Highly recommend Iskender Kebab 😋

Things used to be really good here. Since the staff changed, requests are no longer taken into account. Even pointing it out several times doesn't help.

To be completely honest, i didnt enjoy eating here. Service was very strange and i didnt get what i ordered. Apparently they put mushrooms on all pizza regardless of if it says on the menu or not... for me this was very surprising and unusual. Kebab was alright, the pizza i would not recommend if you dont like mushrooms.

I don't have an opinion about the food as we didn't eat anything. The waitress stood there fiddling with her phone and just waiting for other customers to order instead of bringing us a menu. We may have thought it was normal, but then a gentleman came and was immediately served and given something to drink. When we wanted to get up and leave, she also became cheeky and said that she was just about to come to us and that she hadn't forgotten us. Very rude and arrogant waitress. So we went to another place around the corner and that was probably the best decision! Oh, just by the way, the store wasn't full either!

I'll describe what I experienced: I ordered iskender and got a mushy mess. The flatbread was warmed up briefly and then the sauce with the kebab meat was put on it and no wonder I only had soggy bread in the end. First prepare and taste it yourself, then offer it to your guests. Otherwise the normal kebab should taste good, but I didn't try it.

Best store, easy! I've been eating here since I was a child, the quality and taste have always been outstanding. Tender, perfectly seasoned veal and no pressed minced meat scrap. Best sauce anyway, would never eat dôner anywhere else. Plus the grilled skewers, lahmacun, daily specials, salads...all of the best quality. Here you can eat a variety of food almost every day and there is no fussing about special requests like there is elsewhere. Even the pizza is better than at some “Italians” 😉 the atmosphere is good and the service is good. A real institution in Darmstadt that will hopefully remain around for a long time.

Although there were 2 kebab skewers, the guy simply gave me leftover meat from the previous one and not for the first time. Disrespectful and catastrophe, you still need a hammer to chew it. I gave enough chances. Never again !!!

Always my go-to place in Darmstadt. Unfortunately, I'm not in Darmstadt too often. For me it's the best kebab in Darmstadt. Great quality for years. Been to Hassom when he was still in his old shop. I hope he stays with us for a long time. Update: even after 30 years of being a guest there, I can say TOP QUALITY AT A VERY REASONABLE PRICE. I have never been disappointed with Hassom in all these years.

Don't go to Hassom Doener's to eat, they cheated us, they charged us more than we actually ate, they didn't even show us a bill, only when we asked and then it was wrong. Don't eat at this place, they gave us a wrong bill and overcharged us for food we have never ordered.

In my opinion the best kebab in Darmstadt! Even though I moved to Wiesbaden, I still like to go to Darmstadt for a Hassom Teller!

The unique selling point of Hasso'm-Darmstadt is their Lahmacun bread. It is thin, so that the rolled food has a particularly delicate taste and you don't have to constantly chew on tasteless bread. In terms of price, the store is in the upper quarter.

Have eaten here over 15 years ago. The best kebab in Darmstadt, the meat tastes a bit better than the competition because it is not as fatty.

It is now very expensive. You have the feeling that €8 and less and less meat is not a problem for the owner. Petrol prices have fallen from €2.20 only the kebab at Hassom is rising. It will probably be the new oil currency. It's a shame, I won't be visiting the store again with other people who agree with me. The red line has been crossed.

The Dürum Dönner is more of a children's portion! The price is just as expensive as everyone else's, except that the portion is subpar, even with a fries that consist of a few strips of potatoes you'll be just as full...for the price it's certainly not more...

I ordered “Kebab to take away with everything and spicy”. Meat was tasty, but unfortunately "with everything" was mostly just green salad. There were at least a few onions and a slice of tomato, but unfortunately not even cabbage or anything. And they also forgot spicy. That's rather modest for "with everything". For the price there are better kebabs in Darmstadt.

The price of doner kebab has increased again, it is now €8! And the meat has become less. I can accept the price increase, but at the same time it is not acceptable if the quantity is also reduced. The takeaway quantity is even less than the dine-in quantity! I liked the restaurant before, but now I'm really disappointed.

Doner kebab 8€ with extra meat (+2€) = 10€ for a kebab!!! This is pure greed. Ate there for 26 years and today for the last time.

The employees there are the absolute worst!!! I watched the employee spit in the kebab. They are always stressed and totally rude, unfortunately my kebab only consisted of salad. Absolutely no longer recommended this store......a shame!

Previously (10 years ago) the best kebab shop in Darmstadt, now overpriced and poor quality meat, hardly any fresh vegetables in the kebab. Nepotism: acquaintances get significantly larger portions - a no-go! For those sensitive to salt: keep your hands away from the food, it's all on the saltier side.

I've been a regular customer for several years and I really like the kebab! I haven't had a better kebab yet. There is a lot to choose from (soup, tea, dürum, kebab, kebab plate, etc.) The service is nice and accepts requests. Clear recommendation

Best kebab in the Darmstadt area. Always great service, orders are not forgotten even when there is a lot of traffic. I don't actually eat kebab anymore, but I like eating at Hassom's.

Unfortunately, some of the kebab meat was not cooked through, even though I politely asked for it to be a little crispier. You actually expect roasted aromas from the grill. In addition, the staff is completely unfriendly. That was our last “doner kebab carpaccio” here.

Bestes mir bekanntes Döner Fleisch und sehr leckere Falafel. 😊 Auch das Adana Kebap ist empfehlenswert.

Hat mir gefallen. Ein kleiner Laden, der eher ein Restaurant als ein Dönerladen ist, mit offenbar vielen Stammgästen. Service flott und freundlich, das Essen war gut. Was will man mehr in der Mittagspause?

leider ich habe Döner dürm bestelt zum mit nehmen und ich habe gesagt nur Wenig kraut und Fleisch weil ich gerne Fleisch probieren möchte am ende er tun ganz Wenig Fleisch man sieht die Bilder wie dünn ist und 7€ hat gekostet natürlich habe ich Beschwerde er sagt das ist normal und der Mitarbeiter mit Bart war unfreundlich mit mir zum ersten mal kaufe ich hier und natürlich das ist letzte mal nie wieder

Ich muss leider meine Rezension ändern Irgendwas stimmt mit dem Fleisch nicht, es ist sehr salzig und hat einen Stalligen Geschmack Sehr schade, hatte mal 4 Sterne bei mir gehabt

Unser "Stammdöner", hier sind wir fast jede Woche. Getränke kommen mittlerweile schon ohne Bestellung ;-) Eine breite Auswahl an türkischen Spezialitäten. Neben den Klassikern gibt es zwei täglich wechselnde Stammessen, Grillspezialitäten, Suppen und viele mehr. Service ist immer herzlich. Mein Favorit/Geheimtipp sind die super leckeren Köfte, garniert mit Salat, Dips und vielen Beilagen. Ein tolles Gericht zum fairen Preis. Für Vegetarier stehen viele fleischlose Gerichte zur Auswahl, z B. mit Falafel.

Nicht der aber einer der Besten Döner in Darmstadt

Empfehlungen ausgesprochen. So hat sich meine Begleitung doch für das hauseigene Kebabfleisch entschieden statt dem Hähnchen. Es soll wohl sehr lecker gewesen sein. Der Falafelteller war geschmacklich gut, allerdings hätte er etwas größer sein können für den Preis. Der vegetarische Döner mit Gemüse und Weichkäse war in Ordnung. Mir war der Döner zu wenig gewürzt. So ein vegetarischer Döner bei dem das Fleisch fehlt, das normalerweise den Hauptteil der Würzen mit sich bringt, muss einfach intensiv gewürzt sein. So hat mein Döner zwar nicht schlecht geschmeckt, mich insgesamt allerdings eher enttäuscht. Das Ambiente war in Ordnung. Leider etwas eng und laut. Dass es so gut besucht war, obwohl es schon spät abends war, spricht denke ich aber für den Laden. Für Fleischesser würde ich es hier also empfehlen. Ansonsten muss man es sich vielleicht überlegen. Ich war nicht begeistert, würde allerdings mit Freunden wiederkommen oder wenn ich wüsste, dass sie die Würzung irgendwie verändert haben.

Super toller Döner Laden. Leckere Soße und coole Frau die am bedienen ist :)). Ich komme wieder. Waren zu viert da mit Hund.

Frische und gute Qualität. Das Essen schmeckt sehr lecker. Mittagstisch immer 2 Gerichte im Angebot. 1x mit Fleisch 1x ohne Fleisch. Sauberkeit steht an 1.Stelle. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Der Döner schmeckt zwar sehr gut, allerdings fühlt man sich dort echt unwohl. Der Besitzer ist extrem unangenehm und unfreundlich. Beim Bestellen hat er keine Sekunde gewartet und ist quasi direkt weggerannt, nachdem wir Döner gesagt haben. Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal dort, da mein Mann das Essen dort sehr schätzt. Wir wollten Döner ohne Zwiebel. Nachdem er die Getränke kurz darauf brachte habe ich es gesagt. Er meinte nur mehrmals im aggressiven Ton, dass Ich es hätte früher sagen sollen, jetzt ist es schon zu spät. Aber wann früher? Er war direkt weg ehe wir Döner sagen konnten. Außerdem fragt man normalerweise, wie und mit was man den Döner haben möchte? Er hat mir stilles Wasser gebracht, obwohl ich mit Sprudel bestellt hatte - welches er dann wegnahm obwohl noch 1/3 drin war? Wie das andere essen dort ist kann ich nicht beurteilen da wir nur Döner bestellt hatten, welcher auch ultra dünn geworden ist aber Hauptsache teurer. Satt wurde ich nicht. Insgesamt sollte der Service gegenüber den Kunden überdacht werden!

Absolut eckelhafter Döner nach 2 bissen zurückgegeben

War kürzlich mit meiner 80 jährigen Mutter hier zum Essen. Obwohl meine Mutter (und ich auch manchmal) etwas anspruchsvoll ist und den einen oder anderen Extrawunsch hatte, wurden wir von der freundlichen Kellnerin sehr zuvorkommend bewirtet und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Geschmacklich ist das Essen ohnehin top - wie schon seit vielen Jahren. Im Moment fällt die gute Qualität besonders auf, da das Angebot an guten Restaurants in Folge von Corona und Personalmangel immer noch eingeschränkt ist. Macht bitte weiter so!!!

Unfreundlich, dreckig, nicht zu empfehlen.

Kellnerin massiv unfreundlich, ich habe ihr mitgeteilt, dass ich allergisch auf Gurken bin. In Ihrer überfordern hat sie mir Gurke gebracht. Nach einem weiteren darauf hinweisen wurde sie noch schroffer und unfreundlichen, das gleiche Essen wurde auf einen anderen Teller gepackt und mir kalt wieder vorgesetzt. Darauf hingewiesen, dass ich tatsächlich einen anaphylaktischer schock erleide wenn da Gurke irgendwo dran war wurde ich darauf verwiesen zuhause zu essen vor versammeltem Laden.

Bedienung/ laut eigener Aussage Chefin, sehr unfreundlich, sehr unorganisiert, 20Min gewartet bis wir bestellt haben, unverschämt, schreit vor vollem laden einen Gast nach reklamation an obwohl es ihr fehler war, essen wurde einfach nach der reklamation auf einen anderen Teller gepackt und wieder kalt vorgesetzt. Sie duzt und wird beleidigend, diffamiert den Gast. So geht man nicht mit gästen um. Das essen war nicht besonders, nazar um die ecke ist mit sicheeheit die bessere wahl.

Wir waren zu zweit da, die Kellnerin war überfordert, äußerte dann zuerst die Stammgäste zu bedinenen obwohl wir länger gewartet haben. Zwei ältere Herrschaften beschwerten sich, da sie noch vor uns da waren und noch nicht bedient wurden. Später wurde ein Mädchen von der Kellnerin verbal angegriffen. Unschön wie man mit Gästen und Reklamationen umgeht. Das Essen war in Ordnung, Döner halt. Preis-Leistung ist für die Qualität und den Service etwas zu hoch.

Ich habe einen normalen Döner bestellt. Leider musste ich nach dem Fleisch im Döner suchen :) Sorry Leute ich bin nicht gekommen um nur Brot Geschmack zu haben. Wenn ihr die Preise anzieht, dann bitte auch auf die Fleischmenge achten..

Mein Bruder und ich waren heute dort, unsere Hasso‘m Teller waren sehr lecker. Aber die Dame heute war sehr nett und gastfreundlich, sowas genieße ich sehr und finde ich toll.

Noch nie so eine unverschämte Kellnerin erlebt, konnte auf einfache Fragen nicht antworten und wurde auch noch richtig frech! Bitte tut mir einen Gefallen und stellt richtige Kellner ein und keine Hampelmänner ! Haben da nicht gegessen und werde diesen Imbiss auch nicht mehr besuchen! Aufgarkeinenfall zu empfehlen!

Bestes Döner-Restaurant Darmstadts! Der Chef hat einen speziellen Humor, ist aber sehr nett. Die Bedienung erfolgt prompt. Die Preise sind in Ordnung.

Ein ausgezeichneter Döner, trotz vollem Haus wurde ich schnell und freundlich bedient, zwei Minuten später hatte ich meinen Döner in der Hand, wenn es überall so schmecken würde, dann würde ich ihn wahrscheinlich mittags und abends essen.

Das war mit Abstand der beste Döner den ich seit JAHREN gegessen habe. Wow! Wirklich super und sehr überraschend da es ein unscheinbarer Laden ist. Absolute Empfehlung!

Seit Jahren treuer Kunde, ein Döner der anders ist als die anderen in der Umgebung . Super lecker wie alles andere dort und wie auch die Haus Gerichte sehr zu empfehlen !

Jeder kennt das Problem das die Inflation das Geld Frist. Aber das die Inflation das Essen vom Teller Frisst kennt man nur hier beim hassom. Ich habe den Laden geliebt und gerne gegessen. Jetzt kommst du hin der Service braucht 30 min um überhaupt eine Bestellung abzugeben. Zweitens kommt das Essen in einem Kinderteller. Schmeckt wie davor nur um satt zu werden solltest du wo anderes hin.

Ausgezeichnete Gerichte hier kann man schnell gut essen.
