Hatoky Delivery in Bochum

Absolutely delicious, excellent service, a fantastic team including the chef, staff, and delivery drivers. I'm very satisfied.

So: I ordered my food there. Unfortunately, I was one sauce short. When I called to clarify the situation, I was told to wait a moment. After two seconds, the employee simply hung up. Normally, I'm not at all fussy about these things. However, this has happened several times already, and I find it incredibly rude when they just hang up like that!

The delivery should have arrived long ago. The stated delivery time was significantly exceeded!

The food arrived quickly and was of good quality for a delivery service. I haven't had a chance to check out the place myself yet. The sushi wasn't above average, but it wasn't bad either. The noodles were very tasty, and the portions were generous. The food arrived warm. I'd definitely go again.

I've ordered from there at least 4-5 times in the last few months. But not anymore. Unfortunately, the order acceptance hours only roughly describe the scope. We repeatedly tried to order via their website during opening hours, only to be told when paying that "they are not accepting new orders." What a shame.

The food is absolutely delicious. I tried the vegan tofu bowl, vegetarian gyoza, and vegan futomaki, and I highly recommend them. I've ordered from them twice now, and both times it arrived earlier than expected. The drivers are very friendly. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

Basically solid cuisine with fresh and high-quality dishes, but it also has its price. However, service is an absolute disaster. Blatantly incomplete delivery was received, a refund was promised on the phone for which you can safely wait forever. If the owner agrees to clarify the case, I will also consider adapting the review. However, if you prefer to avoid Hakatory Delivery, there are enough Asian alternatives in the Bochum area.

What's wrong with you? Ordered on Saturday evening, fast delivery and nice supplier. We ordered a cross bed and everything, really everything including the salad base, ginger and basically plain noodles were bomb! Edamame hot and salty, sauces extremely tasty and intense in taste. Sushi in various variations is delicious and fresh! Rarely eaten so deliciously. Mr. Wasabi and Co can take a lesson from this. Hope you stay like this... From us 5 stars with gold and extra ugh😂

Unfortunately not satisfactory! After delivery, no update was sent to us for 1.5 hours - when we asked, a system error was mentioned, which is why our order probably had to be canceled, but then generously it was supposed to be delivered. Unfortunately, that was a lie and nothing came of it. Never again and please communicate better!

The best salmon poke bowl in the Ruhr area!!! :) everything else is really delicious and of good quality. Price/performance completely okay. Order regularly.

Very fast, reliable delivery and the food is always delicious. There is hardly any other Asian food in Bochum that can compete with hatoky, the sushi rolls in particular are excellent. I can recommend it to everyone, the staff are always very friendly and helpful :)

Got Too Good To Go, was okay, a little pricey, but food was fresh warm and quite good!

Unfortunately, almost all dishes contain fish or fish sauce. You look for vegetarian or vegan with a magnifying glass and have to study the small print everywhere. A vegetable bowl that cannot even be prepared vegetarian if desired... Unfortunately, it is no longer up to date. Update 1/2024: In addition, the quality of the ingredients in the bowls is no longer as high as it once was, and the same applies to the portions. Now more rice than anything else. The only good thing: suppliers are friendly and quick.

Finally a reasonable store with good contacts

Super tasty, only the waiting time was 80 minutes. When a man is hungry for too long. But it was worth going to Essen soon to be able to judge the ambience.

We have ordered several times before. This is the first time that something was delivered incorrectly and something was forgotten. Can happen on St. Nicholas Day. After a call, a gift was delivered within 30 minutes. (the most expensive sushi with a smiley face on it) Problem solution 1 with star The food was very good.

3 mal bestellt und wurde vom "System" immer wieder storniert. Telefonisch nahm der Herr nichtmal in der Ausnahmesituation eine Bestellung an und sagte wir sollen wo anders bestellen.

Schmeckt außerordentlich gut und die Lieferung war top!

Das Sushi war lecker das Hähnchen war bei den Nudeln und beim Reis mit Curry war meiner Meinung nach nicht genug gebraten und die Currysoße war sehr wässrig und hatte für mich nicht viel mit Curry zutun

Sehr zu empfehlen schmeckt jedes Mal super gut! Qualität genauso gut wie im hatoky bermuda
