter plate and each ordered a main course. We did not make it.

Here you really are spoiled for choice: all the dishes are excellent and you will receive friendly advice. If you are already near the cinema and at least have an appetite, this would be the right place to go. The juices are made fresh.

Food was fantastic, service was good and cleanliness was not an issue. Slight mix up with the food as they had forgotten my mums order, however they quickly made the food and she did not have to wait too long. Interior is nice with a nice atmosphere. Got the chicken shish and lamb kebab with rice, was lovely. The bread starters with the spicy and yoghurt dip was also lush. Finished off with a nice green tea and the free baklava was a nice touch.

Now when I was eating there was no salt on the kebab, I kindly asked the waitress that there was no salt on it. I was there today and the waitress charged me twice for a dish that she brought to me incorrectly. We had ordered a kebab plate without sauce and one was brought to me with tzatziki. When I pointed this out, the waitress agreed with me and wanted to bring me a new kebab plate, but she didn't do that!! She just scraped the top with the sauce and brought it back to me like that. I didn't even want to say anything about it, but when I was checking out she charged me for two donner plates and, despite the fact that she only brought me one, she wasn't prepared to give the money back! Disastrous waitress, she was incredibly unfriendly and only brought us our orders after repeatedly telling us.

I had forgotten my cell phone at the restaurant and came to pick it up. Instead of just handing it to me, an employee held it up and said, "It's common for guests who have left something valuable with us to buy us Red Bull." I looked confused. His colleague grinned disgustingly. After about a minute, he dissolved the blackmail with: "It was just a joke." It wasn't a joke, it was blackmail and harassment. I honestly doubt whether these men would have pulled this act if my friend had been there. Despite the good food, we won't be guests there anymore.

We recently visited Hauraman Restaurant and were very impressed with the quality of the food, friendly staff and attractive decoration. Prices were reasonable and the food was served quickly and was delicious. However, two situations occurred during our visit that slightly marred our experience. Another guest had a dog with him and one person smoked an e-cigarette in the restaurant. Although we have nothing against dogs in general and understand that some guests would like to take their pets with them, some children, including our own, felt disturbed by the animal's presence indoors. Additionally, we believe that smoking e-cigarettes in a restaurant, especially in the presence of children, is inappropriate as it may raise health concerns. We would like the restaurant to introduce clearer rules regarding bringing dogs and smoking e-cigarettes to create a more pleasant atmosphere for all guests, especially families with children. Despite these minor incidents, we would recommend the restaurant and plan to return in the future.
